广州城市空间结构与交通需求关系   总被引:40,自引:10,他引:30

在综述国内外相关研究的基础上,以广州为案例研究城市空间结构与交通需求的关系。结果表明,在城市形态与交通需求的关系方面,广州城市二维形态和三维形态与交通需求的空间分布之间具有一定的耦合性,二者存在一定互为因果的关系;交通方式的转化对城市形态的演化具有一定的驱动作用;城市形态引导着交通需求的总量和布局;同时,社会经济活动及其发展是城市形态与交通需求产生的原因和相互联系的纽带。在城市内部空间结构与交通需求的关系方面,模型分析表明,近年来广州城市内部居住与就业的空间均衡性增强,直接影响了交通需求的产生与分布和交通方式的选择,有利于居民就近选择就业,并使通勤交通的空间分布更加均衡;此外,居住与就业人口迁移先行,引导公共设施的发展也是近年来广州城市发展的主要特征之一;公共设施服务空间与交通需求之间存在需求作用型和供给作用型两种相互作用模式。  相似文献

城市形态由物质形态和非物质形态两部分构成,广州城市轨道交通对城市物质形态的影响主要体现在城市空间结构、城市规模及土地利用3个方面,分析认为轨道交通的发展使广州城市空间结构由单中心向多中心转变;城市规模扩大;沿线土地的性质和功能得到良性的改变。轨道交通对广州城市非物质形态的影响主要体现在城市文化形态方面,分析认为轨道交通创造了城市轨道交通文化;提高了城市运作效率;实现城市绿色交通。  相似文献

当前中国假药犯罪态势异常严峻,地理学在此领域尚未涉及,但社会对其防控有迫切需求。论文基于中国裁判文书的数据挖掘,利用探索性空间数据分析与改进的k-medoids聚类算法等方法,探究中国销售类假药犯罪的时空演化特征及地域类型。研究发现:(1)中国销售类假药犯罪具有2个明显的阶段性特征,即第一阶段该类犯罪的数量上升且“城际差异”扩大(2014—2015年),而第二阶段该犯罪的数量减少但“城际差异”缩小(2016年后)。(2)在空间分布上,中国销售类假药犯罪已由单核或双核(上海、深圳和广州等)的“聚拢分布”形态演变为多核的“扩散分布”形态,并且形成了较明显的“人字形”带状分布格局(如沿福建、浙江、江苏北上后,再向河北、山西、辽宁、吉林以及黑龙江等地蔓延扩散)。(3)中国销售类假药犯罪空间自相关显著,且存在不稳定的空间聚集现象,即高高集聚区和低高集聚区发生了迁移扩散(出现了由东南沿海地区逐渐朝北部、中部方向集聚的特征)。(4)在市尺度上,可将中国销售类假药犯罪的地域类型划分为上升型、下降型、波动型和低位型4种,且各类的城市数量与分布均存在明显差异。如上升型城市主要集中于北方地区;下降型城市主要...  相似文献

利用调查及统计资料,对广州市20世纪90年代商品房的开发,空间分布特征以及周边地区的房地产开发作了全面分析,并对商品房开发对城市地域结构的影响作了研究,广州商品房是以商品住宅为主的多样化类型,市区商品房可以分为5个地域类型,郊区的商品房以低层别墅,多层住宅为主,沿交通线分布为主;周边地区的商品房开发量大,以住宅为主,以广州为主要客源市场,商品房的开发促使城市面积扩大,城市功能转换以及居住型卫星城镇的形成,同时也带来一些问题。  相似文献

近代城市医院的空间布局及演化——以广州市为例   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以广州市为例,引用广州志书资料和民国文献档案资料,采用历史文献、统计和空间分析方法,通过复原广州医院历史分布图,发现广州近代医院在景观扩散模式上,早期阶段属于墨渍式迁移扩散,之后,转向以区位条件优次为主要选址依据的等级扩散;在选址布局上,形成以老城高优势度区域为中心,自中心向外围环状递减的等级区域分布格局,而公立医院和私立医院密集于城市中心,教会医院和慈善医院散布在城市外围,在类型上,呈现为外围型和中心型相结合的空间形态。研究显示,广州近代医院的空间布局,主要受人口、经济和交通因素的影响,同时,政治、宗教、城区环境和医院特殊性等外部条件起着一定的制约或促进作用。  相似文献

以广州市长者饭堂为研究对象,采用百度地图API、居民点POI、广州市为老综合服务平台等多源数据,综合考虑可达性和运营可行性,并对两步移动搜索法进行改进,通过转换测度结果和过程变量,刻画长者饭堂的供需匹配情景。研究发现:1)广州长者饭堂在“行政单元全覆盖”推广下供需空间匹配度六成合格,形成平衡型、剩余型和短缺型的数量“631”结构;2)供给和需求的主体优势、空间分布错位,需求获取优势高于供给,空间呈现“内低外高—单中心圈层”供给结构与“南强北弱—多核网状”需求结构;3)出行优势中心两级分化,成为剩余型和短缺型的主要聚集地。主核心片内出现“老城中心洼地”和“黄埔高地”,外围行政区出现多个剩余小高地或短缺谷地。最后,为精准干预长者饭堂网点布局,提出存量提升、配对整合、存量精简等适宜不同空间关联条件的不匹配型优化思路,优先考虑强空间关联的剩余型和短缺型街道配对整合;以及直接提升、主动提升、被动提升的匹配型提升思路,实现广州长者饭堂全覆盖全匹配目标。  相似文献

