针对构造演化历史甚为复杂的兴蒙造山带的地壳结构探测较为有限的问题,本研究利用2016—2018年布设在兴蒙造山带西南部的第3期NECsaids地震台阵和固定地震台及NECESSArray的流动台数据,采用时间域最大熵谱反褶积方法提取到研究区的24027条高质量P波接收函数,进而采用H-κ和共转换点(CCP)叠加方法以及分层剥离转换震相分析地壳各向异性的方法来辨识研究区的地壳结构特征.分析表明:研究区地壳各向异性整体呈近NW向和近EW向,与区域速度场和板块绝对运动方向一致,表明现今地壳结构主要受控于太平洋板块构造域;大兴安岭—太行山重力梯级带是明显的地壳结构差异过渡区,其西侧地壳厚度明显高于东侧且呈降低趋势,而平均波速比则呈现东西两侧盆地较高的分布特征;局部地区的高波速比和不同的各向异性特征则显示受到新生代火山和断裂活动的改造作用,二连盆地的厚地壳和复杂的各向异性特征则展现出古亚洲洋闭合及蒙古—鄂霍茨克和古太平洋等多期构造作用的可能影响.  相似文献

PKP震相包含了下地幔底部P波速度结构的重要信息.中国地震台网(CSN)台站记录到的南美洲地震的PKP波的射线,对中太平洋下的D″层有很好的采样.本研究采用这些PKP波的AB和DF两个分支的走时差,研究了中太平洋下地幔底部P波速度的小尺度变化.AB DF的走时差减小了上地幔横向不均匀性的影响,而对下地幔底部P波速度的横向变化十分敏感.与此同时,AB DF的走时差也减小了地震定位误差的影响,消除地震发震时间测定误差的影响.本研究的结果表明,在中太平洋的地幔底部存在着大范围的AB DF走时正残差,也即低速异常区,这可能是太平洋下超大地幔热柱的源处.观测到的P波速度异常的空间分布总体上与Grand通过层析成像得到的CMB的S波的速度异常相一致,并在变化的幅度上很好地相关,P波速度的扰动值(在D″层大约为2%)是Grand 速度模型中的S波异常的36%.这一结果有助于太平洋下超大地幔热柱的结构和性质的进一步研究.  相似文献

The crust and upper mantle structure beneath southeastern China   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We analyzed teleseismic waveforms recorded by 44 stations in the Fujian and Taiwan provinces of China and obtained 5344 high quality receiver functions. The crustal thickness (H) and average crustal VP/VS ratio (k) beneath every station were estimated using the Hk stacking method. Crustal thicknesses near the Fujian Province range from 28.3 to 32.8 km with an average of 31.1 km, and the corresponding VP/VS ratios vary from 1.70 to 1.84 with a mean of 1.76. From inland to offshore of the Fujian Province, the crustal thicknesses decrease and Poisson's ratios increase. These may indicate decreasing SiO2 and increasing calc-alkaline contents in the crust. The discontinuity structures such as the Moho, subducting slab, the 410- and 660-km discontinuities (hereafter we call them the 410 and the 660) are also studied using common converted point (CCP) stacking of receiver functions. Along two NW–SE lines of central and northern Taiwan, the CCP stacking results show a western dipping structure at depths above 50 km, suggesting that the Philippine Sea plate is probably subducting beneath the Eurasian continent plate near the central and northern Taiwan. The CCP stacking results show sharp and flat 410- and 660-km discontinuities, and the transition zone thickness (TZT) is the same as that of ambient mantle beneath Fujian and Taiwan Strait, but thickens in the east of Taiwan. These results suggest that (1) the subducting Eurasian continent plate is confined to the depths above 410 km beneath Fujian and Taiwan Strait; and (2) the South China Sea slab may reach the transition zone beneath the east of Taiwan.  相似文献

