The essential purpose of the Convention Concerning the Protection of World Cultural and Natural Heritage is to protect the integrity of heritage values. Outstanding landscape is the core embodiment of the aesthetic value of a natural heritage site. This paper proposes a new assessment method from the point of view of the protection of heritage values. It is used to measure the degree of outstanding landscape integrity under the human and natural impact in natural heritage sites. This paper employ three indices, a visual index of outstanding landscape, a harmony index of the artificial landscape and a disturbance index of damaged landscape, to measure the impact of landscape integrity. The impact assessment model is based on a weighted combination of the three indices. The study site is the Fairy Valley, Kanas Nature Reserve, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwest China. The information employed is derived from field investigation and a Digital Elevation Model (DEM). A comprehensive evaluation of the Fairy valley was undertaken and it was determined that the outstanding landscape values are being compromised. Three protection methods are proposed to reduce the adverse effects and maintain landscape quality, thereby providing site managers with suggestions for the protection of natural heritage values. More broadly, the paper contributes novel methods of landscape assessment applicable to natural protected areas.  相似文献

本文以易发性评价为基础,从原生因素和诱发因素着手,构建“10因素”指标体系,通过比较目前多种评价模型,建立了EW-AHP-SIM崩塌评价体系,对西南某公路沿线6个隧道进出口进行了崩塌易发性评价。研究表明:熵权法(EW)、层次分析法(AHP)和综合指数(SIM)耦合形式,弥补了熵权法采集数据的不准确和层次分析法的人为主观性,科学合理地确定崩塌影响因子的权重。坡形S3、岩性S4、出露结构面S5、距断裂距离S6和人类活动S10综合权重值相对较高,介于0.102~0.191间,为敏感因子,植被覆盖率S8和年平均降雨量S7综合权重值相对较低,为非敏感因子。基于EW-AHP-SIM评价体系,得到6个低风险区、3个中风险区、3个高风险区,与研究区现场实际情况相一致,可为崩塌地质灾害的预测和危岩落石风险评价提供参考价值。  相似文献

基于确定性系数和支持向量机的地质灾害易发性评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
确定性系数(Certainty Factor,CF)是经典的地质灾害影响因子敏感性分析方法;支持向量机(Support Vector Machine, SVM)作为机器学习的代表方法,能够综合各个影响因子的关系,对地质灾害易发性进行评价。本文以云南省怒江州泸水县为研究区,将高程、坡度、坡向、剖面曲率、距断裂的距离、距河网的距离、距路网的距离、地貌类型、岩土体类型、土地利用类型作为该区域地质灾害影响因子,依据各影响因子灾害面积比和分级面积比曲线对影响因子的状态进行分级。根据381个地质灾害隐患点,采用CF方法计算的各个影响因子的敏感性值,作为SVM的分类数据,建立基于CF-SVM的易发性评估模型,同时与单独SVM模型的评价结果进行对比分析。结果表明,CF-SVM模型得到的极高和高易发区主要分布在怒江两岸河谷地带,涵盖了89.76%的地质灾害隐患点,比单独SVM模型具有更高的成功率;利用ROC曲线和P-R曲线对两个模型进行检验,CF-SVM模型的评价精度分别达到92%和88%,均高于单独的SVM。由此说明,CF-SVM模型对地质灾害易发性评价有较高的预测价值,可以为地质灾害风险评估和管理提供依据。  相似文献

四川省地形高低悬殊, 岩性构造发育, 各类地质灾害频发, 开展地质灾害易发性评价具有重要意义。崩塌、泥石流属于广义上的滑坡, 以四川省丹巴县为例, 从考虑不同滑坡类别的区域性地质灾害易发性出发综合考虑崩塌、滑坡、泥石流的空间概率分布。基于ArcGIS通过高精度数字高程模型共选取高程、坡度等10个地质灾害关键控制因素, 采用信息量模型对综合地质灾害进行了易发性评价。最终通过ArcGIS的单元统计(Cell Statistics)功能实现多个栅格图层最大值法合成综合易发性, 进一步利用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)验证单种滑坡类别易发性模型的精度。按照自然断点法将研究区划分为极低、低、中、高、极高易发区, 高易发区和极高易发区主要集中分布在章谷镇、太平桥乡以及甲居镇等地。研究结果证明信息量模型能对单类地质灾害进行评价, 栅格最大值法是获取综合易发性的一种有效评价方法。   相似文献

