利用分子动力学模拟方法研究了不同温度下CFx层对CF+3刻蚀Si表面过程的影响.由模拟数据可知,温度对C和F的沉积有显著的影响;通过提高样品的温度,物理刻蚀得到了加强,而化学刻蚀被减弱.同时,随着温度的升高,Si的刻蚀率相应增加.刻蚀产物中的SiF,SiF2的量随温度的增加而增加,SiF3的量与基体温度没有直接的关系.Si刻蚀率的增加主要是通过提高SiF,SiF2相似文献

In this work, the influence of a small-molecule material, tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3), on bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells (PSCs) is investigated in devices based on the blend of poly(2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene) (MEH-PPV) and [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM). By doping Alq3 into MEH-PPV:PCBM solution, the number of MEH-PPV excitons can be effectively increased due to the energy transfer from Alq3 to MEH-PPV, which probably induces the increase of photocurrent generated by excitons dissociation. However, the low carrier mobility of Alq3 is detrimental to the efficient charge transport, thereby blocking the charge collection by the respective electrodes. The balance between photon absorption and charge transport in the active layer plays a key role in the performance of PSCs. For the case of 5 wt.% Alq3 doping, the device performance is deteriorated rather than improved as compared with that of the undoped device. On the other hand, we adopt Alq3 as a buffer layer instead of commonly used LiF. All the photovoltaic parameters are improved, yielding an 80% increase in power conversion efficiency (PCE) at the optimum thickness (1 nm) as compared with that of the device without any buffer layer. Even for the 5 wt.% Alq3 doped device, the PCE has a slight enhancement compared with that of the standard device after modification with 1 nm (or 2 nm) thermally evaporated Alq3. The performance deterioration of Alq3-doped devices can be explained by the low solubility of Alq3, which probably deteriorates the bicontinuous D-A network morphology; while the performance improvement of the devices with Alq_3 as a buffer layer is attributed to the increased light harvesting, as well as blocking the hole leakage from MEH-PPV to the aluminum (Al) electrode due to the lower highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level of Alq3 compared with that of MEH-PPV.  相似文献

-By the electroanalysis method combining the complexation titrating technique with the investigation of ip-Ea* characteristic curves, this paper measures apparent complexing capacities of trace heavy-metals in water samples from the Huanghe River Estuary. The results show that the order of apparent complexing capacities of trace heavy-metals in the samples isCu>Cd>Pb,and that apparent complexing capacities of near shore sample are higher than those far from shore. The effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the dissociation of organic ligands and the adsorption effect of cell walls (cells being treated with acid and seawater respectively) are investigated. This study examines the mechanism of oxidation of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in a high-temperature combustion (HTC) carbon analyzer. The HTC analyzer, which is commonly used to measure the concentration of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in seawater, is still largely empirical in its operation, and little information is yet available on the chemical and physical mechanisms responsible for oxidation of DOM. To examine the role of water, which has been hypothesized to be a source of reactive oxidants in HTC analyzers, several experiments were conducted using gaseous hexane samples and several wet/dry carrier gases. Because the quantity of O2(g) needed to oxidize an injected sample of DOM is quite small, a substantial effort has been made to exclude O2(g) from the combustion furnace of the HTC instrument. In this modified, “air-tight” instrument, the efficiency of conversion of hexane into CO2 was greatest in dry O2 and slightly lower in moist O2. Hexane was only slightly oxidized in dry N2, but it was largely converted into CO2 when moist N2 was used as the carrier gas. These experiments confirm that water provides reactive oxidizing species (perhaps hydroxyl radical) that rapidly convert hexane into CO2 in the combustion tube of a carbon analyzer. Additional experiments with aqueous solutions of potassium hydrogen phthalate and a variety of carrier gases support this basic hypothesis.  相似文献

One proposal for ameliorating global warming is to sequester large amounts of carbon dioxide in the deep ocean, but the environmental consequences of sequestration for sediment-dwelling animals are poorly known. In a previous publication, we reported that ∼80% of benthic copepods were killed in an experimental release of CO2 off northern California at 3262 m. The effects of this release on nematodes are reported here. We examined samples of nematodes taken inside two ‘corrals’ into which CO2 was directly injected (providing an extreme endpoint for CO2 exposure) and taken near to and far from this CO2 source. After 30 days, pore-water pH was unchanged (∼7.8) at the sediment–water interface far (∼40 m) from corrals, but pH profiles were reduced by ∼0.75 near (∼2 m) corrals. Corral pH was highly acidic (5.4 in a measurement from a subsequent experiment). Fifty randomly selected nematodes from each of four vertical layers from the 14 cores were photographed. They were assigned to a tail group (based on morphology), and individual biovolume was estimated from measurements of body length and width. Although nematode abundance (expressed as total nematodes and by tail group) was not affected, length, width, and individual biovolume significantly differed between near and far samples. Median nematode biovolume examined across tail group and core layer increased by ∼48% inside and near corrals. Differences between near and corral samples were always less than differences between near and far samples. However, nematode length:width ratio did not differ between near and far, and the shapes of length, width, and biovolume frequency distributions were similar in all samples. We postulate that the nematode community throughout the upper 3 cm suffered a high rate of mortality after exposure to CO2, and that nematodes were larger because postmortem expansions in body length and width occurred. Decomposition rates were probably low and corpses did not disintegrate in 30 days. The observable effects of a reduction in pH to about 7.0 after 30 days were as great as an extreme pH reduction (5.4), suggesting that ‘moderate’ CO2 exposure, compared to the range of exposures possible following CO2 release, causes high mortality rates in the two most abundant sediment-dwelling metazoans (nematodes and copepods).  相似文献

