小兴安岭湿地植物的光合作用日变化研究

对同一区域内两种不同类型森林沼泽的生态环境及生长在其中的植物进行调查和观测,分析讨论两种不同小气候形成的原因及对植物的影响,比较分析两种沼泽中主要植物的气孔导度、Ci/C、蒸腾、光合作用的日进程变化特性。高位沼泽中优势植物小灌木的气孔导度较高,蒸腾及光合速率高;光合曲线表现为双峰型,有明显的“午休”现象,引起“午休”现象的原因是非气孔限制因子;测试条件下高位沼泽植物的饱和光强范围是1 044.24-1 205.43μmoL/(m2·s);低位沼泽优势植物光合日变化曲线表现为单峰型和平展型,无“午休”现象。其中阴生植物蓝靛果忍冬和修氏苔草的光补偿点<18μmoL/(m2·s),低位沼泽林下落叶松和油桦的光合作用限制因子为光照强度不足,而土壤矿质营养贫乏和水的强酸性是高位沼泽中油桦和落叶松光合能力的重要限制因子。     

乌拉苔草光合速率日变化及日同化量

乌拉苔草沼泽是长白山沟谷湿地的重要类型 ,对其光合速率研究的结果表明 ,乌拉苔草光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线 ,最高峰出现在 1 0时 ,最大值是 1 8.0 7μmol(CO2 ) / (m2 ·s) ;与其该群落伴生的修氏苔草光合速率日变化出现“午休”现象。影响光合速率最大的环境因素是光量子通量密度和叶温 ,呈极显著的正相关 ,其他因素亦多呈正相关 ,环境因子综合影响了乌拉苔草的光合日进程。乌拉苔草光合作用的日总同化量为 1 896 0 1 .2 μmol(CO2 ) /m2 ,是光合能力较强的一种沼泽植物     

土壤生物结皮蒸散特征研究

土壤生物结皮在沙漠地区植被恢复和重建中具有重要的生态学意义。通过对3种土壤生物结皮[包括真藓（Bryum argenteum）、黑对齿藓（Didymodon nigrescens）和藻类结皮]在对照和3个不同水分条件下进行蒸散量以及蒸腾指标的观测,结果表明：①3种土壤生物结皮蒸散量日变化过程呈现单峰型,各个处理间峰值出现时间和蒸散量变化幅度差异较大;真藓对照组峰值为0.473 g/10 cm2,出现时间为11：00时。黑对齿藓结皮和藻类结皮蒸散量日变化趋势和真藓一致。真藓和藻类结皮在17：00时蒸散量出现负值,分别为-0.009 g/10 cm2和-0.010 g/10 cm2,说明其出现吸湿凝结水的现象;②真藓结皮的蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈现不明显的“双峰型”,说明其存在蒸腾“午休”现象;黑对齿藓和藻类结皮蒸腾速率的日变化曲线呈现“单峰型”,峰值出现的时间依含水量的下降而推后;③气孔扩散阻力和蒸腾速率为负相关关系;④蒸散作用和影响因子的相关性分析表明光量子和流量显著影响着结皮的蒸腾速率,而气孔阻力和相对湿度与蒸腾速率呈现负相关性。     

氮素添加对草原不同冠层植物光合作用的影响

氮沉降对植物的生理生态特征具有重要影响,草原不同冠层植物光合特性对氮沉降的响应不同。通过向内蒙古典型草原人工施加氮肥模拟氮沉降,测定上层代表性植物羊草（Leymus chinensis）及下层代表性植物黄囊苔草（Carex korshinskyi）的光合速率（P_n）、水分利用效率（WUE）、蒸腾速率（Tr）和气孔导度（G_s）等光合特性指标及生物量,分析氮沉降对草原不同冠层植物的影响。结果表明：羊草净光合速率随着氮添加量增加呈先上升后下降趋势,而黄囊苔草净光合速率随着氮添加量增加呈上升趋势。氮添加增加了羊草的水分利用效率、生物量和相对生物量,但是对黄囊苔草的水分利用效率、生物量和相对生物量没有影响。在施氮量高于0.8 mol·m^-2后,黄囊苔草的气孔导度和蒸腾速率极显著高于羊草（P<0.01）;整体上看,随着氮添加梯度黄囊苔草蒸腾速率呈现增加的趋势,而羊草的气孔导度和蒸腾速率的变化没有明显的规律。典型草原区不同冠层植物的光合特性对氮添加具有不同的响应,上层植物对下层植物光合作用的限制较小。     

干旱胁迫下三江平原湿地毛苔草光合作用日变化特性研究

为了探讨干旱胁迫下毛苔草的光合特性,选三江平原湿地毛苔草（Carex lasiocarpa）无性系种群进行桶栽模拟实验,采用Li6400型便携式光合仪测定毛苔草光合作用日变化特性。结果表明：毛苔草对干旱的适应能力较强,在土壤含相对水量保持在300g／kg的干旱处理（S1）下,仍能进行光合生产,但其光合参数除气孔限制值（Ls）外,均较对照（CK,水位在0—10cm波动的自然降水）有所降低。2种水分处理下毛苔草的光合速率（Pn）、气孔导度（Gs）和蒸腾速率（Tr）的日变化趋势均呈单峰曲线变化,干旱处理的峰值均出现在8：30,而对照处理的峰值出现在10：30;胞间CO2浓度（Ci）的日变化均呈“V”字型,干旱和对照处理的最低值分别出现在10：30和12：30。毛苔草Pn日变化过程即有气孔限制的贡献也有非气孔限制的作用。毛苔草在干旱处理下Pn与Gs和Tr均呈极显著正相关,与Ci和Ls的日变化呈不显著的负相关关系;而在对照处理下Pn与Ci极显著负相关,与Tr呈极显著正相关,而与Gs呈显著正相关关系,与Ls呈不显著的相关关系。干旱胁迫使光合速率与其它光合参数之间的相关性发生较大变化。     