Most world natural heritage sites are designated partly by reason of their prominent aesthetic values in accordance with Article Ⅶ of World Natural Heritage Convention.In this paper, the aesthetic values of Kanas National Nature Reserve, which has potential for such designation, was analyzed quantitatively using scenic beauty estimation(SBE).The landscapes of 19 representative scenic spots in the Kanas National Nature Reserve in summer and autumn were selected as the objects of evaluation.The contributions of different landscape factors to the aesthetic value of the Kanas National Nature Reserve were revealed using a multivariate quantitative model.The main factors affecting the aesthetic value were waterscapes, vegetation, mountains, folk culture and the tourist environment.The t-test and F-test results are extremely significant.According to the results, some suggestions were given for conserving the landscapes in the Kanas National Nature Reserve.  相似文献

青岛地质环境条件较复杂,地质灾害隐患点较多,规模主要为小型。已发现的地质灾害种类有崩塌、滑坡和地面塌陷等3种,其中以崩塌为主,地面塌陷次之。地质灾害的形成受到内、外在因素及人类工程活动的影响。总结每个地质灾害隐患点的规模大小、威胁对象、危害程度、发育时间等特征,概算出危险度和易损度,确定灾害风险度,提出防治建议,为地质灾害防治工作提供科学依据。  相似文献

基于信息量模型的涪陵区地质灾害易发性评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文以重庆涪陵区为研究区域,选取坡度、坡向、累计汇水面积、地层岩性、水域、降雨量、植被和土地利用分类8个影响因子,提取高分一号遥感数据(2013.12.24)动态影响因子,引入信息量模型,分别计算上述影响因子对应的信息量,对该时期示范区的地质灾害危险性进行评价,并引入ROC曲线和AUC评价指标,对得到的区域地质灾害易发性评价结果进行精度评估。结果显示,2013年12月研究区内高易发区面积占总面积的9.73%,该易发区内含有104个地质灾害点,占所有灾害点的52.7%,灾积比为5.42,明显大于其他易发等级类别。利用ROC评价方法,计算成功率曲线AUC为0.796,预测率曲线AUC为0.748(74.8%),具有较高的可靠性,证明本文方法在该区域地质灾害易发性评价的适应性良好。  相似文献

Earthquake induced landslides are one of the most severe geo-environmental hazards that cause enormous damage to infrastructure, property, and loss of life in Nuweiba area. This study developed a model for mapping the earthquake-induced landslide susceptibility in Nuweiba area in Egypt with considerations of geological, geomorphological, topographical, and seismological factors. An integrated approach of remote sensing and GIS technologies were applied for that target. Several data sources including Terra SAR-X and SPOT 5 satellite imagery, topographic maps, field data, and other geospatial resources were used to model landslide susceptibility. These data were used specifically to produce important thematic layers contributing to landslide occurrences in the region. A rating scheme was developed to assign ranks for the thematic layers and weights for their classes based on their contribution in landslide susceptibility. The ranks and weights were defined based on the knowledge from field survey and authors experiences related to the study area. The landslide susceptibility map delineates the hazard zones to three relative classes of susceptibility: high, moderate, and low. Therefore, the current approach provides a way to assess landslide hazards and serves for geo-hazard planning and prediction in Nuweiba area.  相似文献

本文以北川曲山-擂鼓片区为研究区,将坡度、坡向、高程、地层、距断层的距离、距水系的距离和距道路的距离作为该区域滑坡易发性评价因子。采用信息量模型计算了各项评价因子的信息量值,并运用4种标准化模型对信息量值进行标准化处理。各评价因子的权重由层次分析法(AHP)确定。在GIS中将权重值和各评价因子的标准化信息量值,进行叠加计算得到区域滑坡总信息量值,并基于自然断点法对其进行重分类,将研究区划分为极高易发区、高易发区、中易发区、低易发区和极低易发区5级易发区。将基于4种标准化模型和信息量模型得到的滑坡易发性评价结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:基于最值标准化信息量模型的滑坡易发性评价结果的ROC曲线下面积AUC值为0.807,高于其余模型的AUC值,说明最值标准化信息量模型的滑坡易发性评价效果最好。极高易发区面积占研究区面积的20.03%,离断层和水系较近,主要分布地层为寒武系、志留系和三迭系。研究结果可为区内滑坡风险评价和灾害防治提供参考。  相似文献