Using seismic shear phases from 47 Tonga-Fiji and its adjacent region events recorded by the CENC and IRIS, and from 26 northeast Asia and north Pacific events recorded by IRIS, we studied the shear wave anisotropy in D" region beneath the western Pacific utilizing the ScS-S differential travel time method and obtained the splitting time values between the radial and transverse components of each ScS wave corresponding to each core-mantle boundary (CMB) reflection point. We found that most shear waves involved horizontally polarized shear wave components traveling faster than vertically polarized shear wave components through the D" region. The splitting time values of ScS wave range from ?0.91 s to 3.21 s with an average value of 1.1 s. The strength of anisotropy varies from ?0.45% to 1.56% with an average value of 0.52%. The observations and analyses show that in the D" region beneath the western Pacific the lateral flow is expected to be dominant and the vertical transverse isotropy may be the main anisotropic structure. This structure feature may be explained by the shape preferred orientation of the CMB chemical reaction products or partial melt and the lattice preferred orientation of the lower mantle materials caused by the lateral flow at lowermost mantle.  相似文献

利用来自汤加—斐济及周边地区发生的47次地震并由中国地震台网中心和IRIS台站记录到的数据,与来自东亚北部及北太平洋地区发生的26次地震并由IRIS台站记录到的数据, 使用ScS-S相对走时分析方法研究了西太平洋下D区的剪切波各向异性, 得到了核幔边界反射点上ScS波径向分量和横向分量的分裂时间, 并计算了D区的地震波各向异性强度. 发现ScS波通过西太平洋下D区时普遍呈现出径向分量走时大于横向分量走时的模式. ScS波的分裂时间值为-0.91~3.21s, 平均值为1.1 s; 各向异性强度值为-0.45%~1.56%, 平均值为0.52%. 观测和分析结果表明, 西太平洋下D区水平流应占支配地位,各向异性结构主要是具有垂直对称轴的横向各向同性介质. 形成这种结构的可能原因是地幔底部水平流导致的核幔边界反应产物或部分熔融物质的形状优选方向, 或下地幔物质的晶格优选方向.   相似文献

本文利用中国国家数字地震台网(CDSN)和国际数字地震台网(FDSN)的宽频带远震资料,采用S和ScS震相剪切波差异分裂方法对东南亚下方核幔边界D″层地震各向异性进行研究.共获得了来自7个深震(400km)的24对高质量的S和ScS剪切波分裂参数,其中S震相的分裂参数与前人上地幔各向异性研究结果十分吻合,表明S震相观测结果反映了观测台站下方的上地幔各向异性.通过对上地幔各向异性校正后的波形数据进行进一步的分裂参数分析,最后得到了24个可靠的ScS剩余各向异性分裂参数.结果显示,在经度107°~112°范围内分裂参数均为空值(Null);而在该经度范围东西两侧区域,主要表现为明显分裂特征.这种分裂参数的分布指示了核幔边界D″层的各向异性特征的区域变化,我们推测这种变化可能与停滞在核幔边界的古特提斯和/或古太平洋俯冲板块相关.  相似文献

本文利用区域地震初至波到时数据,通过地震层析成像研究获得了东北日本俯冲带上地幔(深至约150 km)的P波速度(VP)、S波速度(VS)、VP/VS和P波各向异性结构.结果表明,低速及高VP/VS比异常体主要分布在火山下方的下地壳和地幔楔中,其与低频地震的分布吻合,该区域与俯冲板块脱水所释放的流体及其导致的部分熔融密切相关;俯冲的太平洋板块内可能由于脱水脆化导致的双层地震带区域则没有表现出整体的高VP/VS值,其可能与俯冲板块内部含水矿物含量有关;俯冲板块内双重地震带区域及上覆地幔楔薄层主要表现为与海沟平行的方位各向异性和正的径向各向异性,其可能是由于含水矿物的脱水使橄榄石晶格结构发生了从A型到B型的变化所引起的.我们研究表明,结合地震波速度和各向异性结构能够加深对俯冲带内水运移过程的认识.  相似文献

针对太平洋大型横波低速带(Large Low Shear Velocity Province, 简写为LLSVP)东部边界的D″各向异性强度的问题, 利用中美洲和南美洲部分台站的地震记录, 通过对SKS和SKKS震相进行横波分裂分析, 得到22个SKS-SKKS震相对的横波分裂结果, 其中有6个震相对存在显著差异. 对比分析震相对的横波分裂结果差异, 可以保守地估计D″各向异性. 横波分裂结果显示, 地幔最下部存在各向异性; 对D″各向异性成因的分析结果认为, 如果LLSVP边界上的地幔最下部物质存在变形以及内部存在小尺度的非均匀体, 则有助于解释这些观测, 但是本文在LLSVP边界上并没有看到大量的有差异震相对聚集. 结合前人的观测研究推测, 该研究区域下方的LLSVP及其周围地幔的边界可能不是很陡峭, 边界附近没有积累强烈的变形, 并在此基础上讨论了地幔最下部各向异性结构的研究意义.   相似文献