The TiO2--Mn--TiO2 multilayers are successfully grown on glass and silicon substrates by alternately using radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering and direct current magnetron sputtering. The structures and the magnetic behaviours of these films are characterised with x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer, and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID). It is shown that the multi-film consists of a mixture of anatase and rutile TiO2 with an embedded Mn nano-film. It is found that there are two turning points from ferromagnetic phase to antiferromagnetic phase. One is at 42 K attributed to interface coupling between ferromagnetic Mn3O4 and antiferromagnetic Mn2O3, and the other is at 97 K owing to the interface coupling between ferromagnetic Mn and antiferromagnetic MnO. The samples are shown to have ferromagnetic behaviours at room temperature from hysteresis in the M--H loops, and their ferromagnetism is found to vary with the thickness of Mn nano-film. Moreover, the Mn nano-film has a critical thickness of about 18.5 nm, which makes the coercivity of the multi-film reach a maximum of about 3.965times 10 - 2 T.  相似文献

运用实验模拟的手段,对铀(U)、钍(Th)在碳酸钙-海水界面的附着行为进行了初步研究,通过测定相关的分异系数(D)定量评估了文石和方解石两种碳酸钙矿物对U和Th的捕集作用。实验结果显示,不仅U和Th之间存在显著差异,而且两种碳酸钙矿物之间也存在明显不同。U介于碳酸钙和海水之间的分异系数(DU)分别在1.5~3.5(文石)和0.04~0.19(方解石)区间内变化,分异行为非常微弱但其分异系数随着碳酸钙沉淀速率的增加而逐渐上升。这表明U元素主要是以共沉淀的方式进入到文石或方解石沉淀中,但由于其在海水溶液中主要以2 22 3UO(CO)nn的形式存在,因而只能以占据晶格缺陷的方式进入碳酸钙。与之相反的是,文石和方解石都对Th表现出极强的捕集能力,所测定的分异系数(DTh)分别在240~6 330(文石)和430~6 160(方解石)范围内变化,但DTh与碳酸钙沉淀速率之间无明显关联。Th在碳酸钙表面的附着行为可界定为单纯的吸附作用,这一行为应与Th主要以Th(OH)4的形式赋存于溶液中有关。  相似文献

The reaction pathways of nitrogen and carbon in the Framvaren Fjord (Norway) were studied through stable isotope analysis (δ15N and δ13C) of dissolved inorganic and particulate organic matter (POM). The variations in the isotopic compositions of the various C and N pools within the water column were use to evaluate the historical deposition of material to the sediments. The high δ15N-NH4+ at the O2/H2S interface, as a consequence of microbial uptake between 19 and 25 m, results in extremely depleted δ15N-particulate nitrogen (PN) of approximately 1‰ within the particulate maximum at approximately 19 m. The carbon isotopic distribution of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) and particulate organic carbon (POC) within the interface suggests that the distinct microbial flora (Chromatium sp. and Chlorobium sp.) fractionate inorganic carbon to different degrees. The extremely light δ13C-POC within the interface (−31‰) appears to be a result of carbon uptake by Chromatium sp. while δ13C-POC of −12‰ is more indicative of Chlorobium sp. Nitrogen isotopic mass balance calculations suggested that approximately 75% of the material sinking to the sediments was derived from the dense particulate maximum between 19 and 25 m. The sediment distribution of nitrogen isotopes varied from 2‰ at the surface to approximately 6‰ at 30 cm. The nitrogen isotopic variations with depth may be an indicator of the depth or position of the O2/H2S interface in the fjord. Low sediment δ15N indicated that the interface was within the photic zone of the water column, while more enriched values suggested that the interface was lower in the water column potentially allowing for less fractionation during biological incorporation of dissolved inorganic nitrogen. Results indicate that the dense layers of photo-autotrophic bacteria in the upper water column impart unique carbon and nitrogen isotopic signals that help follow processes within the water column and deposition to the sediments.  相似文献

