南海夏季风爆发与西太平洋暖池区热含量及对流异常   总被引:19,自引:3,他引:19       下载免费PDF全文
利用1955~1998年逐月的上层海洋热含量资料和NCEP/NCAR再分析资料,研究了南海夏季风爆发与热带西太平洋暖池区热含量异常的关系,并对影响过程进行了探讨.结果表明:(1)热带西太平洋暖池区是热带上层海洋热含量变化最大的区域,暖池区的热含量的变化与ENSO关系密切,是ENSO循环的重要组成部分,也是影响南海夏季风爆发最明显的地区.(2)南海夏季风爆发与前期(特别是前期冬、春季)暖池热状态的变化有密切关系,当前期暖池热含量高时,南海夏季风爆发早,反之爆发晚,这与由暖池变化所产生的上空大气的对流活动密切相关;4月暖池区热含量高(低)是预报南海夏季风爆发早(晚)的一个很好指标.(3)西太平洋暖池区热含量正异常时,辐散中心位于南海—西太平洋,对流强,西太副高弱且位置偏东,季风环流(印度洋纬向环流和经向环流)和Walker环流为正距平环流;正距平的季风环流有利于低空西到西南气流的加强,南海夏季风爆发早,反之爆发晚.由暖池变化所引起的大尺度季风环流和Walker环流的异常变化可能是影响南海夏季风爆发的一个重要动力机制.  相似文献

An experiment using a global ocean–ice model with an interannual forcing data set was conducted to understand the variability in the Southern Ocean. A winter-persisting polynya in the Weddell Sea (the Weddell Polynya, WP) was simulated. The process of WP breaking out after no-WP years was explored using the successive WPs found in the late 1950s. The results suggested that the anomalously warm deep water, saline surface layer, and a cyclonic wind stress over the Maud polynya region in early winter are essential for the surface layer to be dense enough to trigger deep convections which maintain a winter-persisting polynya; also, the reanalyzed surface air temperature (SAT) over the observed polynya region is too high for an ocean–ice model’s bulk formula to yield sufficient upward heat fluxes to induce WP formation. Therefore the Weddell Polynya, a series of WPs observed from satellite in the mid-1970s, is reproduced by replacing the SAT with a climatological one. Subsequent to the successive WP events, density anomalies excited in the Weddell Sea propagate northward in the Atlantic deep basins. The Antarctic Circumpolar Current (ACC) is enhanced through the increased meridional density gradient. The enhanced ACC and its meandering over the abyssal ridges excite buoyancy anomalies near the bottom at the southwestern end of the South Pacific basin. The buoyancy signals propagate northward and eventually arrive in the northern North Pacific.  相似文献

Satellite altimeter sea level data from 1993 to 2008 are used to analyze the interaction of nonlinear Rossby eddies with the Kuroshio at the Luzon Strait (LS). The sea level anomaly data show that the west Pacific (WP) is a source of nonlinear Rossby eddies, and the South China Sea (SCS) is a sink. The LS serves as a gateway between the two. The scale analysis indicates that eddies with a radius larger than 150 km are strong enough to significantly alter the Kuroshio and are able to modify the local circulation pattern. Statistical analysis indicates that the probability for eddies to penetrate through the Kuroshio may reach at least 60%. A case study of an anticyclonic mesoscale eddy passing through the LS in June–July 2004 indicates that the Kuroshio behaves as an unsteady flow with its stream path frequently modified, in a way of cutting off, meandering and branching during its interaction with the eddy. We therefore suggest that nonlinear Rossby eddies may play a significant role in modification of the local circulation system near the LS and in exchanges of the mass, momentum and energy between the WP and the SCS.  相似文献

