通过中国东部红土剖面的环境磁学参数(磁化率、频率磁化率、非磁滞剩磁、饱和等温剩磁等)测量,获得了红土剖面磁性矿物浓度、粒度和类型等特性随深度的变化曲线以及红土经连二亚硫酸钠一柠檬酸钠一重碳酸钠溶液(DCB)处理后的磁性参数变化.根据红土剖面环境磁学参数及其磁参数比值的变化可将红土分为3个层段,各层段的磁性矿物特征存在明显的差异.证实了红土剖面中的磁性载体主要是磁赤铁矿、赤铁矿和针铁矿,并分离出了球粒状磁颗粒.认为红土磁性矿物的数量、粒度、类型等的变异指示了其形成时的环境特征,其频率磁化率和DCB处理的磁化率损失量指示了红土成壤化作用的强弱,可作为在红壤区研究过去全球变化的一种新途径.  相似文献

选择黔中、黔西、黔北、湘西岩溶山地丘陵垄岗之上的 5个基岩为白云岩和灰岩的土层剖面 ,通过剖面碳酸盐岩酸不溶物的提取实验、矿物学和微量元素地球化学等手段 ,讨论了碳酸盐岩风化成土作用的野外、矿物学和微量元素地球化学特征 ,初步论证了碳酸盐岩风化成土作用是我国南方岩溶地区土壤资源的一种重要的成土机制 .为进一步研究该地区大面积分布的土状堆积物的来源奠定了初步基础 .  相似文献

通过55个亚热带富铁土的磁化率(χ)、频率磁化率(χfd)、非滞后剩磁(ARM)和饱 和等温剩磁(SIRM)等磁性参数测定,结合氧化铁化学形态分析和矿物鉴定,初步明确了亚热 带富铁土的磁学特征及其磁性矿物.磁测数据表明富铁土中存在强磁性的矿物,其磁化率χ 与土壤游离氧化铁(Fed)含量呈极显著指数正相关(R2=0.5971),频率磁化率χfd与土壤游离氧 化铁含量呈极显著直线正相关(R2=0.4289).富铁土的χfd和非滞后磁化率χARM。值表明土壤 中的磁性矿物以超顺磁性(SP)和稳定单畴(SSD)颗粒为主,富铁上的χ和χARM呈极显著直线 正相关(R= 0.9429),证明富铁土的磁性是由风化成土过程产生的 SP和 SSD磁性颗粒贡献 的.矿物磁测结合X-衍射证明富铁土中的氧化铁矿物由赤铁矿、磁赤铁矿和针铁矿组成。  相似文献

本研究对发育于亚热带地区花岗岩和变质岩风化壳之上的两个红壤剖面进行了系统的环境磁学测量及色度分析,探讨在同一地区不同母质上发育的红壤磁性差异的原因及其环境意义.研究区的两个剖面分别位于福建省南平市高铁北站和纺织厂附近,相距约15 km,气候条件基本相同.研究结果表明:(1)较强磁性的花岗岩母质层上发育的南平北站红壤(NPN),在发育过程因母质层中多畴(MD)颗粒磁赤铁矿化的磁铁矿溶解,剖面上部的淋溶层和淀积层虽以较细的稳定单畴(SSD)颗粒和少量的假单畴(PSD)颗粒磁铁矿为主,但剖面磁性自下而上减弱.相较而言,南纺红壤(NF)剖面发育在磁性较弱的变质砂岩上,其过渡层和母质层以赤铁矿为主,因成壤过程中生成较细的超顺磁(SP)磁铁矿使得土壤淋溶层和淀积层磁性增强;说明母质不同是亚热带地区红壤磁性差异的主要原因.(2)NPN和NF两个剖面的气候条件基本相同,磁性差异比色度指标差异更为显著.亚热带地区因剖面受母质影响显著,整体磁性特征不能反映气候;黄度和红度的比值(b*/a*)远小于磁性的差异,说明针铁矿和赤铁矿的比值更能反映研究区的平均气候状况,即反映次生磁性矿物含量的参数为更适合的气候指标.

