论文研究铰接系泊塔-油轮系统波流联合作用下的动力响应。考虑铰接塔-油轮单点系泊系统系缆刚度的非线性,将尼龙系缆处理为分段非线性刚度模型,采用M orison公式计算铰接塔的波浪载荷,采用线性波浪绕射理论计算波浪对油轮的作用,建立了两自由度耦合的分段非线性运动微分方程。计算了高177 m的铰接系泊塔和93 500 t油轮构成的FPSO系统的耦合动力响应,并讨论了系统运动对于系缆张力的影响。  相似文献

An analytical model was developed for the dynamic analysis of an articulated loading platform in an operation condition, while remaining in a head seas position. The environmental excitation considered, resulting from groups of regular waves, included first- and second-order force contributions. The nylon hawser connecting the tanker to the ALP was modeled as a nonlinear spring. The hydrodynamic load on the tower was evaluated using Morison's equation, which was modified to account for the relative motion of the tower and the fluid particles. The hydrodynamic load on the tanker was calculated using linear diffraction theory based on the 2-D Helmholtz equation. The “near field” approach of Pinkster was used to evaluate the drift force.  相似文献

—In this paper,the second-order perturbation method in frequency domain is used to calculateRAO and spectra of motion and mooring line tension of a turret-moored tanker in ballast condition.Thecalculated results are compared with corresponding experiment results.In the experiment the wave head-ing is 180°,and the wave spectra is the P-M spectrum and white noise spectrum.In the theoretical calcu-lations,the damping coefficient of slow oscillation of the tanker is determined on the basis of the dampingobtained from a test of irregular waves where the mooring system is replaced by a nonlinear spring withnonlinear stiffness similar to that of the mooring system.From the comparison between theoretical calcula-tions and experimental results,it can be found that the theoretical results obtained by the second-orderperturbation method in frequency domain are in good agreement with the experimental results,indicatingthat the damping coefficient of slow oscillation of the tanker required in frequency domain calcu  相似文献

A fuzzy logic controller for ship path control in restricted waters is developed and evaluated. The controller uses inputs of heading, yaw rate, and lateral offset from the nominal track to produce a commanded rudder angle. Input variable fuzzification, fuzzy associative memory rules, and output set defuzzification are described. Two maneuvering situations are evaluated: track keeping along a specified path where linearized regulator control is valid; and larger maneuvers onto a specified path where nonlinear modeling and control are required. For the track keeping assessment, the controller is benchmarked against a conventional linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) optimal controller and Kalman filter control system. The Kalman filter is used to produce the input state variable estimates for the fuzzy controller as well. An initial startup transient and regulator control performance with an external hydrodynamic disturbance are evaluated using linear model simulations of a crude oil tanker. A fully nonlinear maneuvering model for a smaller product tanker is used to assess the larger maneuvers  相似文献

A two-degree freedom model for an ALT-tanker system is established corresponding to the pitch of the ALT and the surge of the tanker.Tension in the mooring cable between the ALT and the tanker is represented by an unsymmetrical,piecewise-nonlinear function.Wave load on the tower is evaluated by use of the Morison equation.The first order wave load acting on the tanker is calculated by the linear diffraction theory based on the 2-D Helmholtz equation,and the near field approach of Pinkster is used to evaluate the second order drift force.The dynamic equation of motion is established based on the principle of D'lembert.Dynamic response and cable tension of a mooring system composed of an 88.4 m ALT and a 100000 t grade tanker are calculated.The influence of wave frequency,wave excitation amplitude,wind and current force on ALT-tanker motion and cable tension is discussed.  相似文献

