采用LX岩土工程质量检测分析仪,应用声频应力波法,对高速公路路堑边坡锚杆进行无损检测,这对各类锚杆的锚固质量检测和分级是可行和有效的,由于在公路系统锚杆锚固工程锚杆无损检测属首次应用,一些锚杆的锚固体系的无损检测条件不太理想.今后,随着应用的增多,锚杆的设计和施工进一步接近无损检测条件,相信声频应力波法对锚杆锚固质量的无损检测及高速公路的建设会提供更好的质量保障。  相似文献

本文从理论上分析了在锚杆检测中可能出现的振动和波动的变化特征,阐述了现行基桩低应变检测分析方法(包括现行仪器、反射波震相及数据处理)、波列振幅衰减测桩法(包括振幅衰减、震相及周期变化)在对杆长及锚固质量进行无损检测的可行性,并以检测实例证明对于检测8~10 m的锚杆长度及锚固质量能满足现行规范、规程要求;对于4 m以下的短锚杆,则需提高采样率,提高仪器精度.同时指出检测及分析时需注意的事项.  相似文献

采用质量脆弱性评价方法检测地震区绿色施工建筑钢结构时,易受噪声的干扰,且检测深度较浅,未能全面检测钢结构的损坏情况。提出综合BIM结合表面图像分析的钢结构无损检测方法,使用小波分解方法对建筑钢结构的检测图像进行去噪处理,通过膨胀与腐蚀处理增强检测图像的清晰度,采用红外图像技术,依据缺陷边缘处检测图像恢复的变化率,通过旋转跟踪法依次提取缺陷边缘,构建基于BIM的地震区绿色施工建筑钢结构检测模型,全面掌控地震区绿色建筑钢结构的材料、无损检测以及管理等过程,管控建筑钢结构全寿命周期,完成建筑钢结构的无损检测。实验结果表明,所提方法有效检测率为100%,检测深度高达1 499 mm,且检测结果的相对误差仅有0.000 7%。  相似文献

大直径超长桩的桩身混凝土质量检测一直是困扰工程界的一个难题。本文提出和探讨了大直径超长桩桩身混凝土质量的超声波透射检测方法、技术及可靠程度。工程实践证明采用超声波透射法对大直径超长桩检测,其检测精度高,结果直观可靠,可以较详细查明桩身内部缺陷的性质、深度位置、范围大小及严重程度,为控制大直径超长桩桩身混凝土质量提供了一种有效的检测方法。  相似文献

A novel structural damage detection method with a new damage index,i.e.,the statistical moment-based damage detection(SMBDD) method in the frequency domain,has been recently proposed.The aim of this study is to extend the SMBDD method in the frequency domain to the time domain for building structures subjected to non-Gaussian and non-stationary excitations.The applicability and effectiveness of the SMBDD method in the time domainis verified both numerically and experimentally.Shear buildings with various damage scenarios are first numerically investigated in the time domain taking into account the effect of measurement noise.The applicability of the proposed method in the time domain to building structures subjected to non-Gaussian and non-stationary excitations is then experimentally investigated through a series of shaking table tests,in which two three-story shear building models with four damage scenarios aretested.The identified damage locations and severities are then compared with the preset values.The comparative results are found to be satisfactory,and the SMBDD method is shown to be feasible and effective for building structures subjected to non-Gaussian and non-stationary excitations.  相似文献

Using field data and numerical simulations we investigate the effect of data quality on time domain electromagnetic discrimination. Data quality decreases when measurements contain responses not accounted for by our mathematical modelling. This can include instrument noise, inaccurately reported position and orientation information, geologic contributions to the signal, and loss of validity of the forward modelling. Survey design is critical to data quality in order to have sufficient sampling of data anomalies, and also to ensure that each target is illuminated such that both the axial and transverse components of the polarization can be excited and measured. For dipole model based discrimination algorithms, success is contingent upon the accuracy with which the components of the polarization tensor can be estimated. Field data from different survey modes are analysed to identify noise sources and provide quantitative estimates of the noise in each survey. Inversion results show that increased noise levels lead to greater spread in recovered parameters. Monte Carlo simulations are performed in order to investigate the importance of other data quality factors. Analysis of inversion results from the simulations show that anomaly size, signal to noise ratio, positioning error, line spacing and station spacing all play a role in the spread of recovered parameters. Through the analysis of our simulation results we propose a figure of merit as a means of quantifying different data quality factors with a single number and relate this number to the accuracy with which parameters can be estimated.  相似文献

Consideration of structure-foundation-soil dynamic interaction is a basic requirement in the evaluation of the seismic safety of nuclear power facilities. An efficient and accurate dynamic interaction numerical model in the time domain has become an important topic of current research. In this study, the scaled boundary finite element method (SBFEM) is improved for use as an effective numerical approach with good application prospects. This method has several advantages, including dimensionality reduction, accuracy of the radial analytical solution, and unlike other boundary element methods, it does not require a fundamental solution. This study focuses on establishing a high performance scaled boundary finite element interaction analysis model in the time domain based on the acceleration unit-impulse response matrix, in which several new solution techniques, such as a dimensionless method to solve the interaction force, are applied to improve the numerical stability of the actual soil parameters and reduce the amount of calculation. Finally, the feasibility of the time domain methods are illustrated by the response of the nuclear power structure and the accuracy of the algorithms are dynamically verified by comparison with the refinement of a large-scale viscoelastic soil model.  相似文献

By studying the pile-formula and stress-wave methods (e.g., CASE method), the authors propose a new method for testing piles using the single-impact energy and P-S curves. The vibration and wave figures are recorded, and the dynamic and static displacements are measured by different transducers near the top of piles when the pile is impacted by a heavy hammer or micro-rocket. By observing the transformation coefficient of driving energy (total energy), the consumed energy of wave motion and vibration and so on, the vertical bearing capacity for single pile is measured and calculated. Then, using the vibration wave diagram, the dynamic relation curves between the force (P) and the displacement (S) is calculated and the yield points are determined. Using the static-loading test, the dynamic results are checked and the relative constants of dynamic-static P-S curves are determined. Then the subsidence quantity corresponding to the bearing capacity is determined. Moreover, the shaped quality of the pile body can be judged from the formation of P-S curves. A number of methods have been proposed that utilize the time‐domain transformations of frequency‐dependent dynamic impedance functions to perform a time‐history analysis. Though these methods have been available in literature for a number of years, the methods exhibit stability issues depending on how the model parameters are calibrated. In this study, a novel method is proposed with which the stability of a numerical integration scheme combined with time‐domain representation of a frequency‐dependent dynamic impedance function can be evaluated. The method is verified with three independent recursive parameter models. The proposed method is expected to be a useful tool in evaluating the potential stability issue of a time‐domain analysis before running a full‐fledged nonlinear time‐domain analysis of a soil–structure system in which the dynamic impedance of a soil–foundation system is represented with a recursive parameter model. 在堤防质量检测中,地球物理方法能够实现快速、无损的探测,但采用单一物探方法对堤防隐患的判别易形成多解,也很难对堤防质量做出准确分类.本文中应用探地雷达、高密度电法、地震勘探等综合物探方法对大源渡堤防质量进行检测,并以龙荫港以例,通过综合三种物探方法互相参照、相互验证,互为补充,查明了堤防隐患的分布位置与埋深,为堤防质量检测提供一种新的工作方法.  相似文献
