氯盐干湿环境下受弯横向裂缝对钢筋混凝土耐久性影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究持续开裂状态下横向裂缝对钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的影响特性,开展了8根受弯开裂钢筋混凝土梁构件的盐溶液干湿循环试验;借助无损检测技术和破损实测方法,分别对氯离子侵入量、钢筋半电池电位、腐蚀电流密度以及平均锈蚀率等进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,裂缝的存在将提高混凝土的渗透性,裂缝处及周围混凝土内的氯离子含量明显增大;对于一定裂缝分布状况的钢筋混凝土试验梁,内部钢筋的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度以及平均锈蚀率均高于裂缝自愈及无裂缝的试验梁,并受到保护层厚度与裂缝开展状态的影响,其影响规律可用单位长度内的平均裂缝宽度与保护层厚度的比值wm/c来进行综合评价。综合试验结果,初步建议海洋干湿侵蚀环境下钢筋混凝土构件的最大裂缝宽度wmax宜小于0.003 3 c,相关结论可为海洋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供参考。  相似文献

某滨海电厂钢筋混凝土结构在海洋大气环境中腐蚀较重,通过分析已破坏的混凝土,确定腐蚀原因主要是二氧化碳腐蚀和氯离子腐蚀,采用TPEI——乳液砂浆和喷射混凝土两种方案,对钢筋混凝土结构进行修复,确保电厂设施正常安全运行。  相似文献

A novel method for prediction of the load carrying capacity of a corroded reinforced concrete beam (CRCB) is presented in the paper. Nine reinforced concrete beams, which had been working in an aggressive environment for more than 10 years, were tested in the laboratory. Comprehensive tests, including flexural test, strength test for corroded concrete and rusty rebar, and pullout test for bond strength between concrete and rebar, were condueted. The flexural test results of CRCBs reveal that the distribution of surface cracks on the beams shows a fractal behavior. The relationship between the fractal dimensions and mechanical properties of CRCBs is then studied. A prediction model based on artificial neural network (ANN) is established by the use of the fractal dimension as the corrosion index, together with the basic intbrmation of the beam. The validity of the prediction model is demonstrated through the experimental data, and satisfactory resuits are achieved.  相似文献

In order to study the durability behavior of marine reinforced concrete structure suffering from chloride attack,the structural service life is assumed to be divided into three critical stages,which can be characterized by steel corrosion and cover cracking.For each stage,a calculated model used to predict the lifetime is developed.Based on the definition of durability limit state,a probabilistic lifetime model and its time-dependent reliability analytical method are proposed considering the random natures of influencing factors.Then,the probabilistic lifetime prediction models are applied to a bridge pier located in the Hangzhou Bay with Monte Carlo simulation.It is found that the time to corrosion initiation t0 follows a lognormal distribution,while that the time from corrosion initiation to cover cracking t1 and the time for crack to develop from hairline crack to a limit crack width t2 can be described by Weibull distributions.With the permitted failure probability of 5.0%,it is also observed that the structural durability lifetime mainly depends on the durability life t0 and that the percentage of participation of the life t0 to the total service life grows from 61.5% to 83.6% when the cover thickness increases from 40 mm to 80 mm.Therefore,for any part of the marine RC bridge,the lifetime predictions and maintenance efforts should also be directed toward controlling the stage of corrosion initiation induced by chloride ion.  相似文献

研究海洋潮汐区侵蚀环境下混凝土中硫酸盐侵蚀机理,对不同配合比混凝土试件在海洋潮汐环境下进行现场暴露试验。同时利用分光光度计法测定不同侵蚀龄期及不同配合比混凝土中硫酸根离子质量分数。试验结果表明:早期海洋暴露环境下,混凝土中总硫酸根离子质量分数随着腐蚀龄期的增加而显著升高,但随着时间增加幅度逐渐降低;混凝土中总硫酸根离子质量分数因水胶比、水泥用量不同而不同;一定比例的矿物掺合料可以有效提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。  相似文献

