北部湾白龙半岛邻近海域污损生物生态研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7       下载免费PDF全文
2006年3月至2007年2月在北部湾白龙半岛邻近海域进行周年污损生物挂板试验, 并调查该海域码头和养殖网箱的污损生物状况.调查结果表明: 该海域污损生物群落呈现明显的亚热带港湾污损生物生态特点.调查记录污损生物共82种, 其中优势种为网纹藤壶Balanus reticulatus、有孔右旋虫Dexiosprira foraminosus、左旋虫Spirorbis papillatus、多室草苔虫Bugula neritina、大室膜孔苔虫Membranipora grandicella、美丽琥珀苔虫Electra tenella、缘齿牡蛎Dendostrea crenulifera、冠瘤海鞘Styela canopus和翡翠贻贝Perna viridis.生物全年附着, 2006年5-10月为附着高峰期.北部湾白龙邻近海域的月板、季板和年板平均附着生物量分别为200.54、2 550.37和15 121.67g·m-2, 均比大亚湾和湛江港的低, 而比清澜港和北部湾涠州岛的高.码头附着生物呈明显的垂直分带现象: 高潮带为滨螺区, 中潮带为牡蛎-笠藤壶分布带, 低潮带主要为藻类.在调查的基础上, 还针对海洋工程、海水养殖和河口生态环境保护给出不同的防污建议.  相似文献

于2013年12月~2014年11月在东海西南近岸海域进行污损生物周年挂板试验,全年共记录污损生物10门49科69属84种,群落组成以近岸暖水种为主,为典型的亚热带内湾型群落,附着盛期为4–9月,夏季污损生物的附着强度最高。固定生活类型的悬浮物食者是该近岸海域污损生物群落的附着主体,网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticulatus)是最主要的优势种和代表种,其它优势种还有长鳃麦杆虫(Caprella equilibra)、中胚花筒螅(Ectopleura crocea)、太平洋侧花海葵(Anthopleura nigrescens)、今岛柄涡虫(Stylochus ijimai)、克氏无襟毛虫(Spirobranchus kraussii)、近江牡蛎(Crassostrea rivularis)、翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)、廉形叶钩虾(Jassa falcata)、强壮板钩虾(Stenothoe valida)、光辉圆扇蟹(Sphaerozius nitidus)和大室别藻苔虫(Biflustra grandicella)等。污损生物群落个体间因附着空间和食物竞争而存在着相互依存或互相制约的关系,又依照对环境因子的适应性而存在着一定的时空分布规律。温度是决定污损生物地理分布的最主要环境因素,物种的温度属性是不同气候带污损生物群落组成差异的本质体现,污损生物的种类数、附着期和附着量与水温有着密切的关系;另外,盐度、水流、光、水产养殖等自然环境或人为因素也是影响污损生物附着的重要影响因子。  相似文献

于2017年6月至2018年5月在莆田近岸海域进行污损生物周年挂板试验,全年共记录污损生物11门94种,群落组成以近岸暖水种为主,属于典型的亚热带内湾型群落,网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticulatus)是最主要的优势种和代表种,其次为翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)、中胚花筒螅(Ectopleura crocea)、太平洋侧花海葵(Anthopleura nigrescens)、侧花海葵(Anthopleura sp.)、细毛背鳞虫(Lepidonotus tenuisetosus)、福建牡蛎(Magallana angulata)、三角藤壶(Balanus trigonus)、加尔板钩虾(Stenothoe gallensis)、镰形叶钩虾(Jassa falacata)、长鳃麦杆虫(Caprella equilibra)、角突麦杆虫(Caprella scaura)、大室别藻苔虫(Biflustra grandicella)等。春季为该海区污损生物的附着旺季,其附着厚度、覆盖面积、附着密度和湿重分别为25 mm、100%、65713 ind./m ^2、1735.1 g/m ^2,其次分别为夏季、秋季和冬季,上半年的附着强度明显高于下半年,表底层污损生物的种类和数量组成差异并不大,主要区别在于表层有部分藻类的附着,而底层几乎没有藻类分布。  相似文献