本文使用时间域迭代反褶积算法,从张家口(怀来)—巴音温多尔一线布设的41个宽频地震台站、1年期间记录的连续三分量数据中提取到高质量的P波接收函数1844个.用H-κ扫描方法获得了测线下方Moho深度与波速比值(VP/VS)进而计算出泊松比,用共转换点(CCP)叠加方法获得了沿测线Moho面起伏图像.结果显示:(1)测线下方Moho深度平均40km,仅各块体边界处出现Moho深度小尺度急剧变化.整体上,Moho面产状相对于索伦缝合带大致对称,在缝合带南侧的温都尔庙带和白乃庙带下方呈南倾趋势,在缝合带北侧的宝力道带、贺根山杂岩带下方呈北倾趋势.(2)华北克拉通北缘泊松比总体较高,兴蒙造山带整体较低;各次级块体内部泊松比分布相对稳定,块体分界带附近往往存在泊松比值的升降扰动.(3)整条测线地壳厚度和泊松比之间存在弱的负相关关系,表明存在构造作用的影响.(4)整条测线泊松比呈现以索伦缝合带南缘为对称轴的非线性分布.本文所获得的地壳上地幔结构以及泊松比分布特征,支持古亚洲(索伦)洋(南北)双向俯冲,最终沿林西断裂闭合的动力学模式.  相似文献

接收函数方法被广泛地应用于地壳上地幔结构的研究中,H-κ叠加方法是其中最常用的方法之一.对于布设在基岩区台站计算的接收函数,H-κ叠加方法可以准确地估计台站下方地壳厚度和平均波速比,但是对于沉积盆地地区计算的接收函数,由于低速沉积层内会产生多次波混响,干扰甚至覆盖接收函数中莫霍面的转换波和多次波震相,从而影响H-κ叠加结果的准确性.为准确估计沉积盆地地区地壳结构,本文提出使用预测反褶积方法去除接收函数中低速沉积层内多次波混响,其中预测步长由接收函数归一化自相关函数获得,物理意义为沉积层内S波双程走时.合成接收函数和实测接收函数试验表明,本文提出的预测反褶积方法可以有效地去除沉积层多次波混响,并结合改进的H-κ叠加方法可以准确地估计沉积层下覆地壳厚度和平均波速比.相比于其他去除接收函数多次波混响的方法,本文提出的预测反褶积方法具有参数设定简单、运算量小、震相幅值较大等特点,适用于大批量数据处理.  相似文献

基于华北中西部和青藏高原东北缘3个流动台阵共480个台站新得到的远震XKS(SKS、SKKS和PKS)波分裂结果,并结合研究区已得到的987个台站的分裂结果,获得了高分辨率的上地幔各向异性图像.分析表明,鄂尔多斯块体的时间延迟较小,反映了其稳定性和弱的各向异性变形特征,可能保留了古老克拉通根的"化石"各向异性,但其靠近边缘的局部区域表现出与相邻边缘相一致的各向异性特征,反映了其局部区域受到了与其相邻边缘的构造活动影响.青藏高原东北缘、阿拉善块体和鄂尔多斯块体西缘快波方向主要为NW-SE方向,鄂尔多斯块体北缘主要为NNW-SSE方向,反映了青藏高原沿NE方向推挤过程中岩石圈沿NW-SE方向和NNW-SSE方向发生了伸展变形;位于四川盆地和鄂尔多斯块体两个刚性块体间的秦岭造山带的快波方向为近E-W方向或NWW-SEE方向,时间延迟较大,推测岩石圈东向挤出和软流圈东流共同促进了观测的各向异性;在鄂尔多斯块体南部边缘,快波方向自西向东逆时针沿西南缘六盘山的NW-SE方向转到南缘渭河地堑的近E-W方向再到东南缘太行山的NEE-SWW方向,推断该区域可能存在一个绕刚性块体的逆时针软流圈绕流,与上覆...  相似文献