对巢湖西部柱样以及杭埠河流域土壤的环境磁学研究表明,磁铁矿是决定磁性特征的主要磁性矿物,杭埠河流域是巢湖西部沉积物的主要来源.靠近巢湖西岸的柱样AC1砂含量较高,X、SIRM值较大而xARM/SIRM较低,说明磁铁矿含量较高、颗粒较粗.距岸稍远的柱样AC2砂含量较低,X、SIRM值也较低,其变化与XARM较相似,与粘土含量变化也有一定程度的相似,AC2沉积物X、SIRM值较ACI小,但XARM/SIRM较高,说明磁铁矿含量较低且颗粒较细.杭埠河流域土壤的磁性测量结果表明,砂、砾含量高的粗骨土磁性最强,富含粗颗粒磁铁矿.巢湖柱样沉积物砂的含量随踞岸远近而不同, 反映了沉积环境的水动力不同,由此产生明显的磁性特征差异,实质是对沉积动力的响应.研究表明磁性参数XARM/SIRM 可以间接反映沉积物中粘土含量的高低变化.  相似文献

对贵州省麦岗水库沉积物环境磁性特征的研究表明,亚铁磁性矿物主导了沉积物矿物磁性特征,但同时也存在反铁磁性矿物等其他矿物,超顺磁颗粒在沉积物中广泛存在.在所选矿物磁性参数中,χlf、χfd、SOFT与粒度不相关;χARM、SIRM、F300与粒度相关,但相关系数不高;χARM/χlf、χARM/SIRM和粒度显著相关,可以作为粒度的代用指标.研究结果显示,磁性参数确实可以作为粒度的代用指标.但对比研究表明,在不同沉积环境,甚至相似沉积环境的沉积物中,矿物磁性参数和粒度的关系可能不同,在特定沉积环境中,利用磁性参数作为粒度的代用指标应该在充分研究的基础上进行,使研究结果更为可靠.  相似文献

江西彭泽红光沙山剖面是在约25~13kaBP左右形成的风砂层夹12个弱发育 古土壤层的沉积序列.详细的岩石磁学研究表明,该沉积序列的磁性矿物以磁铁矿为 主,并含少量磁赤铁矿和赤铁矿.与风砂层相比,弱发育古土壤层的磁性颗粒较小,低 矫顽力磁性组分的相对比例较大,且磁性矿物的含量明显增加.在该沉积序列中,从风 砂层到弱发育古土壤层,磁化率、非磁滞剩磁、饱和等温剩磁以及低-高矫顽力磁性矿 物的比率等磁学参数显示一定的渐变性;而从弱发育古土壤层到风砂层,这些磁学参 数表现为急剧的变化.低矫顽力磁性组分的含量在该序列最底部倒数第二个风砂层中 最低,向上至层序顶部,风砂层中的低矫顽力磁性矿物的含量大体上缓慢递增.这些磁 学特征反应了末次冰期盛冰期区域性气候的变化.  相似文献

通过对红枫湖沉积物柱芯HF1-2磁性参数测量,总结出不同阶段沉积物磁性参数变化的特征,再结合^137Cs、粒度、TOC(%)和C/N的分析结果,解泽出红枫湖流域自1960-2003年的土壤侵蚀变化过程。从沉积物的分析得出,流域的土壤侵蚀经历了强弱交替的过程,两个明显土壤侵蚀增强的过程分别是1977-1980年和1987-1997年。初步探讨土壤侵蚀强烈的原因可能与降水量有关,但也明显存在着其它因素的影响。  相似文献

The study on magnetic properties of the red clay indicates that the red clay and loesspaleosol sequence have a common magnetic mineralogy, with magnetite, maghemite, hematite (and possibly goethite) contributing to the magnetic behavior. The red clay magnetic susceptibility is also found to have a positive relation with extrafine superparamagnetic grains. This suggests that, like the Quaternary loess-paleosols, an ultrafine ferrimagnetic component produced during pedogenesis in the red clay under humid conditions also plays an important role in susceptibility enhancement in the soil units. This is supported by the correlation between Rb/Sr ratio and magnetic susceptibility. This signifies that, like the above loess-paleosol sequence, the magnetic susceptibility of the red clay can be used as a general proxy paleoclimatic indicator, although whether its susceptibility in the red clay is comparable to pedogenesis intensity and requires further investigation. Magnetic susceptibility variation in the red clay thus also provides an eolian/pedogenic record of paleoclimatic evolution. Study of the background susceptibility indicates that, on average, the absolute scale of the paleoclimatic shift from red clay development to Quaternary loess deposition is similar to the climatic shift from stage 5 (S1) to stage 2–4 (L1). This may suggest that during the Quaternary there is an evident strengthening of the absolute wind intensity to bring more (about double) coarser and less weathered (non-SP fraction) eolian magnetic input from the source regions to the Loess Plateau than during the Pliocene. The presence of eolian red clay since 7.5 Ma BP in central-northern China implies an important environmental change from the underlying Cretaceous red sandstone. The red clay development was closely related to global drying and climate cooling since the Cretaceous and closely associated with the abrupt uplift of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau at about that time. This uplift of the plateau intensified the East Asia monsoon system and started red clay deposition.  相似文献

