土地利用伦理机制是可持续土地利用的经济、法律和行政的重要辅助手段之一,文章在界定可持续土地利用伦理内涵的基础上,阐述了可持续土地利用中伦理行为的研究意义和判断的理论依据,探讨了土地可持续利用与土地利用伦理的辨证关系,提出了可持续土地利用的伦理原则和价值取向.     

恐龙的发展

正时间追溯到2.3亿年前,那时,统治地球的是一个庞大的恐龙家族,它们是地球上的生灵,在这个星球上生活了两亿年之久。但"物竞天择,适者生存",这个庞大的家族终究还是难逃天灾,它们在6 500多万年前绝迹了!而它们灭绝的原因也变成了科学史上的不解之谜。今天,我来到了诸城恐龙博物馆,参观了博物馆、恐龙河、恐龙山,不仅看到了许多从来不曾见过的恐龙骨架,而且见到了满山遍野的恐龙尸骨碎块,凄惨而壮观。

华夏家谱GIS的数据组织与系统架构

华夏文明源远流长,家谱、正史与方志共同构成了中华文明史的三个重要成分,其中,家谱以家族中的个人信息为基本记录单元,以人与人之间的关系为框架,形成了富有中国特色的对家族从空间分布到时间演化的完整描述体系,家谱资料的蕴含信息和记录粒度是其他历史资料所不能比拟的。家谱GIS扩展了现有家谱信息描述的概念,通过强化其中蕴含的空间信息,以家族谱系为基础,在空间信息技术的支持下,重构个人的空间活动,重现一个家族的兴衰、繁衍与变迁,实现从宏观到微观角度家族历史的全面地反映。本文分析了家谱与GIS的关系,提出了家谱GIS构建所必须的统一的历史地理时空描述框架;在此基础上分析了家谱中信息的组织模式,设计了的家谱的核心数据模型;在Web2.0理念下,以公众参与的开放式系统构建为基础,设计了家谱GIS的系统架构并进行了系统实现。     

贾府的贫贱朋友

金陵贾府肯定不缺朋友,尤其是富贵朋友。贾家本为大族名宦之家,位列金陵四大家族之首,和史、王、薛另外三大家族皆联络有亲,关系盘根错节。且荣国府长女贾元春贵为皇妃,这更让贾家一跃成为了皇亲国戚。这样的家族,朋友圈自然非富即贵。

协商民主理论对我国民主政治建设的启示

兴起于西方的协商民主对选举民主的功能性互补,使其在我国的民主政治建设实践中形成了中国特色社会主义协商民主,党的十八大报告中又明确"社会主义协商民主是我国人民民主的重要形式",提出要"健全社会主义协商民主制度",而西方协商民主理论对如何在我国民主政治建设中健全社会主义协商民主制度有着重要的启示。     

Natural hazard prevention and the mountain land risk reduction in the Western Carpathians

The Western Carpathians are located out of world main natural hazardous zones. Human casualties are related more to snow avalanches in connection with mountain hiking, some individuals yearly by flooding and rarely by forest fires. Economic lost about 0.1 to 0.2 %, exceptionally up to 0.8 % of the gross domestic product （GDP） proportionally to the Carpathian regions of particular countries. Natural disasters are linked, except of the above mentioned events, to infrequent small and medium scale earthquakes, landslides, and erosion. Records of the most harmful natural events are found in archives since the 16^th century. Their systematic study and factor analysis started from the end of the 19^th century, and protective measures and organization of impact mitigation developed during the 20^th century to minimize the risk.     

Natural Hazard Preventinkon and the Mountain Land Risk Reduction in the Western Carpathians

Introduction According to the definition of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), natural hazards are naturally-occurring physical phenomena caused either by rapid or slow onset events having atmospheric, geologic and hydrologic origins on solar, global, regional, national and local scales. They include earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, tsunamis, floods and drought. Natural hazards must not automatically cause disasters (UNESCO 2005). …     

Regional development and regionalization: Retrospect of China’s historical enlightenment

Chinese had noticed regional differences in ancient times and thus arouse the concept of regional sustainable development which was successfully applied to delta cultivation and civilization. Over the long term of regional development and regional exchange, much experience therefore was accumulated based on coastal zones, toward both inner land and open ocean. Regionalization, a basic job preceding sustainable development of a region, has also been carried out in China since ancient times. More important, patterns of regionalization were retained, these presents serve as references even today. Reflections on China’s historical enlightenment can assist us in locating the breakthroughs in regional development in the 21st century: facing the oceans with the seaport cities as nucleuses.     

On the relation between the evolution of natural environment and human factors and the development of urban settlement—Take the Lanzhou Valley Basin as an examples

Lanzhou Valley Basin is composed of two smaller diamond-shaped basins striking from NW to SE and including 6 river terraces. The lower terraces remaining even and smooth are main sites for city buildings. The main function of Lanzhou urban settlement is a ferry and transport centre. Lanzhou used to be an important crossing site and post on the “silk road”, and then became a transport and trade centre in Northwest China. In the middle part of the 17th century, Lanzhou became the capital of Gansu, a new province. The development process of Lanzhou urban settlement indicates that urban settlement is a system consisting of natural environment and human society based on the former.     

