武汉城市圈典型城镇耕地资源时空演变特征

利用GIS空间分析技术,选择武汉城市圈内的嘉鱼县鱼岳镇为研究区,以2005年和2010年两期土地利用数据为数据源,分析鱼岳镇耕地资源时空变化与数量特征。结果表明,鱼岳镇耕地减少速度较快,耕地连片度明显降低,不同土地利用类型与耕地间的转换差异明显,城镇用地和林地是耕地流失转换的主要方向;而农用地整理和未利用地开发则是耕地增加的主要土地整治方式。研究期间,鱼岳镇耕地流失速度过快,有效后备资源供给不足,耕地供需基本处于一种失衡的状态,应以"开源节流"的理念科学引导耕地资源的可持续利用。     

区域耕地动态变化及可持续利用评价——以河北省黑龙港地区为例

耕地作为土地中的精华 ,其动态变化及可持续利用无疑是影响区域可持续发展的关键问题。河北省黑龙港地区旱、涝、盐、碱灾害严重 ,是黄淮海平原水土资源条件最差的地区。近年来 ,随着经济发展和人口增长 ,人地矛盾日益突出 ,成为该区域可持续发展的一个关键问题。本文利用黑龙港地区近 5 0年耕地长序列统计资料和近 5年的土地详查数据 ,揭示了耕地数量变化的基本过程及其空间差异 ,并进一步对耕地资源利用的可持续性进行了评价。研究表明 ,近 5 0年来 ,黑龙港地区耕地数量呈明显的波动减少趋势 ,经历了由增加→急剧减→缓慢减少的基本变化过程 ,其中在 1 95 5～ 1 95 8年和 1 96 5～ 1 978年出现两次明显的耕地流失高峰 ;全区域耕地资源利用处于临界可持续 ,其综合指数为 48.2 5。     

珠三角典型地区耕地流失特征及机制分析——以1988年～2013年快速城市化的东莞市为例

结合遥感解译得到多期土地利用类型图,分析1988年~2013年东莞市耕地流失的数量变化特征、流失强度以及与城市扩张之间的流转关系,并结合社会经济统计数据研究东莞耕地流失的影响因素,确定了人口、产业结构、经济发展状况、居民生活水平和交通发展水平五类耕地流失驱动指标。利用相关性检验、主成分分析和逐步回归法进行驱动力分析。研究结果表明:26年间东莞市耕地流失886.52km~2,占研究区总面积的35.96%,耕地以79.16%的净流失率和6.08%的年均强度持续流失,且耕地流失与城市建设用地之间存在显著的线性流转关系;该期间耕地有四个显著的流失阶段,为原始快速流失期、间歇平稳流失期、二次高速流失期和成熟趋缓流失期,分别反映了同时期的国家政策调整及地区战略规划;一、三产业比重、城市化率、职工工资水平及常住人口等12个驱动因子与耕地流失存在显著相关性,其中的户籍非农人口、GDP、固定资产投资、职工工资水平和公路里程分别为五类驱动指标的主成分;第三产业的发展通过提高居民收入水平进而推动城市房地产业的发展,是加速东莞市耕地流失最为核心的动力机制。     

山东省耕地资源变化的地域类型研究

人均耕地资源占有量低，一直是山东经济发展中的主要问题。随着经济的发展，人均占有耕地资源将进一步减少。文章对90年代以来山东省耕地的动态变化作了时间上和空间上的分析，采用耕地资源总量和人均占有量等指标，用综合分类法，将全省17个地市分为不同的类型，并提出不同类型区存在的问题和应采取的对策。     

宁夏盐池县相对资源承载力

采用相对资源承载力的理论与研究方法,定量分析了盐池县8个乡镇相对资源承载力时空变化及差异特征,并对承载力匹配特征进行空间表达。结果表明：盐池县辖各乡镇相对于盐池县的综合人口承载力表现出严重超载、超载和富余3种不同的状态;相对自然资源经济承载力时空变化稳定,自然资源的经济潜力不断增大;相对草地资源牲畜承载力随时间推移不断递增且空间差异明显;依据3种承载力状态组合划分了不同的承载力匹配类型,并提出不同类型的可持续发展策略。本研究可为盐池县禁牧10年后各乡镇发展提供建议,并为“退牧还草”政策的继续实施提供理论支持。     

