深层叶绿素最大值(Deep Chlorophyll Maximum, DCM)现象的数值模拟是研究海洋表层生态系统和全球碳循环的重要组成部分之一。但是由于自身的复杂性和观测的局限性,数值模式中物理参数的不确定性给模拟结果带来了一定程度的误差。其中,垂向湍流扩散系数(vertical turbulence diffusion)是模式所包含的物理参数中很难直接通过观测来确定的参数,它在模式中的来源和取值往往具有很大的不确定性。本文通过条件非线性最优(参数)扰动(Conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation related toparameter, CNOP-P)方法,研究了垂向湍流扩散系数的不确定性对模式模拟结果的影响。我们发现,垂向湍流扩散系数对 DCM 模拟产生最大影响的 CNOP 型扰动位于生产力层的上半部分。并且,去掉生产力层内湍流扩散系数的误差,模式模拟的改进程度最高达到了 80%。可见,垂向湍流扩散对生态系统的发展和保持起着极其重要的作用,改进垂向湍流扩散系数的不确定性,对 DCM 的数值模拟有着重要意义。  相似文献

海洋生态系统动力学模型是研究海洋生态环境的重要手段。随着模型的发展, 生态参数取值不确定性增加, 对模型结果的影响逐渐增大, 因此模型参数优化显得尤为重要。本研究在南海北部应用一维物理-生态耦合模型, 通过对模型生态参数进行敏感性分析, 获取关键生态参数, 利用遗传算法对参数进行优化。结果表明, 模型中的敏感参数主要集中于浮游植物生长和浮游动物生长、摄食和死亡以及碎屑沉降等过程。针对以上参数利用遗传算法优化, 发现仅加入表层卫星数据, 模型表层和垂向模拟误差分别降低27.80%和21.40%; 加入垂向观测数据, 表层和垂向模拟误差分别降低14.90%和32.70%。遗传算法应用于海洋生态模型的关键参数优化研究, 所获取的参数对模型有明显的改善效果, 提高了耦合模型对生态系统的模拟精度, 为参数优化在三维模型中的应用提供了依据。  相似文献

集合卡尔曼滤波(Ensemble Kalman filter, EnKF)是一种国内外广泛使用的海洋资料同化方案, 用集合成员的状态集合表征模式的背景误差协方差, 结合观测误差协方差, 计算卡尔曼增益矩阵, 有效地将观测信息添加到模式初始场中。由于季节、年际预测很大程度上受到初始场的影响, 因此资料同化可以提高模式的预测性能。本文在NUIST-CFS1.0预测系统逐日SST nudging的初始化方案上, 利用EnKF在每个月末将全场(full field)海表温度(sea surface temperature, SST)、温盐廓线(in-situ temperature and salinity profiles, T-S profiles)以及卫星观测海平面高度异常(sea level anomalies, SLA)观测资料同化到模式初始场中, 对比分析了无海洋资料同化以及加入同化后初始场的区别、加入海洋资料同化后模式提前1~24个月预测性能的差异以及对于厄尔尼诺-南方涛动(El Niño-southern oscillation, ENSO)预测技巧的影响。结果表明, 加入海洋资料同化能有效地改进初始场, 并且呈现随深度增加初始场改进越显著的特征。加入同化后, 对全球SST、次表层海水温度的平均预测技巧均有一定的提高, 也表现出随深度增加预测技巧改进越明显的特征。但加入海洋资料同化后, 模式对ENSO的预测技巧有所下降, 可能是由于模式误差的存在, 使得同化后的预测初始场从接近观测的状态又逐渐恢复到与模式动力相匹配的状态, 加剧了赤道太平洋冷舌偏西、中东部偏暖的气候平均态漂移。  相似文献

数据同化利用观测信息对模型状态场调整的同时也可以对数值模型中的不确定参数进行估计,从而改进数值模型,提高数值模拟的精度。本文基于集合调整卡尔曼滤波方法,采用广义坐标系统的美国普林斯顿大学海洋模式的外模式开展了渤海和部分黄海海域M2分潮模拟中的水深估计研究。理想数据同化试验结果表明,集合调整卡尔曼滤波方法能很好地降低模式模拟的水位误差并反演出“真实”的水深参数。而在NAO.99Jb和验潮站数据的实际数据同化试验中,与验潮站数据相比较,水深参数估计后,模式模拟的M2分潮振幅与迟角误差分别降低了40.27%和49.19%。  相似文献