为了深化对中国大陆及邻区上地幔介质形变强度和方向的空间变化图象、各向异性和剪切波分裂、各向异性以及应变、应变和构造过程关系的认识,我们以剪切波在分层各向异性介质中的传播理论为指导,以分裂剪切波观测为基础,借助数字化地震资料和高分辨率的信号处理技术,给出了对136次地震的分析结果,得到了20个台站下面的上地幔各向异性介质的变形强度和方向的空间变化图象;并结合已有研究结果,对中国大陆及邻区上地幔各向异性特性及其起源问题进行了讨论.   相似文献

本文通过对出露于青藏高原东南缘云南六合地区的新生代深源岩石包体(斜长角闪岩、角闪石岩和石榴石透辉岩)的显微组构和地震波各向异性的研究来约束新生代青藏高原东南缘的地壳各向异性.通过角闪石地质压力计计算得知斜长角闪岩、角闪石岩和石榴石透辉岩包体来源于地壳28~36km,为中-下地壳岩石包体.EBSD测量结果显示包体中角闪石的CPO (晶格优选定向)为Type-IV型和(100)[001]滑移,单斜辉石的CPO为SL型和(100)[001]滑移,暗示中-下地壳为高温强变形的特征.通过CPO数据计算获得斜长角闪岩、角闪石岩和石榴石透辉岩包体全岩VP各向异性为1.9%~13.3%,最大分裂的剪切波各向异性(AVS)为1.17%~8.01%.结合前人的研究结果,该地区的地壳岩石能够解释利用Pms震相测量获得的分裂延迟时间,表明云南西北地区的壳内各向异性源于中-下地壳矿物的定向排列.云南西北地区的Pms快波方向近NW-SE向分布并与SKS的快波方向相近,暗示岩石圈变形是耦合的,受控于青藏高原向东南挤出的构造背景.  相似文献

在喜马拉雅造山带的东缘,雅鲁藏布江缝合带在这里发生急剧转折,南迦巴瓦变质体快速隆起,然而关于东构造结的形成机制一直未有定论.利用围绕南迦巴瓦峰的48个宽频带地震台站记录的远震数据提取P波接收函数,采用改进的H-κ叠加方法和共转换点叠加方法综合研究了东构造结的地壳厚度、波速比分布和地壳结构特征.结果表明:研究区平均地壳厚度为64.03 km,大部分台站介于60.48~66.55 km范围;平均波速比为1.728,主要集中范围为1.696~1.742.东构造结地壳厚度横向变化剧烈,构造结西端和北端厚而中间薄,东构造结核部Moho面呈现上隆的构造形态,东西向上隆幅度约为6~7 km,南北向的上隆超过9~10 km.东构造结核部地壳上隆减薄可能由高密度、高波速的岩石圈撕裂残片拆沉到上地幔软流圈后重力失衡所致.平均波速比超过1.8的高值异常展布于东构造结的两侧,推测为环东构造结的壳内部分熔融体.东构造结地壳上隆减薄和壳内部分熔融的存在很可能均与幔源热物质的上涌有关,而软流圈地幔的上涌则可能由印度板片的撕裂引起.  相似文献

In this study, three receiver function stacking methods are used to study the detailed crust and upper mantle structure beneath south-central Alaska. We used teleseismic waveform data recorded by 36 stations in the Broadband Experiment Across the Alaska Range (BEAAR) and 4 permanent stations in Alaska. H − κ stacking method using P-to-S converted wave and its multiply reflected waves between the Earth's surface and the Moho discontinuity is adopted to estimate the crustal thickness (H) and average crustal VP/VS ratio (κ) in this region. The receiver function results for 24 stations show that the crustal thickness under Alaska ranges from 26.0 to 42.6 km with an average value of 33.8 km, and the VP/VS ratio varies from 1.66 to 1.94 with an average value of 1.81 which corresponds to an average Poisson's ratio of 0.277 with a range from 0.216 to 0.320. High Poisson's ratios under some stations are possibly caused by partial melting in the crust and the uppermost mantle. Common converted point (CCP) stacking results of receiver functions along three lines show clear Moho and slab images under this subduction zone. The depths of the slab from our CCP stacking images are consistent with those estimated from the Wadati–Benioff Zone (WBZ). In the area between two stations DH2 (147.8°W, 63.3°N) and DH3 (147.1°W, 63.0°N), a Moho depth offset of about 10 km is found by both the H − κ and CCP stacking techniques. Common depth point (CDP) stacking of receiver functions shows not only the 410-, 520- and 660-km discontinuities, but also significant variations (−30 to 15 km) in the transition zone thickness under the southwest and southeast parts of the study region. The transition zone becomes thinner by 20–30 km, indicating that the temperature there is 150–200 K higher than that of the normal mantle.  相似文献

