地电场是联系空间Sq电流体系、 地球表面电流和内部电流活动的地球物理量, 它包含了空间电流系变化产生的大地电(流)场和区域环境变化等引起的自然电场。 通过研究青藏高原东北缘的天祝台阵5个固定地电场台站连续10年观测数据, 得出该区域地电场变化具有明显的366±(<1) d周期。 且大地电流矢量方向有明显的季节变化, 每半年改变一次方向, 方向变化时间一般为每年4月和9~10月; 大地电流矢量的强度变化也具有周期性。 通过建立简单模型进行定量化分析, 认为地电场季节变化主要受到Sq年变和区域气候环境的耦合作用, 主要依据为地电场长趋势变化与电离层Sq电流年变化趋势吻合。 基于区域性气候、 冻融深度等季节性变化模型开展计算, 认为气温导致了地下浅层介质电性结构、 电极附近电位方向的变化, 影响了地电场的长趋势变化。 本文结果有助于认识超低频地电场年变周期特点及其原因, 并探索其应用前景。  相似文献

The impact of telluric current activity on the corrosion control systems for pipelines in northern regions is examined. Three specific areas of concern are identified. These factors are corrosion of the pipe during positive cycles of the telluric disturbances, accurate measurement of cathodic protection performance parameters, and coating damage during negative cycles of the telluric activity. Corrosion rates are calculated versus the magnitude of the pipe potential change caused by discharging telluric current for different values of the Kp geomagnetic index. Methods of compensating and mitigating telluric current effects are discussed in the context of the cathodic protection design and monitoring procedures.  相似文献

The planetary scale distribution of electrical currents in the Earth is still largely unknown. The role of the oceans for long period (hours to days) inducing electromagnetic fieldsB e of external origin has been investigated by several authors, while the role of telluric current channelling, from the planetary viewpoint, is still far from a satisfactory understanding. Canonical geomagnetic depth sounding (GDS) analysis can yield locally a direction parallel to the strike of a telluric current density flowing in a region around the recording site and which also has the property of being the most relevant source for the internal origin fieldB i observed at the given site at the given frequency. The use of such local information from 64 geomagnetic observatories is discussed here in a study to infer evidences of (a) the role of the polarization properties ofB e and (b) the role of the telluric current channelling within conductivity anomalies relevant to the planetary scale circuitry. The results show clear evidence of the influence of the equatorial electrojet on the polarization ofB e in a latitudinal band between ±(15°–20°) latitude. There is also evidence that theB e associated with the equatorial electrojet produces telluric currents which flow at a much shallower depth than the skin depth to be expected in the case of a plane Earth. This implies that the Parkinson planes in these regions reflect the conductivity structure underground more than the polarization ofB e due to the equatorial electrojet. Further, it clearly appears that some regular planetary scale pattern of telluric currents plays a more significant role than current channelling within some conductivity anomalies of fixed strike close to some geomagnetic observatories. Finally, the number of observatories used in this study appears to be insufficient to deduce any information concerning a seasonal evolution of the telluric current pattern on a planetary scale.  相似文献

The experimental MT data and theoretical data calculated by the thin sheet technique for a low-frequency telluric field are analysed and compared for the Kamchatka Peninsula. The comparison shows a good agreement between the experimental and theoretical data and results in a conclusion that the DC-type distortions of the telluric field play the most important role in the structure of the MT field. The component of the telluric field which is parallel to the general direction of the Kamchatka Peninsula is less distorted and should be used for the estimation of deep geoelectric structures.  相似文献

根据国产ZD9A型大地电场仪在宝低地电台的记录结果,研究了1998年1月10日河北省张北地区6.2级地震过程中的大地电场变化特征.主要表现为:1.震前36天至发震当日出现大地电场日变异常簇;2.地震前后大地电场E的方位发生转动;3、大地电场E具有日变倍9(天)周期性和振幅|E|变化特征;4大地电场EW分量的极性变化.根据对这些特征的分析结果表明,它们有可能做为孕震进入短临阶段的前兆信息及识别标志.  相似文献

