The geochemistry theory can provide information about the distribution, contents and migration in nature of the chemical elements in minerals, rocks, soils, waters, atmospheres, etc. Therefore, it has been applied extensively. Nowadays the petroleum supply throughout the world is in tension. The coal resources are unfriendly to the environment, because coals contain many harmful chemical elements. How to exploit the efficient clean liquid energy from coals is a hot subject of study. This paper deals with the present domestic and international applications of geochemistry in coal liquefaction research, on the basis of coal geology, points out the shortages and problems that need to be dissolved, clarifies the necessity of coal liquefaction technique research under the coal geochemistry background. To enhance the oil production and reduce environmental effects, the direct coal liquefaction technique research should take it into consideration the three-aspects coupling pattern, which includes the influence of coal direct liquefaction activity combined with different geochemical parameters, the different migration behaviors of harmful elements in the coal liquefaction process, and the geological control factors of coal-forming environments. It is indicated that the coal geochemistry is extensively applied in coal direct liquefaction technique research.  相似文献

The Enshi area, Hubei Province in China, is a typical seleniferous environment, where seleniferous carbonaceous shale and carbonaceous siliceous rocks of Permian widely occur. In the 1960's, the first selenosis case in the human population in the world had even brought out at Yutangba Village, Shuanghe community, which resulted in move-off all local residenters The Enshi area possesses the advantageous natural conditions to develop Se-hyperaccnmulator. The selenosis case of human population may be related to having eaten the wild vegetable hyperaccumulating selenium. Mao Dajun (1997) found that the most seleniferous plant was cabbage in the Enshi area which contains Se 224.30 mg/kg. In order to find out Se-hyperaccnmulator in China as soon as possible, the present research made a lot of work on many numbers of wild plants which grow in Enshi, Hubei Province, China. Finally, we found Thlaspi arvenst L., the first Se-hyperaccumulator of China at Yutangba Village. In this plant, Thlaspi arvenst L., the contents of selenium (DW) are 802-870 mg/kg (the average 843 mg/kg) for the whole plant, 1121 mg/kg for root, 511 mg/kg for stem and 1427 mg/kg for leaf, respectively. The newly found Thlaspi arvenst L. by us is the most seleniferous plant which has been found in China up to now, whose Se in its leaf is higher than the international criterion of 1000 mg/kg for Se-hyperaccnmulator.  相似文献