We investigated the upper mantle anelastic structure beneath the northern Philippine Sea region, including the Izu-Bonin subduction zone and the Shikoku Basin. We used regional waveform data from 69 events in the Pacific and the Philippine Sea slabs, recorded on F-net and J-array network broadband stations in western Japan. Using the S–P phase pair method, we obtained differential attenuation factors, δt*, which represent the relative whole path Q. We conducted a tomographic inversion using 978 δt* values to invert for a fine-scale (50–100 km) three-dimensional anelastic structure.

The results shows two high-Q regions (QP>1000) which are consistent with the locations of the Pacific and the Philippine Sea slabs. Also there is a low-Q (QP110) area extending to the deeper parts (350–400 km) of the model just beneath the old spreading center and the Kinan Seamount Chain in the Shikoku Basin. A small depth dependence of the laterally averaged QP was found, with values of 266 (0–250 km), 301 (250–400 km), and 413 (400–500 km).  相似文献

瑞利面波垂直-水平振幅比(或ZH振幅比)是一个随频率变化的函数,对于台站下方浅层地壳结构非常敏感,且具有和频散资料不同的深度敏感核,是传统频散反演方法的一个很好的补充,从而可以将基阶瑞利面波的ZH振幅比和面波频散数据联合起来更好地反演获得观测台站下方的速度结构.本文提出了基于邻域算法的面波频散曲线与ZH振幅比联合反演方法,我们进行了基于理论模型的模拟测试,证明了联合反演是一种更为可靠的反演方法,且能更好地约束浅层地壳结构.相比于频散曲线单独反演,联合反演不仅可以精确反演获得地壳的Vs结构,对分层地壳的Vp/Vs也能很好地约束.然后我们将联合反演算法应用于实际测量数据,获得了中国西南昆明台(KMI)下方更为准确的地壳横波速度结构及Vp/Vs模型.  相似文献

Travel times of 11,612 Pn arrivals collected from 7675 earthquakes are inverted to image the uppermost mantle velocity and anisotropy structure beneath the southern half of the Iberian Peninsula and surrounding regions. Pn phases are routinely identified and picked for epicentral distances from 200 to 1200 km. The method used in this study allows simultaneous imaging of variations of Pn velocity and anisotropy. The results show an average uppermost mantle velocity beneath the study area of 8.0 km/s. The peninsular area covered by the Iberian massif is characterized by high Pn velocity, as expected in tectonically stable regions, indicating areas of the Hercynian belt that have not recently been reactivated. The margins of the Iberian Peninsula have undergone a great number of recent tectonic events and are characterized by a pronouncedly low Pn velocity, as is common in areas greatly affected by recent tectonic and magmatic activity. Our model indicates that the Betic crustal root might be underlined by a negative anomaly beneath the southeastern Iberian Peninsula. In the Atlantic Ocean, we find a sharp variation in the uppermost mantle velocities that coincides with the structural complexity of the European and African plate boundary in the Gulf of Cadiz. Our results show a very pronounced low-velocity anomaly offshore from Cape San Vicente whereas high velocities are distributed along the coast in the Gulf of Cadiz. In the Alboran Sea and northern Morocco, the direction of the fastest Pn velocity found is almost parallel to the Africa–Eurasia plate convergence vector (northwest–southeast) whereas to the north, this direction is almost parallel to the main trend of the Betic Cordillera, i.e. east–west in its central part and north–south in the curvature of the Arc of Gibraltar. This suggests that a significant portion of the uppermost mantle has been involved in the orogenic deformation that produced the arcuate structure of the Betic Cordillera. However, we assume that the Neogene extension had no major influence on a lithospheric scale in the Alboran Sea. Our results also show a quite complex pattern of anisotropy in the southwest Iberian lithospheric mantle since the relationship between the direction of fastest Pn velocity and major Hercynian tectonic trends cannot be directly established.  相似文献
