新疆哈尔拉金矿区含矿围岩为一套中酸性火山熔岩、火山碎屑岩,后经含硫热液或热气作用,具强烈硅化、中强绢云母化、明矾石化,受构造挤压微有碎裂和定向,并沿其具绢云母化、黄铁矿化、金矿化. 1 近矿围岩及其特征 矿床赋矿围岩主要为完全硅化、绢云母化角砾凝灰岩,少量具石英残斑的熔岩,顶部一层正常沉积的角砾砂岩[1]. 火山碎屑岩 根据残留结构、构造可区分为角砾凝灰岩—凝灰岩及熔结角砾凝灰岩两类.前者岩石残留不规则状碎屑外形,小至0.03 mm,大至数毫米.熔结角砾凝灰岩具残留假流纹构造和变余熔结凝灰结构,排列不规则状碎屑等外形. 英…  相似文献

粤北大宝山矿区加里东期火山岩的厘定及其地质意义   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
粤北大宝山矿区一带出露一套与层状Fe-Cu-Pb-Zn矿化紧密共生的层状火成岩。层状火成岩产状与上覆页岩及大理岩和下伏碳质页岩基本一致。本文通过层状火成岩显微特征及锆石年龄探讨火成岩形成环境及时代。层状火成岩为斑状结构,块状构造,局部发育条带状构造及流动构造。层状火成岩的斑晶主要由火山喷发形成的棱角明显石英、斜长石、钾长石、少量角闪石、黑云母及黄铁矿等晶屑及少量岩屑组成,基质为火山熔浆凝结形成的全晶质矿物,主要由粒度极细的石英、钾长石、绢云母、白云母及少量黑云母等组成,石英和钾长石构成典型的霏细结构。层状火成岩含大量火山碎屑及具流动构造等现象表明其为火山碎屑熔岩类,主要为英安质凝灰熔岩、流纹质凝灰熔岩及角砾熔岩。大宝山矿区中部流纹质凝灰熔岩和东部丘坝一带英安质凝灰熔岩的锆石LA-ICP-MS U-Pb年龄分别为436.4±4.1Ma,MSWD=0.94和434.1±4.4Ma,MSWD=1.9,是加里东期形成的。据大宝山矿区熔岩锆石U-Pb年龄,结合层状熔岩和灰岩及碳质页岩紧密共生及区域深大断裂构造活动特征,我们认为大宝山与层状矿化关系密切的层状火成岩为加里东期海相火山熔岩,粤北一带加里东期海相火山活动可能和形成于加里东期的吴川-四会深大断裂活动有关。  相似文献

<正>北黄海盆地东部坳陷中生代碎屑岩十分发育,同时也钻遇火成岩(侵入岩和火山岩)。侏罗系和白垩系是目前研究的主要目的层段,岩性主要为砂砾岩、凝灰质砾岩、长石岩屑砂岩、凝灰质砂岩、粉砂岩/泥质粉砂岩、泥岩/粉砂质泥岩和少量凝灰岩、灰岩,岩石组分多样,岩石类型复杂。岩石组分主体为风化剥蚀物源特征的再旋回石英、长石,且不同程度地含有凝灰质。岩石组分含量在平面上具有明显的分区性,坳陷北部岩石组分中以含有一定量的灰岩岩屑为特征,坳陷东部岩石组分以含有火山成因碎屑和高含量的  相似文献

由中心式喷发形成的老黑山火山碎屑降落堆积物,主要是玄武质火山渣、火山弹、火山饼和少量岩屑。在火山爆发自身能量和北北西风的影响下,形成高耸的火山渣锥和向南南东展布的低缓的火山碎屑席地貌景观。区域上系统测量了火山碎屑席中火山碎屑的厚度、最大平均粒径、分选系数和中值粒径,均呈现规律性变化;剖面层序则反映老黑山火山经过两个大喷发阶段,多次脉动式喷发。经估算,老黑山火山碎屑席中火山碎屑量比火山渣锥中要少得多,老黑山火山碎屑属“建造火山锥”火山碎屑沉积。据投点,老黑山火山喷发属斯通博里型。老黑山、火烧山火山仍有再次爆发的可能。未来火山喷发的潜在危险主要来自火山喷发空落堆积物。老黑山、火烧山火山的南东、东和南,包括五大连池市在内有必要对未来火山爆发加以防范。  相似文献

