地表反照率是影响地表能量收支平衡的决定性参数之一,精确反演地表反照率需要考虑地表各向异性反射特征。本文尝试以双向反射分布函数BRDF原型为地表各向异性反射的先验知识,通过单方向反射率反演地表反照率。首先根据地面实测及MODIS多角度反射率数据对反演方法进行分析和精度评价,然后借助MODIS BRDF产品统计出研究区的主导BRDF原型,并联合环境一号卫星(HJ-1)单方向反射率数据反演30 m地表反照率,最终将结果与地表实测数据进行比较。结果表明:BRDF原型对BRDF的变化进行了约束,且能够适用于几十米尺度的遥感数据反照率的反演;不同级别的各向异性反射特征的分布是不均一的,借助于主导BRDF原型能够使大部分样本的地表反照率满足精度要求;利用研究区MODIS BRDF产品统计得到的主导BRDF原型为先验知识,通过HJ-1数据反演得到的地表反照率与地表实测反照率有较高的一致性,而朗伯假定条件下的反照率高于实测结果。本文算法简单高效,可为产生全国范围的中高分辨卫星反照率产品提供有价值的算法参考。  相似文献

利用POLDER数据验证MODIS BRDF模型参数产品及Ross-Li模型   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
将MODIS BRDF模型参数产品(MCD43A1)模拟的近红外波段反射率与从POLDER-3/PARASOL BRDF全球数据集中筛选的9961个像元的BRDF观测数据进行对比,验证了MCD43A1所采用的RossThick-LiSparseR BRDF 模型(Ross-Li模型)拟合二向反射的能力。结果表明,Ross-Li模型总体上可以有效地模拟地物的二向反射,所有像元的近红外波段反射率模拟值与POLDER-3观测数据之间的R2达到0.943,RMSE为0.016,模拟反射率比POLDER-3数据总体偏低5.2%。但Ross-Li模型明显低估了热点反射率,热点模拟结果比POLDER-3数据平均偏低14%,模拟值的R2为0.824,RMSE为0.07。热点反射率模拟误差与地表覆盖类型有关,针叶林热点反射率模拟值偏低最严重,其次是阔叶林、草地与农田,灌木与裸地热点反射率模拟值偏低相对较小。通过修正Ross-Li模型中的体散射核,可以明显改善热点反射率的模拟效果(R2=0.839,RMSE=0.043)。Ross-Li模型对天底、暗点等特征方向反射率的模拟较为准确。Ross-Li模型的模拟精度随太阳天顶角和观测天顶角的增大而降低。对于农田与草地而言,Ross-Li模型的模拟精度随NDVI的增加而降低;但在森林与灌木覆盖条件下,当NDVI约为0.5时,Ross-Li模型的模拟效果最差。  相似文献

森林生态系统作为陆地生态系统的主体,其服务功能价值的评估对于整个地球的生态系统都具有重要的现实意义。遥感技术的发展,为研究森林生态系统服务价值提供了有力的手段和支持。本文采用了以CASA模型为基础的光能利用率模型,基于MODIS数据,估算了2005年杭州市余杭区森林的净第一性生产力(NPP),并计算得出研究区森林生态系统六项服务功能的总价值为13.8467亿元,其中直接经济价值和间接经济价值分别为2.5215亿元和11.3252亿元,各项服务功能价值的贡献大小顺序依次为:固碳释氧>涵养水源>有机物质生产>营养物质循环>水土保持>净化作用。本文旨在探讨一个进行森林生态系统服务功能估算与评价的方法,为区域生态系统的和谐发展提供理论依据和数据支持。  相似文献

