阿勒泰地区位于新疆最北部。包括阿勒泰、布尔津、哈巴河、吉木乃、福海、富蕴、青河等七县,共有农村人民公社28个,农场16个,牧场14个,林场11个,渔场3个,总面积10.7万平方公里。东、北、西与蒙古、苏联为界,是自治区边界线最长的一个地区。全区人口近41万人,十三个民族。居民以汉、哈族为主,其中汉族占48.5%,哈萨克族占44.2%,回族占3.5%,维吾尔族占2%,蒙古族占1%。农牧业人口占2/3,农牧业劳动力10万余人,其中牧业占1/3、农业占2/3。农牧业劳动力均感紧张。农业生产以牧、农为主,林业和渔业也有一定基础。  相似文献

新中国成立后,尤其是改革开放以来,中国在城市化方面得到较快的发展。城市数量从1949年的132个,增加到1978年的193个、2005年的623个;城市人口从1949年的5700万,增加到1978年的17200万、2005年的56200万;城市人口比例从1949年的10.64%,增加到1978年的17.92%、2005年的42.99%。从城市化的过程看,构成城市人口的社会成员,主要包括两部分:一是城市内部人口的历史继承与自然增减;二是通过各种途径和方式由农村人口转变为城市人口。  相似文献

在对区域PRED系统内涵理解的基础上,比较了它与区域可持续发展的异同。区域PRED系统是以区域人口、资源、环境和发展四个子系统的协调发展为目标,可持续发展是一个宏观的概念,区域PRED系统的协调发展是可持续发展的前提条件.而可持续发展是区域PRFD系统的协调发展最终目标。在对比分析了前人研究区域PRED系统的指标体系和量化方法,结合新疆的实际,对原先较适用于工业发达、环境污染严重的大中型城市的可持续度模型进行了改进。针对西部干旱区特殊的地理环境和农牧业为主体的经济结构,将水资源总量和生态环境因子引入可持续度模型,分别替代模型中原有的资源消耗因子和环境质量因子。水资源总量是制约以农牧业为主的干旱区中小绿洲经济协调发展的重要因子.对于以农牧业为基础产业的干旱区域来说能源的需求远不及对水资源的需求.将水资源总量作为一个指标引入评价模型。同时生态环境变化引起的区域协调发展问题对干旱区尤为重要,西部地区生态环境的脆弱性成为制约经济协调发展的重要因子,是将生态环境引入可持续度模型中的原因。结果表明改进后的可持续度模型用于评价工业不发达、生态环境脆弱的西部干旱区所得结果与该地区的现实基本相符。  相似文献

陇中半干旱区生态环境恢复重建与农牧业发展仿真研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
应用系统动力学理论建立了陇中农牧交错带生态环境恢复重建的SD模型,对该区的三种典型治理模式—综合治理型、农牧协调发展型和传统经营型,用该模型仿真研究了2000~2080年的生态系统发展趋势。结果表明:农牧协调发展模式可使农牧业协调持续发展,土壤侵蚀量减少76.1%,生态环境稳步趋向良性循环,它是该区生态环境治理与农牧业持续发展的最佳模式。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