辽河口湿地芦苇叶片蒸腾及其与影响因子关系研究

于2009年8～10月,在辽河口芦苇(Phragmites australis)沼泽地,采用野外培养箱土培模拟实验方法,人为控制水位,用PM-5型稳态气孔计测量了不同水深条件下芦苇叶片的蒸腾速率,研究了芦苇叶片蒸腾及其与影响因子的关系.结果表明,不同水深条件下,芦苇叶片蒸腾速率日变化差异明显;当控制水位在地表以上10 ...     

珍稀濒危植物半日花光合作用日动态变化的初步研究

对半日花的光合生理生态特征的分析表明:在晴朗天气条件下,半日花的净光合速率曲线呈双峰型,在 9:00和15:00左右达到峰值。蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈单峰型,在 15:00 达到最大。数据分析表明:空气温度和气孔导度是半日花光合作用和蒸腾作用的主要影响因子。叶绿素荧光作用参数的日变化结果显示:半日花受中午强光和高温的影响发生光抑制,使PSⅡ系统发生可逆失活,产生光合"午休"现象。     

丘间滩地糜子和玉米光合蒸腾特性与内外影响因子的关系

对种植在丘间滩地的糜子和玉米进行了光合、蒸腾及一系列内外影响因子的测定。结果表明:两种作物光合、蒸腾日进程曲线均呈单峰型;蒸腾速率达峰值的时间落后于光合速率达峰值的时间;光合速率主要受光合有效辐射和温度的影响;蒸腾速率主要受空气湿度和气孔导度的调控;光合、蒸腾受植物叶水势和胞间CO₂浓度的影响不大。两种作物光合与蒸腾特性、水分利用效率及内部调解机制的变化极为相似,只是在光合速率、水分利用效率和对高温的适应上,糜子略优于玉米。     

沙坡头地区一年生植物的生理生态特性研究

对腾格里沙漠沙坡头地区一年生植物沙米(Agriophyllum squarrosum)、刺沙蓬(Salsola ruthenica)和虫实(Corispermum declinatum)光合作用日变化的研究结果表明,沙米的光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均呈单峰型,其最高峰出现在11:00左右。刺沙蓬的光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均呈"双峰型",光合速率、蒸腾速率在9:00有一个峰值,而后在11:00有一个谷值,13:00至15:00出现一天中的最高峰值;而其气孔导度在早7:00是一天中的最高峰值,而后在13:00有一个谷值,其次高峰出现在15:00~ 17:00,与蒸腾作用的日变化表现出密切的相关性。虫实的光合速率只是在早7:00有一较小的高峰,其余时间基本维持在较低的水平,其蒸腾速率最高峰出现在11:00,气孔导度最高峰出现在9:00~ 11:00,15:00为一天中的最小值,17:00又有所回升,而后开始下降。就3种一年生植物比较而言,在早7:00时光合速率相差不大,随着气温的升高,虫实的光合速率逐渐下降,而沙米和刺沙蓬的光合速率逐渐增高,比虫实的光合速率提高了4~ 6倍。刺沙蓬出现了明显的蒸腾午休现象,这可能是由于刺沙蓬的叶为肉质叶,它对周围环境变化的反应更灵敏,其调控机制变得活跃了,利用蒸腾午休来降低植物水分散失的效率,保证叶片相对稳定的含水量。沙米和虫实的蒸腾速率变化不如刺沙蓬大, 且蒸腾速率的日变化仍表现为单峰型, 从这一点来说, 沙米和虫实对干旱环境的反应不如刺沙蓬敏感。     

干旱地区植被影响沙地水分传输机理及其参数化

从植物生长与水分平衡的关系入手,在土壤水分动力学和近地面空气动力学等学科的研究基础上,依据植物生理生态学原理,探讨了干旱地区植被影响沙地水分传输的机理,初步建立了植被参数化模型和土壤-植物-大气连续体(SPAC)水分传输综合模型。主要研究结果如下:①分析了荒漠植物的生长及其动态变化特征,对沙生植物地上部与根系生长,尤其是根系在土壤中的分布进行了量化。②分析了荒漠植物的蒸腾特性及其气孔调节作用机制,指出了土壤水分亏缺是叶片气孔关闭、蒸腾作用降低的主要原因,探讨了植物蒸腾作用与气孔调节之间的复杂关系及其今后的研究重点。③揭示了沙地植被蒸发蒸腾的变化规律;分析了影响沙地植被蒸发蒸腾的生物因素和环境因素的作用。④初步建立了植被参数化和SPAC水分传输综合模型,模拟了植被结构影响冠层能量平衡过程,探讨了植物状态参数、生理参数与蒸发蒸腾的相互关系。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
