为了得到适于分析非线性结构-地基相互作用问题的人工边界,结合弹性波理论与黏弹性理论,推导出了适于模拟三维黏弹性远场介质辐射阻尼的人工边界,并对其模拟远场地基辐射阻尼的性能及相应地震波动输入方法进行了研究。结果表明:在结构-地基动力相互作用问题中,得到的黏弹性人工边界模拟计算域外远场黏弹性介质的辐射阻尼具有理想精度;不论是简谐波还是非简谐波,地震波动输入都取得了理想结果;在黏弹性介质条件下自由地表处的总场位移幅值n是输入波幅值的 倍。  相似文献

This work addresses in‐plane pressure P and vertically polarized shear SV seismic wave propagation in a finite, laterally inhomogeneous, multilayered poroelastic geological region resting on the homogeneous elastic half‐space. The particular approach followed here is based on a combination of the (i) viscoelastic approximation (isomorphism) to Biot's equations of dynamic poroelasticity and on the (ii) boundary integral equation method (BIEM) using frequency‐dependent fundamental solutions of the governing wave equations. The problem is formulated under plane strain conditions and time‐harmonic motions are assumed. Validation of the viscoelastic isomorphism and verification of the BIEM is done by solution of benchmark examples. These simulation studies reveal that the proposed methodology is able to depict a sensitivity of the seismic signals recovered to the following parameters: (i) poroelastic properties of fluid saturated layers; (ii) lateral geological inhomogeneity; (iii) surface topography and (iv) frequency content and direction of the incident wave. It is concluded that the combination of viscoelastic isomorphism with BIEM software provides an effective numerical tool for evaluating site‐effect phenomena in multilayered, fluid saturated geological regions with complex geometry. The numerical results obtained demonstrate that dynamic poroelasticity interacting with other physical peculiarities of the Earth's surface layers, such as lateral heterogeneity, material properties along the wave path, local geological profile and type of elastic wave, gives rise to complex seismic signals on the free surface at the site of interest. The complexity of determining strain associated with shear modulus and damping ratio in torsional tests has been resolved by means of several approaches. The stress integration approach is adequate when generating the plots of equivalent radius ratio versus strain more effectively over any range of strains in resonant column and torsional shear (RC/TS) tests. The stress integration approach was applied for hyperbolic, modified hyperbolic, and Ramberg–Osgood models in evaluating damping ratio. This study showed that using a single value of equivalent radius ratio in evaluating damping ratio is not appropriate. The combined hysteretic‐nonviscous damping model was developed and employed to consider the increased damping behavior at small strains using the stress integration approach. The results suggest that adding viscous behavior has no significant effect strain calculations in RC/TS testing. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

基于大量动三轴试验,针对滨海新区结构性软土,研究了其动应力-应变、动模量和阻尼比变化规律,并对振动波型、加荷频率以及固结应力比等影响因素进行了深入的研究,得出了如下的结论:振动波型对于结构性软土的动应力-应变类型影响不大,但是最大动弹模量 和动剪切模量 的相差可达2.5倍左右;结构性软土具有明显的频率效应和门槛振动频率;半正弦波型条件下,当围压小于结构屈服压力时,最大动弹模量 随固结比的增加而递减,超过某一应变幅值时,最大动弹模量 将随着固结比的增加而减小;偏压状态下,低应变条件下固结比越大,阻尼比越大,当应变值超过0.004以后,随应变值的不断增大,固结比越大,阻尼比反而越小。所得出的结论对工程应用具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

群桩中各基桩在地基土中的加筋与遮帘效应是客观存在的,然而,在目前的桩基沉降理论与实践中,相关的研究仍显不足。基于剪切变形法理论,考虑桩的加筋与遮帘效应,求得各基桩在自身桩顶荷载作用下产生的沉降以及其引起相邻桩的附加沉降量,由此提出群桩中任两桩的相互作用系数简化公式,同时,也得到各基桩桩侧及桩端桩-土接触等效弹簧刚度,并基于荷载传递法原理,建立了成层地基条件下各基桩在自身桩顶荷载作用下的桩身位移平衡方程,推导出各土层层顶处桩身沉降、轴力与层底处桩身沉降、轴力之间的递推关系,进而将公式推广到高、低承台群桩基础计算中。工程算例分析表明,用该方法计算有较高的精度,求得的荷载-沉降曲线及两桩相互作用系数与实测值吻合较好;相互作用系数要明显小于弹性理论计算结果。  相似文献

