针对多波束测深条带边缘波束易受到姿态和声速等多种误差影响、相对中央波束数据质量较低的问题,本文提出一种利用相邻测线重叠区域对多波束测深数据边缘波束进行横摇运动残差改正的模型,提高边缘波束测深数据的质量。使用沿航向的测深点匹配插值模型,完成中央波束测深点与边缘波束测深点的匹配,得到边缘波束测深误差值;使用横摇运动残差改正模型,实现顾及姿态角的条件下补偿波束入射角。计算实例表明:本文模型能够较为准确地提取边缘波束测深误差值,改正后的海底地形削弱了误差导致的上下起伏,有效地减少了影响边缘波束的多种误差,具有实际的工程应用价值。  相似文献

The bathymetry data of marine bodies have been collected over a century, and the collected data have a wide range of resolution and accuracy. Acquisition of bathymetry data is very costly and time-consuming. One can use the old, low-quality bathymetry data to fill the gap in high-quality, recently acquired bathymetry data after correcting the old data to improve its quality so that it is comparable to the high-quality data. The old data correction can be treated as a nonlinear inverse problem. Simulated annealing (SA) global optimization method was used here in solving this problem. The two sets of data that were used are project survey (PS) and Vietnamese Navy Chart (VNC) data. The PS data were collected in 2000 in an offshore survey from the Vietnam coast in the South China Sea (SCS). The VNC data were obtained by digitizing VNC that was published in 1981. Inverse distance weighted (IDW) interpolation method was used for forward modeling. Weperformed the SA algorithm run starting at a high "temperature," then lowering the "temperature" gradually up to the "critical temperature" and then staying there for the rest of the run. The best model chosen by the algorithm showed an improvement of 63% from the original model. We then constructed a digital bathymetry model (DBM) of the study area with the combined corrected VNC and the PS data.  相似文献

在多光谱遥感浅海水深反演过程中,考虑到水体和底质影响,水深值和海水表面辐射亮度之间的线性关系不成立。本文以甘泉岛南部0~25m范围的沙质区域为研究区域,利用GeoEye-1多光谱遥感影像和多波束实测水深数据构建XGBoost非线性水深反演模型,研究了XGBoost算法用于水深反演的性能。以决定系数(R~2),均方误差(MSE)和平均绝对误差(MAE)作为评价指标,并与3种传统线性回归模型进行了对比分析。结果表明, XGBoost非线性水深反演模型的R~2、MSE和MAE分别为0.991、0.33m和0.44m,拟合程度最好,精度优于线性回归模型。为进一步探究各模型在不同水深的反演精度,将水深范围分成3段(0~8 m, 8~15 m, 15~25 m)分别进行精度验证和误差分析。结果表明, XGBoost模型在各分段的精度均优于线性回归模型, MSE依次为0.56 m, 0.14 m和0.43 m。可见,在单一底质区域下XGBoost模型的水深反演精度更高,且反演效果更稳定。  相似文献

Global Bathymetry and Elevation Data at 30 Arc Seconds Resolution: SRTM30_PLUS   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
A new 30-arc second resolution global topography/bathymetry grid (SRTM30_PLUS) has been developed from a wide variety of data sources. Land and ice topography comes from the SRTM30 and ICESat topography, respectively. Ocean bathymetry is based on a new satellite-gravity model where the gravity-to-topography ratio is calibrated using 298 million edited soundings. The main contribution of this study is the compilation and editing of the raw soundings, which come from NOAA, individual scientists, SIO, NGA, JAMSTEC, IFREMER, GEBCO, and NAVOCEANO. The gridded bathymetry is available for ftp download in the same format as the 33 tiles of SRTM30 topography. There are 33 matching tiles of source identification number to convey the provenance of every grid cell. The raw sounding data, converted to a simple common format, are also available for ftp download.  相似文献

数据同化利用观测信息对模型状态场调整的同时也可以对数值模型中的不确定参数进行估计,从而改进数值模型,提高数值模拟的精度。本文基于集合调整卡尔曼滤波方法,采用广义坐标系统的美国普林斯顿大学海洋模式的外模式开展了渤海和部分黄海海域M2分潮模拟中的水深估计研究。理想数据同化试验结果表明,集合调整卡尔曼滤波方法能很好地降低模式模拟的水位误差并反演出“真实”的水深参数。而在NAO.99Jb和验潮站数据的实际数据同化试验中,与验潮站数据相比较,水深参数估计后,模式模拟的M2分潮振幅与迟角误差分别降低了40.27%和49.19%。  相似文献

