“十五”期间建设并投入试运行的中国数字强震动台网云南区域台网有20多个强震动台站记录到宁洱6.4级地震产生的地面运动。但值得注意的是,位于实地考察得到的Ⅵ度以上烈度区内或者其附近的4个强震台站,从加速度峰值、速度峰值与烈度的对应关系来看,与实际震害现象反映出的烈度有一定差异。究其原因,地震动幅值的大小和震级的大小有着直接的关系,但同时也和地震波的传播途径及场地条件等因素有关。因此,从场地因素的角度出发,从覆盖土层、地形地貌和地质构造条件等方面对造成强震动记录值偏大的原因进行了调查分析。在此基础上,对今后云南地区地震动研究场地影响的考虑提出了一些思路和建议。 相似文献

On June 22,1518,a large earthquake,measuring M7~(1/2),occurred offshore west of Seoul,Korea in the southern Yellow Sea. This earthquake affected the whole Korean Peninsula,and caused damage to the coastal areas such as Seoul,where the seismic intensity was degree Ⅷ. Aftershock activity lasted for more than one month. The earthquake also affected the Eastern China region. This earthquake was possibly related to the activity of the western margin fault zone of the Korean Peninsula( the eastern margin fault zone of the southern Yellow Sea). 2013年4月20日8点02分在四川省雅安市芦山县发生7.0级地震,震源深度13.0km,造成了196人死亡,中国地震局启动地震应急一级响应.在芦山地震中,人员伤亡损失远低于同等规模但人口远少于芦山的玉树地震.全部地震灾区都处于汶川地震的老震区,汶川地震震后受损房屋多数采取了加固或拆除措施,新建农村民居普遍采用多种抗震措施,当地新建房屋比例很高,很好地提高了房屋的抗震性能.在地震中,新建民居极少完全倒塌,这是此次地震伤亡较少的重要原因.但是,由于新建民居多数没有严格按照汶川地震后国家下发的抗震设防民居建设要求进行建设,因此破坏依然十分严重.芦山地震人员伤亡少是防震减灾第1阶段减少人员伤亡目标的体现.然而,芦山地震中抗震措施不达标的农居破坏十分严重,防震减灾实现减轻人民财产损失的目标依然任重道远. 相似文献

通过对2003年7月21日云南大姚6.2级地震前,2001年10月至2003年6月云南出现的613d无M≥5.0地震的罕见平静、2003年2~6月出现的显著能量预释放过程、2002年9月至2003年6月M≥4.0地震深度分布异常,2003年5~6月水汞群体异常及2002年2月至2003年6月形成的强震孕震区的深入分析和研究,给出了云南大姚6.2级地震三要素预测的具体方法和实际预测过程。探讨这一强震前的认识过程对于未来地震预测有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

This project is aimed at bridging the three planes, from basic research, through enabling processes, to engineered systems.
At the basic research plane, we have been working to improve our collective understanding about obstacles to implementing
mitigation practices, owner decision processes (in connection with other MCEER projects), and public policy processes. At
the level of enabling processes, we have been seeking to develop an understanding of how obstacles to greater mitigation can
be overcome by improved policy design and processes. At the engineered systems plane, our work is intended to result in practical
guidelines for devising policies and programs with appropriate motivation and incentives for implementing policies and programs
once adopted. This phase of the research has been aimed, first, at a thorough, multidisciplinary review of the literature
concerning obstacles to implementation. Second, the research has focused on advancing the state of the art by developing means
for integrating the insights offered by diverse perspectives on the implementation process from the several social, behavioral,
and decision sciences. The research establishes a basis for testing our understanding of these processes in the case of hospital
retrofit decisions.