A phenomenological model has been developed for soft rock based on the results of a series of triaxial compression (TC) tests conducted on Kobe sandstone with a very high precision measurement. From the analysis and interpretation of the test results, it has been found that small strain Young’s modulus (Ee) was a function of the major principal stress. Ee for elastic strains of soft rock was assumed to be cross-anisotropic. A damage function has been used to derive the appropriate elastic Young’s modulus when subjected to shear loading. As the basic stress–strain relation, the relationship between the tangent modulus and the shear stress level was used. The differential form of which was subsequently integrated by a 4th order Runge–Kutta solver to obtain the stress–strain relation. The model of soft rock is based on an isotropic strain hardening elasto-plastic framework which takes into account the pressure sensitivity, cross-anisotropy, degradation of Young’s modulus with the degree of mobilized shear stress and the nonlinearity of the shear stress-shear strain relationship. Although the model was developed from the analysis of the TC tests results of Kobe sandstone, it was also applied to the other types of soft rock or stiff geomaterials. Plate loading tests were conducted at a level of 61 m below the ground level at the bottom of a large excavated shaft at four locations. Finally, the model was used to simulate the plate loading test results successfully. This model was successfully calibrated with Akashi sandstone and applied in the simulation for the settlement of Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge piers. The simulations were carried out for both drained and undrained condition by changing the Poisson’s ratio. The layering information beneath the foundations were used in the FEM simulation. The use of very accurate Young’s modulus from the field shear wave velocity test was the key to the successful simulation of the settlement under bridge pier foundations.  相似文献

The seismic response of existing earth dams in Iran is important after an earthquake both to provide emergency supplies and to society as well as to ensure structural safety in engineering terms. Better seismic capacity of earth dam results in less structural damage and reduced impacts following an earthquake disaster. Indirect as well as direct costs following earthquakes have gained much attention from both the engineering and socioec onomic research communities in the last few decades. This study is a valuable tool used to study the response of geotechnical structures to infrequent or extreme events such as earthquakes. The Avaj earthquake (2002, Iran) was applied to a series of model tests which was conducted to study the response of soil profiles under seismic loading. The acceleration records at different locations within the soil bed and at its surface along with the settlement records at the surface were used to analyze the soil seismic response. A combination of several software packages with a generated visual user interface computer code by authors named as “Abbas Converter” were employed to evaluate the variation of shear modulus and damping ratio with shear strain amplitude to assess their effects on site response. The proposed method was applied to the Korzan earth dam of Hamedan province in Iran. Site response analysis using the measured shear wave velocity, estimated modulus reduction, and damping ratio as input parameters produced good agreement with the computed site response in this study.  相似文献

采用自振(共振)柱和动三轴试验方法,得到重庆主城区粉质黏土动剪切模量和阻尼比随剪应变变化试验结果,比较分析试验值、文献[1]给出的推荐值和文献[2]给出的规范值的差异,并通过土层反应计算初步给出了这种差异对地表反应谱的影响,结果表明:(1) G/Gmax-γ关系中,规范值在中等应变时给出的G/Gmax比试验值和推荐值低;大应变时,相比较于试验值和推荐值,规范值衰减更快;(2) 相比较于λ-γ关系,G-γ关系经过Gmax归一化后,更具有一致性,粉质黏土阻尼离散性较大;(3) 试验值和推荐值计算的地表反应谱相差较小,但试验值和规范值计算的地表反应谱相差较大,特别是在随着输入地震动强度增大,这种差异性更显著。分析表明,重庆主城区进行土动力计算过程中,当无土动力特性试验资料时,选用规范值具有一定的局限性和风险,相比较于规范值,推荐值在一定程度上更具适用性。  相似文献