GIS空间分析技术为空间形态的精准判别提供了新的路径和研究视角。本文通过高分辨率Google Earth影像提取2013年珠江三角洲城市群的工业生产空间分布信息,运用分形模型、形态紧凑度、空间离散度、密度指数定量分析珠三角工业生产空间的形态特征,采用GIS空间分析并结合社会经济统计分析进一步探讨了影响其分布的主要因素。结果表明:①2013年珠江三角洲城市群的工业生产空间共有2604.71 km2,其空间分布呈现典型的“核心—边缘”结构,并且形成了交错式、零散式和集中式3种分布模式。②珠江三角洲城市群的工业生产空间具有很强的分形特征,核心区的分形维数整体小于外围地区,而空间结构的稳定性高于外围地区;珠三角各市中,工业生产空间形态紧凑度最高的为珠海、最低的为广州,而空间离散度最高的为惠州、最低的为中山;珠三角各市工业生产空间的规模差异显著,与经济规模、人口规模、工业企业数等呈较强的正相关关系,而东莞、深圳、中山、佛山的密度指数过高,需加强工业生产空间的集约高效利用。③自然因素与交通条件、城镇化与开发区的发展、政策的引导和调控以及经济全球化是珠江三角洲城市群工业生产空间分布的主要影响因素。  相似文献

以长沙市2013年Landsat TM遥感影像图和长沙市的行政区划矢量图为基础,借助于ERDAS、MapGIS、ArcGIS、Fragtats、SPSS软件,运用探索性空间数据分析、景观形状指数模型及聚类分析法,从空间、规模与形态等方面探讨长沙市农村居民点地域分异特征、地域类型及调控路径。研究表明:长沙市农村居民点地域分异特征明显,在空间分布上呈现出由长沙市中部向东西两侧呈阶梯状稀疏化分布;而规模普遍偏小,规模分布自西向东呈现“波浪状”结构;在形态格局上,则表现为布局分散且形态复杂、不规则。通过采用聚类分析方法,将长沙市农村居民点划分为低密度散点型、低密度团簇型、中密度团簇型、高密度团簇型、中密度团块型、中密度条带型、高密度条带型7种,并从人口集聚、产业发展、基础设施与公共服务设施提升等方面提出了各地域类型优化调控的路径。  相似文献

以广州市已公布的4批美丽乡村建设试点数据为基础,通过最邻近指数、基于Riple’s函数的多距离空间聚类分析、核密度分析和叠置分析等方法,探讨了广州市美丽乡村的发展现状、空间分布格局及其影响因素。结果表明:1)自2013年起,广州市美丽乡村数量逐年递增且增长率呈现上升趋势;2)广州市美丽乡村空间分布呈明显的集聚型分布;3)Ripley’s函数分析表明美丽乡村要素点空间分布格局随距离变化略有不同,在0.14 km处集聚强度达到最大;4)核密度分析显示美丽乡村高密度区域主要分布在广州南部和西北部,包括番禺-南沙1个热点主核心区和从化、花都-白云2个热点副核心区,密度分布呈现多核心不均衡特点;5)乡村的地形水文、人文历史、交通区位和政策规划为美丽乡村空间分布的主要影响因素,其中,政策规划因素对“美丽乡村群”空间格局的形成起决定性影响。空间分布特征总体反映出广州市美丽乡村规划建设初见成效,并逐步形成以热点核心区为基础的“美丽乡村群”。最后,在乡村选点、空间优化、价值提升以及乡村治理等方面提出若干建议。  相似文献

乡村聚落用地形态是农村人居空间组织形式的综合外在体现,是揭示乡村地域特色的重要指标。以全国乡村聚落的土地利用数据为基础,运用热点探测、近圆形指数、邻接指数等地理空间分析方法,从用地规模、用地形状、用地结构三个方面对全国乡村聚落用地形态特征进行识别。结果表明,中国乡村聚落用地规模中位数为9.52 hm2,整体呈“北大南小”的特征,并在局部地区呈现明显的高、低值集聚态势;在用地形状方面,乡村聚落用地近圆形指数中位数为0.537,总体上偏长形,各种形状类型在全国均有分布,且呈现出在局部区域显著集聚的现象;用地结构可分为七大类,又以田中型、林边型、滨水型和草边型最多。根据用地形态特征的地域分异格局划分出16个乡村聚落用地形态类型分区,绘制了乡村聚落用地形态类型图谱,并总结出各类型区的用地形态特征。最后探讨了中国乡村聚落用地形态特征的空间分异机制,包括:(1)地形地貌、水文条件、气候条件等自然地理环境决定了聚落用地形态地域分异的宏观格局;(2)农业、水利、交通运输等生产生活方式的地域差异对聚落用地形态特色的形成具有重要影响;(3)街巷、民居等物质空间形态与聚落整体的用地形态存在显著的相互作用;(...  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