典型岩溶流域不同地貌类型景观结构分析——以云南小江流域为例

利用2003年小江流域的TM影像，结合实地调查，再根据流域地质分布和地貌发育情况，将流域地貌类型划分为岩溶地貌和非岩溶地貌两个一级类型景观，在此基础上，根据地貌发育程度结合高程情况，将岩溶区又划分为6个岩溶景观，非岩溶地貌分为两个二级类型景观。应用景观生态学原理，并通过Fragstats 3．3软件在流域尺度上计算了一些相关指标。结果表明：岩溶区的景观生态特征总体上体现了其生态环境的特殊性和脆弱性，地表水资源溃乏，土层薄、土壤资源零星分布且易流失，造成未利用地面积大，石漠化现象严重，土地利用程度低的特点。非岩溶区景观生态由于耕地和林地占绝对优势，石漠化面积少，香农多样性指数和均匀度低，景观的异质性较低，结构较为简单。     

城市边缘区耕地面积变化时空特征及其驱动机制——以北京市顺义区为例

城市边缘区的土地资源紧缺而利用方式多样,土地利用变化既与城市发展有关又和粮食安全密切联系,因此加强城市边缘区的土地利用研究既必要又迫切。利用1990年和2000年TM影像获取的土地利用数据、 1991~2002年社会经济统计数据,借助GIS空间分析方法以及数理统计方法,系统探讨了北京市顺义区耕地流失的时空格局特征及其驱动机制。结果显示,1990~2000年顺义区流失耕地的57%转为建设用地,43 %转为生态用地。农用地中粮食作物的种植面积大幅减少,菜地和果园面积快速增加。工业发展是耕地流失的第一驱动力;人口城市化、房地产发展等加速耕地流失。     

我国耕地资源保护的问题及对策

我国人口对耕地的压力越来越大，耕地保护所面临的问题也越来越严重。耕地数量锐减，质量下降，区后备耕地资源不足，已成为当今我国农业生产和社会经济发展的巨大障碍。该文分析我国耕地资源的严峻形势以及耕地资源保护中存在的问题，并提出了解决这些问题的对策措施。     

雅安山区耕地后备资源综合生产力评价

针对雅安大相岭以南为亚热带湿润偏干季风气候区(汉源、石棉)，以北为亚热带湿润季风气候区的气候特点，将雅安分为南部和北部两个亚区，从气候、土壤、灌溉、地形条件入手选择评价指标，并以不同灌溉条件的选择和海拔分级体现南北差异。采用层次分析法确定各评价因素权重，用指数和法计算各评价单元的综合分值，最后采用均匀内插法，进行分等定级。评价结果表明，雅安市耕地后备资源以三等和五等居多，其土壤类型以暗棕壤、沙黄泥土、淋溶紫色土、砖红紫色土为主。针对耕地后备资源特点，建议对耕地后备资源开发利用时，应根据后备资源质量等级及其限制条件，采用不同的开发手段；对有较严重限制因素的耕地后备资源，宜暂缓开发。     

挠力河流域耕地水分盈亏时空变化特征及趋势模拟

为揭示挠力河流域耕地资源水分盈亏态势,以遥感影像、DEM数据和气象台站数据为基本信息源,基于遥感和GIS技术,对流域1990-2014年间耕地水分盈亏时空变化特征进行研究,并运用情景模拟技术模拟未来水分盈亏态势。结果表明：24 a间流域耕地面积增长放缓,1990-2002年水田急剧增加,旱地轻微上升,2002-2014年水田增长速度急剧下降,旱地面积减小;耕地水分盈亏程度变化明显,各等级耕地空间分布差异大,1990-2002年以中度和重度缺水变化为主,基本不存在严重缺水区,2002-2014年,轻度缺水区面积变化最大,重度缺水区缓慢下降。正常缺水是3期面积最大的缺水等级;模拟显示未来流域水分亏缺态势将更加严峻,高MPLD指数区分布更为集中,局部高水分亏缺区面积会进一步扩大,除轻度缺水区逐渐减少外,其余4种类型缺水区均保持增加,其中重度缺水区将大量增加。该研究结果可为挠力河流域农田灌溉方案的制定提供借鉴和参考。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
