盐场卤水氧化-吸附联合脱色工艺的研究

以天津汉沽盐场高镁卤水为研究对象,分析其成色原因,建立了过氧化氢氧化-氢氧化锆吸附联合脱色工艺,分别考察了脱色剂用量、温度、pH值等因素对卤水色度、CODCr及镁离子损失率的影响,确定了最佳的脱色工艺条件:用卤水处理量1%(体积比)的过氧化氢于室温下将卤水氧化2 h后,在pH值为2～3的条件下经氢氧化锆吸附脱色40 min,氢氧化锆用量为60 g/L。在此条件下,卤水色度及CODCr去除率分别可达99%和85%,镁离子的损失率可控制在1%以下,均高于目前使用的工艺方法。吸附剂氢氧化锆经脱附后可循环使用,大大降低了工艺运行成本。     

盐场卤水成色原因分析及脱色方法研究

以天津汉沽盐场高镁卤水为研究对象,对其杂质形式、成色原因进行了系统分析。研究表明,卤水中的成色物质主要是大量的饱和脂类、羧酸类、醇醚类、胺类及不饱和的芳烃类、醛酮类、烯烃类等有机物质,经过氧化氢氧化-氢氧化锆吸附联合脱色工艺后,卤水色度及CODCr去除率分别可达99%和85%,镁离子的损失率可控制在1%以下,吸附剂氢氧化锆经脱附再生后可循环使用,大大降低了工艺运行成本。     

低水合氯化镁吸水过程的气相色谱热力学研究

利用迎头气相色谱分析、量热法、热重法、X -衍射法和化学分析相结合 ,对氯化镁水合物吸水和脱水过程进行了热力学研究。在不同温度下对MgCl2 ·4H2 O和MgCl2 ·2H2 O对水的吸附等温线所进行的数学模拟结果表明 ,Bolzmann函数是描述该等温线较为理想的方程。两种氯化镁水合物对水的吸附热分别为 -1 3 0 6kJ/mol和 -1 6 1 1kJ/mol。也给出了该吸附过程的吸附平衡常数。从所获得的数据来看 ,以部分脱水的氯化镁水合物为吸附剂来吸附水氯镁石脱水设备尾气中的水蒸气 ,从而使保护性气体HCl得以循环使用 ,从热力学角度而言存在这种可能性。     

对对硝基苯酚在黄河水体沉积物上的吸附行为研究

对对硝基苯酚在黄河水体沉积物上的吸附行为进行了实验研究。通过对三种不同形式的吸附等温线的比较,选择出最符合酚类化合物的Frenunlich等温线,同时研究了p H值、离子强度和沉积物有机质等因素对吸附的影响,结果表明,对硝基苯酚的吸附过程符合一级动力学规律,体系p H和离子强度对对硝基苯酚的吸附有较大的影响,对硝基苯酚在沉积物中有机质的分配是其被沉积物吸附的主要机理。     

泥炭吸附汞的热力学研究

通过测定汞在吉林省双阳泥炭和黑龙江省洪河农场泥炭吸附等温线，利用热力学函数关系计算汞在两种泥炭等量吸附焓、吸附自由能和吸附熵，结果表明汞在泥炭中的吸附是配位离子吸附，且反应极易发生，由于泥炭残体组成和性质的差异，汞在两种泥炭中的吸附性能也有一定区别。最后讨论了泥炭吸附汞的热力学基本原理及由此所产生的汞对沼泽湿地环境和生物的效应，     

固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱法检测卤水中有机物的种类

建立了卤水中有机物的固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱分析方法。首先用石墨化碳黑柱对盐湖卤水的有机物进行富集,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)以扫描离子和选择离子检测模式进行检测。回收率标记物在0.1～1 mg/L范围里线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.998 7;其回收率处于74.00%～96.00%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为10.9%。最后用优化的方法检测了所富集的有机物。     