在地电场和电阻率同场地观测的台站, 地电场观测必然会受到地电阻率观测人工供电的干扰, 尤其是当地电场观测的采样率提高到1次/s以上时, 这种干扰更是无可避免, 而且不易消除。 该文阐述了应用自适应噪声消除器对受种干扰的地电场观测数据进行处理, 消除观测数据中的干扰噪声, 从而获得地电场真实信号波形。 对实际观测数据的处理结果表明, 采用此方法可以很好的消除秒采样地电场观测数据中地电阻率供电产生的干扰。 这种方法还可用于消除其他观测方法中存在的有规律的干扰。  相似文献

The measurement of the telluric field's long-time variations requires stable instruments in the period range above 1 day. Obviously, most problems arise from drifting voltages between the telluric probes. Good results have been achieved using a three chamber Hempfling KCl probe together with Filloux's AgAgCl electrode. However, a one chamber probe of 0.6 m length and 0.06 m diameter filled with saturated KCl solution may be sufficient for some applications and additionally allows permanent control of the electrolyte's salt concentration. In a field test the telluric field at a single site was simultaneously observed using one and three chamber probes separated by 25 and 55 m resp. For periods shorter than 1 hour the noise level of the electrodes was found to be less than 1 (mV)2/Hz whereas in the period range between 1 hour and 1 day it increases to 100 (mV)2/Hz. Consequently, surveys investigating long periods of the telluric field can be carried out using small electrode separations of a few tens of meters. Furthermore, the stability of this probe negates the need to interrupt the time series for servicing of the probe. However, the one chamber probe is somewhat inferior to the three chamber probe with regard to temperature dependence at long periods.  相似文献

Summary The rotating nature of telluric field is simulated in an electrolytic model tank. Variations of this rotating field due to the presence of a few two and three dimensional geological models, simulated in the tank, are studied. The telluric ellipses, recorded on a C.R.O. Screen, are found to be useful for qualitative and quantitative interpretation of the non-linearly polarised telluric field data. Relative usefulnesses of the various parameters, e.g., (i)M=ratio of the semimajor and semiminor axis, (ii)K = square root of normalized surface areas, (iii) = linear eccentricity ((a 2/b 2-1) and (iv)e = conventional eccentricity ((1-b 2/a 2)), of a telluric ellipse are tested. Linear eccentricity appears to be the most sensitive parameter. Methods for determining depth and horizontal extent of a structure from a telluric map are suggested. Near surface inhomogeneities, as revealed from the experiment are unlikely to affect the telluric map due to a basement structure.  相似文献

对2002年以来的静海地震台、宝坻地震台的大地电场连续观测资料,使用地电场观测的同一测向长、短极距测值的比值法进行分析处理,计算结果显示,2006年7月4日文安ML5.5地震前大地电场观测存在明显的地震前兆,但从同期的地电场原始观测资料中无法识别出该项异常信息。研究结果表明,同一测向长、短极距测值的比值法是一种从电场观测资料中有效识别和提取地震前兆信息的方法。  相似文献

Simultaneous observations of electrical earth-potentials along parallel measuring lines offer a simple but useful method to study telluric and stray-current potentials. Different correlation-factors between the records of both observation points can help to separate telluric from industrial stray-current potentials. A method is suggested to eliminate disturbing impulses of stray currents from continuous telluric current recordings as those made at observatories. The influence of stray currents can also be eliminated from potential readings of an artificial current as applied in geoelectric measurements with the four-point-method. The elimination is possible by a simultaneous observation of the stray-current potentials on an equipotential line of the artificially generated field. The recording examples show an appreciable improvement of the signal-noise ratio without increase in the current. The method is useful for geoelectrical prospecting in areas which are contaminated by industrial noise.  相似文献

本文用模糊集从属函数方法,对1976年唐山7.8级地震和宁河河6.9级地震前华北地区20多个台站的地电阻率观测数据和1988年澜沧——耿马7.6级地震前腾冲台地电阻率观测数据以及1989年巴塘6.7级地震前甘孜台地电阻率观测数据进行了计算,共计处理5500多个数据,从中提取了中期趋势与短临异常,并对唐山地震前地电阻率异常进行了概略分析。  相似文献

