省国土资源厅开展暗访明纠促进行风建设

6月1日至4日,省国土资源厅邀请省委第三巡视组、省纠风办、厅属事业单位纪委的同志及厅行风监督员,分为两个政风行风暗访组,分赴西宁、海东、海南、海西、海北、黄南等州地市及城中、城北、城西、大通、湟源、民和、乐都、平安、化隆、互助、共和、兴海、德令哈、乌兰、天峻、刚察、海晏、同仁、尖扎等区县的25个国土资源局进行明察暗访,了解政风行风建设的真实状况,针对发现的问题提出整改建议。     

第七章 徽量元素地球化学

一、微量元素的分布和特征各岩体微量元素的平均含量和变异系数见表21。由表可以得出以下几点认识: 1.与世界花岗岩平均值相比,普遍较高的元素是:Sr、Ba、Cu、pb、U、Ag、Hf;普遍较低的元素是:Cr、Co、Ni、Au、As、Sb、Hg、Li、Nb、Ta、Th、F等。 2。各岩体变化不大的元素是:Ga、Ta、Nb、Ni等;变化较大的元素是:Ag、Cu、Sr、Ba、U、F、C1等。

我国加强重点矿种重点成矿区带勘查随着《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》的出台,我国将加强重点矿种、重点成矿区带的勘查工作。根据对经济社会发展的需求和国内成矿条件的分析,经科学论证,国土资源部提出需要突出加强勘童的16个重点矿种、11个主要含油气盆地、13个大型煤炭基地和16个重点金属成矿区带。 16个对经济社会发展具有重要意义的矿种是：石油、天然气、煤、煤层气、铀、铁、铜、铝、铅、锌、锰、镍、钨、锡、钾盐、金。其中特别突出石油、天然气、煤、铀、铁、铜、铝7个重点矿种     

山东化石漫谈

化石是由自然作用保存于地层中的地史时期的生物遗体和遗迹。山东境内化石丰富,已知属种有上千之多。如古生代的三叶虫、鹦鹉螺、腕足、海百合、蕨类植物,中生代的恐龙、昆虫、叶肢介、瓣鳃、腹足、鱼、裸子植物,新生代的哺乳、爬行、两栖、鱼、鸟、昆虫、蜘蛛及被子植物等化石均已被发现。山东有名扬海内外的山旺化石“宝库”,这是个不足1km2的古火山口盆地,被以纸状硅藻页岩为主的沉积物所充填,叠厚数十米,内有极其丰富的精美的枝、叶、花、果、虫、鸟、鱼、兽化石,又名“万卷书”。这里集中反映了新生代中新世一个完整的热带生物群落。化…     

中国7月1日起启用2000国家大地坐标系

随着经济发展和社会的进步,中国航天、海洋、地震、气象、水利、建设、规划、地质调查、国土资源管理等领域的科学研究需要一个以全球参考基准为背景的、全国统一的、协调一致的坐标系统,来处理国家、区域、海洋与全球化的资源、环境、社会和信息等问题,需要采用定义更加科学、原点位于地球质量中心的三维国家大地坐标系。     

全国第五届沸石矿产资源开发应用技术交流会在济南召开

为了及时总结交流历次沸石开发利用会议以来的新技术、新成果和新经验;借以推动改革开放新时期沸石产业技术水平的提高.由山东省地矿局主持于1993年3月28日至31日在济南召开了全国第五届沸石矿产资源开发应用技术交流会.出席会议的代表来自北京、天津、黑龙江、内蒙、辽宁、新疆、陕西、甘肃、河北、河南、山东、安徽、江苏、浙江、福建、江西、广东、广西、云南、贵州等20 个省、市、自治区的地矿、化工、环保、冶金、建材、铁道等部门的与沸石生产、科研和教学有关的专家、学者和经管人员,计90余人。会议共收到论文20余篇.内容涉及天然和人工合成沸石在农林牧与水产业、轻工日化、汽车、     