开鲁盆地为陆相火山岩盆地。勘探结果表明,在陆为山岩盆地中获得了工业油流,为寻找石油油藏开辟了新途径。龙湾筒凹陷的火山岩以火山熔岩、火山碎屑沉积岩为主,根据岩石特征,可划分为三种岩相:溢流相、火山爆发箱和火山沉积相。溢流相以熔岩为主,包括安山岩、粗面岩、粗安岩、玄武岩和玄武安山岩;火山爆发相岩石包括火山角砾岩和凝灰岩;火山沉积岩相岩石包括凝灰质砂岩、凝灰质泥岩。依据火山岩相划分,结合火山岩测井和地震  相似文献

相山及邻区七个火山盆地火山岩岩性特征及成因探讨   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文研究赣杭构造带西南端相山及其邻区7个火山盆地主体岩石的特征和成因,从地质产状、岩性、岩石化学等方面做了论述。采用了红外光谱、矿物包裹体、高温实验等研究方法,探讨了岩石的形成机理。相山主体岩石是一种成因特殊的火山碎屑(斑)熔岩,即岩颈碎屑熔岩和岩流碎屑熔岩。相山等火山盆地主体岩石边部的塑性岩屑不是熔离成因,而是由火山喷发作用形成的。火山碎屑熔岩中的斜长石牌号变化大,钾长石主要是低透长石,表明岩石的形成具有高温特征。不同岩石相的矿物中的熔融包裹体有明显的形态标型。碎眉熔岩中的石英碎斑结构,主要是高温热炸裂成因的。7个火山盆地中的主体岩石可划分两大类:相山、玉华山和礼陂火山盆地的主体岩石是火山碎屑熔岩;高家、林家、谙源和谭港火山盆地的主体岩石是弱熔结凝灰岩。  相似文献

通过火山岩岩石类型、围岩、火山碎屑及水化学胶结物特征以及火山岩结构构造特征等的综合分析,认为欧利坨子地区沙河街组三段下亚段火山岩为水下中心式喷发所形成,火山锥类型以混合锥为主。并且在火山锥结构特征的基础上,建立了不同类型火山锥的3种等时振幅切片识别模式。实践表明该模式和地震剖面、取心等有机结合,可以确定火山锥的存在及分布状况。  相似文献

松辽盆地东缘下白垩统营城组二段火山碎屑岩的发育特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过精细的野外剖面测量,发现松辽盆地东缘营城组二段中发育熔岩、凝灰岩和凝灰质砂岩。凝灰岩包括熔结凝灰岩、岩屑晶屑凝灰岩、灰球泥粒凝灰岩和角砾凝灰岩。这表明作为火山活动间歇期的营城组二段沉积期依然存在一定规模的火山活动,其沉积作用具有独特的火山和沉积双重控制的特点,区别于正常的沉积作用。营城组二段是一套介于火山岩和陆源碎屑岩之间的过渡岩性,物源既有来自同期火山喷发,也有来自营城组一段和营城组下段以及更老的地层的风化剥蚀。由于存在火山物质和陆源剥蚀物质的双重物源及存在火山物质堆积和沉积作用的双重机理,这套岩石在类型上具有特殊性。存在特殊的火山-沉积作用类型,主要为冲积平原上热碎屑流河道沉积、冲积平原泛滥盆地上热基浪沉积、冲积平原泛滥盆地上空落火山灰云沉积。  相似文献

火山沉积成矿有两种类型,一是火山沉积类型,二是火山喷气沉积类型。火山沉积类型的非金属矿产成矿物质来源于成岩物质,即炽热的火山碎屑空落入火山湖盆水体中经水介脱玻及蚀变作用而成;而火山热液来源于炽热的火山碎屑进入水中后将热量传导给水体因而构成50-100℃上下的热水溶液,又反作用于火山碎屑物质,形成火山玻璃物质的水介脱玻及碎屑物质蚀变矿化而成矿,主要依据酸威废不同,由酸性至碱性可由明矶石、高岭石、叶蜡石、伊利石(近于中性)而至碱性的蒙脱石型膨润土及沸石和珍珠岩等矿床,而由水盆边缘至中心一般可出现由粗斗屑的集块、角砾至角砾凝灰质直至凝灰质等结构的矿石,尤其是沸石,膨润土和明矶石等最为明显,据此构成了火山沉积成矿模式。  相似文献

