To interpret the leaching rules, select suitable treatment methods, or optimize the treatment process of refractory gold ores, an in-depth analysis of ore characteristics using ore mineralogy is required. In this study, the mineralogical characteristics of a low-grade refractory gold ore were analyzed by a variety of analytical techniques and methods. The ore composition was obtained by chemical analysis, and the main minerals include gold, pyrite, arsenopyrite, feldspar, mica, and quartz. Gold exists in the form of sub-microscopic gold with a particle size of fewer than 1.7 μm, of which 56.90 % is encapsulated gold, 16.97 % is semi-coated gold, and 26.13 % is fractured gold. The content, classification, shape, grain distribution, and occurrence state of the main minerals in the gold ore were obtained by microscopic observation and statistical analysis. Based on the results, the leaching rules of the gold ore were predicted, and suggestions for optimizing the pretreatment process were put forward. These results can accurately guide the pretreatment and leaching process of the gold ore and lay a foundation for the effective utilization of comparable gold ores.  相似文献

The Wendeng gold deposit is located 30 km northwest of Wendeng City,Shandong Province, occurring in a brecciated alteration zone in the foot wall of the NNE-striking fault(F1). It consists of quartz, pyrite, specularite, potash feldspar, sericite, carbonates and chlorite hosted in Proterozoic biotite-plagioclasee gneiss. Three generations of quartz are recognized based on cathodoluminescence and micro morphology. Systematic studies of fluid inclusions provide data to establish P-T-V-X relations for the fluid evolution in mineralization process.It is concluded that the ore-forming solution was evolved from meteoric water through ghermal events during Mesozoic tectonics. The precipitation of gold was related to two boiling events.  相似文献

This work seeks to understand the role of hydrolyzed rice husk in pyrite bio-oxidation. Solution parameters during the bio-oxidation process were monitored, and the bio-oxidation residues were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. Results showed that rice husk mainly affected pyrite bio-oxidation by promoting microbial reproduction and changing microbial community. It mainly inhibited the reproduction of Sulfobacillus and promoted the reproduction of Leptospirillum. There was a significant positive correlation between pyrite oxidation and the proportion of Leptospirillum. Rice husk had no obvious impact on the adhesion of different microorganisms on the pyrite surface. Quantity and hydrolysis of rice husk are the two factors that affect microbial communities. 1 g·L−1 of fully hydrolyzed rice husk can maximize the pyrite bio-oxidation by about 20% after 14 days. The promoting mechanism of rice husk on pyrite bio-oxidation is summarized based on the results, which provides theoretical support for future industrial applications.  相似文献

在中-酸性岩浆岩、碱性岩浆岩、片麻岩及混合岩等岩石类型中,钾长石是含铅最高的造岩矿物,其铅含量是全岩铅含量的2~10倍,云母类矿物铅含量的3~16倍,石英铅含量的6~32倍.早元古代、太古宙岩石中钾长石含量低,钾长石中的铅占全岩铅含量的比例低于10%,中元古代以来的碱性岩浆岩、富含钾长石的花岗岩和变质岩,钾长石含量增高,其中所含的铅占全岩铅的比例明显增大,钾长石含量达50%~70%的碱性岩,钾长石中的铅约占全岩总铅量的70%~95%.钾长石在后期极易发生水热蚀变,转变为绢云母、方解石、石英等,在这种转变过程中,铅大量析出进入流体相.这种变化能够为后期铅的成矿提供成矿物质.  相似文献

通过化学分析、扫描电镜以及工艺矿物学自动定量分析系统(MLA)等测试方法对河南嵩县下蒿坪金矿进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,包括原矿化学组成、矿物组成、金的赋存状态、主要载金矿物嵌布特征以及矿物解离特性等。结果表明,该金矿中主要可回收的有价金属为金,其品位为3.75×10-6。该金矿的原矿矿物主要由石英、钾长石、钠长石、黄铁矿和铁白云石组成,此外还有少量的赤铁矿、萤石、白云石以及方解石。原矿中的金主要赋存在黄铁矿中,而黄铁矿大部分以细粒、微细粒形式嵌布在石英和长石颗粒中。原矿中自然金的含量非常少,多以单独的自然金颗粒形式存在。原矿磨至P80=0.074 mm(-0.074 mm粒级含量占80%)时载金矿物黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿的单体解离度相对较高,有利于通过浮选回收。  相似文献