以陕甘宁地区为研究区、2001—2015年的MODIS遥感影像为数据源,基于MODIS像元的植被丰度提出了累积曲线梯度变化法,通过提取沙漠化界线确定了用植被丰度表达的界线指标,讨论了陕甘宁地区的沙漠化变化。结果表明:(1)基于数学统计分析方法的累积曲线梯度变化法,方法简单、可操作性强,为沙漠化的定量分析与动态监测提供了新方法;(2)以植被丰度15%为指标作为陕甘宁地区的沙漠化界线,发现在这15年间,陕甘宁地区的沙漠化呈现在波动中不断改善的总体趋势。  相似文献

目前, 针对太湖水体的叶绿素波段敏感性的分析, 大多集中在实测的高光谱反射率数据或者图像提取反射率与叶绿素浓度的统计分析结果上, 缺乏基于水体光学特性的研究, 并且两者之间的一致性也一直缺少论证。研究中采用2004 年4 月和2007 年8 月的两期数据, 首先从水质参数的生物光学特性入手, 基于生物光学模型, 利用叶绿素和其他水质参数的吸收和后向散射系数, 模拟计算其他水质参数不变, 叶绿素浓度处于不同水平时的水面反射率, 分析实测反射率对叶绿素浓度变化的响应; 利用MODIS 的波段响应函数把实测光谱模拟成宽波段的MODIS 反射率, 以此作为桥梁进而对实测的高光谱反射率和MODIS 图像提取反射率与叶绿素浓度的相关程度的一致性进行分析, 为利用MODIS 图像进行水质参数反演时的反演因子选择提供了依据。  相似文献

基于GIS和RS的区域陆地植被NPP估算——以中国内蒙古为例   总被引:62,自引:0,他引:62  
在GIS的支持下,利用地面气象数据和MODIS数据,考虑到最大光利用率在不同植被类型中的差异,构建了一个区域陆地植被NPP估算模型,并以2002年的内蒙古植被为例,研究了植被净初级生产力及其时空分布。结果表明:(1)该模型在数据获取了上比较容易,仅利用地面气象数据和遥感数据就可以对陆地植被NPP进行估算,使其实际的可操作性得到加强。(2)通过与NPP的实测资料及其他模型的对比研究表明:该模型对区域陆地值被NPP的模拟效果较好,与Chikugo模型相比,它更能反应森林NPP的实际情况。(3)2002年内蒙古植被净初级生产力为390.8MtC/a,总体分布趋势是由东北向西南递减,其季节变化也非常明显,在6月中旬至9月中旬的3个月时间里,NPP占了全年的72.7%,而1—2月份植物基本停止生长,净初级生产力极低,每月仅为3.59MtC。  相似文献

以洞庭湖流域为研究区,对大范围湿地信息遥感提取方法进行了研究。先基于时间序列MODIS EVI及物候特征参数,通过J-M(Jeffries-Matusita distance)距离分析,构建了MODIS(250 m)最佳时序组合分类数据;其次,通过Johnson指数确定了最佳分割尺度,采用面向对象的遥感分类方法(Random tree分类器)提取了洞庭湖流域的湿地信息,并验证该方法的适用性。研究结果表明,基于时序数据与面向对象的Random tree分类的总体精度和Kappa系数分别为78.84%和0.71,较之基于像元的相同算法的总体分类精度和Kappa系数分别提高了5.79%和0.04。同时,基于面向对象方法的湿地整体的用户精度与生产者精度较基于像元方法分别提高了4.56%和6.21%,可有效提高大区域湿地信息提取的精度。  相似文献

土壤湿度是农作物在生长过程中主要供水因子,实际测量土壤湿度较为复杂,卫星遥感成为反演和监测土壤湿度的重要手段。本文利用商丘地区2012和2013年MODIS数据,采用滤波方法减小云、气溶胶影响下的MODIS产品噪声,利用农田浅层土壤湿度指数(CSMI)与实测土壤相对湿度值进行了相关性分析,构建了适用于商丘地区的土壤湿度模型,并利用2013年的土壤实测数据对模型反演出来的土壤湿度进行了验证。结果表明,CSMI指数能够有效反演该地区0~50 cm深的土壤湿度值(通过了0.01的显著性检验)。  相似文献