The M5.7 Jiujiang earthquake in 2005 was a mid-strong one, stronger than expected to occur in the region. This paper discusses the neo-tectonic settings of this earthquake, and it is thought that the earthquake region is located in the transitional belt, a potential area inducing weak to moderately strong earthquakes, between two large different tectonic units. The results of the reconnaissance work and on-the-spot investigation after earthquake indicate that the occurrence of the M5.7 Jiujiang earth- quake is closely related with the NE-trending fault on the western margin of Ruichang Basin. From its controlling to the landforms and Quaternary depositions, geological profiles, ESR dating, etc., the ac- tivity of the Dingjiashan-Langjunshan fault bounding the basin is discussed. It suggests that this fault displays an active one in Middle Pleistocene by the outcrop. Based on the activity of the fault, and the direction and location of the ground fissures, the isoseismal lines and the nodal plane of the focal mechanism solution, it is inferred that the Dingjiashan-Langjunshan fault is the seismogenic tectonics of the M5.7 Jiujiang earthquake, and the intersection point between this fault and the active NW ones is the possible origin of location of this earthquake. Our study shows that this earthquake is not an event exceeding expectation, and that the active and invisible characteristics of the causative fault are typical in the eastern area of China.  相似文献

对取自台湾以东花东海盆GX168孔的浊流沉积物进行系统的岩石磁学研究,揭示其沉积学和岩石磁学特征,分析其物源和形成机制.研究结果显示,剖面上共识别出12层浊流沉积物,其分布存在规律,下部350~700 cm共发育11层浊流沉积物,而0~350 cm仅出现1层浊流沉积物.浊流沉积物粒径明显较背景沉积物粗,石英、长石含量更高,底部与下伏背景沉积呈突变接触,顶部与上覆背景沉积呈渐变接触,内部发育典型的正粒序韵律结构.浊流沉积物和背景沉积物具有相似的磁学特征,两者均以磁铁矿为主要载磁矿物类型,且磁铁矿颗粒均以准单畴和多畴颗粒为主.同时,两者也存在一定差异,浊流沉积物中磁铁矿较背景沉积物更为富集,磁化率和饱和等温剩磁更强,磁铁矿粒径更粗,这与浊流沉积物原始沉积区更靠近物源区有关.花东海盆浊流沉积形成的诱发机制可能是末次冰期以来频发的海平面波动造成陆坡之上沉积物重力失稳,导致陆坡沉积物向海盆搬运.  相似文献

Rock magnetism research on eolian deposits from the Chinese Loess Plateau shows that magnetite, maghe- mite and hematite are the main magnetic minerals in loess-paleosol sequences and red clay se-quences[1―8], and finds that the magnetic susceptibility increase is positively correlated to the content of ultra-fine minerals and relatively strong pedogene- sis[7―15]. The temporal and spatial variations of surface latent heat flux (SLHF) and diagnostic air temperature at 2m before and after the Ms5.7 earthquake occurring on November 26, 2005 in the area between Ruichang City and Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province are summarized in this paper. It is found that before the earthquake significant SLHF anomalies and air temperature anomalies occurred in the epicentral area and its vicinity. The air temperature anomalies appeared from the 2nd to the 13th of November, 2005 and were concentrated at the epicentral area and in its southern part. Then two days later, that is, from the 4th to the 15th of November 2005, significant SLHF anomalies occurred in the epicentral area and to its northern area where many lakes are distributed along the active faults. During the anomalous period, the SLHF and air temperature at 2m exceeded the sum of average daily value over 26 years and 1.5 times of its mean square deviation. Both anomalies had maintained for 12 days with a peculiar distribution related to the tectonic active zone. It is considered that both of air temperature anomalies and SLHF anomalies are correlated to the movement of thermal flux from underground prior to earthquake. SLHF anomalies occurred over wide regions covered with abundant water, whereas air temperature anomalies occurred over land.  相似文献

The sand-hill section in Hongguang, Pengze County, Jiangxi Province is composed of eolian sand beds interbedded with 12 weakly-pedogenetic paleosols, and this sedimentary sequence was formed from about 25 to 13 kaBP. A detailed rock-magnetic study demonstrates that the magnetic minerals in the sequence are dominated by multi-domain magnetite grains in addition to small amounts of maghemite and hematite. Compared with the eolian sand beds, the paleosols are characterized by smaller magnetic particles, higher proportion of low-coercivity minerals and markedly increase in the magnetic mineral content. In the section, various magnetic parameters (K, ARM, SIRM and S ratios) display a roughly gradual increase from eolian sand beds to the overlying paleosols but an abrupt decrease from paleosols to the overlying eolian sand beds. The content of low-coercivity magnetic minerals shows the lowest values in the second eolian sand bed from the bottom of the section, and from the bed upwards it gradually increases on the whole in the eolian sand beds. These magnetic properties reflect regional climatic changes during the last glacial maximum.  相似文献