固相萃取—高温裂解—气相色谱质谱法测定西台晶间卤水中溶解性有机质

采用3种固相萃取材料(C18、XAD-8/4和PPL)分离富集西台吉乃尔盐湖卤水中的溶解性有机物(DOM),通过总有机碳/总氮分析(TOC/TN)、紫外—可见光谱分析、元素分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、高温裂解—气相色谱质谱联用仪(Py-GC/MS)等对富集的有机物进行表征和分析方法比较。结果表明,西台吉乃尔盐湖卤水中的溶解性有机物主要有多糖类,芳香类、含氮类有机物,烷烃烯烃类化合物。PPL,C18和XAD-8/4的回收率分别为40±2%,7±2%和16±1%,虽然C18和XAD-8/4回收率较低,但3种吸附剂都有各自的特点,C18较易吸附烷烃烯烃类有机物,XAD-8/4较易吸附芳香类有机物,PPL较易吸附含N类有机物和多糖类有机物。     

新型复合生物质锂吸附剂的制备及吸附性能研究

以KMnO₄、苯胺、LiOH和生物质碳气凝胶(BCA)为原料,通过水热沉积法得到了锰酸锂(LMO)负载的生物质碳气凝胶(BCA@LMO),并用HCl酸洗后得到了BCA@HMO复合锂吸附剂。利用IR、XRD、XPS、SEM、EDS、Mapping、BET等手段对其结构进行了表征。考察了pH值、离子强度、初始浓度、温度和吸附时间对锂吸附的影响。结果表明,复合吸附剂为介孔结构,其孔道内和表面具有丰富的锰酸锂颗粒,Li⁺的最大平衡吸附量在pH=12时为4.07 mmol·g-1,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温线和准二阶动力学模型,升高温度和碱性环境利于Li⁺的吸附。吸附机理为H⁺与Li⁺的离子交换。复合吸附剂较好地改善了锰系锂吸附剂固液分离困难的问题,该吸附剂在实际南翼山盐田和东台吉乃尔盐田卤水(2.92 mmol·g-1)中具有良好的吸附性能。因此,该吸附剂在卤水锂的分离中具有良好的应用价值和潜力。     

沙漠颗粒物对磷酸盐的吸附动力学研究

研究了乌兰布和沙漠和库布齐沙漠颗粒物在黄河水体中对磷酸盐(P)的吸附动力学及其影响因素和吸附/解吸平衡质量浓度(EPC0值)。结果表明：①不同沙漠颗粒物对P的吸附能力各不相同,但吸附速率均在前 8 h内较快,以后逐渐趋缓,在48 h时基本达到吸附平衡。磷初始浓度和颗粒物浓度均对颗粒物吸附P有一定影响;②颗粒物对P的吸附过程均符合准二级吸附动力学模型及Weber-Morris扩散方程,吸附过程主要由P在颗粒物内的扩散过程控制;③入河沙漠颗粒物在黄河水体中对P的吸附过程存在一个吸附/解吸平衡点,该点对应的不同颗粒物对P的EPC0值为0.010~0.042 mg·L-1,且其值均大于相应黄河水体中的P浓度,说明沙漠颗粒物入河后有向水体释磷的趋势。     

盐田高浓度卤水蒸发的数学模型 及动力学研究

首次从化学工程的角度 ,将盐田系统作为一类特殊的化学反应器和无机盐分离设备进行了详细的论述。在大量试验基础上 ,系统地分析和研究了 Na+,K+,Mg2 +∥Cl-,- H2 O四元水盐体系卤水在天然蒸发状态下的宏观蒸发动力学参数。从理论上对与卤水蒸发相关的多种参数进行了分析和合理简化 ,概述了卤水蒸发过程中的质量传递规律。并在此基础上通过计算机模拟方法建立了四元水盐体系高浓度卤水在特定地域中进行天然蒸发的卤水宏观蒸发动力学模型 ,证明了多种简化和理论假设的合理性。对该数学模型在盐湖卤水开发中的盐田设计、盐田生产的现代化自动管理和控制等进行了探讨。在卤水蒸发动力学模型建立的过程中 ,针对实际生产过程的需要 ,通过多种参数的分析 ,建立了多种参数关系

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
