夏季黄海、东海鞭毛虫的丰度与悬浮颗粒物的关系   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7

对2001年8月黄海中部和南部以及东海北部海洋鞭毛虫的丰度及其与悬浮颗粒物的数量关系进行了研究,发现调查区域内的鞭毛虫丰度为44~12 600个/cm3,它们在悬浮颗粒中所占的比例可达60%以上.悬浮颗粒物的粒径谱可以分为平缓型、驼峰型、浮游生物型和混合型.鞭毛虫丰度的变化与悬浮颗粒物的数量分布具有相似的变化趋势,整体上来说,两者数量的相关性显著,而不同的粒径谱类型中,两者的关系有不同的特点.对两者的数量关系进行了初步的探讨,并为今后海域生态调查中鞭毛虫丰度的快速估计提供一条新的途径.  相似文献

The qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the heterotrophic microbial communities (bacteria, flagellates, and ciliates) in the thin water-sediment layer in the Kara Sea are analyzed. The bacterial abundance correlated with the concentration of organic matter, whereas their size depended on the abundance of heterotrophic flagellates. The number of species of heterotrophic flagellates increased with the increase in the bacterial number. A positive relationship between the bacterial abundance and the ration of heterotrophic flagellates was observed at the offshore stations, probably due to the grazing pressure. The density of the ciliates on the soft silty and sandy-silty sediments was extremely low. The share of upstream filter feeding ciliate species increased with the increase in the abundance of the flagellates, probably due to the shift to less selective feeding strategies at higher values of the food concentrations. The classification of the heterotrophic microbial communities in the surface sediment layer has revealed two distinct types of the communities. The river communities are rich in species and are characterized by the high abundance of microorganisms. They are gradually replaced by marine communities at the salinity of 9%.  相似文献

During the summer periods of 2003–2005, the spatial and vertical distributions of the suspended particulate matter and bacteria in stratified and homogeneous waters of the White Sea was studied. The results of the study of various quantitative characteristics of the suspended particulate matter (first of all, the area of the surface and the volumetric and mass concentrations) and the abundance of microorganisms in the water are discussed. A direct correlation between the value of the surface area of the suspended particulate matter and the total number of bacteria in the water is revealed. However, it was manifested only during the early summer period of the observations and was not expressed at the end of the summer. The enhanced surface area of the suspended particulate matter can indicate the higher biochemical activity of its particles. The influence of the pelitic fraction on the bacteria abundance in different parts of the sea during the summer is estimated.  相似文献

The relationship between P (spring tidal prism) and A (throat area below mean sea level) is statistically analysed in terms of 29 tidal inlets or bays along the Huanghai Sea (Yellow Sea) and Bohai Sea coasts. For 15 of these tidal inlets, the best regression equation is A(km2) = 0.845 />(km3)1.20. The analysis shows that C and n are little different from those in the P-A relationship for the inlets of the South China Sea and East China Sea coasts. It is noted that the relationship between P and A is unstable because of the difference in sediment abundance. The study shows that a united P-A relationship can be obtained for the tidal inlets of lagoon type and bay-drowned-valley type, not containing some half-circle shape bays which confront deep water. These half-circle bays do not belong to tidal inlets because they do not have enough sediment abundance and are fairly open.  相似文献

Winter and summer oceanographic conditions in the Yellow Sea produce distinctly different distributions and compositions of suspended particles within the water column. During the winter, strong northwest winds cool and mix the local water column and generate surface waves which resuspend bottom sediment in the north Yellow Sea and in the shoal regions of the western Yellow Sea near Jiangsu Province, and transport it southwards. Wintertime suspended particle concentrations in nearbottom waters can exceed 500 mg/l in nearshore areas and 20 mg/l in offshore waters.During the summer, light southerly winds and a strongly stratified water column localize the distribution of resuspended sediments. Nearbottom concentrations of suspended particulates are generally less than 10 mg/l. Nearsurface concentrations generally are not dissimilar from those seen during the winter, but the particles are primarily biogenic rather than resuspended mineral grains.  相似文献