Rocks from two parts of the Ultradauphinois Zone of the external French Alps have been examined, and the mechanisms by which they were deformed have been assessed from petrographic data. Jurassic and Triassic limestones deformed by pressure solution, dissolving non-ferroan-calcite and precipitating ferroan-calcite. Calcite pressure shadows are usually less elliptical in shape than pyrite pressure shadows, and grain boundary sliding is therefore thought to have played a significant role. Eocene rocks deformed by a variety of mechanisms. Limestones show mylonitic textures, whereas limestone conglomerates with a quartz-sandstone matrix deformed by pressure solution of calcite and grain boundary sliding of quartz. A model for enhanced diffusion of silica along mica seams is proposed to account for planar quartz-mica boundaries. Greywackes deformed by incongruent pressure solution, involving the metamorphic reaction of feldspar to mica and quartz, coupled with the replacement of feldspar by calcite.  相似文献

焦家式金矿形成于从韧性构造到脆性构造的转折期,金城金矿床乃至焦家金矿田控矿构造从早到晚经历了左行韧性逆冲、右行脆性张剪、右行脆性压剪和正断层四个活动阶段。成矿作用从早到晚可分为5个阶段,石英钾长石阶段发育于韧性变形前,与围岩玲珑花岗岩有较大时差而与主成矿阶段时间相近,为成矿初期;石英铁碳酸盐黄铁矿阶段、石英黄铜矿阶段和黄铁绢英岩阶段为主成矿阶段,发生于脆性构造环境,前二者形成于右行张剪环境,后者在各个阶段均不同程度发育,但以右行压剪阶段最重要;碳酸盐阶段为成矿末期。  相似文献

Ore mineralization and wall rock alteration of Crater Mountain gold deposit, Papua New Guinea, were investigated using ore and host rock samples from drill holes for ore and alteration mineralogical study. The host rocks of the deposit are quartz‐feldspar porphyry, feldspar‐hornblende porphyry, andesitic volcanics and pyroclastics, and basaltic‐andesitic tuff. The main ore minerals are pyrite, sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite and moderate amounts of tetrahedrite, tennantite, pyrrhotite, bornite and enargite. Small amounts of enargite, tetradymite, altaite, heyrovskyite, bismuthinite, bornite, idaite, cubanite, native gold, CuPbS2, an unidentified Bi‐Te‐S mineral and argentopyrite occur as inclusions mainly in pyrite veins and grains. Native gold occurs significantly in the As‐rich pyrite veins in volcanic units, and coexists with Bi‐Te‐S mineral species and rarely with chalcopyrite and cubanite relics. Four mineralization stages were recognized based on the observations of ore textures. Stage I is characterized by quartz‐sericite‐calcite alteration with trace pyrite and chalcopyrite in the monomict diatreme breccias; Stage II is defined by the crystallization of pyrite and by weak quartz‐chlorite‐sericite‐calcite alteration; Stage III is a major ore formation episode where sulfides deposited as disseminated grains and veins that host native gold, and is divided into three sub‐stages; Stage IV is characterized by predominant carbonitization. Gold mineralization occurred in the sub‐stages 2 and 3 in Stage III. The fS2 is considered to have decreased from ~10?2 to 10?14 atm with decreasing temperature of fluid.  相似文献

The Songligou gold‐telluride deposit, located in Songxian County, western Henan Province, China, is one of many gold‐telluride deposits in the Xiaoqinling‐Xiong'ershan district. Gold orebodies occur within the Taihua Supergroup and are controlled by the WNW F101 Fault, and the fault was cut across by a granite porphyry dike. Common minerals in gold orebodies include quartz, chlorite, epidote, K‐feldspar, calcite, fluorite, sericite, phlogopite, bastnasite, pyrite, galena, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, tellurides, gold, bismuthinite, magnetite, and hematite, and pyrite is the dominant sulfide. Four mineralization stages are recognized, including pyrite‐quartz stage (I), quartz‐pyrite stage (II), gold‐telluride stage (III), and quartz‐calcite stage (IV). This work reports the Rb–Sr age of gold‐telluride‐bearing pyrite and zircon U–Pb age of granite porphyry, as well as S isotope data of pyrite and galena. The pyrite Rb–Sr isochron age is 126.6 ± 2.3 Ma (MSWD = 1.8), and the average zircon U–Pb age of granite porphyry is 166.8 ± 4.1 Ma (MSWD = 4.9). (87Sr/86Sr) i values of pyrite and δ34S values of sulfides vary from 0.7104 to 0.7105 and ?11.84 to 0.28‰, respectively. The obtained Rb–Sr isochron age represents the ore formation age of the Songligou gold‐telluride deposit, which is much younger than the zircon U–Pb age of the granite porphyry. Strontium and S isotopes, together with the presence of bastnaesite, suggest that the ore‐forming fluid was derived from felsic magmas with input of a mantle component and subsequently interacted with the Taihua Supergroup. Tellurium was derived from metasomatized mantle and was related to the subduction of the Shangdan oceanic crust and Izanagi plate beneath the North China Craton (NCC). This deposit is a part of the Early Cretaceous large‐scale gold mineralization in east NCC and formed in an extensional tectonic setting.  相似文献