本文在火点提取算法中加入了背景信息,减少了伪火点,提高了火点提取算法的准确性和可靠性。通过选取江西省武宁县为实验区,应用MODIS数据进行了火点的提取,实现了从数据的处理到火点的自动提取。经实验验证后,发现改进后的算法火点提取精度较高,能很好地满足林火监测要求。  相似文献

This study assesses whether MODIS Vegetation Continuous Fields percent tree cover (PTC) data can detect deforestation and forest degradation. To assess the usefulness of PTC for detecting deforestation, we used a data set consisting of eight forest and seven non-forest categories. To evaluate forest degradation, we used data from two temperate forest types in three conservation states: primary (dense), secondary (moderately degraded) and open (heavily degraded) forest. Our results show that PTC can differentiate temperate forest from non-forest categories (p = 0.05) and thus suggests PTC can adequately detect deforestation in temperate forests. In contrast, single-date PTC data does not appear to be adequate to detect forest degradation in temperate forests. As for tropical forest, PTC can partially discriminate between forest and non-forest categories.  相似文献

This paper presents an improved Dark Dense Vegetation (DDV) method for retrieving 500 m-resolution aerosol optical depth (AOT) based on MOD04-C005 arithmetic with the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The improvements include change of the movement pattern of retrieval window, selection of a more suitable aerosol type, and storage of the look-up table. The method is then applied to obtain the AOT over the Pearl River Delta region (PRD). By comparing the results with the co-temporal ground sunphotometer observations in 2010, the correlation coefficient is found to be 0.794 with RMSE 0.139 and their variations remain consistent. Contrasts between model values in 2008 and MODIS AOT products in the same date also reveal a high accuracy of the improved DDV method. We also performed sensitivity tests to analyze the impacts of several parameters on apparent reflectance at different bands, and the results show that apparent reflectance is much more sensitive to surface reflectance and AOT than to elevation.  相似文献

Recent developments in remote sensing technology, in particular improved spatial and temporal resolution, open new possibilities for estimating crop acreage over larger areas. Remotely sensed data allow in some cases the estimation of crop acreage statistics independently of sub-national survey statistics, which are sometimes biased and incomplete. This work focuses on the use of MODIS data acquired in 2001/2002 over the Rostov Oblast in Russia, by the Azov Sea. The region is characterised by large agricultural fields of around 75 ha on average. This paper presents a methodology to estimate crop acreage using the MODIS 16-day composite NDVI product. Particular emphasis is placed on a good quality crop mask and a good quality validation dataset. In order to have a second dataset which can be used for cross-checking the MODIS classification a Landsat ETM time series for four different dates in the season of 2002 was acquired and classified. We attempted to distinguish five different crop types and achieved satisfactory and good results for winter crops. Three hundred and sixty fields were identified to be suitable for the training and validation of the MODIS classification using a maximum likelihood classification. A novel method based on a pure pixel field sampling is introduced. This novel method is compared with the traditional hard classification of mixed pixels and was found to be superior.  相似文献