The solution of a boundary value problem modelling a two-dimensional basin structure has been obtained by using the Schwartz-Christoffel conformal transformation technique and numerical methods of solving non-linear differential equations. Utilizing this solution, the telluric field and its first horizontal derivative have been theoretically computed for field directions perpendicular to the strike of the structure. On the basis of systematic analysis of a large number of such anomaly curves, two nomograms have been prepared to be used in the quantitative interpretation of telluric data. An interpretation procedure to evaluate the geometric parameters of the basin from the observed telluric data is outlined. This procedure is demonstrated on an actual field example.  相似文献

Summary The author compares some methods of prospection which are based on the telluric measurements: 1) old method of elliptic representation of the telluric current and constants of conductibility; 2) methods ofKato, Kikuchi, Rikitake, Tikhonov, Cagniard and 3) method proposed by the author in 1952.The theory of «Dreiblätter» developed by the author in 1952 is applied to obtain a simple relation between the telluric values, the magnetic values and the tensor of conductibility. It is shown that in many cases this relation can be a simple algebraic one. The problem of «three» layers is developed with details and the possibility of generatlisation to the case of more than the three layers mentioned.The direct method developed in this paper is not the only possible one. The indirect means values (tensor means) can be also introduced: see our articles C.R. de l'Acad. des Scinces, t. 239, p. 1457, 1954 (Paris) and C.R. de l'Académie des Sciences, t. 239, p. 1766, 1954 (Paris). From the abstract point of view the utilisation of the indirect (tensor) means is simpler, but in order to visualize the pratical applications we have chosen here the direct method of computation.  相似文献

通过地电场台址近地表介质电阻率和地电场值计算大地电流,从大地电流场中分离出涡旋电流;根据平面波理论和水平导电层模型,使用地磁暴观测数据在频率域计算地磁感应电场(GIE),由GIE计算地磁暴感应电流(GIC).计算结果与实测值对比分析表明:GIE计算结果与实测地电暴具有很好的相位一致性;GIC涡旋中心相对地电暴涡旋中心存在向SE漂移约3°的现象;磁暴时地磁场Z分量的幅值分布图中极大值区域与涡旋中心重合,可能是GIC涡旋中心偏移的原因.另外,根据电磁感应原理提出的等效环电流模型,在一定程度上解释了涡旋大地电流的形成机制.本项工作可应用于地磁观测与地电观测的相互校正,同时有助于认识地电暴对大地电流分布的影响.  相似文献

根据场源不同可将地电场E分为大地电场ET和自然电场ESP。空间Sq电流系和固体潮一般被认为是大地电场ET的起源;自然电场ESP源于地下介质的物理化学作用,其局部性变化相对稳定。2013年南北地震带相继发生了芦山MS7.0地震(30.3°N,103.0°E)和岷县、漳县MS6.6地震(34.5°N,104.2°E)。两次地震周边约400 km范围内的地电场台站(成都、汉王)数据表明震前自然电场ESP出现明显的小幅度突跳或大幅度跃变,同时在时间上具有准同步性,其他地电场台站也有类似变化。基于大地电场岩体裂隙水(电荷)渗流(移动)模型,对两次地震周边自然电场ESP的变异机理进行探讨,尝试解析其物理过程。  相似文献

利用云南省(5个)和四川省(4个)"十五"期间布设的地电场观测数据,利用大地电场观测系统中,同一测向长短极距测值的比值方法进行分析,发现能够较好地排除来自大地电场及自然电场远场的变化信息,突出可识别的地震前兆异常信息。研究结果表明:在剔除各种环境和空间电流体系的影响因素后,提取了与地震有关的异常信息,在川滇地区5.0级地震前,多数台站的地电场观测资料比值发生异常变化,异常大多出现在地震前0.5—3个月,其中汶川地震和姚安地震前,研究区的9个台站均出现异常。  相似文献

Summary The telluric field anomalies over a faulted basement are computed along profiles, perpendicular to the strike of the fault planes. Schwarz-Christoffel transformations, numerical method of solving non-linear differential equations and graphical crossplotting are used to obtain the solution of the boundary value problem. Computed anomaly curves reveal that (i) quantitative estimation regarding the width of the structure and throw of the faulting can be made from the telluric and its horizontal derivative maximal by graphical crossplotting, (ii) degree of resolution decreases with the increasing depth of the structure, (iii) the effects of a faulted basement (rectangular ridge) and those of a folded basement (triangularrridge) (Roy andNaidu [2]) are similar to a considerable extent.  相似文献