通过对某铜矿的尾矿料进行动三轴和共振柱试验,研究了尾矿材料动力变形特性,提出了简单实用的孔隙水压力模型,给出了能更加准确地预测尾矿材料的动孔隙水压力的公式,并将其与Seed提出的预测公式进行了比较。在不同密度尾矿料的动三轴试验基础上,分析了相对密度对液化特性的影响,得出了相对密度小于70 %时抗液化强度随相对密度的增加而明显增加的结论。在不同围压下进行动三轴试验,结果表明:在相同的液化振次条件下,围压越高,动剪应力比越低。由共振柱试验可知,尾矿料的阻尼比随着动剪应变幅的增大而增大,而动剪模量随动剪应变幅的增大而减小,动剪模量和阻尼比与动剪应变幅的关系受围压影响不太敏感。  相似文献

随着高速铁路建设的兴起,轨道以及沿线附近建筑物承受低幅值小应变振动荷载的作用。对于小应变振动下土体的有限元计算,如何确定连接应力和应变之间纽带的刚度张量E,对于建立合理的预测模型来分析高速铁路轨道以及沿线建筑物的沉降变形至关重要。低幅值小应变振动下剪切模量G和阻尼比D随剪应变幅值的变化是反映土体刚度及阻尼特征最重要的两个参数。通过共振柱试验发现,振动荷载作用下土体的剪切模量G必须通过振动应变幅值和固结围压共同来确定,即使在小应变(剪应变幅值10-6相似文献

测井横波速度是测井地震联合反演的重要标定参数.为克服大量老井缺少横波速度资料和现有横波速度估算方法的不足, 基于孔隙介质岩石物理理论, 通过常规测井资料求取多矿物组分, 利用VRH模型求得地层的等效弹性模量; 最后利用纵波速度作为约束条件, 根据Biot-Gassmann方程得到地层横波速度.计算结果与实测结果对比表明, 平均相对误差限在5%左右, 与Xu-White模型相比, 该方法物理意义更为明确, 使用更简便, 计算精度提高一倍左右.   相似文献

在实际工程中发现,在强地震动作用下等效线性化方法低估了地表地震动的峰值加速度反应。通过与场地效应竖向台阵观测记录的对比分析证实了这一现象,其主要原因是等效剪应变水平的取值高于高频段实际剪应变水平,从而抑制了土层地震反应中的高频成份。若干分析表明,动力反应过程中土体的剪应变是随频率而变化的,且试验表明土体的刚度和阻尼是与剪应变相关的,据此假设土体刚度和阻尼是与频率相关的。基于这一假设,对传统等效剪应变的选取如何使得土层对基底地震动输入中的高频成分产生滤波效应的原理进行探讨,且通过频率相关的等效线性化方法对该原理进行证明。将该方法应用于Port Island场地效应竖向台阵的分析,并与实际地震动记录进行了对比,结果表明,较之传统等效线性化方法,能更加合理地考虑地震动输入中的高频成分。  相似文献

基于各向异性AVO的裂缝弹性参数叠前反演方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于各向异性理论,将具有水平对称轴的高角度裂缝介质等效为HTI介质。首先,通过分析HTI介质反射界面的纵波反射系数公式,研究裂缝介质振幅随偏移距和方位角的变化特征,探索了方位各向异性介质弹性参数和各向异性参数的叠前反演方法。其次,为更好地估测介质的弹性参数:纵波阻抗IP、横波阻抗IS以及各向异性梯度Γ,对反射系数近似式进行了简化,同时对简化公式的精度进行了对比分析。最后,选取2D逆掩断层模型,利用褶积公式制作不同方位的合成地震道集,并对合成地震道集添加随机噪声(信噪比为2∶1),将其应用于方位AVO叠前反演算法试算中。结果表明,当信噪比为2时,方位AVO叠前反演所得纵波阻抗、横波阻抗及各向异性梯度的估测值与模型真实值基本吻合,而且估测值能够较准确地反映原始模型的地层特征,验证了方位AVO叠前反演算法的准确适用性。  相似文献

Elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of soils are two important parameters required for safe design of various civil engineering structures. The elastic modulus and shear modulus of the soils are generally obtained from the resonant column, torsional shear tests and geophysical methods. Though, from these parameters the Poisson’s ratio can be determined, these tests are quite elaborate, cumbersome, time consuming and require skilled manpower particularly for data interpretation. Moreover, direct determination of the Poisson’s ratio by employing micro-strain gauges, which measure axial and lateral strains using Wheatstone bridge circuits, is difficult for soils due to the problems associated with their fixing on the surface of the sample. Under these circumstances, application of piezoceramic elements, which can generate shear and compression waves, seems to be an excellent alternative. Using these wave velocities, the Poisson’s ratio can be computed easily and precisely. However, how this (computed) value of the Poisson’s ratio compares vis-à-vis that obtained from the conventional triaxial tests (i.e., strain controlled uniaxial compression tests), which yield stress–strain relationship, needs to be established. With this in view, investigations were conducted on soils of different types (clays and sands) in their disturbed and undisturbed forms by resorting to piezoceramic tests and the triaxial tests. Details of the methodology are presented in this paper and it has been demonstrated that application of piezoceramic elements yields the Poisson’s ratio and the elastic modulus of the soils quite easily, particularly for the soft clays and sands.  相似文献

川藏铁路在穿越西藏贡觉地区时遇到三叠系粉砂质泥岩,在高地应力条件下容易发生大变形等危害。文章开展了不同围压下的岩石三轴压缩和和三轴蠕变试验,结合PFC数值模拟,研究了粉砂质泥岩在不同围压下的蠕变特性和长期强度研究,结果表明:贡觉粉砂质泥岩流变具有西原蠕变模型特征,蠕变与常规三轴试验条件下,随着围压不断增大,粉砂质泥岩试样均由拉-剪破坏向单剪破坏过渡,剪切破裂面与水平线的夹角逐渐减小,微裂纹数量减少;蠕变试验相较于常规三轴试验,由拉应力引起的压碎带影响范围更广;在高围压条件下,粉砂质泥岩更容易发生流变,随着围压的增大,轴向应变、侧向应变和体积应变均增大,微裂纹数量呈下降趋势;瞬时弹性模量及黏弹性系数与围压呈线性递增关系,黏弹性模量与围压呈对数型增长关系,黏塑性系数与围压呈指数型增长关系。在荷载长期作用下,岩石长期强度低于瞬时强度。  相似文献

In order to investigate the mechanism of the long-term settlement of road on the soft soil, an in situ measurement of a highway in southeast China was conducted during both the construction and post-construction stage. In the theoretical analysis, the long-term settlement of the pavement on thick soft soils was divided into three main components: the consolidation settlement, the creep deformation and the traffic load-induced deformation. The equivalent time line model based on the viscous–elastic–plastic theory was adopted to simulate the road settlement caused by the consolidation and creep of the subsoil. A cyclic strain accumulation model, which was obtained from laboratory tests of soil elements, was adopted to consider the road settlement induced by cyclic traffic loadings. A pavement dynamic response model was used to calculate the dynamic stresses in the subsoil generated by moving traffic loads when the road was open to service. It was found that the equivalent time line model combined with the cyclic strain accumulation model could predict the road settlement accurately at both the construction and post-construction stage. Numerical results showed that the traffic speed had limited effect on the post-construction road settlements for the speed range considered. The post-construction settlement of the road, mainly composed of the traffic-induced settlement and soil creep deformation, could be reduced significantly by increasing the embankment surcharge during the construction stage. The creep component accounted for over 10% of the total post-construction settlement, while the percentage of the creep deformation in total post-construction settlement decreased rapidly as the embankment surcharge increased.  相似文献

