创新网络是城市群建设的主要支撑。随着京津冀一体化战略的不断推进,京津冀城市群创新网络开始浮现,为京津冀世界级城市群建设奠定了基础。以京津冀13个城市在世界知识产权组织专利数据库的专利合作申请数为基础,运用社会网络分析方法构建2001—2005年、2006—2010年和2011—2015年3个阶段的京津冀城市群创新网络,对比京津冀和长三角城市群创新网络的点度中心度、中间中心度、接近中心度以及网络密度等指标,以考察京津冀城市群网络结构及其演进过程。研究表明:(1)京津冀城市群创新网络已经逐步形成;(2)北京处于创新网络核心地位;(3)京津冀城市群创新网络密度不高,仍在发育中。  相似文献

京津冀城市群协同发展的理论基础与规律性分析   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:10  
推动京津冀城市群协同发展既是一项国家重大战略,又是一个复杂的长期博弈过程,需要遵循科学理论,尊重科学规律,推动京津冀城市群实现共同繁荣昌盛、共享蓝天白云、共担发展风险、共建世界都会的战略目标。本文从理论上提出了京津冀城市群协同发展的科学理论基础与科学规律。认为推进京津冀城市群协同发展应以协同论、博弈论、耗散结构理论和突变论作为科学理论基础,其中协同论为核心理论。京津冀城市群的协同发展过程是一个博弈、协同、突变、再博弈、再协同、再突变的非线性螺旋式上升过程,每一次博弈—协同—突变过程,都将城市群的协同发展推向更高级协同阶段,并呈现出阶段性规律。具体包括协助阶段、协作阶段、协调阶段、协合阶段、协同阶段、协振阶段、一体化阶段和同城化阶段共8大阶段。进一步分析认为,京津冀城市群协同发展的真正内涵是推动城市群实现规划协同、交通协同、产业协同、城乡协同、市场协同、科技协同、金融协同、信息协同、生态协同和环境协同,建设协同发展共同体。本文成果旨在为京津冀协同发展提供科学基础和理论依据。  相似文献

对城市群空间关联的研究可以为城市群体系结构的优化提供理论依据,但如何破除行政单元的统计约束一直是关联定量化的难点。以京津冀城市群为研究对象,基于DMSP/OLS夜间灯光亮度表征城市综合实力,通过引力模型测算1993-2013年京津冀城市空间关联强度,分析城市社会经济区位度的时空变化趋势。研究结果表明:京津冀城市群发展极不平衡,北京与天津关联强度值是排序第三位廊坊市的3~5倍;保定市关联强度排序第4,且社会经济区位度呈上升趋势;除廊坊、保定与承德市外,河北省其余各市社会经济区位度呈下降趋势,京津冀地区的极化现象有所加剧。基于夜间灯光亮度的城市空间关联测度聚焦主城区范围,可为京津冀一体化提供定量化决策参考。  相似文献

利用DEA模型测算了2001~2012年长三角、京津冀及珠三角三大城市群土地利用效率,通过研究得出以下结论:1长三角、京津冀和珠三角三大城市群的城市土地利用效率总体上均呈现下降的趋势,下降比例分别为6.06%、2.86%、24.34%,特别是珠三角城市群下降幅度最大,为长三角和京津冀的4倍和8.5倍,证实珠三角城市群城市土地利用效率下降的迅速性。2京津冀城市群城市土地利用效率整体偏高,冗余量相对较少,降速明显低于长三角和珠三角两大城市群的城市土地利用效率。长三角、珠三角城市群的土地利用效率处于持续降低的状态。3三大城市群城市土地利用效率的规模报酬有效性的城市比例下降幅度分别为10.53%、10%、33.34%,珠三角下降幅度最大,为长三角和京津冀的3.17倍和3.33倍;4长三角城市群土地利用效率差异较大,京津冀城市群、珠三角城市群"中心-外围"现象明显。  相似文献

基于近期中国房地产市场经济表现异常,众说纷纭,以及增长乏力,本文基于京津冀城市群迅速崛起,应用空间经济理论、空间引力模型、分析了京津冀城市群内轨道交通对于房地产市场的影响,着重对北京、天津两个直辖市轨道交通的建设对河北邻近各城市房地产市场的空间影响效用进行分析。研究结果表明:2008年、2012年,北京、天津对河北省房地产业的影响力均有提高,其中,北京至河北轨道交通整体可达性的改善对河北省房地产业的影响提升幅度较大,天津至河北轨道交通整体可达性改善不明显,对河北房地产业的辐射能力较小。  相似文献