Brick-tea-type fluorosis is a peculiar endemic disease in China, which had been discovered in minority areas of western China since 1980, and distributed mainly in Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Xinjiang, Qinghai and parts of Sichuan Province. The prevalence rate of fluorosis in Tibetan and Mongolian nationality people was higher. Epidemiological investigation showed that fluorosis morbidity and degrees were different in different brick-tea drinking areas, and it was probably caused by drinking various kinds of brick tea from different regions. Therefore, we collected 33 samples of brick tea from six provinces where minority nationalities were accustomed to drinking a large quantity of brick tea. F concentrations were determined by the combustion hydrolysis-ion selective electrode method. The results showed that among the brick teas, the F concentrations ranged from the minimum 74.1 mg/kg in Yunnan Province to the maximum 991.2 mg/kg in Sichuan Province. Besides, there was a great difference among the various kinds of brick tea, and F concentrations decreased in the order of Kang brick tea, Green brick tea, Black brick tea, Mi brick tea, Fu brick tea, Chitsu ping tea, Puerh tea, and Tuo tea. Indoor coal-combustion type fluorosis is the only type of endemic disease that still lacks effective method of prevention and control. By the end of 2000, there had been 33901 thousand peoples living in the indoor coal-combustion-type fluorosis area, including 17695 thousand patients of dental fluorosis, and 1465 thousand patients with skeletal fluorosis. Guizhou is the province that suffers mostly from indoor coal-combustion-type fluorosis. 28.11% of the total population of Guizhou Province, 14489 thousand peoples, including 9910 thousand dental fluorosis patients, are living in indoor coal-combustion-type fluorosis area in Guizhou Province (NSB, 2000). During the period of 1980-1984, the following results were proved by authors : (1) there is no positive relationship between fluorine concentrations in foodstuff and in soils and rocks; (2) absorbed fluorine from indoor combustion formed high fluorine content foodstuffs. Tea bush is one of the plants cultivated in acidic soil, and is a typical hyper-accumulator of F and Al. Brick tea is a kind of brick-formed tea compressed using the older and coarse leaves and branches of tea trees. Brick tea mixed with milk is drunk as a daily indispensable beverage for Mongols, Ewenki, and other minority nationalities in the pastoral and semi-pastoral areas of Northwest China. It is reported that drinking brick tea can result in dental and skeletal fluorosis due to the high F content in it. Endemic fluorosis, caused by excess fluoride in water, is widespread in the arid and semiarid tracts of India. This disorder is of recent origin and developed due to certain faulty water management practices. After Eager reported ‘dental mottling' among emigrants from Pozzuli in Italy in 1901, several such reports came from all over the world. From 3 works published independently from Pennsylvania, Arizona and South Africa in 1931, it was known that this disorder is caused by drinking water containing over 1 mg/L fluoride during formation of permanent teeth among children.‘Skeletal fluorosis/Osteofluorosis', affecting bones and joints among adults was reported by Moeller and Gudjonsson in 1932 due to accumulation of fluoride in hard tissues by drinking water with over 7 mg/L fluoride for several years. In course of time fluorosis has been reported in over 22 countries from all over the world. Fluorosis spreads now among 67 million people in the entire arid and semiarid tracts of India. The work of National Institute of Nutrition of India at Hyderabad in 1977 revealed the spread of endemic ‘genu valgum' (knock-knee) crippling lower limbs right from childhood in association with fluorosis in most parts of India. Although preliminary work revealed that genu valgum is caused by drinking waters poor in calcium and rich in molybdenum, efforts these disorders by supplying low-fluoride water should be taken up to know its exact cause to the communities could not so eradicate The governmental efforts to eradicate the problem.  相似文献

In the Lingchuan-Daoping and Xinglu Pb-Zn ore fields in northern and eastern Guangxi Autonomous Region, Pb, Cu botanogeochemical anomalies may be ascribed to the excessive amounts of Pb and Cu taken up by the root system of plants, such as China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata Lamb. Hook), mason pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) and bracken fern (Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum). Under transmission electron microscope (TEM), the excess Pb, Cu in the leaf cells of the plants are present as high electron-density substances, which were precipitated in the leaf cells, causing phytotoxic effects by deforming and injuring cellular tissues. The sorts of toxic elements accumulating in the leaf cells are consistent with those of the botanogeochemically anomalous elements in the polluted soil where the plants grow. In addition, the plants may also be capable of resisting the invasion of excess Cu (and Pb) .  相似文献

The dental and skeletal fluorosis is highly prevalent in Zhijin, Guizhou, especially at Hualuo Village, Hehua Village and Majiazhuang Village. The contents of fluorine in coal, clay used for coal combustion, mixed fuel of coal and clay, corn, and chili from households of the three villages were determined by the pyrohydrolysis-fluorine ion-selective electrode method. The average contents of fluorine in the above samples respectively are 237 mg/g, 2262 mg/g, 828 mg/g, 1419 mg/g, and 110 mg/g. The clay used for coal combustions is the main fluorine source of endemic fluorosis and the inferior coal and weathered coal are the secondary source of fluorine. During the combustion of mixed fuel of coal and clay, about eighty percent of fluorine was volatilized, approximately two thirds of which was from the clay and the other one third from the coal. The occurrence of fluorine in clay used for coal combustion is closely related to apatite and hornblende. The contents of fluorine in corn and chili, dried by coal-clay mixed fuel are about 1400 and 73 times higher than the permitted level of fluorine in foods according to the Chinese Standard. It is worth paying attention to the high-fluorine indoor surroundings, such as coal, clay, corn, and chili, particularly ash from boiler bottom with the fluorine content of 15738 μg/g.