嗜冷希瓦氏菌Shewanella psychrophila WP2分离自深海沉积物,其拥有目前希瓦氏菌属(Shewanella)中最大的基因组,为6. 4 Mb。通过对S. psychrophila WP2的完整基因组进行系统发育和代谢潜能分析,并与相近菌株进行比较,探究WP2拥有较大基因组的生理和生态意义,深化对Shewanella菌在环境适应性方面的认识。基于串联保守蛋白对WP2基因组进行系统发育分析,根据注释结果对WP2进行代谢通路重建。系统发育进化树显示,WP2属于Group 1分支,和其它嗜冷嗜压Shewanella菌相同,非嗜冷嗜压Shewanella菌株都属于Group 2分支。WP2基因组中与DNA修复、次级代谢产物合成、转运分泌相关的基因数明显多于Shewanella piezotolerans WP3。WP2拥有较多水平转移来源的基因组岛(17个),岛内包含了与嘌呤代谢、氨基糖代谢、运动趋化、群体感应等功能相关的基因。结果表明,通过潜在的水平基因转移,WP2获得了大量的辅助功能基因,增强了它的氮源利用能力、运动和趋化能力,以及应对复杂环境的群体感应能力和抗生素合成功能,从而更加适应生活在寡营养和复杂极端的深海环境。本研究针对S. psychrophila WP2的代谢潜力进行了深入的探索和研究,为将来关于Shewanella菌和微生物的环境适应机制的研究提供了更多数据参考和理论基础。  相似文献

A depth profile of bacterial community structure in one deep-sea sediment core of the western Pacific "warm pool" (WP) was investigated and compared with that in a sediment sample from the eastern Pacific (EP) by phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA fragments. Five bacterial 16S rDNA clone libraries were constructed, and 133 clones with different restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) patterns were sequenced. A phylogenetic analysis of these sequences revealed that the bacterial diversity in a sample from the WP was more abundant than that in the EP sample. The bacterial population in the sediment core of WP was composed of eight major lineages of the domain bacteria. Among them the γ-Proteobacteria was the predominant and most diverse group in each section of WP sediment core, followed by the α-Proteobacteria. The genus Colwellia belonging to γ-Proteobacteria was predominant in this sample. The shift of bacterial communities among different sections of the WP sediment core was δ-, ε-Proteobacteria, and Cytopahga-Flexibacteria-Bacteroides (CFB) group. The ratios between them in the bacterial communities all showed inversely proportional to the depth of sediment. The sequences related to sulphate reducing bacteria (SRB) were detected in every section. The bacterial community structure in this sediment core might be related to the environmental characteristics of the surface seawater of the western Pacific WP.  相似文献

Collision at sea is always a significant issue affecting the safety of ship navigation. The shipborne autonomous collision avoidance system (SACAS) has the great advantage to minimize collision accidents in ship navigation. A parallel trajectory planning architecture is proposed in this paper for SACAS system. The fully-coupled deliberative planner based on the modified RRT algorithm is developed to search for optimal global trajectory in a low re-planning frequency. The fully-coupled reactive planner based on the modified DW algorithm is developed to generate the optimal local trajectory in a high re-planning frequency to counteract the unexpected behavior of dynamic obstacles in the vicinity of the vessel. The obstacle constraints, ship maneuvering constraints, COLREGs rules, trajectory optimality, and real-time requirements are satisfied simultaneously in both global and local planning to ensure the collision-free optimal navigation in compliance with COLREGs rules. The on-water tests of a trimaran model equipped with a model-scale SACAS system are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The good balance between the computational efficiency and trajectory optimality is achieved in parallel trajectory planning.  相似文献