在的年来对长白山天池火山、五大连池火山和腾冲火山三个火山区火山岩岩石学的主、微量元素研究的基础上,新做出18个火山岩Sr-Nd同位素数据,进一步讨论地幔源区特征与岩浆成因演化。五大连池富钾火山岩浆源区由原始地幔与EMI两个地幔端员混合而成,岩浆直接来自地幔,未受地壳物质明显混染和分离结晶作用影响;天池火山各阶段火山岩一致的似原始地幔特征,可能指示存在巨大的壳内岩浆房和持续的幔源岩浆的补给;腾冲火山岩的高钾钙碱性岩浆源区为由陆内壳-幔相互作用导致的原始地幔与EMⅡ两个地幔端员不同程度混合而成。  相似文献

Mayon is the most active volcano along the east margin of southernLuzon, Philippines. Petrographic and major element data indicatethat Mayon has produced a basaltic to andesitic lava seriesby fractional crystallization and magma mixing. Trace elementdata indicate that the parental basalts came from a heterogeneousmantle source. The unmodified composition of the mantle wedgeis similar to that beneath the Indian Ocean. To this mantlewas added a subduction component consisting of melt from subductedpelagic sediment and aqueous fluid dehydrated from the subductedbasaltic crust. Lavas from the highly active Taal Volcano onthe west margin of southern Luzon are compositionally more variablethan Mayon lavas. Taal lavas also originated from a mantle wedgemetasomatized by aqueous fluid dehydrated from the subductedbasaltic crust and melt plus fluid derived from the subductedterrigenous sediment. More sediment is involved in the generationof Taal lavas. Lead isotopes argue against crustal contamination.Some heterogeneity of the unmodified mantle wedge and differencesin whether the sediment signature is transferred into the lavasource through an aqueous fluid or melt phase are needed toexplain the regional compositional variation of Philippine arclavas. Video cameras are common at volcano observatories,but their utility is often limited during periods of crisis due to the large data volume from continuous acquisition and time requirements for manual analysis.For cameras to serve as effective monitoring tools,video frames must be synthesized into relevant time series signals and further analyzed to classify and characterize observable activity.In this study,we use computer vision and machine learning algorithms to identify periods of volcanic activity and quantify plume rise velocities from video observations.Data were collected at Villarrica Volcano,Chile from two visible band cameras located~17 km from the vent that recorded at 0.1 and 30 frames per second between February and April 2015.Over these two months,Villarrica exhibited a diverse range of eruptive activity,including a paroxysmal eruption on 3 March.Prior to and after the eruption,activity included nighttime incandescence,dark and light emissions,inactivity,and periods of cloud cover.We quantify the color and spatial extent of plume emissions using a blob detection algorithm,whose outputs are fed into a trained artificial neural network that categorizes the observable activity into five classes.Activity shifts from primarily nighttime incandescence to ash emissions following the 3 March paroxysm,which likely relates to the reemergence of the buried lava lake.Time periods exhibiting plume emissions are further analyzed using a row and column projection algorithm that identifies plume onsets and calculates apparent plume horizontal and vertical rise velocities.Plume onsets are episodic,occurring with an average period of~50 s and suggests a puffing style of degassing,which is commonly observed at Villarrica.However,the lack of clear acoustic transients in the accompanying infrasound record suggests puffing may be controlled by atmospheric effects rather than a degassing regime at the vent.Methods presented here offer a generalized toolset for volcano monitors to classify and track emission statistics at a variety of volcanoes to better monitor periods of unrest and ultimately forecast major eruptions.  相似文献

On the Kuril Islands there are 85 volcanoes, 39 of which are active. Hot springs and mud pots are wide spread in this area and have significant inputs on the chemical composition of the surrounding surface waters and environment. We present results of trace elements as well as data on H, O, S, and He isotope ratios for hydrothermal systems of the Mendeleev Volcano (Kunashir Island) and surrounding surface waters. Water and gas samples were taken from springs and holes as well as creeks and the Lesnaya River. Among the thermal water types, three main groups can be distinguished. The first group includes the waters, in which SO4^- ion predominant. The water temperature on the surface reaches 97℃, and TDS varies from a few g/L to 7 g/L. These waters are acid to superacid with pH values ranging 0.6 to 2.3. The second group is sodium-chloride waters. A maximum TDS is 14.2 g/L. The waters are neutral or alkaline; pH varies from 6.9 to 8.2. The third group is the sodium-chloride-sulfate-bicarbonate water. The Stolbovskie springs, located in the periphery of the Mendeleev Volcano are representative of this type. The pH of these waters is close to neutral. TDS is 1.9 g/L. They are rather the derivatives of sodium-chloride waters arisen from dilution of them by subsurface waters. The Kuslyi Creek and Lesnaya River are located near the Mendeleev Volcano. The most acid springs discharge into the Kislyi Creek as a result pH of this creek being 2.5, and contents of most elements rather high. For example, the contents of dissolved solids of Si, Fe, Al, Mn, Zn, in waters of the Kislaya Creek are 22.1, 8.1, 6.2, 1.29, and 0.28 mg/L, and correspondently. The water of the Lesnaya River, (Before the Kislyi Creek, pH is about 8 with TDS 102 mg/L, but after the Kuslyi Creek, pH decreases and the concentrations of chemical elements increase. Debit of the Kislayi Creek in summer season is about 370 L/sec. It means that every day only this small creek inputs in the Lesnay River about 706 kg of Si;  相似文献