The validation study of leaf area index (LAI) products over rugged surfaces not only gives additional insights into data quality of LAI products, but deepens understanding of uncertainties regarding land surface process models depended on LAI data over complex terrain. This study evaluated the performance of MODIS and GLASS LAI products using the intercomparison and direct validation methods over southwestern China. The spatio-temporal consistencies, such as the spatial distributions of LAI products and their statistical relationship as a function of topographic indices, time, and vegetation types, respectively, were investigated through intercomparison between MODIS and GLASS products during the period 2011–2013. The accuracies and change ranges of these two products were evaluated against available LAI reference maps over 10 sampling regions which standed for typical vegetation types and topographic gradients in southwestern China.The results show that GLASS LAI exhibits higher percentage of good quality data (i.e. successful retrievals) and smoother temporal profiles than MODIS LAI. The percentage of successful retrievals for MODIS and GLASS is vulnerable to topographic indices, especially to relief amplitude. Besides, the two products do not capture seasonal dynamics of crop, especially in spring over heterogeneously hilly regions. The yearly mean LAI differences between MODIS and GLASS are within ±0.5 for 64.70% of the total retrieval pixels over southwestern China. The spatial distribution of mean differences and temporal profiles of these two products are inclined to be dominated by vegetation types other than topographic indices. The spatial and temporal consistency of these two products is good over most area of grasses/cereal crops; however, it is poor for evergreen broadleaf forest. MODIS presents more reliable change range of LAI than GLASS through comparison with fine resolution reference maps over most of sampling regions. The accuracies of direct validation are obtained for GLASS LAI (r = 0.35, RMSE = 1.72, mean bias = −0.71) and MODIS LAI (r = 0.49, RMSE = 1.75, mean bias = −0.67). GLASS performs similarly to MODIS, but may be marginally inferior to MODIS based on our direct validation results. The validation experience demonstrates the necessity and importance of topographic consideration for LAI estimation over mountain areas. Considerable attention will be paid to the improvements of surface reflectance, retrieval algorithm and land cover types so as to enhance the quality of LAI products in topographically complex terrain.  相似文献

针对Landsat数据收集易受到传感器及外部环境的影响,数据成像周期长,不能获取所需要的数据;而中分辨率成像光谱仪数据具有较高的波谱分辨率、时间分辨率和免费获取,适合于进行大尺度、周期性的研究等优点,该文提出了建立Landsat反演的温度数据与中分辨率成像光谱仪温度产品两种数据间的关系,以便两种数据间的相互转换及验证.采用单窗算法对2011年9月13日Landsat热红外数据进行了地表温度反演,并将其与同一天MOD11A1数据中的LST_day_1km数据进行了比较,选取典型地表类型进行讨论.结果表明在所选的典型地物中,绿地(耕地、林地)温度的相关性最高,地表覆盖单一,像元的混合度较低;盐漠(包括盐渍地、荒漠等)温度的相关性较低,其地处绿洲与沙漠过渡带,地表覆盖相较于绿地复杂,像元的混合程度较高;湖面温度的相关性最低,湖面像元受到湖水深度、影像分辨率等的影响,其温度受到很大影响.该文所建立的函数关系,可为今后利用中分辨率成像光谱仪温度产品数据推导出同一时间上热混合影像中的地表温度提供参考.  相似文献

China is facing the pressures of both rapid economic development and environmental protection, and land-use allocation optimization is an important way to manage the conflicts between these pressures and to achieve sustainable development. Optimization of land-use allocation is a nonlinear multiobjective spatial optimization problem, and a purely local simulation model or global optimization model is insufficient to solve it. It is essential to bridge the gap between the two models through the combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches. This study integrates a multiagent system (MAS) that simulates the behaviors of land-use stakeholders with regard to their choices of specific locations, with a genetic algorithm (GA) that simultaneously evaluates and optimizes land-use configurations to meet various regional development objectives. The model is expected to achieve the optimization of land use in terms of the composition and spatial configuration. Caidian District, Wuhan, China, was chosen as the study area to test the model in this paper. The results show that the performance of the coupled model is superior to a pure GA model or MAS model. The optimal configuration improves on the economic output, spatial compactness, and carbon storage of the current configuration and promotes sustainable regional land-use development from the local scale to the regional scale.  相似文献