基于美国国家海洋和大气管理局(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,NOAA)全球范围扩展重建海面温度资料第5版本(Extended Reconstructed Sea Surface Temperature version 5,ERSSTv5),以及美国国家环境预报中心和国家大气研究中心NCEP(National Centers for Environmental Prediction)/NCAR(National Center for Atmospheric Research)逐月全球再分析资料,采用相关、回归、合成及物理量诊断等方法,对2022年夏季中国大范围高温相关环流异常的可能成因进行了分析。结果表明:(1)2022年夏季南亚高压偏强并分别向东、西方向扩展,西太平洋副热带高压(以下简称“副高”)异常偏强西伸。2022夏季为拉尼娜(La Niña)年,但热带大西洋垂直上升环流相对西太平洋更强,且热带印度洋到西太平洋热带垂直上升环流异常也偏强。(2)2022年热带大西洋、印度洋到西太平洋上空垂直环流异常和La Niña共同作用,使得夏季南亚高压和西太平洋副高极端异常。La Niña和印度洋到西太平洋垂直环流异常有利于南亚高压和西太平洋副高的偏强西伸;热带大西洋环流异常则既有利于南亚高压的加强及东扩,也有利于西太平洋副高偏强西伸。(3)印度洋到西太平洋垂直环流主要通过局地经向哈得来(Hadley)环流影响青藏高原到中国东部的环流异常,表现为青藏高原到中国东部中低层为显著的辐散异常;热带大西洋则通过引起纬向风异常(急流异常),激发遥相关波列并向下游传播,进而影响青藏高原到中国东部地区的环流异常。  相似文献

To make a curvilinear motion in the horizontal plane is one of the most contents for realizing the maneuverability of the supercavitating vehicle. It is significant to achieve the controllability and maneuverability of the vehicle in three dimensions both theoretically and practically on research. Models of angle of attack, gravity and inertial force effects on the supercavity in the horizontal curvilinear motion are established, respectively. The supercavity is simulated based on these models in combination with Logvinovich model and the unsteady gas-leakage rate model at the given ventilation rate, and the effect of the inertial force on it is analyzed numerically. Results show that the maximum deviation of the center line of the cross section of supercavity towards the outward normal direction of its trajectory increases as the cavitation number or curvature radius decrease and always occur in the tail because of the increase of inertial effects along the axis of supercavity from the cavitator when other models and flow parameters are constant for the given trajectory curvature. For the variable curvature, the supercavity sheds due to its instability caused by the time-varying angle of attack. The deviation increases along the length of supercavity if the curvature remains the same sign.  相似文献

A sedimentary succession studied along three parallel seismic lines details a platform-edge progradation of 21–36 km in a northwesterly direction across the northwestern Barents Shelf. The intra-shelf clinoform succession is bounded at bottom and top by Base Olenekian and Early Ladinian seismic reflectors. The ca 800 m thick succession can be resolved into seven distinct clinothems. The system is characterized by an early sub-horizontal platform-edge trajectory with extensive progradation, limited relative sea level rise and restricted accommodation. Thereafter the system outlines a largely ascending trajectory, marking a major rise in relative sea level and creation of significant accommodation. The platform-edge appears to back-step along one line suggesting that relative sea level rise out-paced sediment influx and preserved a clinothem with a trajectory characterized by accretionary transgression. Thereafter the trajectory is overall ascending regressive, with some variation of the trajectory angle, culminating in a flat and finally descending trajectory with oblique clinoforms outlining extensive progradation and another period of limited accommodation. The clinoforms downlap onto a succession of basin-floor deposits which appear to comprise at least two separate periods of deposition, forming two separate units. The first five clinothems downlap onto the first basin-floor unit. The shift to downlap onto the second unit occurs around the second period of extensive platform-edge advance, suggesting limited accommodation promoted bypass of significant amounts of sediment to the basin floor.The Gardarbanken High has been considered an obstacle to Early Triassic sediment progradation in this part of the basin. This inference can be corroborated based on the seismic attributes, which show sediment infill and onlap near the High. The influence is also noticeable in the reduced slope relief near the High, indicating that the basin floor was topographically higher. However, other geometric attributes cannot provide any definitive measures of structural influence.The thickness of preserved topsets and the distance from the platform-edge to the toe pinch-out point of each clinothem is found to be inversely proportional. This relationship is most marked in the fully developed sigmoidal clinoforms, whereas the link appears weaker in the oblique clinoforms. A near-perfect correlation between clinothem average vertical thickness (the average sedimentary rock accumulation within the clinothem) and advance of the toe is found, with only a relatively close relationship between clinothem average vertical thickness and advance of the platform-edge. In the studied system it therefore appears the advance of the toe is governed solely by sediment influx while the advance of the platform-edge is also influenced by relative sea level.  相似文献