回顾了近10年来台风条件下朗缪尔环流影响上层海洋混合的研究进展,朗缪尔致湍流对海洋上混合层的形成和加深的重要作用已形成了基本共识,但对于朗缪尔致湍流对海洋上混合层的混合作用机制和程度仍然存在诸多不确定性。观测表明台风条件下台风眼附近的混合层平均湍流动能受到了较强的抑制,可能与台风不同位置朗缪尔致湍流的特征变异有关;台风条件下,现有的朗缪尔致湍流参数化方案在上层混合过程模拟中还有显著误差。在今后研究中,通过改进斯托克斯漂流剖面的计算方法,优化表征台风条件下海面状况的朗缪尔致湍流参数化计算方案,是进一步揭示台风条件下朗缪尔环流对海洋上层混合的影响机理的必要途径。  相似文献

基于海洋气象历史观测资料和再分析数据等,利用LSTM深度神经网络方法,开展在有监督学习情况下的海面风场短时预报应用研究。以中国近海5个代表站为研究区域,通过气象台站观测数据和ERA-Interim 6 h再分析数据构建数据集。选取21个变量作为预报因子,分别构建两个LSTM深度神经网络框架(OBS_LSTM和ALL_LSTM)。经与2017年WRF模式6 h预报结果对比分析,得出如下结论:构建的两个LSTM风速预报模型可以大幅降低风速预报误差,RMSE分别降低了41.3%和38.8%,MAE平均降低了43.0%和40.0%;风速误差统计和极端大风分析发现,LSTM模型能够抓住地形、短时大风和台风等敏感信息,对于大风过程预报结果明显优于WRF模式;两种LSTM模型对比发现,ALL_LSTM模型风速预报误差最小,具有很好的稳定性和鲁棒性,OBS_LSTM模型应用范围更广泛。  相似文献

海洋温度场具有强烈的时空易变性,带有典型的混沌特征,研究其稳定性对改善温度场可预报性具有重要意义。以混沌理论为支撑,改进最大Lyapunov指数算法,基于POM数值模式预报的温度时序为试验样本,研究了东中国海范围内的海洋温度场混沌稳定性分区和特征,并在此基础上针对混沌强弱区做添加观测试验,研究了基于稳定性分区的温度场可预报性。仿真结果表明,在混沌强烈区添加观测相比较弱区对改进预报效果更显著,对混沌强烈区添加观测整体上可以降低预报温度均方根误差0.2~0.7℃左右,证实了在该区域加强观测能在一定程度上改善温度场的可预报性。  相似文献

本文基于常用的统计方法,通过与WOA09观测的海洋溶解氧浓度数据进行比较,定量地评估了9个CMIP5地球系统模式在历史排放试验中海洋溶解氧气候态特征的模拟能力。在海表,由于地球系统模式均能很好地模拟海表温度(SST),模式模拟的海表溶解氧浓度分布与观测一致,模拟结果无论是全球平均浓度偏差还是均方根误差均接近0,空间相关系数与标准偏差接近1。在海洋中层以及深层这些重要水团所在的区域,各模式的模拟能力则差异较大,尤其在溶解氧低值区(OMZs)所在的500m到1000m,各模式均出现全球平均偏差、均方根误差的极大值以及空间相关系数的极小值。在海洋内部,模式偏差的原因比较复杂。经向翻转环流和颗粒有机碳通量均对模式的偏差有贡献。分析结果表明物理场偏差对溶解氧偏差的贡献较大。一些重要水团,比如北大西洋深水,南极底层水以及北太平洋中层水在极大程度上影响了溶解氧在这些海区的分布。需要指出的是,虽然在海洋内部各模式模拟的溶解氧浓度偏差较大,但是多模式平均结果却能表现出与观测较好的一致性。  相似文献