Corrosion of offshore platforms is inevitable. In an ocean corrosion environment, the strength of a platform is weakened greatly. When simultaneously subjected to earthquakes or other extreme loads, the ultimate bearing capacity of the corroded platform is dramatically reduced, resulting in compounded damage from both corrosion and earthquake. Thus, the influence of corrosion cannot be neglected in the seismic performance investigation of platforms. The commonly used corrosion model in platform design is uniform corrosion, and the corrosion rate rule for any parts or zones in a platform is the same. In real cases, however, there are significant differences between the corrosion characteristics in different parts of a platform. Based on theoretical aspects and measured data, a zonal time-variant corrosion model of a platform is developed for a seismic collapse performance investigation. The pushover and incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) methods are adopted here to calculate the collapse margin ratio (CMR), there serve strength ratio (RSR) and ductility coefficient (μ) that are frequently used for the safety reserve evaluation of a platform. The failure reason and collapse probability of platforms considering different service periods are compared. The most prominent feature of the proposed time-variant zonal corrosion model is to capture potential switch of weak location and resulting failure path of corroded jacket offshore platforms although the proposed model needs further calibration by more reliable in-field measured data. As expected, corrosion can definitely cause a reduction in earthquake resistance of a jacket offshore platform, as well as ultimate deformability. The coupled effect between the time-variant vibration properties of the platform and the spectral characteristics of selected motions, the collapse-level spectral acceleration (SA) does not always decrease with increasing corrosion degree. The curves corresponding to normalized CMR and RSR agree very well with each other in the early corrosion development stage and service period beyond 30 years. Some distinct differences can be found during the two stages, with the greatest difference up to 10% for the example platform.  相似文献

氯离子渗透到混凝土内部诱发钢筋锈蚀是海洋钢筋混凝土面临的耐久性关键问题。构建考虑骨料、浆体集料界面区的混凝土模型,建立了环境温度、湿度影响的氯离子传输模型,基于COMSOL数值模拟软件分析了材料、环境对混凝土氯离子传输的影响规律,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明:模拟结果和试验数据具有较高的吻合度;随着温度的升高,氯离子扩散加快,而混凝土中氯离子的渗透深度随着内部湿度的增大而呈现减小趋势。混凝土中高致密骨料存在阻碍了氯离子传输,但界面区存在使得氯离子沿界面区传输并在骨料背后形成传输前锋。  相似文献

The fatigue flexural performance of RC beams attacked by salt spray was studied. A testing method involving electro osmosis, electrical accelerated corrosion and salt spray was proposed. This corrosion process method effectively simulates real-world salt spray and fatigue loading exerted by RC components on sea bridges. Four RC beams that have different stress amplitudes were tested. It is found that deterioration by corrosion and fatigue loading reduces the fatigue life of the RC and decreases the ability of deformation. The fatigue life and deflection ability could be reduced by increasing the stress amplitude and the corrosion duration time. The test result demonstrates that this experimental method can couple corrosion deterioration and fatigue loading reasonably. This procedure may be applied to evaluate the fatigue life and concrete durability of RC components located in a natural salt spray environment.  相似文献

The low side friction of piles in coral sand results in the low bearing capacity of foundations. In this paper, expansive concrete pile is utilized to improve the bearing capacity of pile foundations in coral sand. Both model tests and numerical simulation are performed to reveal the bearing mechanism of expansive concrete pile in coral sand.Results showed that the lateral earth pressure near pile increases obviously and the side friction of piles is improved,after adding expansion agent to the concrete. The horizontal linear expansion is 1.11% and the bearing capacity increased 41% for the pile, when 25% expansion agent is added. Results in finite element numerical simulation also show that ultimate bearing capacity increases with the increase of the linear expansion ratio. Besides, the area for obvious increase in side friction is below the surface of soil about three times the pile diameter, and the expansion leads to a high side friction sharing of the pile. Therefore, the cast-in-place expansive concrete pile is effective in improving the bearing capacity of piles in coral sand.  相似文献