Indigenous forest biome in South Africa is highly fragmented into patches of various sizes (most patches < 1 km2). The utilization of timber and non-timber resources by poor rural communities living around protected forest patches produce subtle changes in the forest canopy which can be hardly detected on a timely manner using traditional field surveys. The aims of this study were to assess: (i) the utility of very high resolution (VHR) remote sensing imagery (WorldView-2, 0.5–2 m spatial resolution) for mapping tree species and canopy gaps in one of the protected subtropical coastal forests in South Africa (the Dukuduku forest patch (ca.3200 ha) located in the province of KwaZulu-Natal) and (ii) the implications of the map products to forest conservation. Three dominant canopy tree species namely, Albizia adianthifolia, Strychnos spp. and Acacia spp., and canopy gap types including bushes (grass/shrubby), bare soil and burnt patches were accurately mapped (overall accuracy = 89.3 ± 2.1%) using WorldView-2 image and support vector machine classifier. The maps revealed subtle forest disturbances such as bush encroachment and edge effects resulting from forest fragmentation by roads and a power-line. In two stakeholders’ workshops organised to assess the implications of the map products to conservation, participants generally agreed amongst others implications that the VHR maps provide valuable information that could be used for implementing and monitoring the effects of rehabilitation measures. The use of VHR imagery is recommended for timely inventorying and monitoring of the small and fragile patches of subtropical forests in Southern Africa.  相似文献

激光雷达(Lidar)与光学遥感的有效结合对中国南方区域森林冠顶高度反演意义重大,而国产卫星将为中国森林生态研究提供新的数据源。本文联合利用大脚印激光雷达GLA和国产MERSI数据,在实现GLAS波形数据处理和不同地形条件下森林冠顶高度反演算法基础上,建立了区域尺度不同森林类型林分冠顶高度GLAS+MERSI联合反演关系模型,进行了江西地区森林冠顶高度反演。总体上,GLAS激光雷达森林冠顶高度估算精度较高;且在与MERSI 250 m数据的联合反演模型中,针叶林模型精度较好(R2=0.7325);阔叶林次之(R2=0.6095);混交林较差(R2=0.4068)。分析发现,考虑了光学遥感生物物理参数的GLAS+MERSI联合关系模型在区域森林冠顶高度估算中有较高精度,且在空间分布上与土地覆盖数据分布特征非常一致。  相似文献

The mangrove forests of northeast Hainan Island are the most species diverse forests in China and consist of the Dongzhai National Nature Reserve and the Qinglan Provincial Nature Reserve. The former reserve is the first Chinese national nature reserve for mangroves and the latter has the most abundant mangrove species in China. However, to date the aboveground ground biomass (AGB) of this mangrove region has not been quantified due to the high species diversity and the difficulty of extensive field sampling in mangrove habitat. Although three-dimensional point clouds can capture the forest vertical structure, their application to large areas is hindered by the logistics, costs and data volumes involved. To fill the gap and address this issue, this study proposed a novel upscaling method for mangrove AGB estimation using field plots, UAV-LiDAR strip data and Sentinel-2 imagery (named G∼LiDAR∼S2 model) based on a point-line-polygon framework. In this model, the partial-coverage UAV-LiDAR data were used as a linear bridge to link ground measurements to the wall-to-wall coverage Sentinel-2 data. The results showed that northeast Hainan Island has a total mangrove AGB of 312,806.29 Mg with a mean AGB of 119.26 Mg ha−1. The results also indicated that at the regional scale, the proposed UAV-LiDAR linear bridge method (i.e., G∼LiDAR∼S2 model) performed better than the traditional approach, which directly relates field plots to Sentinel-2 data (named the G∼S2 model) (R2 = 0.62 > 0.52, RMSE = 50.36 Mg ha−1<56.63 Mg ha−1). Through a trend extrapolation method, this study inferred that the G∼LiDAR∼S2 model could decrease the number of field samples required by approximately 37% in comparison with those required by the G∼S2 model in the study area. Regarding the UAV-LiDAR sampling intensity, compared with the original number of LiDAR plots, 20% of original linear bridges could produce an acceptable accuracy (R2 = 0.62, RMSE = 51.03 Mg ha−1). Consequently, this study presents the first investigation of AGB for the mangrove forests on northeast Hainan Island in China and verifies the feasibility of using this mangrove AGB upscaling method for diverse mangrove forests.  相似文献