矿产资源的综合利用及管理

(一) 矿产资源是地球赋予人类的巨大财富,是与土地、水、动物、植物等自然资源并重的为人类赖以生存和发展的决定因素之一。其形成的客观规律,导致了人类今天所利用的各种矿产资源,如金属矿产、非金属矿产、能源矿产等等。自然界中的各种矿产资源是由多种矿物元素组成,因此,矿产资源本身,具有一定的综合利用性质。我国的金川铜镍矿,除镍、铜、外,大量存在钴、铂、钯、金、银等多种贵稀金属;白银厂多金属黄铁矿型铜矿床,除铜、硫、金、银具有工业价值外,铅、锌、硒、碲、镓、铟、铊、镉、铋、汞、砷等元素均具综合利用价值;小秦岭的金矿,除金、银外,铜、铅、锌、硫等均可综合利用,很多实例说     

火焰塞曼原子吸收法相对灵敏度和检出限的测定

本文用火焰塞曼原子吸收法对Ag、Au等20余种元素的相对灵敏度和检出限进行了测定。实验结果表明:塞曼分裂对各种元素的测定灵敏度均有不同程度的降低。其中Co、Cd、Hg、Ga、Au、Ni、Pb、Pd、等元素的灵敏度降低2～7％;Mg、Zn、Ca、Sb、Fe、Mn、Bi等元素降低11～27％;Ag、Sr、Na、K、Cu等元素降低38～59％。但是由于塞曼原子吸收法的特点,对SbNa、Cd、Ag、Cr、Cu、Mg、Zn、Mn、Ca、Pb等元素来说,塞曼火焰原子吸收法的检出限要低于常规火焰法。塞曼火焰法的基线也比常规火焰法稳定的多,这就显示了塞曼仪器的优越性。此外本文还对实验结果及仪器性能等进行了讨论。

1986年6月23—27日,在西柏林召开了“国际第二次地震预测、地震危险性评定、震情估计及灾害防御”会议。参加会议的有西德、美国,中国、印度、法国、意大利、南斯拉夫、保加利亚、荷兰、希腊、土耳其、塞浦路斯、摩洛哥、突尼斯、阿尔及利亚等国的一百多名代表,西德各地的代表占半数以上。     

Thermohaline structure inhomogeneity associated with polynia at the northern margin of Emery Ice-shelf

Based on the hydrographic data in austral summer during the 22nd Antarctic Expedition of China(2005/2006),some features can be found about the northern margin of Emery ice shelf as follows.The heat content in the surface layer(0-50 m) at the eastern end and the western end of the ice-shelf margin is much higher than that at the middle.The upper mixing-layer depth and the seasonal thermocline depth at the middle of the ice-shelf northern margin are much shallower than those at the both ends.However there is much less difference between the middle and the ends in the bottom layer.The remote sensing photos show that the inhomogeneity in the surface-layer water is closely related to the spatial distribution of the floes and polynia in the area.     

Phylogenetic analysis of cultivable bacteria isolated from Arctic sea-ice

Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA of 8 strains of cultivable bacteria isolated from Arctic sea-ice was studied.The results showed that strain BJ1 belonged to genus Planococcus,which was a genus of low mole percent G C gram-positive bacteria;strain BJ6 belonged to genus Burkholderia of β-proteobacteria and the rest 6 strain all belonged to γ-proteobacteria,of which strain BJ8 was a species of Pseudoalteromonas,strain BJ2-BJ5 and BJ7 were members of genus Psychrobacter.Phylogenetic analysis also indicated that bacteria of genus Psychrobacter of the isolates formed a relatively independent phylogenetic cluster in comparison with other bacteria belonged to genus Psychrobacter.

Relationship of Arctic sea ice and Northern Hemispheric 500 hPa Polar vortices

Using the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis monthly 500 hPa height data on a 2.5 latitude-longitude grid and 1°×1° sea ice data,the polar vortex area,intensity index and arctic sea ice area index are calculated respectively,and the meridional distribution,period variation and the abrupts in the long range trend are analyzed to study their relationship.The results show that the meridional distribution of sea ice and polar vortex h-ave distinctive difference,the relative positions of them are different in the eastern and western hemispheres,and exept they have periods of 4 months,quasi half year,quasi year,4-5 years and 10 years commonly,and each of them has its own respective variation as well.The sea ice area is decreasing apparently since 1980's,so is the polar vortex area,but their abrupt changge time are different totally.The area of sea ice and polar vortex has prominent positive correlation,but the relationship of sea ice intensity,polar vortex intensity,polar vortex area is complicated.