在环境条件和使用荷载作用下,高桩码头结构损伤和承载力降低是普遍存在的问题。在役梁板式高桩码头结构安全评估,是保证港口设施安全运行的必要措施。结构整体可靠度是结构安全评估的核心指标,但目前尚未建立结构整体可靠度计算的有效方法。基于非线性有限元数值模型,采用蒙特卡罗模拟技术确定了典型梁板式高桩码头结构整体极限承载力概率分布模型及其统计参数,研究了损伤位置、损伤程度和损伤数量等对极限承载力概率分布及其统计参数的影响,明确了无损结构整体极限承载力概率分布模型及其统计参数可用于损伤结构分析。将结构整体极限承载力作为结构抗力随机变量,采用一次二阶矩法计算结构的可靠指标,建立了一种在役梁板式高桩码头结构整体可靠度计算的有效方法。  相似文献

Through the flexural behavior test of coral aggregate reinforced concrete beams (CARCB) and ordinary Portland reinforced concrete beams (OPRCB), and based on the parameters of concrete types, concrete strength grades and reinforcement ratios, the crack development, failure mode, midspan deflection and flexural capacity were studied, the relationships of bending moment-midspan deflection, load-longitudinal tensile reinforcement strain, load-maximum crack width were established, and a calculation model for the flexural capacity of CARCB was suggested. The results showed that with the increase in the reinforcement ratio and concrete strength grade, the crack bending moment (Mcr) and ultimate bending moment (Mu) of CARCB gradually increased. The characteristics of CARCB and OPRCB are basically the same. Furthermore, through increasing the concrete strength grade and reinforcement ratio, Mcr/Mu could be increased to delay the cracking of CARCB. As the load increased, crack width (w) would also increase. At the beginning of the loading, w increased slowly. And then it increased rapidly when the load reached to the ultimate load, which then led to beam failure. Meanwhile, with a comprehensive consideration of the effects of steel corrosion on the loss of steel section and the decrease of steel yield strength, a more reasonable calculation model for the flexural capacity of CARCB was proposed.  相似文献

为促进我国海洋生态环境保护和海洋资源优化配置,文章结合已有研究成果,构建海洋资源环境承载力评价指标体系,并提出基于熵值法的评价方法。研究结果表明:海洋资源环境承载力评价指标体系包括目标层、3个要素层和18个指标层组成,其中海洋资源环境供给能力包括人均滨海湿地面积等6个评价指标,海洋资源环境承压能力包括海洋生物多样性等6个评价指标,人类经济社会发展能力包括人均海洋生产总值等6个评价指标;基于熵值法的评价方法包括评价指标标准化处理、评价指标权重确定和海洋资源环境承载力指数计算3个步骤;该评价指标体系和评价方法具有较强的可操作性,将在实践中逐渐完善。  相似文献

针对海洋环境条件,重点研究了粉煤灰混凝土的抗冻性和氯离子渗透性能的相互关系.试验分别研究了水胶比、粉煤灰等量取代水泥掺量大小、引气剂掺量等因素对抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并与普通混凝土进行了对比.结果表明,粉煤灰不增加混凝土的抗海水冻融耐久性;粉煤灰增加混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,但是掺量超过30%,抗氯离子渗透性能下降;粉煤灰对混凝土抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性的耦合影响在30%左右存在一个最佳掺量.为评估混凝土的抗冻性和氯离子扩散性的耦合性能,提出了新的评价方法--冻渗比(R值方法),并进行了试验验证.SEM和MIP微观分析与R值方法评价的结果是吻合的.  相似文献

围绕海洋混凝土结构的环境作用等级划分和耐久性设计参数限值,对国内外现行的混凝土结构耐久性设计规范进行了系统对比分析。首先分析了国内外14个国家和地区的32部混凝土结构耐久性设计规范的技术特点,然后对比了不同规范对于海洋氯盐环境条件和环境作用等级划分的依据和差异性,进而从最低混凝土强度等级、最大水胶比、最小胶凝材料用量、最小保护层厚度、抗氯离子渗透性指标限值、最大初始氯离子含量和最大裂缝宽度等方面,系统对比分析了不同规范对于海洋混凝土结构耐久性设计参数限值的差异性,为海洋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供了参考。  相似文献
