The results of spectroscopic observations of 25 objects of the Second Byurakan Spectroscopic Sky Survey in a field with central coordinates a = 08h00m, δ = +59° are given. The spectra were obtained on the 2.6- m telescope of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory, National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, and the 6- m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory, Russian Academy of Sciences, in 1997– 1998 with a spectral resolution of from 5 to 15Å. The redshifts and absolute stellar magnitudes of all the galaxies were determined and they were classified. A histogram of the redshift distribution of the complete sample of galaxies in this field of the survey is given.  相似文献

QSO objective prism survey was done for the field centered at 10h40m + 00°00. For the 348 objects selected, we present in this paper their positions,B J magnitudes, spectra, and finding charts. Based on the sample containing 163 QSO candidates with higher reliabilities (F 3), the surface density of QSO candidates withB J 20 is estimated to be about 4.5 per square degree.Work based on UKST plates.  相似文献

The thirteenth list of faint late M and carbon type stars detected on the plates of the First Byurakan Spectral Sky Survey in zone +1° +13° covering about 3118 sq. degrees is presented. From 285 stars, 161 are newly detected objects: they are 17 carbon stars, 25 carbon star candidates, and 117 M-type stars. The spectral type of two objects is assumed to be between M8 - M9 or late N-subtypes. Among 161 objects, 85 (66 PSC + 19 FSC) are unclassified IRAS sources. Accurate positions, spectral classes, red magnitudes, and color indices are given using several astronomical databases. Finding charts from DSS are given for the most interesting objects.  相似文献

The twelfth list of faint late M and carbon type stars detected on the plates of the First Byurakan Spectral Survey in zone -3° +1° covering about 1070 sq. degrees is presented. From 86 detected stars, 57 are newly discovered objects: they are 3 R-type carbon stars, 2 carbon star candidates and 52 M-type stars. Among the latter 34 (28 PSC + 6 FSC) are unclassified IRAS sources. Equatorial coordinates, spectral classes, color indices, and red magnitudes determined from the Palomar E-charts are presented.  相似文献

We present the seventh list of stars of the late M and C spectral classes taken from the plates of the First Byurakan Spectral Sky Survey (FBS). Data on 24 objects, 2 of which are carbon stars of early subclasses (R-stars), are given for the first time. The spectral membership of two known stars is established. The objects lie in the zone 3 h 40 m 18 h 30 m and +76° +80°.Translated fromAstrofizika, Vol. 38, No. 3, 1995.  相似文献

The U BV observations of the variable radio source LSI+61°303 carried out at the Crimean Station of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute in 1989–1990 and 1999–2002 are presented. We constructed a combined light curve of the star spanning ~6400 days from our and published data. Slow brightness variability with an amplitude of \( \sim 0^m .1\) was detected. Using the entire combined series, we searched for a periodicity in a frequency range close to the radio period \(P = 26^d .5\). The optical period was found to be exactly equal to the radio period. The shape and amplitude of the mean curves constructed with the radio period change from V to U: the detected double wave shows up most clearly in the U band.  相似文献

The occultation of BD+8°471 by Ceres on 13 November 1984 was observed photoelectrically at 13 sites in Mexico, Florida, and the Caribbean. These observations indicate that Ceres is an oblate spheroid having an equatorial radius of 479.6±2.4 km and a polar radius of 453.4±4.5 km. The mean density of this minor planet is 2.7 g/cm3±5%, and its visual geometric albedo is 0.073. While the surface appears globally to be in hydrostatic equilibrium, firm evidence of real limb irregularities is seen in the data.  相似文献

The next list of spectral data on blue stellar objects (BSOs) is presented. 58 FBS objects in a zone with a central declination δ = + 35° were observed with the 2.6-m telescope at the Byurakan Observatory during 1990–1991. In addition, 3 objects were observed (3 CCD spectra were obtained) with the BAO 2.6-m and OHP 1.93-m telescopes in 1997–2000 using modern instrumentation. 9 white dwarfs, 47 hot subdwarfs, and 2 HBB stars have been discovered. Spectra of the 10 most interesting objects are given. __________ Translated from Astrofizika, Vol. 51, No. 2, pp. 277–283 (May 2008).  相似文献

This list contains 143 objects in the region -3° +1° at high latitudes with an area of approximately 992 square degrees (62 fields). The objects have magnitudes V of 11.8-18.1 and B-V colors ranging from -0.82 to +0.81. Of the 143 objects, 51 have been discovered for the first time. Equatorial coordinates, V magnitudes, color indices, and preliminary classifications of the objects are given. DSS identification charts are given for the newly discovered objects.  相似文献

The temporal variations of the radial velocity and profile of the Hα line in the spectrum of α Cyg are analyzed based on 240 CCD spectra taken with the coude spectrograph attached to the 2-m telescope of Shamaha Astrophysical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan in 1998–2000. The results obtained are inconsistent with the conclusion made by the Heidelberg group concerning the behavior of the variability of the Hα-line profile [1]. The observed pattern of radial-velocity variations is due to nonradial pulsations and differs for the blue and red halves of the absorption profile. The pulsation parameters differ for different levels of residual intensity for both halves of the absorption profile. The amplitude and period increase from the core toward the wing of the line for the red half of the absorption profile, and, on the contrary, decrease toward the line wing for the blue half of the profile. Absorption features are observed on the blue half of the absorption profile. Their emergence and disappearance, as well as minor migrations are indicative of the clumpy structure of the stellar envelope. The similarity of the variability behavior of the absorption and emission profiles indicates that the latter too owe their variability to nonradial pulsations. Thus the variability of the stellar wind in its formation regions is partly due to the nonradial pulsations of the underlying layers of the atmosphere. On the whole, the variability of the position and photometric parameters of the absorption and emission components of the profile is indicative of the nonstationary nature and asymmetric shape of the stellar wind.  相似文献

The eleventh list of blue stellar objects in the second part of the First Byurakan Spectral Sky Survey (FBS) is presented. The list consists of 64 objects located in the region +80 +90° and 2h 08m a 20h 15m. The objects haveV magnitudes in the range 12.3–17.4 andB–V color indices in the range -0.55-+0.55. Of the 98 objects, 56 are newly discovered. Tentative classifications are given for 28 objects, of which there is one planetary nebula, 6 possible quasars, 15 possible white dwarfs, and 6 possible cataclysmic variables. Two of the latter are possibly novae having erupted at the epoch of exposure of the FBS plates in this region.Translated fromAstrofizika, Vol. 39, No. 4, pp. 531–540, November, 1996.  相似文献