于2017年6月至2018年5月在平潭岛东北部近岸海域开展污损生物生态研究,探讨了该海域大型污损生物的群落结构特点及演替趋势。周年模拟挂板试验结果显示,该海域大型污损生物隶属13门92种,以广分布暖水种为主,其中主要优势种为营固着生活的网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticulatus)、大室别藻苔虫(Biflustra grandicella)、三角藤壶(Balanus trigonus)和中胚花筒螅(Ectopleura crocea),以及自由生活的廉形叶钩虾(Jassa falcata)和齿掌细身钩虾(Maeropsis serratipalma)等。虽然该海域全年均有生物附着,但附着强度的季节性差异显著,附着盛期为6月至8月(生物量介于7 326.0~12 970.0 g/m2之间,以湿质量计),12月至次年2月(生物量介于39.5~1 580.5 g/m2之间)为附着淡季,而且污损生物摄食类型以悬浮物食者为主。温度和盐度是影响污损生物附着和分布的主要环境因素,水体透明度、水动力条件、地表径流和养殖等人类活动对污损生物的分布也有重要影响。  相似文献

2016年在北部湾白龙半岛邻近海域采集了表层沉积物,用高纯锗γ能谱仪测量了沉积物中放射性核素的活度.沉积物中40K、210Pb、226Ra、228Th、228Ra、238U和137Cs比活度分别为354±125、89.2±41.2、32.40±9.38、49.2±14.7、42.8±12.6、48.3±20.2和0.74±0.33 Bq/kg.白龙半岛邻近海域沉积物238U、232Th、226Ra含量水平与我国其他近岸海域的含量水平接近,40K、137Cs含量低于我国其他近岸海域的含量.由沉积物放射性核素活度计算的平均γ辐射吸收剂量(D)和平均年有效剂量当量(AEDE)都与世界平均水平相当,镭当量比活度(Raeq)远低于UNSCEAR建议的最低限值.  相似文献

于2017年6月至2018年5月在兴化湾口东北面进行污损生物周年挂板试验,全年共记录污损生物12门94种,群落组成以近岸暖水种为主,主要表现为典型的亚热带内湾型群落。网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticulatus)是最主要的优势种和代表种,其平均附着密度和湿重分别可达23 394ind./m~2和8 494. 4 g/m~2。其它优势种还有刚毛藻(Cladophora sp.)、叉节藻(Amphiroa sp.)、中胚花筒螅(Ectopleura crocea)、双列笔螅(Pennaria disticha)、细毛背鳞虫(Lepidonotus tenuisetosus)、翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)、福建牡蛎(Magallana angulata)、三角藤壶(Balanus trigonus)、加尔板钩虾(Stenothoe gallensis)、长鳃麦杆虫(Caprella equilibra)、角突麦杆虫(Caprella scaura)、大室别藻苔虫(Biflustra grandicella)、史氏菊海鞘(Botryllus schlosseri)等。夏季为污损生物的附着旺季,其附着厚度、覆盖面积、附着密度和湿重分别为30. 5 mm、100%、25 175 ind./m~2、8 783. 6 g/m~2,其次分别为秋季、春季和冬季,下半年的附着强度明显高于上半年,附着强度的垂直分布差异并不明显,主要区别在于表层有部分藻类附着,而底层几乎没有藻类分布。  相似文献

2001年12月—2002年11月在泉州湾海域进行了污损生物周年挂板试验,共记录污损生物112种,以近岸暖水种为主,其中长鳃麦秆虫(Caprella equilibra)和网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticulates)是该海域最具代表性的优势种,其次为裂片石莼(Ulva fasciata)、中胚花筒螅(Tubularia mesembryanthemum)、薮枝螅(Obeliasp.)、纵条矶海葵(Haliplanella luciae)、外伪角涡虫(Pseudoceros exoplatus)、柄涡虫(Stylochus sp.)、僧帽囊牡蛎(Saccostrea cucullata)、翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)、巴西地钩虾(Podocerus brasiliensis)、强壮板钩虾(Stenothoe valida)、镰形叶钩虾(Jassa falcata)和角突麦秆虫(Caprella scaura)等种类。该海区污损生物全年均可附着,种类丰富且附着强度大,附着盛期在4—11月,月板、季板、半年板和周年板的平均附着生物量分别为2 624g/m2、5 309g/m2、6 210g/m2和8 247g/m2,夏季可达11 295g/m2。随着试板浸海时间的延长,试板上污损生物群落的多样性明显增加,且结构也趋于稳定。  相似文献