Modeling Arctic Ocean heat transport and warming episodes in the 20th century caused by the intruding Atlantic Water

This study investigates the Arctic Ocean warming episodes in the 20th century using both a high-resolution coupled global climate model and historical observations. The model, with no flux adjustment, reproduces well the Atlantic Water core temperature （AWCT） in the Arctic Ocean and shows that four largest decadalscale warming episodes occurred in the 1930s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, in agreement with the hydrographic observational data. The difference is that there was no pre-warming prior to the 1930s episode, while there were two pre-warming episodes in the 1970s and 80s prior to the 1990s, leading the 1990s into the largest and prolonged warming in the 20th century. Over the last century, the simulated heat transport via Fram Strait and the Barents Sea was estimated to be, on average, 31.32 TW and 14.82 TW, respectively, while the Bering Strait also provides 15.94 TW heat into the west- ern Arctic Ocean. Heat transport into the Arctic Ocean by the Atlantic Water via Fram Strait and the Barents Sea correlates significantly with AWCT （ C = 0.75 ） at 0- lag. The modeled North Atlantic Oscillation （NAO） index has a significant correlation with the heat transport （ C = 0.37 ）. The observed AWCT has a significant correlation with both the modeled AWCT （ C =0.49） and the heat transport （ C =0.41 ）. However, the modeled NAO index does not significantly correlate with either the observed AWCT （ C = 0.03 ） or modeled AWCT （ C = 0.16 ） at a zero-lag, indicating that the Arctic climate system is far more complex than expected.     

Durability classification of red beds rocks in central Yunnan based on particle size distribution and slaking procedure

Moisture induced disintegration of soft rock in Red Beds is common all over the world. The slake durability index test is most useful to quantify durability of the soft rocks. Based on a series of slaking test, this article aims to develop a durability classification involving particle size and slaking procedure. To describe the slaking procedure in detail,the Relative Slake Durability Index(Id_i) is proposed. The Id_i is the percentage ratio of the i~(th) weight of oven-dry retained portion to the(i-1)~(th) weight of ovendry retained portion. Results show that the Id_i of samples have a large difference in certain slaking procedure, whereas the traditional Durability Slake Index(Id) is almost constant. Considering this limitation of Id in durability classification, an advanced classification by applying the Id_i and disintegration ratio(DR) is further established in this article. Compared to the durability classification based on Slake Durability Index(Id), the new classification accounts for the particle size of the slaked material and the slaking procedure, so it provides a better measure of the degree of slaking. The classification recommended in this article divide the slake durability into three classes(i.e., low, medium and high class). Furthermore, it divides both the low class and the medium class into 3 subclasses.     

郑和下西洋与15世纪前后中西海洋文化价值取向比较

郑和作为 15世纪世界航海事业的启幕人 ,其航海壮举标志着中国海洋文化发展到中国历史的一个颠峰。之后 ,西方海洋文化的发展 ,成为欧洲资本主义工业化的历史前奏。中国海洋文化的衰弱 ,为近代中国历史定势埋下伏笔。 15世纪前后 ,中西海洋文化的生存价值取向、经济价值取向和人文价值取向具有不同的特征 ,这使得一直雄踞人类海洋文化前列的中国海洋文化 ,最后被西方海洋文化取代。     

Laboratory investigation of disintegration characteristics of purple mudstone under different hydrothermal conditions

Disintegration of rock is one of the primary processes of soil formation and geomorphology and is affected considerably by water and heat.This study focused on the disintegration characteristics under laboratory conditions of typical purple mudstone from the Tuodian group of Jurassic red beds(J3t) in Tuodian Town,Shuangbai county,Yunnan Province of southern China.The fresh mudstone was subjected to alternating applications of water,heat and hydrothermal interaction during five treatments:wetting-drying(WD),saturation(ST),refrigeration-heating(RH),a combination of wetting-drying and refrigeration-heating(WDRH),and a combination of saturation and refrigeration-heating(STRH).Each treatment was run in twenty-four cycles.The results showed that there are three types of disintegration:collapsing disintegration,exfoliation disintegration and imperceptible disintegration.The cumulative disintegration rate(percentage of cumulative disintegrated mass to the initiative sample mass passed through a 2 mm sieve) produced a ’S’-shape function when related to treatment cycle time and closely fit a logistic model(R2 > 0.99).The rank order of the cumulative disintegration rate resulting from the five treatments was as the following:WDRH > STRH > ST > WD > RH.Because of alternating periods of moisture and dryness,WD caused the most disintegration,while RH alone resulted in imperceptible disintegration.Additionally,there was a negative correlation between the disintegration rate of each treatment cycle(percentage of disintegrated mass to the treated sample mass) and treatment cycle number.There was a positive correlation between this rate and temperature change under moist conditions,indicating that a change in temperature greatly accelerates the disintegration of parent rock when water was supplied.
