船只目标SAR、HFSWR和AIS多手段融合探测的点迹关联分析 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2
A space-borne synthetic aperture radar (SAR), a high frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR), and a ship automatic identification system (AIS) are the main remote sensors for vessel monitoring in a wide range. These three sensors have their own advantages and weaknesses, and they can complement each other in some situations. So it would improve the capability of vessel target detection to use multiple sensors including SAR, HFSWR, and A/S to identify non-cooperative vessel targets from the fusion results. During the fusion process of multiple sensors' detection results, point association is one of the key steps, and it can affect the accuracy of the data fusion and the efficiency of a non-cooperative target's recognition. This study investigated the point association analyses of vessel target detection under different conditions: space- borne SAR paired with AIS, as well as HFSWR, paired with AIS, and the characteristics of the SAR and the HFSWR and their capability of vessel target detection. Then a point association method of multiple sensors was proposed. Finally, the thresholds selection of key parameters in the points association (including range threshold, radial velocity threshold, and azimuth threshold) were investigated, and their influences on final association results were analyzed. 相似文献

海洋锋是海洋中的重要现象之一,通常可以利用锋面检测算法在遥感图像中进行提取。针对在海洋遥感图像质量较低、噪声较多的情况下梯度较小而尺度较大的海表面温度锋提取效果不佳的问题,对基于Jensen-Shannon散度的锋面提取方法进行了改进。具体改进是在计算图像散度时先进行直方图分析,即根据水温分布中的极小值对水温数据进行重新分组,然后使用新生成的水温分布来计算散度,另外还使用了Canny算法中的非极大值抑制对散度图中的锋面进行了细化。实验结果表明,改进后的方法提取出的锋面与使用梯度幅值表示的锋面基本吻合,同时比原方法更适合用于提取受噪声影响较多的水温图像中的大尺度锋面。 相似文献

海域承载力是海洋资源利用协调发展的重要指标,本研究旨在根据胶州湾海域资源特征,基于DPSIR模型构建海域承载力评价指标体系,运用熵值法评价2000—2020年胶州湾海域承载力,并运用耦合协调度模型分析胶州湾海域承载力子系统内部的耦合协调度。结果表明,2000—2020年胶州湾海域承载力和耦合协调度变化幅度范围分别为0.70~0.95和0.73~0.85。研究结论如下:1)2000—2020年胶州湾海域承载力处于强可载、近满载状态,总体呈降低趋势;2)在压力层中的对海洋资源的需求是影响海域承载力的主要因素,而GDP (Gross Domestic Product)增长率、海洋渔船数和海洋渔船功率、人均滩涂面积和人均用海面积、主要海洋产业增加值年增长率、人工增殖放流则分别是影响驱动力层、压力层、状态层、影响层、响应层的主要因素;3)2000—2020年间胶州湾海域承载力整体耦合协调度总体呈“初级协调至良好协调”态势。 相似文献

在建设海洋强国的背景下,山东省的海洋经济系统脆弱性的研究对于海洋经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章从应对能力、敏感性、胁迫性和弹性这4个方面构建了海洋经济系统脆弱性的指标体系,并基于熵权法求出指标权重结合TOPSIS模型和对2007—2019年的山东省海洋经济系统脆弱性进行了分析,并结合障碍度模型,从指标层详细研究了影响海洋经济系统脆弱性的前5个障碍影响因子。研究发现:首先,山东省海洋经济系统脆弱性在2007—2014年经历了较为明显的波动,且从2014年以来,山东省海洋经济的系统脆弱性程度呈现下降趋势;其次,整体上看,敏感性呈现逐步上升的趋势,应对能力和胁迫性在经历最初的大起大落后,分别从2009年和2013年开始呈现攀升的势头,而弹性除了2013年的极端高值外,其余年份呈现较为稳定的状态;最后,通过对各年度准则层障碍度分析发现,应对能力(R)和敏感性(S)起主要影响作用;而通过指标层的障碍度分析发现,工业废水排放总量(万t)、入境旅游外汇收入(万美元)、全社会固定资产投资(亿元)、旅客吞吐量(万人次)、海洋产业结构多样化指数、人均城市道路面积(m2)、海洋第三... 相似文献

在SAR与AIS联合探测探测舰船目标实验中,通过对2010-11-05T06:51渤海海峡Radarsat-2影像的和与之时空匹配的AIS数据比较,发现2种手段探测到的静止的舰船目标能够精确的匹配,但是运动的舰船目标存在一定的偏差.分析了偏差产生的原因,其中距离向偏差是由时间误差引起的;方位向偏差主要是由多普勒频移造成的;这与运动舰船目标的航速、航向及SAR与AIS的探测时间误差有关.在此基础上建立了数学模型,分析上述参数对偏差的影响,并对偏差加以修正,从而实现了SAR与AIS探测结果的匹配. 相似文献