辽宁东五家子金矿的矿脉由蚀变岩和石英脉透镜体构成,可采矿体均为硫化物石英脉型.工业矿脉中,石英为烟灰色,发育他形、半自形的细粒黄铁矿等硫化物,有较大规模的矿体.矿化脉中,石英为乳白色,发育粗粒、自形的浅色黄铁矿,无可采矿体.在工业矿脉、次要矿脉、矿化脉的蚀变岩和石英脉样品中,Au,Hg与其他元素的相关性有明显区别.用石英脉样品的As-Ni-Ba图解和蚀变岩样品的Au-Ag-Ba图解预测,矿区外围的西沟1号脉和西沟3号脉属于工业矿脉.  相似文献

花岗岩是陶瓷工业中所需长石原料的重要来源之一.由于花岗岩中云母和氧化铁的存在,其最终产品的质量受到影响(强度、硬度、密度降低).本研究对浙江花岗岩采用两阶段分离方法,以提高花岗岩中长石的质量.第一阶段为重力分离,去除重矿物杂质;第二阶段为磁性分离,进一步减少铁含量.用机械方法对不同加工阶段的3种样品进行了成分测试:1)原料花岗岩;2)第一阶段处理的花岗岩;3)第二阶段处理的花岗岩.结果显示,最终处理后的样品较之原始花岗岩在显微硬度、强度、密度及裂隙坚韧性方面都有明显提高.  相似文献

内蒙古乌拉山金矿田内主要出露晚太古代乌拉山群区域变质岩和规模不一的花岗岩体以及不同时代、不同种类的脉状地质体。含金矿脉中主要矿物共生组合为碱性长石、石英、斜长石、碳酸盐矿物(方解石、白云石)和少量金属硫化物。矿床的显著特征为碱性长石交代作用强烈,碱性长石也广泛产于该地区其他各种类型的岩石中。本文采用电子显微探针分析了共生碱性长石和斜长石的化学成分,并采用三元二长石温度模型估计了碱性长石的平衡温度。结果表明,第一成矿阶段的碱性长石一石英含金矿脉中碱性长石的形成温度为353℃,第二成矿阶段石英含金矿脉中碱性长石的形成温度为281℃,矿脉碱性长石形成压力约为5kbar。这些结果与同类矿石中平衡共生的碳酸盐矿物和云母类矿物的地质温度计估计的形成温度以及共生石英中流体包裹体的均一温度非常一致。因此,乌拉山金矿床形成和富集的温度可估测为260~380℃,压力约为5kbar。此外,应用二长石温度计计算了本地区区域变质片麻岩和花岗岩中碱性长石的平衡温度,所得温度比采用共生铁铝榴石和黑云母温度计估计的温度要低约250℃。这表明共生的铁铝榴石和黑云母的平衡温度可能代表其寄主变质岩变质期温度及寄主花岗岩原生温度,而区域变质岩和花岗岩中的碱性长石在经历了随后多次热液作用后,可能重新平衡再生,这也与前人对乌拉山金矿的矿床地质和同位素研究的结果一致。  相似文献

The Duobuza gold‐rich porphyry copper district is located in the Bangongco metallogenetic belt in the Bangongco‐Nujiang suture zone south of the Qiangtang terrane. Two main gold‐rich porphyry copper deposits (Duobuza and Bolong) and an occurrence (135 Line) were discovered in the district. The porphyry‐type mineralization is associated with three Early Cretaceous ore‐bearing granodiorite porphyries at Duobuza, 135 Line and Bolong, and is hosted by volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the Middle Jurassic Yanshiping Formation and intermediate‐acidic volcanic rocks of the Early Cretaceous Meiriqie Group. Simultaneous emplacement and isometric distribution of three ore‐forming porphyries is explained as multi‐centered mineralization generated from the same magma chamber. Intense hydrothermal alteration occurs in the porphyries and at the contact zone with wall rocks. Four main hypogene alteration zones are distinguished at Duobuza. Early‐stage alteration is dominated by potassic alteration with extensive secondary biotite, K‐feldspar and magnetite. The alteration zone includes dense magnetite and quartz‐magnetite veinlets, in which Cu‐Fe‐bearing sulfides are present. Propylitic alteration occurs in the host basic volcanic rocks. Extensive chloritization‐silicification with quartz‐chalcopyrite or quartz‐molybdenite veinlets superimposes on the potassic alteration. Final‐stage argillic alteration overlaps on all the earlier alteration. This alteration stage is characterized by destruction of feldspar to form illite, dickite and kaolinite, with accompanying veinlets of quartz + chalcopyrite + pyrite and quartz + pyrite assemblages. Cu coexists with Au, which indicates their simultaneous precipitation. Mass balance calculations show that ore‐forming elements are strongly enriched during the above‐mentioned three alteration stages.  相似文献

