These data are summarized in consensus (mean) values with uncertainties expressed as one standard deviation. Mean values are also calculated as a function of analytical procedure and all raw data are given in the tables. These data are summarized into mean +/- one standard deviation values and compared with our previously calculated concentrations based upon USGS round-robin data published in 1978. Four reference soils have been prepared and certified through the cooperation of Energy, Mines and Resources Canada and Agriculture Canada. Their origin and details of preparation and characterization are presented. Thirty-six laboratories participated in the international certification program by providing approximately 16000 results for 65 elements. One or more of the reference soils were certified for 18 elements and preliminary data were obtained for another 47.  相似文献

New mean values for up to 11 major and minor and up to 11 trace elements in soils SO-1 to SO4 have been calculated by two procedures. Analytical results received by CCRMP subsequent to the certification program of 1979 were included. In one instance, the same procedure as used for certification wherein all results except those rejected on chemical and/or statistical considerations was followed, but little improvement over the 1979 calculations was obtained. The other procedure is proposed by the authors for use in identifying concentration range intervals wherein maximum interlaboratory consensus is observed. The application of this procedure has permitted the certification of the four soils for the content of 24 elements not previously certified.  相似文献

Analytical data for five GSJ (Geological Survey of Japan) reference samples, the "Instrumental analysis series" received by October 1998, are compiled. The data reported in publications and personal communications were evaluated statistically, taking into account the analytical method and sample preparation. The Canadian Certified Reference Materials Project announces the availability of reference uranium tailings sample UTS-1, -2, -3 and -4. Eighteen laboratories participated in the interlaboratory program for total iron, titanium, aluminium, calcium, barium, uranium, thorium, total sulphur, sulphate and arsenic. Eight laboratories participated in the inter-laboratory program for thorium-230, radium-226, lead-210 and polonium-210 in all four samples and for thorium-232, radium-228 and thorium-228 in UTS-1 and UTS-2.  相似文献

Fluorine in 22 international reference samples has been determined with an ion selective electrode following fusion with a Na2bCO3-ZnO mixture. To eliminate the effect of fluorine complexes in the solutions, the results presented are means of fluoride determinations from a standard calibration curve and from the method of standard addition. Together with these new determinations an updated compilation of USGS-I reference samples is presented.  相似文献

Elemental composition data on eight older (AGV-1, BCR-1, DTS-1, G-1, G-2, GSP-1, PCC-1 and W-1) and three newer (BIR-1, DNC-1 and W-2) USGS rock standards have been collected from institutional reports and journal articles from 1972–1981. This collection was combined with data from previous compilations and "consensus values" for up to 79 elements determined by comparing overall means, medians, and individual means based on analytical techniques.  相似文献

For evaluating the analytical data on reference samples, the following approach is proposed: 1. Analytical methods used are critically reviewed. 2. Outliers are eliminated. 3. Normality of the results is tested. 4. If normality of the results can be accepted, arithmetic mean, its confidence interval and coefficient of the precision are computed. 5. If the results are not normally distributed, median and its statistical characteristics are given. 6. For sets of data with anomalous skewness, logarithmic and lambda transformations are useful approaches.  相似文献

建立了一个简便、可靠的扫描质子探针元素分布图本底值剔除方法,编制了逐点本底计数值剔除计算程序。结合实际地质样品的扫描质子探针元素分布成图,对方法的有效性做了对比实验。结果表明,与传统的成图方法相比,新方法具有图像清晰、真实的优点。同时讨论了方法的误差和误差的减小途径。  相似文献

采用HNO3-HClO4-HF常压消解、HNO3-H2O2-HF高压密闭消解、HNO3-H2O2微波消解,干法灰化后残渣用HNO3-HF-HClO4溶解等四种方法对植物样品进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对植物样品中的27种元素进行定量分析,探讨了不同前处理方法对ICP-MS测定植物样品中微量元素的影响。分析结果表明: HNO3-HClO4-HF常压消解使用大量试剂,污染环境,造成空白值高;在常压体系中HClO4的加入能提高样品的消解效率,但赶酸不完全,会造成复合离子对钒和砷的干扰;干法灰化过程中某些元素(硼、汞等)会损失;常压消解和高压密闭消解中加入HF能有效地提高铍、稀土、钇、钛、锑、铀等元素的回收率,但在蒸干赶HF的过程中,会造成硼和汞的损失,并且钢套的生锈会造成铬、镍空白值高。尽管没有一种方法能适用于所有元素的分析,但相比较而言,HNO3-H2O2微波消解体系操作简单,大部分元素(除铍、钛、锑、铋、稀土)能得到满意的结果,精密度(RSD)均小于10%(n=10),相对误差(RE)为-4.6%~13.6%。  相似文献