Identification of regional collision risk in water area is of significance for the safety of navigation. However, traditional risk identification models are subject to the limitations in accuracy, short-term identification and traffic characteristics. Herein, a framework was put forward to identify regional collision risk instantaneously based on AIS data. The vessels were clustered by using the spatial clustering method. Afterwards, the framework was divided into two steps. Firstly, collision risk of each cluster was obtained by collision risk and contribution of the vessels within the cluster. An analytical method was adopted to identify collision risk of each vessel from the perspective of vessel pairs. Contribution of each vessel was determined by using improved Shapley value method in game theory. Secondly, regional collision risk was obtained by collision risk and contribution of each cluster. Case studies were carried out based on the AIS data of Northern Yellow Sea in China to validate the validity of the proposed framework. The results show that the proposed framework can effectively identify collision risk in water area, presenting the potential for collision risk monitoring and collision risk analysis of water area. 相似文献

恒虚警(CFAR)检测是地波雷达船只目标探测的主要方法。目前基于船舶自动识别系统(AIS)信息的CFAR检测验证方法是一种间接验证方式,容易受地波雷达系统测向误差的影响,且不具备对错检与漏检目标的分析能力。本文提出了一种基于AIS信息的评价地波雷达CFAR检测结果的直接验证方法。该方法将有效的AIS信息转换到地波雷达的距离-多普勒谱中,通过在该谱中AIS信息与CFAR检测结果的关联分析,实现CFAR检测结果的直接评价。论文首先给出了方法的原理和处理流程,然后利用实测数据给出了该方法在CFAR检测结果评价中的实际应用,验证了方法有效性,而且该方法也为低可观测目标的CFAR检测提供了参数优化调整的依据。 相似文献

为直观表征近岸航道水深利用状况,提出应用一定时间尺度内最低瞬时水深、平均瞬时水深与海图水深、海图水深和深度基准面L值之和间的差异分布,定性分析水深利用状况的方法;提出以AIS报文中船舶吃水字段与对应海图水深的比值作为量化指标,定量分析水深利用状况的方法。天津港复式航道计算实例结果表明,南北两侧小船航道水深利用程度高于主航道,且小船航道处于高的水深利用状态;主航道水深利用程度相对较高,且其具有较大的水深可利用空间。综合考虑,在疏浚任务中应侧重南侧小船航道的疏浚,以提升天津港复式航道区域的综合水深利用状况。 相似文献

The topic of ship recycling has obtained considerable attention during the last two decades for a variety of reasons with the likelihood of the adoption of a new international convention under the auspices of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). This study applies econometric modeling to a unique data set to provide insight into the dynamics of the ship recycling market. The data set contains information on 51,112 ships over 100 gt and includes 748,621 events over a period of 29 years. The analysis confirms a negative relationship of earnings and a positive relationship of scrap prices for all locations while Bangladesh seems to be more sensitive to changes in earnings than the other locations and more likely demolishes larger and older vessels. The results for flag and ownership vary across scrapping locations with Malta and Cyprus indicating potential importance from a registry perspective. The overall safety profile of a vessel seems to be less important towards the probability of a ship being scrapped. Possible implementation of the convention at EU level will mostly likely affect Turkey while non-ratification of one of the major flags will most likely affect China or Bangladesh. 相似文献

The ship routing problem can be known as a multi-objective problem. Since the operation strategy is influenced by ocean environments, e.g. wind, waves or ocean currents, it is therefore weather routed. In this study, the three-dimensional modified isochrone (3DMI) method utilizing the recursive forward technique and floating grid system for the ship tracks is applied to globally search for the optimum route. The proposed method considers two types of routing strategies, i.e. ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) routing and FUEL (FUEL-saving) routing, with different constraints, such as land boundaries, significant wave heights, engine revolution speeds and roll responses. As a result, it is verified that the robustness of the proposed method appears to be a practical tool by adjusting the safety threshold for the trade-off of ship efficiency and economics. 相似文献

船磁效应一直是影响海洋地磁测量精度的一个重要因素。传统船磁模型只取磁方位角为变量,改正后测线数据存在系统差和船磁影响的起伏变化,给不断累积的地磁数据拼接带来困难。磁正西北和北东方向的测线网受船的感应磁性变化的影响最小,东西向测线之间船磁影响差异最小,而磁南北向测线之间正好相反,据此可从测线布设方案着手减弱船磁效应影响。完备的船磁模型可以兼顾考虑测线航向、地磁总场、磁倾角和拖缆长度的变化,通过不同拖缆长度的主、副测线网交点差平差或三点各两种不同拖缆长度的方位测量,实现地磁异常分离和完备船磁效应的改正。实例说明固定船磁,甚至负的垂直分量,会使船磁效应随纬度出现可观变化,需要完备船磁模型的解算和改正才能解决这个问题。 相似文献
