地震速报与互联网络

考虑到我国遥测地震台网承担的主要任务,提出了利用互联网络进一步发挥遥测地震台网地震速报作用的构想。其基本点是：在合理规划和统一的信息递约定基础上,利用互联网络技术和设施辅以必要的专用软件,实现遥测台网数据信息的快速通报、汇集、组织与发布,从而更好地为防震减灾特别是大地震应急服务。文中提出宜区分“下式速报”和“非正式地震信息通告”。
