为明确盾构施工掌子面滑移破坏机制并确定掌子面支护力的合理范围,基于滑移线理论和极限分析上限定理,利用空间离散技术提出了一种盾构施工掌子面三维滑移破裂模型。依据大主应力拱理论计算滑移区顶部竖向土压力值,并以此作为滑移破坏区上部的竖向荷载计算掌子面极限支护力。研究表明,土拱效应显著影响掌子面前方土体竖向应力的大小及分布规律;将本模型与已有研究方法进行比较,验证了本模型获取的掌子面极限支护力极限分析上限解在黏性土地层以及摩擦土地层中的适用性。同时本模型构建的掌子面破坏区域形态更加贴近离心试验结果与数值计算结果。  相似文献

通过开展离心模型试验,对干粉砂及饱和粉砂中盾构隧道开挖面的失稳破坏特性和极限支护压力进行了研究。通过远程控制开挖面土体位移,获得了支护压力与开挖面位移间的关系曲线及开挖面达到主动极限平衡状态时的破坏模式。2组干砂离心模型试验结果表明,当隧道埋深与隧道直径比从0.5增大到1时,开挖面破坏模式从整体坍塌破坏转变为烟囱状,但极限支护压力变化较小。饱和砂土中的试验表明,开挖面水平方向破坏范围相比在相同埋深干砂中的范围扩大,极限支护压力显著增加。对开挖面破坏过程进行三维弹塑性有限元数值模拟,获得了开挖面极限支护压力和破坏机制,所得结果与试验吻合较好。进一步通过数值模拟,分析了土体强度参数、隧道埋深及渗流对极限支护压力的影响规律。结果表明,渗流条件下开挖面破坏区域及极限支护压力均大于无渗流情况,极限支护压力随内摩擦角增大而减小,随隧道埋深增大而减小。  相似文献

This paper investigates the face stability of shield-driven tunnels shallowly buried in dry sand using 1-g large-scale model tests. A half-circular tunnel model with a rigid front face was designed and tested. The ground movement was mobilized by pulling the tunnel face backwards at different speeds. The support pressure at tunnel face, settlement at ground surface, and internal movement of soil body were measured by load cells, linear variable differential transducers, and a camera, respectively, and the progress of face failure was observed through a transparent lateral wall of model tank. The tests show that, as the tunnel face moves backwards, the support pressure at the tunnel face drops sharply initially, then rebounds slightly, and tends to be stabilized at the end. Similarly, the ground surface settlement shows a three-stage variation pattern. Using the particle image velocimetry technique, the particle movement, shear strain, and vortex location of soil are analyzed. The variation of support pressure and ground surface settlement related to the internal movement of soil particles is discussed. The impact of the tunnel face moving speed on the face stability is discussed. As the tunnel face moves relatively fast, soil failure originates from a height above tunnel invert and an analytical model is developed to analyze such failure.  相似文献

上下重叠隧道施工时,后挖隧道施工过程对先建隧道是一种“卸载”作用,受此影响,先建隧道的衬砌管片将朝后挖隧道方向变形,但这种影响作用是暂时的。以深圳地铁3号线老街站-晒布路站区间重叠隧道工程为背景,采用三维有限元数值计算和室内离心模型试验相结合的手段,对上部隧道(后挖隧道)施工引起的下方已建隧道纵向变位进行了研究。结果表明,后挖隧道施工引起的先建隧道不均匀沉降主要出现在约掌子面前方3.5D(D为隧道直径)到后方3D的范围内。基于此,探讨了应对这种暂时纵向效应的对策措施,主要包括临时压重和临时内撑。在先建隧道位于掌子面后方(0~1)D、(1~2)D、(2~3)D范围内分别设置20 t/3 m、20 t/6 m、20 t/9 m的临时压重,且在掌子面前方4D和后方4D范围内为先建隧道设置临时内撑,可以较好地减小由于后挖隧道施工引起的先建隧道附加不均匀变形。  相似文献