使用POM(Princeton Ocean Model)海洋环流模式模拟西北太平洋海域的温盐场,之后运行中国科学院大气物理研究所同化系统(Ocean Variational Analysis System,OVALS),使用Argo观测网格化产品进行2006年整个计算域三维变分同化。无论从平面分布还是断面分布来看,除海表面温度(SST)外,温度同化的效果都比较好,尤其是800 m水深以浅,均方差值甚至能减小1.0℃以上。而且随着同化积分时间的增加,同化后误差减小越来越显著,3、4月份的同化效果明显高于1、2月份。与OFES(OGCM for the Earth Simulator)海洋模式结果相比,同化在一定程度上改进了模拟结果。在POM(Princeton Ocean Model)数值模拟基础上,利用3个西太平洋代表性浮标的观测资料,运用松弛逼近法同化2006年6月断面数据。当松弛系数取0.5时,模拟时间大约半天,模拟值就能快速逼近或完全等于观测值。虽然只对观测剖面进行了数据同化,但该同化可以产生更大范围的效果,而且这种效果可以持续更长时间。  相似文献

Langmuir环流影响着海洋上层的能量输入,对海洋上混合层的形成和加深起着重要作用,对于海洋上混合层具有重要意义。近年来许多学者采用大涡模拟(LES)方法对Langmuir环流进行机制研究,并通过在雷诺平均模型中参数化Langmuir环流效应,将Langmuir环流过程引入到三维海洋环流或海洋耦合模式中,提出了一系列混合参数化方案。本文回顾了Langmuir环流在雷诺平均模式参数化中的研究进展,主要可分为以下几种方案:一种方法是用Langmuir数在KPP垂直混合参数化方案中引入湍流特征速度增强因子,并不断发展Langmuir数的定义;一种是在Mellor-Yamada2.5湍流闭合模型中增加斯托克斯漂流剪切效应项,此外还有通过修改模式中混合长方程来加入Langmuir效应等。通过在雷诺平均模式中应用的结果来看,现有的参数化方案在一定程度上改善了混合层深度和SST的模拟,肯定了Langmuir环流在加深混合等方面的作用,但仍存在一些问题需要在今后的研究中进一步改进。  相似文献

In order to assess the impact of deep-sea mining on the in situ benthic life, we measured the microbial standing stock and concentration of organic nutrients in the deep-sea sediments of the Central Indian Ocean Basin in the Indian pioneer area. Sediments were collected using box core and grab samples during September 1996. The total bacterial numbers ranged from 10 10 -10 11 cells per g -1 dry weight sediment. There was a marginal decrease in the number of bacteria from surface to 30 cm depth, though the subsurface section registered a higher number than did the surface. The highest numbers were encountered at depths of 4-8 cm. The retrievable number of bacteria were two orders less in comparison with the direct total counts of bacteria. An almost homogeneous distribution of bacteria, total organic carbon, living biomass, and lipids throughout the depth of cores indicates active microbial and benthic processes in the deep sea sediments. On the other hand, a uniform distribution of total counts of bacteria, carbohydrates, and total organic carbon in all the cores indicates their stable nature and suggests that they can serve as useful parameters for long-term monitoring of the area after the benthic disturbance. Further studies on temporal variability in this region would not only verify the observed norms of distribution of these variables but would also help to understand restabilization processes after the simulated benthic disturbance.  相似文献

海上大直径钢管桩打桩过程中,桩周土体受到强烈扰动而发生强度弱化,掌握桩周土体强度弱化规律对于准确预测打桩过程、保证工程安全具有重要意义。为研究土体强度弱化规律,开展了环剪试验模拟打桩对桩周土体的扰动,测试土体强度随剪切速率的变化规律,建立了描述土体强度弱化规律的拟合公式,引入到打桩分析软件中。研究结果表明:土体的强度折减程度不仅与土体本身的性质有关还受到土体的埋深和剪切速率的影响,埋深越深土体强度折减程度越低,剪切速率越高土体强度折减越高,在打桩分析中可采用这里推荐的线性折减方法来模拟不同深度处土体强度的折减规律。  相似文献