The coupled system of two side-by-side fixed and/or floating bodies interacting with a large amplitude nonlinear wave is studied using a direct time domain solution method. The numerical model is based on a three-dimensional mixed Eulerian–Lagrangian (MEL) method under certain simplifying approximations permitting Rankine panel scheme to be implemented over a time-invariant boundary surface to solve the boundary value problem for the unknown velocity potentials. A 4th order Adams–Bashforth–Moulton scheme is used for time marching of rigid-body motion histories of the individual bodies and evolution of the free-surface including the gap region in which large resonant fluid motions occur. A systematic study has been carried out to evaluate the performance of the developed time domain method in simulating the forces and motions as well as the fluid motion in the gap region for the two body system under various arrangements and in different wave-headings. At first, the computed numerical results have been validated and verified with computational and experimental results available in literature for standard geometries such as vertical truncated cylinders and rectangular boxes. Secondly, effectiveness of the damping lid model which is introduced to suppress wave resonance in the gap region is investigated including its influence on maximum sway forces on fixed and floating rectangular barges in side-by-side configurations. Thirdly, comparative studies on absolute and relative motion response for two cases (two rectangular barges, and a FLNG-FPSO + shuttle tanker) in side-by-side arrangement are detailed to bring out the importance of nonlinearities arising due to steep nonlinear incident waves. Finally, coupled motions of the two-body system of an FPSO and a shuttle tanker floating in side-by-side configuration in a steep nonlinear wave field are studied in which the two bodies are connected through hawsers, and also the FPSO is moored to the ground. 针对100 m作业水深的八角形FPSO,提出采用穿梭油轮串靠的外输方案,研究串靠外输在南海的适用性。建立由八角形FPSO及其系泊系统、穿梭油轮及FPSO与穿梭油轮之间的系泊大缆等组成的浮式多体动力学模型,根据多浮体动力学理论进行耦合时域模拟。在外输海况条件下,分析了串靠连接的环境适应性及研究大缆载荷的响应特性,对连接大缆的长度、刚度等关键参数进行了敏感性分析。研究表明,串靠外输的形式对于八角FPSO具有足够的安全性和可靠性,系泊大缆受到明显的冲击张力,张力的幅值受大缆的长度和刚度影响较大。  相似文献

The anchorage system for mid-ocean loading or production consists of an articulated tower for mooring the tanker. Flexible risers are also essential components of the anchorage system. The present paper provides a state-of-the-art review on articulated storage systems and flexible risers, giving theoretical background for the development of computer software for the static analysis of flexible risers.In the state-of-the-art review for flexible risers, various analysis techniques for elastic lines and flexible risers under self-weight, current and wave forces are presented. The dynamic response of the flexible riser, including vortex-induced oscillations, is also outlined.The literature concerning the articulated tower and tanker is relatively scarce. Available works related only to dynamic responses of articulated towers. The combined response of tower and tanker is only studied by Chakrabarti and Cotter [(1978), Analysis of a tower-tanker system. In Proceedings of the 10th Offshore Technology Conference, OTC 3202, pp. 1301–1310] in a limited sense. The review of these works is summarised relevant to this paper.In the end, the static analysis of the flexible riser under its self-weight and current is presented using a finite difference approach. The problem essentially involves geometrical non-linearity, which is tackled with the help of an iterative solution based on modified Newton-Raphson technique. The theoretical formulation presented is being used to develop the computer software for the static analysis of the flexible risers.  相似文献

以极浅水作业水深的FPSO串靠外输作业为背景,研究穿梭油轮尾部定位拖轮所需拖力大小,提出了基于动态耦合效应的拖轮拖力直接计算方法。基于三维势流理论,考虑浮式生产储油平台(FPSO)与穿梭油轮之间相互水动力干扰,进行动态耦合计算,根据力学平衡原理求得所需的拖轮拖力并分析其影响因素。结果表明:动态耦合模型算出的所需拖力值较之准动态模型更安全、经济;当FPSO与穿梭油轮距离为80 m时,既能保证外输安全性又能保证经济性;增大两船间距、增加穿梭油轮吃水、两船间采用双缆系泊,均能有效降低所需的拖轮拖力。研究结果可为FPSO串靠外输作业操作提供指导,具有一定的工程实用性。  相似文献

当FPSO服役于目标油田时,将受到风浪流的作用力。其中,风力给FPSO一个恒定的静力,使其偏离原来的位置。风力计算在FPSO系泊系统的分析过程中是非常重要的。设计人员常常参考OCIMF进行风力计算,或者参考API规范得出。OCIMF为针对油轮的计算规范,但使用OCIMF计算FPSO风力及流力的方法,与FPSO的适应性仍需要进一步论证。API规范针对海上浮式系统,其计算风流力的方法使用也非常广泛,其原理为将FPSO上部各个模块风力叠加得出。以FPSO风载荷为研究对象,开展了风洞模型试验,获得了典型FPSO风载荷特性曲线,并将试验结果分别与OCIMF结果和API规范计算结果进行对比分析,最终给出FPSO风力计算方法的建议。本数据可用于FPSO的风力计算,也可为FPSO运动、系泊的设计研究提供参考。  相似文献

A large oil tanker moored to an articulated mooring tower can be modelled as a bilinear oscillator, that is, a linear oscillator with different stiffnesses for positive and negative deflections due to the slackening of mooring lines. The response of the bilinear oscillator driven by irregular seas was studied using the qualitative concepts of dynamical systems. A normalized form of the semi-empirical Pierson-Moskowitz spectrum was used to describe the irregular forcing and features typical of nonlinear differential equations were found. Subharmonic resonances, multiple solutions dependent on the initial conditions as well as possible chaotic solutions were calculated. For irregular seas it was also found that large deflections of the tower may be generated when the peak frequency of the Pierson-Moskowitz spectrum is less than the bilinear frequency of the oscillator.  相似文献