Local changes in the marine geoid (<100 nm in size) correspond well with bathymetric features such as seamounts. Thus the marine geoid height may be used to verify existing features, predict the bathymetry of unsurveyed areas, and fill gaps in existing data. The application of matching high‐pass filters to both the geoid and bathymetry data of an area allows the regional trends to be removed so that only the features remain. Filter values that begin to pass data with wavelengths less than 125 miles and all data with wave lengths less than 70 miles were selected. The high‐frequency variations of the geoid can then be correlated to the bathymetry and a scaling factor between the two calculated. The highest correlations (.81) were achieved using a cut‐off value for the filtered geoid data. A gridded synthetic bathymetry file was created by scaling the filtered geoid to the filtered bathymetry and adding the low pass background bathymetry. The gridded historical bathymetry could then be subtracted from the synthetic bathymetry in an automated method to display probable new features. A final selection of 458 previously unreported major features was then made.  相似文献

National hydrographic offices need a better means of assessing the adequacy of existing nautical charts in order to plan and prioritize future hydrographic surveys. The ability to derive bathymetry from multispectral satellite imagery is a topic that has received considerable attention in scientific literature. However, published studies have not addressed the ability of satellite-derived bathymetry to meet specific hydrographic survey requirements. Specifically, the bathymetry needs to be referenced to a chart datum and statistical uncertainty estimates of the bathymetry should be provided. Ideally, the procedure should be based on readily-available, low-cost software, tools, and data. This paper describes the development and testing of a procedure using publicly-available, multispectral satellite imagery to map and portray shallow-water bathymetry in a GIS environment for three study sites: Northeast United States, Nigeria, and Belize. Landsat imagery and published algorithms were used to derive estimates of the bathymetry in shallow waters, and uncertainty of the satellite-derived bathymetry was then assessed using a Monte Carlo method. Results indicate that the practical procedures developed in this study are suitable for use by national hydrographic offices.  相似文献

在大气和海洋环境研究中,粒子滤波(PF)由于在非线性数据同化方面突出的优势,逐渐成为研究热点。最近改进的均权重粒子滤波(EWPF)为粒子滤波的进一步发展指明了新方向。集合卡尔曼滤波方法 (EAKF)作为当前主要应用的数据同化方法,使用高斯假设和线性假设来解决非线性问题,然而对均权重粒子滤波方法和卡尔曼滤波方法在非线性模式下的同化结果和特点还缺少系统详细的比较研究。本文在非线性耦合气候模式下,比较研究两种同化方法,采用均方根误差(RMSE)作为评价比较标准。实验结果表明,在非线性低频观测耦合模式中EWPF结果均优于EAKF。同时根据RMSE的结果得出,EWPF的同化结果更接近观察结果,而EAKF的同化结果更接近模式真值。  相似文献

Simultaneous estimation of the range and bearing of near-field emitters usually involves a multidimensional search. The authors examine an alternative algorithm which involves search in the range direction combined with polynomial rooting, which replaces the search in the azimuth direction. The proposed algorithm requires a smaller amount of computation than algorithms based on two-dimensional search. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation, and is compared to the Cramer-Rao bound on the bearing/range estimation errors. Abstract

The contribution of bathymetry to the estimation of gravity field related quantities is investigated in an extended test area in the Mediterranean Sea. The region is located southwest of the island of Crete, Greece, bounded between 33? ≤ ? ≤ 35? and 15? ≤ λ ≤ 25?. Gravity anomalies from the KMS99 gravity field and shipborne depth soundings are used with a priori statistical characteristics of depths in a least-squares collocation procedure to estimate a new bathymetry model. Two different global bathymetry models, namely JGP95E and Sandwell and Smith V8, are used to derive the depth a priori statistical information, while the estimated model is compared against both the global ones and the shipborne depth soundings to assess whether there is an improvement. Various marine geoid models are estimated using ERS1 and GEOSAT Geodetic Mission altimetry and shipborne gravity data. In that process, the effect of the bathymetry is computed using both the estimated and the original depths through a residual terrain modeling reduction. The TOPEX/Poseidon Sea Surface Heights, known for their high accuracy and precision, and the GEOMED solution for the geoid in the Mediterranean are used as control for the validation of the new geoid models and to assess the improvement that the estimated depths offer to geoid modeling. The results show that the newly estimated bathymetry agrees better (by about 30 to 300 m) with the shipborne depth soundings and provides smoother residual geoid heights and gravity anomalies (by about 8–20%) than those from global models. Finally, the achieved accuracy in geoid modeling ranges between 6 and 10 cm (1σ).  相似文献