The August 1991 eruption of the Hudson volcano in the southern Andean volcanic zone affected an area of 1000 km in radius to the east in the Argentine Patagonic meseta. The thickness of ash ranged from 20 cm in the Andean area to less than 1 mm in the Atlantic coast zone. Wind storms reactivated the ash deposits, together with terrigenous material, more than one year after the eruption. In order to assess the potential risk of the ash, analyses of concentration, size, mineralogical composition, toxic elements, and irritating effects of gases were performed. In all samples, the percentage of particles of the 2-to 5-m range is below the toxic threshold level. Trace elements are below the toxic threshold concentration for humans and animals. The major impact of the ashfall was on sheep herds; about one third of them were lost in the areas close to the volcano. Soil incorporated the ash layers, and a fast recovery of orchards was reported two years later. Rivers were loaded with sediment in the immediate aftermath, but one year later returned to previous conditions. Along the shores of the Buenos Aires Lake, a fresh tephra layer can be distinguished.  相似文献

位于青藏高原北缘的新疆于田阿什库勒火山群地区是中国大陆现代火山和地震活动最活跃的构造区之一,是研究青藏高原演化的重要窗口,但由于地处高海拔(4700~5600m.a.s.l.)无人区,研究程度还很低,甚至还不曾开展过系统详细的野外地质调查。本文报道最近在这一地区的一次野外考察结果,在前人鲜为涉足的阿什库勒盆地北部发现了苏贝稀1号、苏贝稀2号和托甫热三个火山口,并且在前人有争议的盆地南部高台山地区找到确凿的证据,重新认定高台山火山的存在。我们还在高台山和椅子山火山之间考察了前人未曾报道的小黑沟火山。由小黑沟流向乌鲁克库勒湖的火山熔岩流动和冷却过程中形成的熔岩冢等火山地质景观在严酷的荒漠环境中迄今仍然保存完好,表明小黑山火山很可能是一座全新世的火山,是本次考察到的最年轻的火山。  相似文献

通过在吉南浑江地区开展的白山市等三幅1∶5万区调工作,尝试性地运用层序地层学的理论,初步总结了不同特征的不整合面(层序界面)及凝缩段的识别标志;分析了地层序列中矿产分布特征;探讨了层序分析中以剖面岩石(岩性、组构)、相转换界面的基础研究方法。进而将浑江地区新元古代—早古生代地层划分为三个Ⅱ级沉积序列(超层序)、七个Ⅲ级沉积序列(层序)。  相似文献

基于地下电性结构探讨中国东北活动火山形成机制   总被引:14,自引:2,他引:14  
东北地区是我国现代火山活动最强烈的地区之一,也是许多学者十分关注的地区。本文回顾了前人提出的关于该地区火山成因的研究成果;通过分析在东北活动火山区大地电磁观测研究的地壳上地幔结构和采用大地电磁网观测研究的地幔1000km以上的电性结构成果,发现长白山天池火山区存在地壳岩浆囊,其它活动火山没有发现地壳岩浆囊,但都存在通往地幔的岩浆通道;东北地区在80~120km左右和200~250km可能存在与地幔岩浆囊相关的地幔高温流体。基于电性结构的研究成果,作者提出了一种东北地区可能的活动火山成因假说。认为东北火山的成因可能与西太平洋板块俯冲到中国东北地区的地幔过渡带后产生脱水有密切关系。这种水以矿物组分或流体方式向上运移,在地幔200-250km和80~120km左右聚集,80~120km的聚集区可能是火山喷发的物质来源。  相似文献