The present paper is Part II of a series of three papers on methods useful for the ultimate limit state assessment of ships and ship-shaped offshore structures. In contrast to Part I [Paik et al., 2007a. Methods for ultimate limit state assessment of ships and ship-shaped offshore structures: Part I unstiffened plates, Ocean Engineering, doi:10.1016/j.oceaneng.2007.08.004] that deals with unstiffened plates, the present paper (Part II) is focused on methods for the ultimate limit state assessment of stiffened plate structures under combined biaxial compression and lateral pressure actions. The object structure is the bottom part of an AFRAMAX-class hypothetical double-hull oil tanker structure designed by IACS common structural rules (CSR) method, that is the same ship studied in Part I. Three candidate methods, namely ANSYS nonlinear finite element method, DNV PULS method, and ALPS/ULSAP method, are employed for the present study. The results and insights developed from the present study are summarized in terms of ultimate strength characteristics of bottom-stiffened plate structures.  相似文献

The quasi-static analysis method introduced by API RP 2P is well known and accepted as a very useful mooring analysis method. In the early design stage, this method is widely used for preliminary analysis and mooring parameter selection. However, the quasi-static method of API RP 2P is developed for single-floating-body condition, i. e., only one floating body is considered in the computation procedure. Difficulties arise when it is used for the analysis of a CALM system, which is comprised of two floating bodies (tanker and buoy). This paper presents an analysis procedure for a two-floating-body system based on the quasi-static procedure of API RP 2P with some modifications reflecting special characteristics of the CALM system. Finally, the analysis results of a CALM system are given to illustrate the use of this procedure.  相似文献

The side-by-side offloading of liquid natural gas (LNG) at offshore terminals involves a fixed and a floating body in close proximity; the offshore terminal being the fixed body and the LNG tanker the floating body. The closeness of the two bodies leads to the formation of a long and relatively narrow gap, within which there is the potential for large amplifications of the water surface elevation. The present paper uses experimental results to characterise both the size and nature of the excitation within the gap. It also illustrates the effect of the vessel motion on this amplification by considering a 1:100 scaled model of an LNG tanker as well as its fixed approximation. It is found that the body's ability to move acts to increase the frequency at which resonant amplification within the gap occurs (the resonance frequency). The incident wave conditions considered include regular and irregular waves in both beam- and head-sea orientations; the latter leading to very different gap end conditions. The nature of the resonant amplification for the floating LNG tanker is shown to be similar for the two orientations, suggesting that the gap end conditions do not drive the resonant amplification. Consideration of the nonlinearity within the gap illustrates that resonant amplification occurs at the resonance frequency, irrespective of whether the fluid motion is first or second harmonic. The present paper provides data relevant to the safe offloading operations of an LNG tanker and demonstrates the importance of incorporating the vessel motion in numerical modelling procedures.  相似文献

The international compensation regime for tanker oil pollution has been successful in providing adequate and prompt compensation to pollution victims in its member states. Nevertheless, the attitudes of different countries toward acceptance of this regime have varied considerably. This paper aims to explain three main factors in the acceptance of the regime, including: (1) The level of economic development; (2) the risk of exposure to tanker oil spills; and (3) the financial burden associated with adherence to the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund (IOPC). Using both fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis and an Ordered Probit model, this study found two patterns causing upper-middle and high income countries to have a high acceptance level: (a) Those facing a medium risk of oil spills and having a low financial burden; and (b) those facing a high risk of oil spills. The study reveals that, for a country with a high risk of exposure to tanker oil spills, such as China, with its improvement in economic status it is far better for it to join the IOPC Fund, so as to provide better protection both for potential pollution victims and for the marine environment. The results of this study can also be applied to other countries that are considering whether or not to accept the international compensation regime for tanker oil pollution.  相似文献

针对300 m作业水深下的八角形FPSO,提出采用穿梭油轮串靠的外输作业方案,研究外输过程中穿梭油轮与FPSO之间由于过分纵荡运动而引起的碰撞风险发生概率。建立由八角形FPSO及其系泊系统、穿梭油轮、系泊大缆等组成的浮式多体系统分析模型,在外输海况条件下,得到穿梭油轮与FPSO间距的时历曲线,结合极值理论,对过分纵荡运动进行预报,进而对外输系统的碰撞风险进行分析;揭示海流的方向变化对于外输系统碰撞风险的影响规律。  相似文献