神经肽B(Neuropeptide B,NPB)在生命体的许多生理活动中发挥着重要作用,如调节摄食行为、能量平衡、睡眠、神经内分泌功能和调节炎症性疼痛等。为了研究在石斑鱼中NPB与摄食调控的关系,本文对斜带石斑鱼(Epinephelus coioides)转录组数据比对分析后,在斜带石斑鱼中克隆得到了两种NPB(NPB1和NPB2)基因的c DNA序列,首次发现鱼类存在两种NPB基因。作者对NPB编码蛋白的信号肽及其成熟肽的结构进行了预测,发现与其它脊椎动物相一致。采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,研究了斜带石斑鱼不同组织中的m RNA的表达模式,结果发现NPB1和NPB2在脑组织中广泛表达,且在下丘脑中表达最为丰富;在其它的外周组织器官中也有相应的表达。饥饿试验的研究结果表明,在禁食3d和7d后,NPB1和NPB2的m RNA表达量都发生了显著的下调;复投喂后表达量恢复。由此可见NPB1和NPB2参与了斜带石斑鱼摄食行为的调节。  相似文献

Wind-driven cyclonic eddies are hypothesized to relieve nutrient stress and enhance primary production by the upward displacement of nutrient-rich deep waters into the euphotic zone. In this study, we measured nitrate (NO3), particulate carbon (PC), particulate nitrogen (PN), their stable isotope compositions (δ15N-NO3, δ13C-PC and δ15N-PN, respectively), and dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) within Cyclone Opal, a mature wind-driven eddy generated in the lee of the Hawaiian Islands. Sampling occurred in March 2005 as part of the multi-disciplinary E-Flux study, approximately 4–6 weeks after eddy formation. Integrated NO3 concentrations above 110 m were 4.8 times greater inside the eddy (85.8±6.4 mmol N m−2) compared to the surrounding water column (17.8±7.8 mmol N m−2). Using N-isotope derived estimates of NO3 assimilation, we estimated that 213±59 mmol m−2 of NO3 was initially injected into the upper 110 m Cyclone Opal formation, implying that NO3 was assimilated at a rate of 3.75±0.5 mmol N m−2 d−1. This injected NO3 supported 68±19% and 66±9% of the phytoplankton N demand and export production, respectively. N isotope data suggest that 32±6% of the initial NO3 remained unassimilated. Self-shading, inefficiency in the transfer of N from dissolved to particulate export, or depletion of a specific nutrient other than N may have led to a lack of complete NO3 assimilation. Using a salt budget approach, we estimate that dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) concentrations increased from eddy formation (3.8±0.4 mmol N m−2) to the time of sampling (4.0±0.09 mmol N m−2), implying that DON accumulated at rate of 0.83±1.3 mmol N m−2 d−1, and accounted for 22±15% of the injected NO3. Interestingly, no significant increase in suspended PN and PC, or export production was observed inside Cyclone Opal relative to the surrounding water column. A simple N budget shows that if 22±15% of the injected NO3 was shunted into the DON pool, and 32±6% is unassimilated, then 46±16% of the injected NO3 remains undocumented. Alternative loss processes within the eddy include lateral exchange of injected NO3 along isopycnal surfaces, remineralization of PN at depth, as well as microzooplankton grazing. A 9-day time series within Cyclone Opal revealed a temporal depletion in δ15N-PN, implying a rapid change in the N source. A change in NO3 assimilation, or a shift from NO3 fueled growth to assimilation of a 15N-deplete N source, may be responsible for such observations.  相似文献

Vessel-based observations of the oceanic surface layer during the 14-day 2004 SAGE ocean fertilization experiment were conducted using ADCP, CTD and temperature microstructure in a frame of reference moving with a patch of injected SF6 tracer. During the experiment the mixed layer depth zmld ranged between 50 and 80 m, with several re-stratifying events that brought zmld up to less than 40 m. These re-stratifying events were not directly attributable to local surface-down development of stratification and were more likely associated with horizontal variation in density structure. Comparison between the CTD and a one-dimensional model confirmed that the SAGE experiment was governed by 3-d processes. A new method for estimating zmld was developed that incorporates a component that is proportional to density gradient. This highlighted the need for well-conditioned near-surface data which are not always available from vessel-based survey CTD profiles. A centred-displacement scale, Lc, equivalent to the Thorpe lengthscale, reached a maximum of 20 m, with the eddy-centroid located at around 40 m depth. Temperature gradient microstructure-derived estimates of the vertical turbulent eddy diffusivity of scalar (temperature) material yielded bin-averaged values around 10−3 m2 s−1 in the pycnocline rising to over 10−2 m2 s−1 higher in the surface layer. This suggests transport rates of nitrate and silicate at the base of the surface layer generate mixed layer increases of the order of 38 and 13 mmol/m2/day, respectively, during SAGE. However, the variability in measured vertical transport processes highlights the importance of transient events like wind mixing and horizontal intrusions.  相似文献