2016年,临沂市地质灾害排查共查明了391处地质灾害隐患点,主要类型为崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、采空塌陷和岩溶塌陷,崩塌数量最多,其次为采空塌陷和岩溶塌陷。地质灾害规模以小型为主。该文详细介绍了临沂市地质环境背景条件,各类地质灾害发育现状及分布特征。在此基础上,采用"地质灾害综合危险性指数法"进行地质灾害易发性评价,运用栅格数据处理方法将临沂市划分成1350个面积相等的单元,对影响地质灾害发育的地质条件、地形地貌条件、气候植被条件、地质灾害隐患点、地质灾害规模、分布密度、活动频次和险情等要素进行量化,根据实际情况对地质灾害易发程度分级进行定性修正,将临沂市地质灾害易发程度划分为高易发区、中易发区、低易发区及不易发区4个区。预测了地质灾害发展趋势,划分了地质灾害防治分区,建议完善地质灾害预警预报系统,为临沂市应急管理局的地质灾害应急救援提供地质灾害基础背景资料。  相似文献

The climate change and unsustainable anthropogenic modification can intensify the vulnerability of the Himalayas. Natural springs are the principal source of potable water security for the Himalayan population. The changes in the trend of precipitation, temperature and glacier melt are expected to impact the quantity and quality of spring water significantly. This review presents an insight to unravel the effects of climate change and land use land cover changes on the spring resources and outline the essential elements of spring hydrology in the Himalayas. The sensitive response of spring flow to the climate has been observed to follows an annual periodic pattern strongly dependent on snowmelt,rainfall, and evapotranspiration. Among all types,Karst aquifers were found to be highly vulnerable. The changes in the forest and urban landscapes are affecting the recharging sites in the headwater region.In the Central Himalayan region(Kosi River basin,Kumaun), the number of perennial springs is decreasing at a rate of three springs year-1, and nonperennial springs are increasing at the rate of one spring year-1. The high concentration of NO3-, Cl-1,SO42-, and coliform counts reported from the spring water evidence a high susceptibility of shallow aquifers to the non-point source of pollution. Future projections indicate high surface-runoff and occurrence of extreme events such as floods, glacial lake outbursts, and landslides can affect the flow and water quality of springs. As the impact of climate change and anthropogenic activities are expected to increase with time remarkably, there is an urgent need to promote regional scientific studies on springs targeting hydrogeochemical evolution, vulnerability assessment, recharge area dynamics, and development of springshed management program.  相似文献

日照市地质灾害隐患点共计90处,灾害规模以小型为主。利用地质灾害危害程度评价、地质灾害稳定性、危险性评价及地质灾害易发程度综合分区评价,查明了地质灾害点分布位置,将地质灾害点的基本单元格进行现状、潜在地质灾害强度分析,其他基本单元格进行潜在地质灾害强度分析,确定各基本单元格易发程度。通过MapGIS软件,将相同易发程度的基本单元格合并连接成区,将地质灾害易发程度划分为高易发区、中易发区、低易发区,依据地质环境条件、地质灾害发育现状、灾害变化趋势、灾害危害特征,划分为重点、次重点和一般防治区,提出详细的地质灾害防治目标及对策建议,为日照市开展地质灾害预警预报示范区的建设工作提供了技术支撑。  相似文献

湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州(简称恩施州)地处中国14个集中连片特困区之一的武陵山区内,州内少数民族聚居多,贫困人口分布广,地质灾害频发,"因灾致贫,因灾返贫"现象较为突出.本文根据灾害系统学原理和灾害风险分析理论,综合考虑恩施州降雨诱发型地质灾害的致灾因子,孕灾环境和承灾体,构建了降雨诱发型地质灾害风险评价指标体系,基于灾害系统学原理的风险评估模型,对该区的降雨诱发型地质灾害风险进行评估.主要结论如下:(1)降雨诱发型地质灾害的诱发因子为强降雨,恩施州降水丰沛,恩施市中部与鹤峰县东南部属于致灾因子高危险性区域;(2)选取地形地貌,基础地质,水文条件,人类工程活动等孕灾环境要素,耦合信息量法和层次分析法,构建恩施州孕灾环境敏感性评价指标体系,结果表明恩施州孕灾环境敏感性较高,高区域主要分布在巴东县,恩施市和鹤峰县;(3)选取工程建筑,居民人口,社会经济,耕地等承灾体进行脆弱性评估,结果表明承灾体脆弱性较高区域与人口集中地区在空间上重合,利川市和来凤县有更多的高脆弱性区域;(4)综上可知,恩施州的降雨诱发型地质灾害风险总体较高,其较高,高风险区域主要分布在巴东县和恩施市.  相似文献

Natural landscapes consist of the natural substances, environment, and phenomena, all of which provide many benefits to people, including a sense of place, sightseeing, relaxing, and recuperating. However, the economic value of natural landscapes has only been recognized in recent decades, and the resulting large-scale decline and degradation of ecosystems now severely threatens the sustainable provision of their services to society. There is an emerging consensus that natural capital should be incorporated into the current socioeconomic accounting system. Many studies valuated natural resources at local and regional scales, but there are very few empirical studies at a national level. To provide a benchmark for natural landscape management on a national scale, we use the travel cost method(TCM) and the contingent valuation method(CVM) to determine the economic value and the spatial distribution of natural landscapes across China. Our results show that the total economic value of China′s natural landscape was 9.75 × 10~(11) U.S. dollars(USD) in 2012. Of this value, the highest proportion was in the eastern and southwestern regions of China, which accounts for 23.7% and 18.3%, respectively. The provinces of Guangdong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, and Heilongjiang were the top five in terms of the largest number of natural landscapes and largest economic values. Together, these five provinces accounted for 32.9% of the total number of natural landscapes and 29.4% of the total economic value in 2012. We believe this study will increase awareness of the value of natural landscapes, and more importantly provide a scientific basis for resolving conflicts between development and resource conservation.  相似文献

辽宁省矿产资源丰富 ,开发历史悠久 ,规模大、强度高 ,因而诱发了诸多的矿山环境地质问题。按其灾变的时间特征 ,可将其划分为突变型地质灾害和缓变型环境地质问题两大类。崩塌、滑坡、地面塌陷 ,矿坑突水、瓦斯爆炸等地质灾害属于前者 ;水土流失、地下水污染、煤矸石自燃等环境地质问题属于后者。笔者概述了各灾种的发育特征和危害现状 ,分析探讨了其形成的自然因素和人为因素 ,并提出了相应的防灾减灾对策及建议。  相似文献

随着全球气候变化加剧和城市化进程的发展,暴雨洪涝灾害对城市社会经济活动造成的影响越来越严重。作为量化灾害影响程度、社会经济损失与风险评估的重要方法,城市洪涝灾害脆弱性研究对洪涝灾害风险管理与规划具有重要意义。目前,城市脆弱性的内涵进一步延伸,脆弱性指标体系不断丰富,所取得的研究成果能够反映一定时期内城市洪涝灾害脆弱性的整体特征,却无法同时有效地解决城市洪涝灾害脆弱性的空间非均匀性问题和动态计算问题。本文从脆弱性的动态特征出发,提出了城市洪涝灾害动态脆弱性计算方法,建立了城市洪涝灾害脆弱性量化模型与面向洪涝灾害脆弱性计算的多智能体模型,形成了基于多智能体的城市洪涝灾害脆弱性计算方法。在NetLogo平台上,利用智能体模型对浙江省丽水市城区的动态脆弱性进行了仿真模拟。研究结果表明该模型有助于发现不同时空条件下城市存在的“脆弱区”,为城市洪涝灾害脆弱性的时空分异特征分析、区域脆弱性的精细化评价提供方法支撑,能够为缓解措施的实施和洪涝灾害的精细化管理提供有效指导。  相似文献