Shear wave velocity is one of the important factors representing the dynamic characteristics of soil layers. Hence, many researchers have focused their studies on determining shear wave velocity by direct field measurements or expressions developed by other soil parameters. The shear module and damping ratio of the soil layers also play a similar role in the majority of dynamic soil response analyses. Nevertheless, since they have to be measured in the laboratory by resonant column or cyclic triaxial tests on undisturbed samples, the possibility of preparing such samples and the reliability of the obtained results are of great concerns. In the present study, great effort has been made to determine the above dynamic factors by means of field data obtained from a versatile instrument, namely the seismic piezocone (SPCTU), and to derive expressions correlating them with some parameters obtainable by much simpler instruments. The reliability of laboratory measurements on undisturbed samples is also evaluated. The seismic piezocone test apparatus has been employed to evaluate the soil properties at 1-m depth intervals by means of measuring tip resistance, sleeve resistance, pore pressure and shear wave velocity. The shear module and the damping ratio are calculated using field data. Meanwhile, in order to assess the laboratory measurements of these parameters, some resonant column tests and cyclic triaxial tests on undisturbed samples of the same soil layers have been carried out. In order to compare the field results of shear modulus and damping ratios with those obtained from laboratory tests, the influences of the soil nature and sample disturbance on the conventional laboratory methods are evaluated and discussed. The shear wave velocity is correlated to overburden pressure and the corrected tip resistance for two groups of fine soils, namely silty clays and carbonate clayey silts, which mainly cover the areas under study in this project, are located in southern parts of Iran near the Persian Gulf. According to the results of the present study, there are narrow limits of shear modulus regarding soils for which the laboratory tests and the field measurements yield approximately the same shear modulus. This limit of shear modulus is about 30–50(MPa) for clay deposits and 70–100 (MPa) for sandy deposits. Also the shear wave velocity can be calculated by a simple expression from total overburden pressure and the tip resistance of simple cone penetration test results conventionally available in many soil explorations prior to engineering practices. However, if the pore pressure inside the saturated soil deposits can be measured by a piezocone apparatus, the shear wave velocity may be calculated using another suggested equation in terms of effective overburden pressure in the present study. Regarding the shear module and the damping ratio, due to the disturbances of the stiff deposits in the sampling process and great deviations of laboratory results from field results, the laboratory measurements of these parameters out of the above limits are not recommended.  相似文献

Three types of marls can be found in the Tabriz area (Iran): yellow, green, and gray/black marls. In the present paper, strength and deformation characteristics of Tabriz marls and their stress–strain behavior are investigated by various in situ and laboratory tests. In order to study the deformation behavior of these marls, various experiments such as the pressuremeter test, plate loading test (PLT), seismic wave velocity test, uniaxial compression test, standard penetration test (SPT), and direct shear test were carried out. Ranges of strain at the elastic and failure points were determined. Young’s and shear modulus were obtained. Test results showed that the strength characteristics increase with depth. The value of deformation modulus determined by the pressuremeter test was in good agreement with those obtained from the PLT. This implies that pressuremeter is a suitable in situ test for characterizing the deformation modulus of marl. Deformation modulus obtained from pressuremeter and plate loading tests were approximately 4–5 times the results of uniaxial compressive test and the deformation modulus obtained from seismic data was about 30–50 times the static deformation modulus. Stress–strain curves showed that the maximum value of strain at the elastic and failure points and the minimum value of strength and deformation modulus are corresponding to the yellow marls while the minimum value of strain and the maximum value of strength and deformation modulus are corresponding to the gray/black marls. Some empirical relationships between different characteristics of Tabriz marls were also derived.  相似文献

Many geotechnical problems such as seismic resistant designs and machine vibrations require the installation of dampers or isolators to control the amplitude of vibrations. Engineered fills designed with increased capability of dissipating energy can provide a more economical approach to control excessive vibrations. This study presents a novel technique to increase the damping ratio of sand without affecting its stiffness and shear strength. The increase in damping ratio is evaluated by performing resonant column tests on the engineered sand. The damping ratio of the sand is increased by adding a controlled amount of viscoelastic material to the voids. The resonant column tests indicate that the damping ratio of the sand can be increased manifold without affecting the shear modulus. The micromechanical evaluation of the results shows a good correlation between the particle surface area in contact with the pore-mixture and the damping ratio of the sand. The suitability of engineered sand as foundation material is also evaluated by performing direct shear tests. The direct shear tests on mixtures indicate similar or better shear strength parameters compared to pure sand.  相似文献

The objective of the research conducted by the authors is to explore the feasibility of determining reliable in situ values of shear modulus as a function of strain. In this paper the meaning of the material stiffness obtained from impact and harmonic excitation tests on a surface slab is discussed. A one‐dimensional discrete model with the nonlinear material stiffness is used for this purpose. When a static load is applied followed by an impact excitation, if the amplitude of the impact is very small, the measured wave velocity using the cross‐correlation indicates the wave velocity calculated from the tangent modulus corresponding to the state of stress caused by the applied static load. The duration of the impact affects the magnitude of the displacement and the particle velocity but has very little effect on the estimation of the wave velocity for the magnitudes considered herein. When a harmonic excitation is applied, the cross‐correlation of the time histories at different depths estimates a wave velocity close to the one calculated from the secant modulus in the stress–strain loop under steady‐state condition.