对东海内陆架杭州湾附近的季节性水体悬浮颗粒物和表层沉积物中的主要藻类生物标志物进行分析,如菜籽甾醇、甲藻甾醇和长链烯酮,分别对应于硅藻、甲藻和定鞭藻,分析探讨水体颗粒物和沉积物中藻类生物标志物的分布特征及控制因素。研究结果显示,东海内陆架表层沉积物中藻类生物标志物空间分布特征明显,由杭州湾近岸向海,含量随水深增加而增加;颗粒物中生物标志物含量的季节变化突出,夏季样品的含量最高。生物标志物的时空变化主要受控于藻类生产力的变化。由于营养盐丰富,高初级生产力主要分布在远离河口的冲淡水和外海海流交汇的水域;夏季由于长江冲淡水携带营养盐影响扩大,近岸浮游植物生产力最高。此外,结果还显示表层沉积物与颗粒物中优势甾醇有显著差异,颗粒物中菜籽甾醇占优势,而表层沉积物中甲藻甾醇占比更大。除了通常解释的颗粒物中有机质主要反映局部地点的瞬时性,而表层沉积物中有机质反映更广区域的多年平均性,我们认为沉积物中可能发生的菜籽甾醇后期氢化作用改造有巨大影响,导致沉积物中菜籽甾醇含量相对甲藻甾醇大量降低。本研究结果强调沉积物中生物标志物沉积历史的复杂性,理解表层沉积物中生物标志物的相对变化对于沉积记录中生物标志物的准确解读具有重要意义。  相似文献

Purine and pyrimidine bases in marine environmental particles collected in Harima-Nada, the Seto Inland Sea, Japan, were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography.Purines and pyrimidines concentrations varied from 0.3 to 9.3 μg l−1 (n=20) for suspended matter, and 0.3 to 0.6 mg g−1 (n=10) for sinking particles. A good correlation was found between chlorophyll a and purine+pyrimidine bases in suspended matter, indicating that these bases contained in suspended matter originated from phytoplankton.A comparison between several compositional data of the suspended matter and the sinking particles, namely CN ratio, composition of purines and pyrimidines, and percentages of the nitrogen bases relative to total particulate organic nitrogen, demonstrates that the sinking particles were different from suspended matter. Also, from the variety of purine and pyrimidine concentrations of marine particle samples, it was estimated that the decomposition rate of these bases seemed more rapid than decomposition rates of amino acids reported in our earlier study.  相似文献

基于2014年秋季在渤海进行的水文、化学和生物方面的综合大面调查,研究了渤海网采浮游植物群落的结构特征,并结合文献资料,分析影响浮游植物群落结构形成的原因。结果显示:2014年渤海秋季共鉴定浮游植物3个门42属96种,其中以硅藻为主,为34属79种,占总物种的82%;甲藻门7属16种,占总物种的17%;金藻门1属1种。其中,角毛藻属的种类最多,共17种;其次为圆筛藻属,共13种。浮游植物总细胞丰度介于(0.71~72.15)×104 cells/m3,平均为13.88×104 cells/m3,硅藻与甲藻细胞丰度比值为2∶1,硅藻在莱州湾的细胞丰度极显著高于其他海区,甲藻在渤海中部海区的细胞丰度显著高于其他海区。浮游植物优势种主要为星脐圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus asteromphalus)、威氏圆筛藻(C. wailesii)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)、梭状角藻(Ceratium fusus)和夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)。渤海秋季浮游植物群落多样性水平分布不均,局部海域由于单一优势种过量繁殖多样性降低,低值区分布于辽东湾和渤海海峡海域。与历史同期资料对比,渤海海域浮游植物群落出现明显的物种演替现象,甲藻中的角藻逐渐兴起,其在渤海中部及辽东湾的优势地位已经超过角毛藻属和圆筛藻属,渤海秋季局部海区浮游植物群落结构已经由硅藻控制转为硅藻和甲藻共同控制。  相似文献