经过对4个金矿区带的系统调查研究。发现脉状热液金矿由早而晚具有磁黄铁矿-石英、黄铁矿-毒砂,黄铁矿-石英大脉、金-脉状黄铁矿、金银-多金属硫化物、金银-碲化物,黄铁矿-石英-碳酸盐7个阶段,矿床之间的差异只是成矿阶段系列发育的完整程度和成矿阶段发育的强度不同。在矿床、矿带和矿田范围内,都具有由上而下,由早而晚的金矿化垂向相对分带,Au,Cu,Zn,Pb,Ag存在明显的时空变化趋势。  相似文献

通过对山东省平度市大庄子金矿区黄铁矿、方铅矿三个蚀变阶段特征研究,发现金矿化主要发生在第二阶段,强烈的石英-黄铁矿-碳酸盐化与金矿化的关系最为密切。金多数以包体的形式赋存于黄铁矿等金属硫化物中,并且在黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿等矿物共同产出时更有利于金的富集。研究认为石英和黄铁矿组合以及黄铁矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿的组合可作为金的富集指示性矿物组合,伴生矿物之中方铅矿含金性最好。方铅矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿呈细脉状、网脉状、斑杂状产于含金石英脉和团块状黄铁矿的裂隙中,研究发现细脉状较团块状黄铁矿含金性要好。  相似文献

丘岭金矿床是西秦岭地区重要的卡林型金矿之一, 金矿化赋存于上泥盆统南阳山组和下石炭统袁家沟组地层中, 容矿岩石的岩性为钙质粉砂岩、粉砂质页岩和泥质灰岩.金矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿和毒砂, 非金属矿物则以石英、方解石和绢云母为主.通过对矿石矿物黄铁矿和毒砂的扫描电镜-能谱分析、电子探针分析和激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱分析, 对丘岭金矿床金的赋存形式和富集机理进行了较为详细的研究.结果表明, 丘岭金矿床中金主要以次显微不可见金的形式存在, 其次为显微可见金.次显微金包括: (1)固溶体金(Au+), 主要存在于环带状细粒黄铁矿的含砷增生边区域和毒砂中, 少量存在于环带状黄铁矿的核部不含砷区域; (2)纳米级自然金颗粒(Au0), 存在于粗晶黄铁矿中.环带状细粒黄铁矿核部的次显微金可能主要以胶体吸附的形式存在, 暗示容矿岩石在沉积成岩过程中有金的初步富集, 而环带状黄铁矿幔部和毒砂中的Au则主要来源于成矿流体, 以S和As的络合物形式搬运.显微可见金主要分布在细粒黄铁矿的晶体边缘和热液蚀变绢云母、石英及方解石中, 粒径通常小于3~5 μm, 其形成可能与成矿流体中金的局部过饱和及成矿流体对细粒黄铁矿和毒砂中次显微金的活化和再次富集有关.   相似文献

氧化亚铁硫杆菌对黄铁矿的氧化作用初探   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
利用自行分离培养的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(A.f菌)为实验菌株,比较了黄铁矿化学氧化和生物氧化过程中溶液铁离子浓度的变化。研究发现,Fe3 对黄铁矿的氧化速率较低,而在细菌的作用下可以不断将Fe2 氧化成Fe3 使得黄铁矿的氧化速率明显加快,因此生物氧化具有更高的效率。经过44 d的氧化之后,利用扫描电镜对氧化后的黄铁矿表面进行了显微观察,发现Fe3 的化学氧化主要集中在化学键较弱的晶棱部位,而在生物氧化的情况下矿物表面充满了密集的溶蚀坑,溶蚀坑的形状与A.f菌的外形非常相近,且规则排列。这说明A.f菌能够吸附到黄铁矿表面,并且这种吸附具有定向排列的特点。  相似文献