洋山港是上海国际航运中心的枢纽港。为了解该海域污损生物的群落结构及演变趋势,2009年3月至2010年3月在洋山港海域进行了周年污损生物挂板调查研究。洋山港海域污损生物种类较少,共记录污损生物19种,隶属于5个类群,优势种为僧帽牡蛎(Ostrea cucullata)、网纹纹藤壶(Balanus reliculatus) 、大室膜孔苔虫(Membranipora grandicella)、厦门华藻苔虫(Sinoflustra amoyensis)、双钩楯琥珀苔虫(Aspidelectra bihamata)、中胚花筒螅(Tubularia mesembryanthemum)、曲膝薮枝螅(Obelia geniculata)和亚洲帚毛虫(Sabellaria ishikawai),种类组成以广布种为主,同时部分具有河口低盐种的特征;污损生物的附着高峰期是6—10月份,除冬季月份外,其余月份均有生物附着;受盐度、水流及泥沙含量的影响,洋山港污损生物的生物量变化较大,月板、季板及年板的平均附着生物量分别为9.20,127.20和774.04 g/m2。另外,通过对洋山港海域污损生物周年的物种组成和群落结构变化分析,发现该海域污损生物群落受季节变化和盐度的升高影响较大,群落结构不稳定,物种演替明显。  相似文献

2008年9月-2009年8月在东山湾海域进行了污损生物周年挂板试验,共记录污损生物102种,以近岸暖水种为主,其中网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticulates)是该海域最具代表性的优势种,其他优势种还有裂片石莼(Ulva fasciata)、双列笔螅(Pennaria disticha)、纵条肌海葵(Haliplanella luciae)、僧帽牡蛎(Saccostrea cucullata)、变化短齿蛤(Brachidontes variabilis)、巴西地钩虾(Podocerus brasiliensis)、梳肢片钩虾(Elasmopus pecteniclus)、强壮板钩虾(Stenothoe valida)、长鳃麦秆虫(Caprella equilibra)和厦门华藻苔虫(Sinoflustra amoyensis)等。该海区污损生物全年均可附着,附着盛期在4-10月,月板的平均附着量(湿重)为979.43 g/m2,夏季可高达11 799.00 g/m2。污损生物群落多样性以夏季最高,冬季最低;随着试板浸海时间的延长,其上污损生物群落的多样性明显增加,且结构也趋于稳定。  相似文献

根据2014年8月和10月、2015年2月和5月使用单船底拖网进行的4个航次调查数据,对山东半岛近岸海区的莱州湾及渤海南部、山东半岛北部和山东半岛南部等3个海域蟹类种类组成、时空分布、优势种、群落结构稳定性等群落结构特征进行了研究。结果显示,4次调查共捕获蟹类20种,隶属于10科17属,其中日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)和三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)是主要经济种类,其余均为小型饵料型蟹类;海区内主要的优势种为双斑蟳(Charybdis bimaculata)、日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)和三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus),3个海域优势种季节更替均十分明显;莱州湾及渤海南部和山东半岛南部2个海域生物量季节变化明显,春季较低,在夏季达到峰值,夏季到冬季呈降低趋势,山东半岛北部海域生物量季节变化不明显。3个海域蟹类群落物种多样性指数(H')、丰富度指数(D)及均匀度指数(J')均处于较低水平,并有一定的季节变化;水深、水温和盐度是影响蟹类群落结构的重要因子,渤莱沿岸流、黄海暖流和黄海冷水团通过影响海域内水温与盐度影响蟹类群落结构。研究表明山东半岛近岸海区蟹类以小型饵料型蟹类为主,蟹类多样性水平较低,优势种更替明显,群落季节更替指数较高,季节间迁移频繁,蟹类群落不稳定。  相似文献