This paper develops bistatic contact-localization statistics as a function of source-target-receiver geometry, source and receiver location errors, sound-speed errors, time and bearing errors, and array-heading errors. We verify the analysis through Monte Carlo simulation and illustrate localization accuracy for some representative choices of source-target-receiver geometry and measurement error assumptions. 随着我国浅海测绘需求的日益增长,文中利用四波段的WorldView-2高分辨率遥感影像,选取我国南海西沙群岛中的甘泉岛和台湾南湾地区作为典型试验区,开展水深反演研究。引入随机森林算法构建了随机森林水深反演模型,并同常用的3种水深反演模型进行精度对比。结果表明,在甘泉岛和南湾地区随机森林模型反演的水深值和真实水深值的RMSE分别为0.85 m和1.59 m,MRE分别为8%和12%,均优于其他3种模型。  相似文献

This article concerns the calculation of nonlinear crest distribution for shallow water Stokes waves. The calculations have been carried out by incorporating a second order nonlinear wave model into an asymptotic analysis method. This is a new approach to the calculation of wave crest distribution, and, as all of the calculations are performed in the probability domain, avoids the need for long time-domain simulations. The accuracy and efficiency of this new approach for calculating the wave crest distribution are validated by comparing the results predicted using it with those predicted by using the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method, by using a previous Transformed Rayleigh method, by using some existing wave crest distribution formulas, and by using the measured surface elevation data at the Poseidon platform in the Japan Sea.  相似文献

As feature size keeps scaling down, process variations can dramatically reduce the accuracy in the estimation of interconnect performance. This paper proposes a statistical Elmore delay model for RC interconnect tree in the presence of process variations. The suggested method translates the process variations into parasitic parameter extraction and statistical Elmore delay evaluation. Analytical expressions of mean and standard deviation of interconnect delay can be obtained in a given fluctuation range of interconnect geometric parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that the approach matches well with Monte Carlo simulations. The errors of proposed mean and standard deviation are less than 1% and 7%, respectively. Simulations prove that our model is efficient and accurate.  相似文献

Underwater target tracking relies on a model relating the target states to time-delay and bearing measurements. This furnishes linearized measurement models. Problems arise due to fitting models using the least-squares procedure, whose success may depend on the assumption that the data noise distribution is Gaussian. For many cases of non-Gaussian errors, performance of the least-squares estimators is far from optimal. Robust regression procedures have been proposed to improve the performance of the least-squares procedures for non-Gaussian errors, and to enhance their performance for the Gaussian errors. Filters for time-delay estimation based on the Fair and Andrews's weighting functions of the iteratively reweighted least-squares method are proposed. Surface currents measured by high frequency (HF) radar arrays are assimilated into a regional ocean model over Qingdao coastal waters based on Kalman filter method. A series of numerical experiments are per- formed to evaluate the performance of the data assimilation schemes. In order to optimize the analysis pro- cedure in the traditional ensemble Kalman filter (ENKF), a different analysis scheme called quasiensemble Kaman filter (QENKF) is proposed. The comparisons between the ENKF and the QENKF suggest that both them can improve the simulated error and the spatial structure. The estimations of the background error covariance (BEC) are also assessed by comparing three different methods: Monte Carlo method; Canadian quick covariance (CQC) method and data uncertainty engine (DUE) method. A significant reduction of the root-mean-square (RMS) errors between model results and the observations shows that the CQC method is able to better reproduce the error statistics for this coastal ocean model and the corresponding external forcing. In addition, the sensibility of the data assimilation system to the ensemble size is also analyzed by means of different scales of the ensemble size used in the experiments. It is found that given the balance of the computational cost and the forecasting accuracy, the ensemble size of 50 will be an appropriate choice in the Qingdao coastal waters.  相似文献

To achieve accurate positioning of autonomous underwater vehicles, an appropriate underwater terrain database storage format for underwater terrain-matching positioning is established using multi-beam data as underwater terrainmatching data. An underwater terrain interpolation error compensation method based on fractional Brownian motion is proposed for defects of normal terrain interpolation, and an underwater terrain-matching positioning method based on least squares estimation(LSE) is proposed for correlation analysis of topographic features. The Fisher method is introduced as a secondary criterion for pseudo localization appearing in a topographic features flat area, effectively reducing the impact of pseudo positioning points on matching accuracy and improving the positioning accuracy of terrain flat areas. Simulation experiments based on electronic chart and multi-beam sea trial data show that drift errors of an inertial navigation system can be corrected effectively using the proposed method. The positioning accuracy and practicality are high, satisfying the requirement of underwater accurate positioning.  相似文献