Suspended matter samples filtered from surface waters and two depth profiles from the Flores Sea and Makasar Strait were investigated by electron probe X-ray microanalysis (EPXMA) and laser microprobe mass analysis (LAMMA). EPXMA yielded discrete morphological and chemical analysis of the major particle types of suspended matter. Cluster analysis revealed that thirteen main particle types described the composition of suspended matter of the Flores Sea and Makasar Strait. Silicates, aluminosilicates and Fe-oxyhydroxides were the predominant particle types. Suspended matter of the basins studied contained high levels of tin-bearing particles. On the basis of their composition, tin particles can be divided into three groups: (1) tin oxide/hydroxides (cassiterite, romarchite, hydroromarchite); (2) iron-oxyhydroxides with adsorbed tin; and (3) mixed oxidation state tin hydroxysulphates. Only ultra-fine cassiterite particles enter the seawater in suspended state. Dissolved tin species entering the sea have three alternatives: (1) to be scavenged by Fe-oxyhydroxides; (2) to precipitate as tin oxide/hydroxides (romarchite, hydroromarchite); (3) to precipitate as tin hydroxysulphates. The conclusion is that dissolved and suspended tin originate from local sources in the land frame of the basins as well as from remote sources in the Indonesian Archipelago. Four different sectors of the waters studied have suspended matter with different composition: (1) the Mahakam River–Delta zone; (2) the open Flores Sea; (3) the landlocked Saleh Bay; (4) the Makasar Strait proper. The depth distribution of suspended particle types is mainly influenced by: (1) the bottom nepheloid layer and calcite lysocline in the Flores Sea; (2) the high bioproduction in the surface water layer and the vertical distribution of organic matter in the Makasar Strait.  相似文献

利用X射线衍射法(XRD)对南海12个海底表层沉积物和20个悬浮物样品中粘土矿物组成和分布特征进行了综合分析。结果表明:(1)研究区的表层沉积物粘土矿物以伊利石为主,其次为绿泥石、高岭石、伊/蒙间层矿物以及蒙皂石;悬浮物粘土矿物是以绿泥石为主,其次为高岭石、蒙皂石、伊利石以及伊/蒙间层矿物。(2)粘土矿物的组成和分布特征主要受气候条件、物质来源、水动力条件及相互间稀释作用的制约。伊利石的含量随离岸距离和水深的增加呈增大趋势;高岭石则在近岸区特别是河口区富集;绿泥石在西部沿岸海区的含量较低,在东部岛弧和北部台湾岛附近海区的含量较高;蒙皂石与火山作用密切相关,在东部火山岛弧附近海区含量较高。(3)粘土沉积物的来源以河流输入为主,海洋自生和风尘搬运对该区的沉积影响不大。(4)深海悬浮物粘土矿物的组成变化能够很好地指示短尺度气候环境的变迁,伊利石的结晶程度对气候和环境变化反映灵敏,其随所处环境的压力增大而变差。  相似文献

The data of the color satellite ocean scanners SeaWiFS and MODIS-Aqua provide evidence that a sharp increase in the backscattering coefficient of the suspended particles occurred within a considerable part of the Barents Sea during the last decade in July–September. Judging from all the indications, this increase can be attributed to the coccolithophorid bloom. In 2004, we were able to directly substantiate this attribution. Water samples for determining the phytoplankton concentration were collected in the course of observations from onboard the R/V Professor Stokman in the western Barents Sea during the fast growth of the backscattering coefficient of the suspended particles according to the satellite data. They revealed the high concentration of the coccolithophorids and coccoliths. The satellite data indicate the strong variability of the areas of the bloom in time and space. We were able to show the interrelation of the backscattering coefficient of the suspended particles and the sea surface temperature.  相似文献

于 1997年 6月、1998年 9月和 1999年 4月 3个航次对渤海的大型底栖动物进行了定量研究。在研究海区共采到大型底栖动物 30 6种 ,其中甲壳动物 97种 ,环节动物 95种 ,软体动物 88种 ,棘皮动物 11种 ,其它动物共 15种。其总平均丰度和生物量分别为 2 5 76 ind./m2和4 4 .4 7g/m2。渤海大部海区的总平均生物量在过去十年中可能未发生大的变化。渤海含砂量相对高的生境有较高的动物丰度 ,而在水位较深的水域 ,由于有较高的初级生产量到达底部 ,从而支持着较高的大型底栖动物的生物量。渤海海峡口可能是渤海大型底栖动物生物量的高值区  相似文献