To understand the present actuality of the marine ecosystem in the southern coastal water region of the Shandong Peninsula and the impact of the global change and the human activities to the marine ecosystem of the region,the macrobenthic community structure was researched based on data from 26 sampling stations carried out on four seasonal cruises from December 2006 to November 2007.The data was analyzed using PRIMER 6.0 and SPSS 15.0 software packages.The results showed that 236 macrobenthic species in total were collected from the research region by the field works.Most of the species belong to Polychaeta (76 species),Mollusca (75) and Crustacea (60).Of which,33 species were common species by the four cruises.The dominant species were different among the four seasons,however,the polychaete species Nephtys oligobranchia and Sternaspis scutata were always dominant in the four seasons.The abundances and biomasses of the macrobenthos from the research region were variable in the four seasons.The results of CLUSTER and MDS analysis showed that the similarities of macrobenthic structures among the stations were low,most of the similarities were at about 40% of similarity values,only that of two stations were up to 60%.In accordance with the similarity values of the macrobenthic structures,the 26 stations were clustered as six groups at arbitrary similarity level of 30%.The ABC curve indicated that the marcofauna communities in the research region had not been disturbed distinctly.The results of BIOENV and BVSTEP (Spearman) analysis implied that the concentrations of organic matter in bottom water and heavy metal copper in sediment,water depth and temperature of bottom were the most significant environmental factors to affect the macrobentic community.  相似文献

Macrobenthic infauna and associated environmental factors influencing the benthic community in the eastern coastal region of Shandong Peninsula were analyzed in four seasonal surveys from January 2007 to October 2007 (30 stations in winter, 20 stations in other three seasons), in order to understand the community structure and the factors unfluencing the benthic distribution. PRIMER 6.0 and SPSS 15.0 software packages were adopted to analyze the environmental and macrobenthic data. The results show that there were 260 macrobenthic species in total collected from the research region. The composition of species is:Polychaeta (94 species), Crustacea (75), Mollusca (56) and Echinoderm (12), among which, only 23 species were common species in the cruises of every season. The dominant species varied from season to season; however, the polychaete species Paralacydonia paradoxa Fauvel and Echinoderm species Amphioplus japonicus (Matsumoto) were always present year-round. The abundance and biomass of the macrobenthos in the research region were variable from season to season. The results of CLUSTER and MDS analysis show that the similarities of macrobenthic structures between the stations were low; most of the similarities were at about 30% of similarity value, only two stations were up to 70%. In accordance with the similarity values of the macrobenthic structures, we divided the 20 stations into five groups by arbitrary similarity level of 30%. The ABC curve indicates that the marcofauna communities in the research region had not been disturbed massively, except two stations, SB1 and SB3. Ecologically, benthos were controlled by a combination of factors such as salinity, phytoplankton, zooplankton, SiO3-Si and temperature, and no single factor could be considered as an ecological master factor.  相似文献

On the basis of data collected in the summer of 2006 from 27 sampling stations in the Changjiang Estuary and its adjacent waters, the ecological characteristics of macrobenthos and the relationship between the macrobenthos and the environmental factors were studied using hierarchical cluster and non-metric multidimensional scaling (MDS).The biomass, abundance, Shannon-Wiener's and Margalef's indices of the macrobenthos were presented. The results showed that a total of 253 macrobenthic species were found in the research region, and most of them belong to mollusks and polychaetes. The dominant species were Cossurella dimorpha, Eocylichna cylindrella, Episiphon kiaochowwanense, Nassarius semiplicatus, Ocstergrenia variabilis and Sternaspis scutata. The average abundance of the macrobenthos was (313.15±233.4) ind./m2, and the average biomass was (15.2±11.2)g/m2.The distribution patterns of the abundance and biomass of the macrobenthos were similar. The abundance and biomass in the area close to the estuary were lower than those from the area more distant to the estuary; the central part of the research region had higher abundance and biomass than other parts of the research region. In accordance with the results, four macrobenthic communities with distinct spatial differences were identified. The low abundance and biomass in the area close to the estuary should be caused by the high sedimentation rate. The statistical analysis indicated that the depth is the most important factor affecting the distribution of macrobenthos.  相似文献
