腐蚀是管道常见的缺陷形式之一,会极大降低管道的压溃压力,同时深海环境下高静水外压易引发管道压溃失效,威胁管道的安全运行,因此准确预测管道压溃压力显得尤为重要。采用数值模拟方法研究了含腐蚀缺陷的高强钢厚壁管道压溃失效模式,分析了管材、管道径厚比、腐蚀深度、长度和宽度等参数对高强钢厚壁管道压溃压力的影响规律。分析结果表明:管道径厚比愈大,对厚壁管道的承压能力提升愈显著;腐蚀缺陷的存在对管道压溃压力具有减小作用;随着管道材料等级的提升,压溃压力有明显提高。提出了相应的压溃压力预测公式,为厚壁管道完整性评价提供了参考依据。  相似文献

利用线性极化电阻、极化曲线和电化学阻抗测量技术,研究了API Spec X60两种管线钢ERWC电阻焊管)和SML(无缝钢管)在取自中国东海长江口地区的不同类型海泥中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明,SML管线钢在海泥中的耐蚀性明显优于ERW管线钢,管线钢在海泥中的腐蚀行为主要受阴极去极化剂一氧的扩散控制。  相似文献

混凝土受盐害侵蚀破坏直接影响混凝土的强度和耐久性。针对混凝土受盐害侵蚀破坏功能函数不能明确表达及非线性程度高的特点,利用BP人工神经网络进行分析,在大量试验数据基础上,通过计算方法的优化和样本的训练,对隐含层和各隐含单元多次试取,最优选取trainglm训练函数,建立盐害预测的人工神经网络系统。解析结果表明,混凝土试件抗压强度预测值和试验实测值的相对误差较小,建立的人工神经网络模型具有较高的预测精度。  相似文献

Corrosion is one of the main reasons to cause the operation accident of submarine oil and gas transmission pipelines. As the major corrosion pattern in submarine pipelines, the effects of corrosion clusters consisting of the adjacent corrosion defects on failure pressure are investigated through non-linear large-deformation finite element method. Typically, the failure behavior and limit strength of submarine pipeline with axial groove-groove corrosion defect pair exposed to internal pressure are analyzed. The effects of corrosion depth and axial spacing between a pair of corrosion defects on failure pressure are concluded. An interaction relationship for corrosion defects in pipelines, as well as prediction formulations for assessing the remaining strength of corroded pipelines are proposed. The expressions based on the proposed interaction relationship give more accurate results than the methods used in the existing design guidelines.  相似文献

为提高城市地下管线的管理水平,利用地理信息系统技术(GIS)的空间分析功能,首先在分析地下管线的的实体-关系模型(E-R模型)的基础上,根据GIS空间分析的特点,提出了基于空间分析的城市地下管线的数据库结构;其次,根据城市管线规划、管理和施工的需要,建立了城市地下管线的纵断面、横断面、最佳路径、地下管线三维分析等几种空间分析模型,并对各种模型的表示内容和实现方法进行了阐述.从而实现了城市地下管线的可视化和动态化管理。该模型在青岛市综合地下管线管理系统应用后,提高了青岛市的城市规划和管线管理水平,促进了各个专业管线管理单位信息化和数字化进程。  相似文献

现代黄河三角洲埕岛油田海底管线的调查发现了许多管线悬空现象。分析表明,悬空主要在3种条件下产生,其中平台周围冲刷坑导致的管线悬空是最主要的。经计算可知,所调查管线的最大允许悬空长度为18.6m,其中有3条管线悬空长度已超过此值,应及时进行治理。  相似文献

Owing to the complex environmental conditions, suspension could induce complicated forces on submarine pipelines and even cause vortex-induced vibration, resulting in fatigue damage of pipelines. Through aiming at the 28-inch submarine pipeline in the East China Sea, the pipeline was segmented according to the similarity, considering the factors of pipe assembly, typhoon, current, wave and seabed topography. The effects of span length on natural frequency in each section of submarine pipeline were analyzed by finite element model. The maximum safe span length allowed by each pipeline section was verified by fatigue cumulative damage theory, and the fatigue life of each pipeline section were predicted. The results showed that each order natural frequency of the pipeline decreased with the increase of span length. The calculated results of empirical formulas were much smaller than those of the FEM analysis. The increase of the gap between the suspended pipeline and the seabed was beneficial to enhance the fatigue life of the suspended pipeline.  相似文献

利用有限元弹塑性分析方法,对含有腐蚀缺陷的海底管道进行材料非线性和几何非线性分析,探讨了确定管道极限载荷的准则。在此基础上,给出含有腐蚀缺陷的海底管道的极限载荷,研究腐蚀长度、深度和宽度对海底管道极限载荷的影响,提出了含有腐蚀缺陷的受内压的海底管道的极限载荷计算公式,并与试验结果进行了比较,证明该方法是有效的。  相似文献

海底影像存在着对比度低、噪声污染严重、图像质量差等问题,采用传统算子的海底管线边缘图像中含有大量的无用和断裂边缘信息。文中将多尺度边缘检测和匹配跟踪相结合,提出利用平稳小波变换的海底管线边缘检测方法;在提取边缘的同时利用匹配跟踪手段对噪声干扰进行抑制,提高图像目标边缘检测质量。通过对海底管线和测试图像边缘检测实验表明,文中所提出的方法在抑制图像噪声的干扰、提高水下目标边缘完整性方面明显优于传统的边缘提取算子,证明该算法的有效性。  相似文献

