新一代"数字城市"集成开发平台

为了全面整合现有各类城市信息资源和有效的集成城市各业务部门应用系统,需要建立一种高效管理城市各类信息资源和提供各种应用与服务的基础信息支撑平台,以满足"数字城市"信息基础平台建设的需要.利用MapGIS数据中心的数据仓库技术、功能仓库技术和搭建式二次开发技术,实现"数字城市"集成开发平台.该平台能提供统一的城市各类业务应用与服务系统,实现城市各类信息资源共享以及网络化的社会服务,最大程度地发挥我国城市信息资源的经济效益和社会效益.     

近40年黄河流域资源环境格局变化分析与地质工作建议

西南岩溶山区地下水资源承载能力评价——以贵州省七星关区为例

以国家扶贫攻坚重点地区——贵州乌蒙山七星关区为例,参考"全国地质资源环境承载能力评价与监测预警"形成的评价理论和方法,结合岩溶石山区地下水资源水文地质条件及开发利用实际,探索构建岩溶石山区县域范围内地下水资源承载能力评价方法。通过系统评价七星关区地下水资源承载能力,认为该区地下水资源承载能力较大,但资源、开采强度、劣质水分布不均,降低了部分区域地下水资源承载能力。评价结果为区域国土空间规划及"三区三线"划定提供了依据。同时,该评价方法亦为岩溶地区地下水资源承载能力评价提供了借鉴。     

水源热泵系统对地下水流系统的影响评价

地下水水源热泵系统是一种"绿色"利用资源与能源方式,它对地下水流系统的影响程度,关系到水源热泵系统建设的可行性.依据实例中的地下水抽水与回灌试验数据,利用数值模拟模型,定量研究水源热泵系统对地下水流系统的影响程度,为水源热泵系统建设中水资源保护,提供技术支撑.     

全国油砂和油页岩资源评价项目研究工作进展

石油天然气资源是重要的能源矿产和战略性资源.为了掌握全国油气资源状况,获得各级资源量数据,建立国家油气资源评价体系,为国家制定重大战略和经济发展规划提供科学依据,根据国务院的部署,由国土资源部和国家发展改革委员会联合组织开展了"新一轮全国油气资源评价".该国家专项下设5个一级项目,即全国常规油气资源评价、全国煤层气资源评价、全国油砂资源评价、全国油页岩资源评价和全国油气资源评价系统.吉林大学承担其中两项,全国油页岩资源评价(项目编号ZP-Y,刘招君教授负责)和全国油砂资源评价(项目编号ZP-S,单玄龙教授负责).     

地球系统论视角下的我国城市地质调查范式与实现路径

资源环境承载协调理论与评价方法

资源环境承载能力评价是进行国土空间规划和用途管控的基础性工作,越来越受到国家重视。在资源环境承载能力研究实践中,以自然资源环境系统及其与社会经济系统的关系为主要研究对象,创新性提出了"资源环境承载协调理论",并基于此理论初步建立了不同空间尺度的地质资源环境承载能力评价技术方法,构建了地质环境、地下水资源、矿产资源等不同资源环境要素的承载能力评价指标体系,包括承载本底评价指标和承载状态评价指标。规范了不同尺度的资源与环境承载能力评价流程,为有序推动全国、区域及市县尺度的自然单元和行政单元的地质资源环境承载能力评价工作提供了强有力的。     

乡村扶贫振兴路径研究——评《中国资源枯竭型城市的产业转型》

消除贫困是社会主义的本质要求,而脱贫攻坚是全面建成小康社会的底线任务.《中国资源枯竭型城市的产业转型》一书从介绍资源型城市兴衰规律入手,分别研究了中国资源枯竭型城市产业转型的模式、成本、机制、政策、效果评价,提出了资源枯竭型城市产业转型的资源开发补偿、衰退产业援助和替代产业扶持"三个机制",为乡村脱贫工作提供参考.     

中国温泉与地热（水）异常的普查标志和方向

地热资源,目前主要利用的是地下热水,是集"热、矿、水"三位一体的综合资源,是既清洁又可再生的能源.在能源日益紧缺的情况下,地热资源开发利用前景更加广阔和重要.通过对我国著名温泉形成与控制条件的分析,探讨深部地下热水异常的形成机制,介绍了地下热水异常的普查标志和普查方向,为提高地热(水)资源勘查的准确性提供信息和依据.     

潍坊市洪水资源利用现状及开发利用对策研究

洪水资源利用是解决潍坊市水资源短缺的重要途径.本文系统闸述了潍坊市降水及洪水特征,进行了洪水资源利用现状和潜力分析,提出了洪水资源安全利用的原则、前提条件、合理配置及利用模式,为该地区洪水资源的合理开发,持续利用提供了依据.     

The terrestrial fauna of the Late Triassic Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry fissures,South Wales,UK and a new species of Clevosaurus (Lepidosauria: Rhynchocephalia)

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.     

The effect of water on accessory phase solubility in subaluminous and peralkaline granitic melts

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H₂O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H₂O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.     

Quaternary stresses revealed by calcite twinning inversion: insights from observations in the Savonnières underground quarry (eastern France)

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ₁ roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