建立水土资源限制度模型,定量评价京津冀、长三角和珠三角三大城市群基于人口分布的水土资源限制度及其空间格局,揭示三大城市群的水土资源限制度的差异。研究发现:(1)整体而言,京津冀城市群受水土资源限制最高;(2)限制类型方面,京津冀城市群以水资源限制为主;长三角和珠三角城市群均以土地资源限制为主;(3)京津冀城市群水限制度的人口、面积比例匹配显著偏离,长三角和珠三角城市群则是土地限制度偏离程度较高;(4)空间自相关表明,三大城市群水、土地、水土资源限制度均显著集聚,且以长三角城市群土地限制度最为显著,京津冀城市群受土地资源限制度影响较大,长三角城市群受水资源限制度影响较大,珠三角城市群受二者综合影响。  相似文献

基于城市联系强度与城市流的京津冀城市群空间联系研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
强化空间联系是破解京津冀城市群发展瓶颈的重要途径.从区域和产业两大维度,采用经济联系强度模型与城市流模型对京津冀城市群进行了实证研究,结果表明:与长三角城市群相比,京津冀城市群之间存在一定程度的空间联系,但较为松散.京津之间经济联系非常紧密,而与其他城市联系均相对松散,说明京津两市的空间集聚效应大于扩散效应;石家庄、唐山与京津空间联系最为紧密,唐山由于产业结构偏重,城市流不如石家庄,两者依然是京津冀城市群次核心城市的主要候选者;其余城市与京津的联系强度及城市流都较小,说明其与京津的落差在进一步加大,这也导致了其承接京津产业转移存在较高难度,京津“孤岛”仍将进一步持续.  相似文献

以环渤海地区京津冀、山东半岛和辽东半岛三大城市群地级以上城市为单元,采用数据包络分析和全要素生产率指数模型测算和分析三大城市群城市旅游业发展效率及其时空特征分解效率差异及其影响因素的演化阶段。结果表明:①2000 年以来京津冀和山东半岛城市群城市旅游业平均投入资源利用综合水平呈无效向中等转变,而辽东半岛城市群始终处于无效状态,各城市群主要直辖市、省会城市和核心城市旅游业投入资源利用综合水平呈无效向中等转变;②2000 年以来京津冀和山东半岛城市群城市旅游业综合效率受纯技术效率的影响和制约程度略强于规模效率,而辽东半岛城市群则反之;③2000 年以来环渤海地区三大城市群城市旅游业平均全要素生产率变化呈依次下降态势,且大多数城市提高幅度大但趋于下降,京津冀和山东半岛城市群主要直辖市、省会城市和核心城市全要素生产率变化提高幅度明显高于辽东半岛城市群。④环渤海地区三大城市群城市旅游业发展效率分别受旅游投资、旅游技术和旅游市场因素、旅游产品和旅游技术因素、旅游资源、旅游政策和旅游项目(产品)因素的影响,各自处于技术创新阶段、技术学习阶段和规模主导阶段。  相似文献

城市群是国家新型城镇化的主体形态,也是创新的孵化器;城市群区域的城镇化子系统与创新子系统之间理论上存在复杂交互关系。京津冀城市群是国家新型城镇化规划确定的国家级城市群,并将“全国创新驱动经济增长新引擎”作为其核心功能定位,因此有必要探索京津冀城市群的城镇化过程与创新发展之间的耦合关系,这对理解城镇化与创新之间的关系和京津冀城市群的发展问题都有裨益。通过梳理城镇化与创新两个子系统之间的内在理论关系,构建城镇化与创新的综合评价指标体系,借助耦合协调度模型和地理探测器因子探测方法,分析京津冀城市群城镇化与创新两子系统之间的耦合协调关系演变过程及作用机理。研究发现:① 京津冀城市群城镇化和创新的综合水平都呈现稳步增长的趋势,城镇化与创新的耦合协调关系总体向好的方向发展,但综合水平和耦合关系的空间差异都较大;② 创新滞后是京津冀城市群城镇化与创新耦合协调水平提升的关键阻力,近年京津冀城市群地区及多数城市表现为创新滞后的耦合协调类型;③ 京津冀城市群城镇化与创新的交互影响非常显著,特别是经济城镇化和社会城镇化对创新的影响、创新资源对城镇化的影响表现比较突出。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