An acoustic inversion method using a wide-band signal and two near field receivers is proposed and applied to multiple layered seabed models including a manganese sediment. The inversion problem can be formulated into a probabilistic model comprised of signals, a forward model, and additive noise. The forward model simulates wide-band signals, such as chirp signals, and is chosen to be the source-waveletconvolution plane wave modeling method. The wavelet matching technique, using weighted least-squares fitting, estimates the sediment sound-speed and thickness on which determination of the possible numerical ranges for a priori uniform distribution is based. The genetic algorithm is applied to a global optimization problem to find a maximum a posteriori solution for determined a priori search space. Here the object function is defined by an L 2 norm of the difference between measured and modeled signals. Not only the marginal pdf but also its statistics are calculated by numerical evaluation of integrals using the samples selected during importance sampling process of the genetic algorithm.  相似文献

Oedometer tests have been carried out on 70 undisturbed surficial clays (at approximately 250 mm below the mudline), mostly collected by free-fall corers from sites widely scattered throughout the deep-sea North Atlantic. Acoustic measurements were also made, initially on contiguous samples and ultimately on the same sample using a geophysically instrumented oedometer which also collected electrical resistivity data. Apart from those quiescent areas below the carbonate compensation depth, such as north of the West Indies where very fine clays exist, most of the samples are silty clays whose geotechnical-geophysical properties are dependent on the type of clay minerals present (and their ability to take in moisture), the sand-size fraction, and the quantity of carbonate present. Thus the pure clays have high compressibilities which decrease on the addition of coarse particles, while the converse is true for the acoustic parameters, these increasing with the sand fraction. Using the notion of the intrinsic compression line for all samples, and comparison to it of the measured compression curves, it is clear that, contrary to some previously held ideas, most deep-sea clays are normally consolidated; the addition of carbonate has the effect of creating an open, stronger sediment skeleton. Interestingly, where information is available, the variation with depth of a sample's acoustic velocity follows the void ratio pressure relationship of the compression curve. This allows the construction of an in-situ sediment compression curve using the in-situ geophysical observations.  相似文献

A set of 27 marine planktonic bacteria isolated from the polar regions was characterized by 16S rDNA sequencing and physiological and biochemical testing. More than half of these bacteria were positive for caseinase, gelatinase and 13-glucosidase, and could utilize glucose, maltose or malic acid as carbon source for cell growth. Twelve isolates expressed nitrate reduction activities. Except for one antarctic isolate BSwlO175 belonging to Actinobacteria phylum, these isolates were classified as γ-Proteobacteria, suggesting that γ-Proteobacteria dominated in cultivable marine bacterioplankton at both poles. Genus Pseudoalteromonas was the predominant group in the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea, and genus ShewaneUa dominated in cultivable bacterioplankton in the Prydz Bay. With sequence similarities above 97%, genus Psychrobacter was found at both poles. These 27 isolates were psychrotolerant, and significant 16S rDNA sequence similarities were found not only between arctic and antarctic marine bacteria ( 〉 99% ), but also between polar marine bacteria and bacteria from other aquatic environments ( ≥ 98.8% ), including temperate ocean, deep sea, pond and lake, suggesting that in the polar oceans less temperature-sensitive bacteria may be cosmopolitan and have a bipolar, even global, distribution at the species level.  相似文献

This article presents a methodology developed to evaluate the instability of submarine slopes that extend over a large area. Special attention was paid to (1) the complex geometry (bathymetry) and the expanse of the slope, (2) the heterogeneity of the sediment, and (3) the distribution of the pore pressure. The safety factor was considered as a spatially varying quantity. The General Formulation (GLE, Fredlund and Krahn 1977), which fully satisfies equilibrium conditions, was used for evaluating the stability of the marine slope. The submarine slope failure, which occurred on 16 October 1979 during the construction of the new Nice airport, was studied in order to test the developed model. Geotechnical parameters were taken from experimental tests carried out by IFREMER on 19 cores extracted at different depths (from 27 m to 1300 m) (Cochonat, Bourillet, and Savoye, 1993; Mulder et al., 1994). Many scenarios were proposed in order to explain the cause of the Nice slope failure (Habib, 1994). In this article, two of those scenarios were tested. Simulation results are presented and discussed.  相似文献