基于控制力矩陀螺群(CMGs)的水下航行器具有低速或零速机动的能力。采用基于分布式CMGs的水下航行器方案,并研究其水平面的轨迹跟踪控制问题。通过全局微分同胚变换将非完全对称的动力学模型解耦成标准欠驱动控制模型,并根据简化的模型构建其轨迹跟踪的误差动力学模型,将轨迹跟踪控制问题转化为误差模型镇定问题。基于一种分流神经元模型和反步法设计了系统的轨迹跟踪控制律,该控制器不需要对任何虚拟控制输入进行求导计算,且能确保跟踪误差的最终一致有界性。仿真结果表明该控制器能够实现在不依赖动力学参数先验知识的情况下对光滑轨迹的有效跟踪。  相似文献

An (AC)n-microsatellite-enriched library for Larimichthys crocea was constructed in this study. Primers for fifty simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci were synthesized and genotyped on 30 L. crocea individuals from Guanjingyang wild population (WP) in Fujian Province and 38 individuals from Ningbo cultured population (CP) in Zhejiang Province. Only 21 loci were successfully amplified and polymorphic in two populations. In WP, the observed heterozygosity (H_O ) ranged from 0.233 to 0.900 and the expected heterozygosity (H_E ) ranged from 0.326 to 0.893, with an average of 7.8 alleles/locus, the polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.283 to 0.866 (mean 0.731). In CP, the H O ranged from 0.189 to 0.892 and the H E ranged from 0.333 to 0.800, with an average of 4.4 alleles/locus. The probability test showed significant departures from HWE in 9 and 2 of the 21 loci in WP and in CP, respectively. Deficiency of heterozygotes at four loci showed the presence of null alleles (P <0.01). The PIC of 20 microsatellite loci in WP were greater than 0.50. Overall, these novel markers are potentially useful for the study of population genetics, construction of genetic linkage and quantitative trait loci maps in large yellow croaker.  相似文献

以华南理工大学开发的自主稳定可控制水下拖曳体为研究对象,首先通过水下拖曳体在拖曳水池样机中的试验取得试验数据后作为训练样本,采用LM BP算法,建立基于神经网络理论构建的可控制水下拖曳体轨迹与姿态水动力的数值模型。在此基础上设计了一个控制系统,它主要由两部分组成:基于遗传算法的神经网络辨识器和基于模拟退火改进的遗传算法的模糊神经网络控制器。以满足预先设定的拖曳体水下监测轨迹要求为控制依据,由控制系统确定为达到所要求的运动轨迹而应采用的迫沉水翼转角,以此作为输入参数,通过LM BP神经网络模型的模拟计算预报在这一操纵动作控制下的拖曳体所表现的轨迹与姿态特征。数值模拟计算结果表明:该系统的设计达到了所要求的目的;借助这一系统,可以有效地实现对拖曳体的深度轨迹控制。  相似文献

This study reveals the physical backgrounds of the geometric centroid and the thermal centroid of the Western Pacific Warm Pool (WPWP) and points out their differences. The geometric centroid (actually a very close approximation to the mass centroid) anomaly of the surface WPWP correlates more closely with the Niño-3 region sea surface temperature anomaly (Niño-3 SSTA, an important indicator of El Niño/La Niña events) than the surface thermal centroid. Taking the WPWP depth (or heat storage) into account, the “real” mass or thermal centroid of the WPWP might correlate better with the El Niño/Southern Oscillation (ENSO) signals.  相似文献