2016年夏季黄、渤海颗粒有机碳的分布特征及影响因素   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
本文根据2016年6-7月黄、渤海航次获得的调查数据,分析了黄、渤海海域颗粒有机碳(POC)的浓度变化、空间分布特征并结合盐度、叶绿素a、POC/PON、POC/Chl a平面分布特征和相关性分析,探讨了黄、渤海海域POC的来源和影响因素。结果表明:2016年夏季渤海海域POC平均浓度(500.2±226.5)μg/L,北黄海POC平均浓度(358.2±101.5)μg/L,南黄海POC平均浓度(321.0±158.1)μg/L,渤海海域POC浓度高于黄海,整个海域POC浓度表层高于底层。POC的平面分布特征为近岸高,外海低。调查海域表层POC/PON均值为8.89,POC/Chl a均值为182.52;中层POC/PON均值为8.87,POC/Chl a均值为179.56;底层POC/PON均值为9.41,POC/Chl a均值为178.80。黄海海域浒苔衰败对POC/PON与POC/Chl a影响较大。相关性分析结果表明渤海海域盐度、总悬浮物和叶绿素a与POC存在显著的相关性,是影响POC分布的主要控制因素。南黄海除表层POC浓度与盐度、总悬浮物和叶绿素a浓度有很好的相关性外,中层和底层POC浓度与盐度、总悬浮物和叶绿素a浓度不存在显著的相关性。渤海海域POC主要受陆源和浮游植物共同影响,浮游植物是POC的主要贡献者,而黄海海域POC受长江冲淡水、黄海暖流、苏北沿岸流、生物活动和底层沉积物等多种因素影响,其中苏北近岸和青岛外海,有机碎屑为POC的主要贡献者。  相似文献

塑料污染已成为国际海洋界关注的海洋环境问题之一。文章探讨海洋环流对南海及其周边海域表层塑料颗粒交换的影响。在南海周边多个海域, 分别在4个季节投放塑料颗粒。一年后, 用拉格朗日颗粒示踪方法考察投放颗粒的运动轨迹和最终停留位置。结果表明, 在秋、冬季, 大部分塑料颗粒会进入南海和爪哇海, 极少部分颗粒北输送到太平洋; 在春、夏季, 仅有部分颗粒进入南海和爪哇海, 而多数颗粒流到太平洋。南海洋流具有季节特征, 塑料颗粒轨迹特征与之较为符合。  相似文献

Profiles of particulate and dissolved 234Th (t1/2=24.1 days) in seawater and particulate 234Th collected in drifting traps were analyzed in the Barents Sea at five stations during the ALV3 cruise (from June 28 to July 12, 1999) along a transect from 78°15′N–34°09′E to 73°49′N–31°43′E. 234Th/238U disequilibrium was observed at all locations. 234Th data measured in suspended and trapped particles were used to calibrate the catchment efficiency of the sediment traps. Model-derived 234Th fluxes were similar to 234Th fluxes measured in sediment traps based on a steady-state 234Th model. This suggests that the sediment traps were not subject to large trapping efficiency problems (collection efficiency ranges from 70% to 100% for four traps). The export flux of particulate organic carbon (POC) can be calculated from the model-derived export flux of 234Th and the POC/234Th ratio. POC/234Th ratios measured in suspended and trapped particles were very different (52.0±9.9 and 5.3±2.2 μmol dpm−1, respectively). The agreement between calculated and measured POC fluxes when the POC/234Th ratio of trapped particles was used confirms that the POC/234Th ratio in trap particles is representative of sinking particles. Large discrepancies were observed between calculated and measured POC fluxes when the POC/234Th ratio of suspended particles was used. In the Barents Sea, vertical POC fluxes are higher than POC fluxes estimated in the central Arctic Ocean and the Beaufort Sea and lower than those calculated in the Northeast Water Polynya and the Chukchi Sea. We suggest that the latter fluxes may have been strongly overestimated, because they were based on high POC/234Th ratios measured on suspended particles. It seems that POC fluxes cannot be reliably derived from thorium budgets without measuring the POC/234Th ratio of sediment trap material or of large filtered particles.  相似文献

