SELENE (Selenological and Engineering Explorer) project started as a joint mission of the former ISAS (Institute of Space
and Astronautical Science) and the former NASDA (National Space Development Agency: the two organizations were merged into
JAXA in 2002) of Japan in 1998. The launch target is rescheduled for 2006 due to delay of completion of launch vehicle, H-IIA.
The SELENE project is now under a sustained design phase. The flight model components were manufactured, and the interface
tests between the bus-system and the mission instruments were completed by the end of March 2004. The functional checks and
calibration for the flight model components are being carried out at present. From the beginning of 2005, the final assembly

获奖项目档案:深圳蛇口港第三突堤集装箱码头二期工程(以下简称蛇口二期工程)位于深圳蛇口三突堤,规划建设2个10万吨级全集装箱码头(3#泊位和4#泊位),设计年吞吐量80万TEU,工程总面积28万平米,岸线总长700米,工程总投资17.6亿人民币。蛇口二期工程由中外合资建设经营,其中,中资持股比例51%,外资持股比例49%。根据合资公司管理模式和要求,项目筹备处于2000年底开始在国内几个甲级航务设计院中寻找项目总顾问公司,经过几番认真比较,最终业主选择我院作为项目总顾问公司,并于2001年5月签订总顾问合同,管理方式采用PMC方式。合同于2001年5月1日生效,工程开工日期为2001年9月,竣工日期为2005年12月,实际工期28个月,比原计划工期提前2个月。由于项目采用分期竣工,分期提交使用的方式,因此,其中3#泊位于2003年8月竣工验收后即投入使用,在2003年的最后5个月内完成了20万标箱,为合资公司创造相当好的投资效益。[编者按] 相似文献

We describe the Russian Virtual Observatory (RVO), a prestigious international project sponsored by the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). In 2001, the RAS Scientific Council on Astronomy included this project in a list of the most important international projects of the RAS. Its main goal to create and develop the RVO, intended to provide Russian astronomers with direct and effective access to worldwide astronomical data resources. The RVO is one component of the International Virtual Observatory (IVO), a system in which vast astronomical archives and databases around the world, together with analysis tools and computational services, are linked together into an integrated facility. The IVO unites all important national and international projects to create virtual observatories, coordinated by the International Virtual Observatory Alliance. The RVO is one of the organizers and an important participant of the IVO Alliance. 相似文献

The intensive use of Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI), as well as Satellite and Lunar Laser Ranging (SLR, LLR) and the GPS-System allows for a precise monitoring of the current variations in earth rotation. The precision for the VLBI-system is as high as one part in 109 for a 24 hour measurement campaign. Since all these techniques are based on external reference frames, it is desirable to develop inertial sensors to the same resolution. Ring laser gyroscopes have the potential to be used for that purpose. The basic idea is to scale up the area surrounded by the two counter-rotating laser beams in order to gain higher sensitivity for the instrument with respect to the rotation rate. The Canterbury Ring Laser (C-I) consisting of a square of area 0.755 m2 has shown that ring lasers with a perimeter more than 60 cm are possible, in that the occurrence of more than one longitudinal mode of operation could be avoided by reducing the power of the circulating beams (Bilger et al., 1993). The next instrument C-II with an area of 1 m2 demonstrated many of the mechanical requirements for a stable instrument. It was constructed from a monolithic block of Zerodur, so that the size of the area does not change under temperature variations. A successfully built prototype for a large ring (G0) finally proved that it is possible to build a ring laser gyroscope with at least 14 m length of cavity (Rowe et al., 1999). This means that most of the demands for a highly sensitive inertial earth rotation sensor are met. On this basis a high resolution and highly stable instrument, suitable for geophysical applications, can be constructed. 相似文献
