国外都市农业发展经验对我国的启示

国外都市农业发展较早,积累了相当多的经验,而我国都市农业仍属新生事物。笔者简要介绍了日本、德国、新加坡和荷兰发展都市农业的成功做法和经验,进一步分析了都市农业的基本功能,并结合我国国情提出了六个方面的措施与建议,即:科学规划,合理布局;加强政府对都市农业的支持力度;拓宽投资、融资渠道;提高都市农业的科技含量,扩大都市农业园区的规模;高度重视观光休闲农业的建设和发展;加强宣传,转变观念。     

国外知识农业的发展与我国的对策研究

在新技术革命的推动下,世界农业正步入知识农业时代,而在我国,知识农业还刚刚起步,因此,当前我国必须通过深化农村经济管理体制改革,加大农业科技体制改革力度、建立２科技示范园区,加强农村基础教育、扶持与知识农业有关的学科和技术的发展等手段,加快农业的现代化进程,促进农业科研成果的转化,以推动我国知识农业的发展。     

郑州市都市农业发展的有利条件及产业模式研究

分析了都市农业的起源和在我国的发展概况,指出了发展都市农业的意义、作用和郑州市发展都市农业的有利条件,进一步探讨了郑州市发展都市农业应采取的产业模式,即:设施农业、生态农业、加工农业、创汇农业、绿化农业和观光休闲农业等.认为郑州市发展都市农业意义重大,时机已基本成熟,必须转变观念,正确选择产业模式,加强理论研究和多学科联合攻关,稳步推进郑州市都市农业的发展.     

中国重要农业文化遗产可持续发展面临的挑战与应对(英文)

2012年农业部启动中国重要农业文化遗产发掘工作以来,通过两批申报与评选,有39个传统农业系统入选中国重要农业文化遗产,其中涉及林业19项、种植业14项、农业复合系统4项、其他2项。从遗产系统的起源来看,历史在1000年以上的农业系统有24个。从民族特征来看,20个遗产系统位于少数民族聚居区。当前,农业文化遗产地普遍面临着生态系统的退化与破坏,传统农业技术和农业景观的遗失与废弃,农业规模化与产业化发展滞后,农户的利益分享与激励不足等问题。相对其他遗产类型,农业文化遗产的保护与发展更为复杂和困难。为实现农业文化遗产的可持续发展,要充分发挥政府的主导作用和财政扶持功能,探索农业文化遗产保护与发展的市场化途径与适应性管理,建立多方参与和惠益分享机制,加强农业文化遗产的基础研究工作。     

长江三角洲地区农业可持续发展的问题与对策

随着农地制度的改革、农业投入以及技术创新活动的加强,长江三角洲地区的农业现代化建设取得了较快发展,但从长远来看,影响和制约农业发展的问题非常严骏。文章主要从土地资源合理利用角度分析对农业可持续发展的影响。基于日趋严峻的人地矛盾和快速发展的市场经济条件,阐述了农业可持续发展对策;加强宏观调控和对资源开发利用保护的监督,坚持优质高效,从市场需求出发开发利用资源,建立高效地利用土地资源机制,面向国内国际     

振兴徐州农业的战略措施

本文针对徐州市农业发展情况，具体提出专业化与综合发展相结合建设各级农林牧渔商品基地，实行农牧轮作，大力发展畜牧业，加强水利建设与保护耕地等７项措施，以促进农业飞速发展。     

湛江市农业竞争力研究

分析了湛江市农业生产结构的演化历程,认为湛江市农业在发展过程中,自然条件、生产传统的影响逐渐减弱,市场需求、国家产业政策等影响因素作用增强。湛江市的农业竞争优势包括土地资源、光热资源、热带作物资源、人力资源等内部驱动因素和交通区位、市场需求以及发展政策等外部环境因素两个方面。为了提升区域农业竞争力,湛江市应加强基础设施建设,加大科技与资金投入,优化农业生产要素,同时应积极发展创汇农业,调整农业产业结构,推进农业产业化,不断改善农业产业经营、市场营销和政府管理等环节。     

鲁西北平原可持续农业发展的机制与途径——以东昌府区为例

以鲁西北平原东昌府区为典型案例,通过动态分析和典型调查,揭示东昌府区农业可持续发展的投入机制、市场机制、科技应用、经营管理和决策调控机制的运行规律。在此基础上,针对性提出了农业可持续发展的产业结构调整;农业市场化、企业化和专业化基地发展,推动农业产业化进程;发展农业科技,提高农民素质,加强农业人力资本建设和建立农业可持续发展的调控机制四个方面的发展对策。     

河南省绿色农业发展对策研究

河南省是我国重要的农产品生产基地,但有害成分含量过高是目前农产品在国内、国际市场缺乏竞争力的主要原因。河南省发展绿色农业的条件较好:农业生产的资源条件优越;形成了规模巨大、结构复杂的农业生产体系;交通便利,农产品交流市场活跃;无公害农产品品种多,规模大,市场占有率高。由于生态环境条件差别大,山区、丘陵和平原绿色农业发展的方向不同。加强绿色农业的组织建设、积极培育绿色农业的消费市场、加强农业生态环境建设、大力发展绿色食品产业、充分发挥绿色农业生产基地示范作用,是河南发展绿色农业的主要对策。     

国外城市农业的角色演变、潜在效益及其对中国的启示

作为新兴的农业形式,城市农业本质上是一项以食物生产为直接目的的城市生态工程,有望在促进城市可持续发展方面作出积极贡献。据此,文章首先从历史视角回顾了国外城市农业的发展历程,进而基于文献证据,论述了城市农业在环境、社会和经济三个维度上的潜在效益,并以特拉维夫市的绿色城市项目为例,对城市农业多功能效益的具体表现予以鉴析。基于此,文章进一步指出中国在发展城市农业方面尚存在诸多技术缺口,为了应对城市化时代可能面临的重大挑战和缩小城市农业发展上的国内外差距,中国应在建立技术法规与标准体系、提升规划设计与实施水平、促进城市农业装备研发应用和加强多学科技术集成方面及早开展行动。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