在对南黄海辐射沙洲区的潮汐、潮流特征作进一步探讨的基础上,数值模拟了该区的悬沙潮扩散。根据计算结果,分析了计算海域悬沙含量在一个半日潮过程中随潮流场的瞬时变化规律,研究了不同地点悬沙含量与潮位、潮流的关系,总结了涨、落潮平均含沙量的平面分布规律。结果表明,该区的潮流场控制着悬沙的扩散、运移和分布,进而控制着海底地形的发育,尤其是辐射沙洲北大南小不对称格架的塑造与辐射沙洲根部的加积淤高。  相似文献

渤、黄、东海悬浮物质量浓度冬、夏季变化的数值模拟   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用HAMSOM三维正压水动力模型结合粒子追踪的悬浮颗粒物输运模型模拟了渤、黄、东海悬浮物质量浓度冬、夏季变化。模拟结果显示,潮流和底质对悬浮物质量浓度的分布有决定性的作用,沉积物再悬浮对悬浮物质量浓度分布影响大,冬季尤为显著。莱州湾中西部和渤海湾南部悬浮物终年维持高质量浓度,古黄河口冬季再悬浮物的质量浓度高于其它季节的。长江口附近悬浮物终年维持高质量浓度,夏季长江口东北悬浮物的质量浓度高于冬季的,浙江沿岸冬季悬浮物的质量浓度高于夏季的。  相似文献

A group of statistical algorithms are proposed for the inversion of the three major components of Case-Ⅱ waters in the coastal area of the Huanghai Sea and the East China Sea. The algorithms are based on the in situ data collected in the spring of 2003 with strict quality assurance according to NASA ocean bio-optic protocols. These algorithms are the first ones with quantitative confidence that can be applied for the area. The average relative error of the inversed and in situ measured components‘ concentrations are: Chl-a about 37%, total suspended matter (TSM) about 25%, respectively. This preliminary result is quite satisfactory for Case-Ⅱ waters, although some aspects in the model need further study. The sensitivity of the input error of 5% to remote sensing reflectance (Rrs) is also analyzed and it shows the algorithms are quite stable. The algorithms show a large difference with Tassan‘s local SeaWiFS algorithms for different waters, except for the Chl-a algorithm.  相似文献

渤、黄、东海是一个水动力状况相当复杂的半封闭宽陆架海,本海区悬浮颗粒物含量高,季节变化明显,影响范围广,是世界上悬浮物含量最高的海域之一。对于该海域悬浮物的输运沉积过程、分布规律以及底质分布等中外学者均进行过比较深入的研究(秦蕴珊,1963; Honjo et al.,1974;Milliman et al.,1985,1986;秦蕴珊等,1987,1989;杨作升等,1992;Li et al.,1997;孙效功等,2000;雷坤等,2001)。然而,以往的研究大都基于实际海洋调查资料,由于受实测资料在时间和空间覆盖范围上的限制,很难从整体上把握渤、黄、东海陆架区悬浮物输运的时间和空间变化规律。数值模拟的方法能很好地克服上述局限,已有学者从不同角度对渤、黄、东海的某些海域的悬浮物进行了模拟研究。 董礼先等(1989)首先模拟了在二维潮流场作用下,黄、渤海推移质和悬移质的输运状况,得出潮流作用下海底的冲淤状况。Graber等(1989)利用有限水深的风浪模型、模拟了风浪对悬浮物输运、沉积的作用。Yanagi等(1995)用拉格朗日粒子追踪方法对整个东中国海冬季悬浮物的输运、沉积过程进行了计算。江文胜等(2000,2001)考虑了风等气象要素、外海传入的潮波的作用、悬浮物的沉降及再悬浮机制,对渤海中悬浮物的浓度进行了数值模拟。 海洋环流、潮汐、潮流和波浪均对悬浮物的输运与沉积产生影响,尤其在中陆架和外陆架地区,环流对悬浮物的长期输运起决定性作用,因此以往仅针对潮流、风浪作用的模拟很不完整,其结果与实际情况的差别也会较大。其次,海水的流动处在不断变化之中,小到日变化、月变化,大到季节变化、年际变化,因此定常风场、定常温盐场的环流模拟,即诊断流场并不符合实际情形。本文将首先对渤、黄、东海月平均风场、温盐场作用下的环流场进行模拟,进而探讨环流以及潮汐、潮流共同作用下的悬浮物输运过程及其季节变化规律。  相似文献