Pipes inevitably encounter high ambient pressure and bending moment during the deepwater pipe-laying process,which can lead to elliptical buckling and even deterioration failure.For the safety of pipe-laying operation,available formalas for the pipe stability are established on the basis of the assumption of uniform deformation along the tube length and symmetrical buckling.This method can predict the nonlinear rcsponse of elliptical collapse of steel circular tubes for different ratios of diameter to thickness (D/t) under pure bending or combined bending and external pressure.In these formulas,the strain-displacement relationship is deduced from the nonlinear ring theory,and the Ramberg-Osgood constitutive model is applied to simulate the inelastic material behavior.Meanwhile,the principle of virtual work is adopted to derive the equilibrium equations.A set of equations is solved by the Newton-Raphson method,and the iterative scheme contains nested iteration for the constitutive relation.In order to check the effectiveness of this theoretical method,illustrative examples are presented in this paper.Besides,the numerical simulation is carried out by use of ANSYS.A comparison of the results shows that the theoretical method can provide reasonable prediction for engineering practice.  相似文献

在深海环境中,海底管线不仅承受较高外压,还会因为海水及运输介质的常年侵蚀而形成腐蚀缺陷,而腐蚀缺陷往往会导致管道的外压承载力下降。基于壳体稳定性理论,建立了含有非对称局部壁厚减薄管道在外压作用下的屈曲压力理论公式。公式具有广泛的适用性,当内、外局部壁厚减薄深度相等时,可用于计算含有对称局部壁厚减薄管道屈曲压力,而当内部或外部缺陷深度为零时,便可用于计算只含外部或者内部腐蚀缺陷的管道屈曲压力。通过有限元分析验证了该公式的正确性,结果表明公式可以准确预测不同缺陷位置及尺寸时管道的屈曲压力。详细研究了局部壁厚减薄缺陷位置、长度和深度等参数对屈曲压力的影响。研究表明,局部腐蚀对管道的屈曲压力产生重要影响,尤其当腐蚀角度和深度较大时,在腐蚀形成初期就会造成管道的承载力急剧下降,并且管道的屈曲压力与缺陷的径向位置有关,腐蚀缺陷位于管道外侧时的屈曲压力明显大于其位于管道内侧时的屈曲压力。  相似文献

In order to understand the dynamic behavior of submarine pipelines exposed to current andthe mechanism of the interaction between current-induced vibration and scour of pipelines on a sandy bot-tom,an experimental investigation is conducted with a small scale model.A test model which can be testedin the flume is set up by taking into account the typical working conditions of the pipelines and by ap-plying the similarity theory.The interactions between the shape of the scour hole and the behavior of thepipeline as well as the flow patterns of the current are detailed,and the interaction mechanism outlined.The effect of vibration of the pipeline on the development of dynamic scour at different stages is foundout.The proposed experimental method and test results provide an effective means for design of marinepipelines against scouring.  相似文献

深海超高压环境模拟试验装置是深海关键技术与装备研究中必不可少的测试装置。采用传统的一体式压力筒研制大直径、超高压试验装置时难以克服应力集中的问题,安全性较低且造价昂贵。采用预应力钢丝缠绕技术研制的深海超高压环境模拟试验装置克服了其局限性,该装置是目前国内工作压力最高、可实现筒内环境数据监测且升降压自动控制的压力试验装置。文中简要介绍了该装置的系统组成及研制过程中主要关键技术问题及解决方法,最后介绍了典型实验应用,为深海超高压环境模拟试验装置的研制与应用提供参考。  相似文献

Because the multi-leg jacket structure is the major type of offshore structures in the Bohai Sea, the study of non-si-multaneous failure of i鏴 on multi-leg structures is important. However, the non-simultaneous failure has not been consid-ered in engineering design until now, obviously resulting in costly design and notable waste. To resolve this problem, this paper, by means of analysis of experimental data, calculates the coefficient of the non-simultaneous failure for the double-pile structure, the square four-leg structure, the single-line multi-pile structure, and the conical structure, respectively, and provides some reference criteria for engineering design.  相似文献

胜利油田浅海石油开发区钢铁腐蚀规律   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
中国约有18000 km的海岸线,这使海洋的开发和利用在国民经济中所占的地位越来越重要。近年来已经建造了大量的海上采油平台、大型砂石及输油码头,埋设了大量的海底输油和通讯管线。为了缩短海陆距离,海上人工岛、跨海大桥以及海底隧道的建设也势在必行。这些工程设施的建设离不开钢铁材料,由于钢铁材料资源丰富、造价便 宜、强度大、韧性好易于加工等特点,长期以来单独或以钢筋混凝土形式被广泛应用。但由于海水是一种强电解质溶液,暴露于海洋环境中的钢构造物中的钢铁与周围介质发生电化学反应而受到严重腐蚀, 并且海洋中的风、浪、流、潮汐等水体循环运动也使其同时承受交变载荷的作用。两者的联合作用往往导致钢结构疲劳性能显著下降,大大降低了钢构造物的使用寿命。对于保证海上各种设施的安全并有效的延长其使用寿命,研究钢铁设施在不同海洋环境的腐蚀问题是一项重要工作(侯保荣,1999)。为了向胜利油田近海石油开发的海上钢铁构筑物的防护提供设计依据,作者通过在钢铁上分别挂片和电连接挂片技术在埕岛浅海对几种海洋用钢铁的腐蚀规律进行了现场研究。  相似文献