通过CCK8法检测分离自深海一株深海耐压菌Shewanella piezotolerans WP3次生代谢产物的细胞毒活性,研究了温度、压力、噬菌体对WP3次生代谢产物细胞毒活性的影响.发现WP3次生代谢产物具有良好细胞毒活性.低温因素可提高其细胞毒活性,在100μg/cm^3的含量下,代谢产物对肿瘤细胞Bel7402、CNE2、A549、HT1080细胞毒活性均有提高,其中对A549细胞毒活性提高了1.3倍.在最适温度(20℃)情况下,高压可降低其细胞毒活性.20 MPa培养条件下,代谢产物对4株肿瘤细胞均未表现出明显活性,而常压培养条件下对SW 480具有93.3%的抑制率,对HT1080抑制率表现出87.5%,对CNE2抑制率是79.8%.在低温情况下,压力因素对其细胞毒活性无影响,噬菌体对细胞毒活性影响不大.HPLC指纹图谱分析发现不同温度条件下,其次生代谢产物指纹图谱有变化,结合细胞毒活性结果分析,为后期分离鉴定细胞毒活性化合物提供指导.  相似文献

Suboptimal processing schemes, the application of which is not widespread in synthetic aperture sonar processing, are described with reference to seafloor imaging. It is shown that their application can result in a significant increase of the azimuth resolution of the sonar system with respect to the resolution due to its physical beamwidth, without imposing unreasonable constraints on the sonar platform trajectory.  相似文献

利用FVCOM(Finite-volume coastal ocean numerical model)数值模型和MM5风场预报模式,在对渤海海域水动力场进行数值模拟的基础上,基于"油粒子"的欧拉-拉格朗日跟踪法和随机走动原理,并考虑风对溢油油膜漂移扩散的直接作用,建立了海洋溢油油膜漂移轨迹和扩散的数值预测模型。利用建立的模型对2011年6月蓬莱19-3油田事故溢油进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与RADARSAT卫星遥感监测数据相吻合。研究结果表明:在渤海中部地区夏季事故溢油模拟预测中,风漂移因子取0.024最为合理,模型可用于渤海蓬莱19-3油田附近事故溢油轨迹和扩散的快速预报,从而为该区域的溢油事故应急响应提供科学依据。  相似文献

Argo资料已成为当前海洋和大气科学领域基础研究的重要数据来源。但由于其剖面元数据与观测数据混合存放的特点,现有的共享平台无法实现浮标漂移轨迹与剖面图的实时绘制。因此本文提出一种结构化与半结构化并存的Argo资料协同管理方法,通过分析Argo资料结构组成与特点,将结构化数据与半结构化数据分离提取;然后利用关系型数据库对半结构化类型属性的扩展支持,建立剖面元数据与观测数据间的关联关系;并利用分表存储,降低数据量快速增长对单数据表带来的存储压力。最后通过对近20 a的全球Argo资料解析建库结果进行分析,证明该方法具有良好的可扩展性和高效的轨迹数据获取效率,能够支持浮标漂移轨迹和剖面图的实时绘制。同时,该方法也可为特征类似的剖面观测数据管理提供技术参考。  相似文献

To investigate technical issues associated with the particle-tracking numerical models frequently used to reproduce the behavior of objects drifting in the actual ocean, the trajectories of satellite-tracked drifters released in 2003, 2004, and 2007 were reproduced using a numerical model. In particular, the wind stress driving the surface currents which carried the drifters has been computed using satellite-observed QuikSCAT/Seawinds data provided twice daily in conjunction with in-situ Ieodo-station wind data. Although it is difficult to reproduce the trajectory of a single drifter using numerical models because of the uncertainty induced by random-walk processes, the similarity between the modeled particle and observed buoy trajectories is statistically significant, except for the experiment in 2007. In general, the satellite-derived wind field modified using in situ data is likely to be able to reproduce observed drifter motion. However, it is found that the model is unable to reproduce drifter trajectories in windy 2007. The numerical modeling result demonstrates that wind-induced leeway drift prevails in drifter motion in 2007, in spite of the wind-resistant drogue attached to the drifters, and that this drift shows non-negligible spatiotemporal variability, suggesting that leeway drift is not simply proportional to wind speeds, as in previous studies have maintained.  相似文献