The number of larger tunnels in seismic regions has grown significantly over the last decades. The behaviour of tunnels under seismic actions may be assessed using simplified or more complex approaches. Plane–strain centrifuge tests with dynamic loading on a model tunnel are used as experimental benchmark on the seismic behaviour of tunnels, with the ultimate aim of calibrating numerical and analytical design methods. Two models with dry uniform fine sand were prepared at two different densities, in which an aluminium-alloy tube was installed. This paper describes the numerical simulation of these tests with an elastoplastic model. The tunnel response recorded in the centrifuge tests is compared with the numerical prediction, showing the evolution of accelerations and internal forces along the tunnel lining during the model earthquakes. In general, the numerical simulation diverges from the recorded at the centrifuge tests. The numerical simulation largely amplifies the motion at the fundamental frequency of the soil deposit, while this effect is not significant in the centrifuge tests. It is shown that the peak increments in lining forces during dynamic loading measured in the centrifuge test disagree with the values from the numerical simulation and from the Wang’s elastic solution. The divergence observed between simulation and centrifuge tests may result mainly from the real initial stiffness of the sand in the centrifuge tests which are lower than those measured in laboratory tests and to the insufficient knowledge of all relevant stress paths to be imposed to soil for the calibration of model parameters.  相似文献

采用摩尔-库仑弹塑性模型的有限元分析方法和岩体开挖卸荷理论, 并考虑地应力对隧洞的作用机制,建立丹巴水电站双洞四机引水隧洞软岩段三维开挖大型三维模型并进行岩体力学计算,分别以不同的掌子面推进深度进行开挖,从洞口开挖至一定深度。统计不同掌子面推进深度下各步开挖不同关键点处的位移变化情况,进行比选,建议工程实际应当选用的最佳掌子面推进深度;在该推进深度下,统计不同洞段不同位置的各向位移预留量,为超前支护的必要性提供依据和超前支护的施工提供数据支持,以保证工程施工的顺利进行,为后续类似工程设计提供参考。  相似文献

为研究大断面软岩隧道掌子面变形规律及控制方法,基于新意法及非完整拱效应理论对雷公山隧道构造破碎区域掌子面大变形失稳机理进行分析,基于GSI围岩评级系统获得隧道围岩的力学参数,通过FLAC3D构建隧道三维数值模型,进行系列工况试验,研究隧道在非完整拱部效应时掌子面挤出位移及预收敛位移的变化特征,分析隧道掌子面预约束及预加固措施对大断面软岩隧道稳定性的影响。结果表明,掌子面处的挤出位移均在内轮廓中心处达到最大,并呈环形逐渐向外减小,超前核心土预加固在掌子面中心处对挤出位移及预收敛位移影响最为明显;隧道开挖在掌子面纵向造成的扰动范围约为1.2倍洞跨,在掌子面径向造成的扰动大约为1.5倍洞跨;根据计算结果提出掌子面加固措施,通过对隧道预收敛变形及挤出变形的监测分析,验证支护方案的可靠性,提出的掌子面预约束及预加固措施对大断面软岩隧道施工具一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

Various models have been proposed for the prediction of the necessary support pressure at the face of a shallow tunnel. To assess their quality, the collapse of a tunnel face was modelled with small-scale model tests at single gravity. The development of the failure mechanism and the support force at the face in dry sand were investigated. The observed displacement patterns show a negligible influence of overburden on the extent and evolution of the failure zone. The latter is significantly influenced, though, by the initial density of the sand: in dense sand a chimney-wedge-type collapse mechanism developed, which propagated towards the soil surface. Initially, loose sand did not show any discrete collapse mechanism. The necessary support force was neither influenced by the overburden nor the initial density. A comparison with quantitative predictions by several theoretical models showed that the measured necessary support pressure is overestimated by most of the models. Those by Vermeer/Ruse and Léca/Dormieux showed the best agreement to the measurements.  相似文献

当土压平衡盾构穿越高水位地层(如穿越江河)时,地下水与土舱之间的高水压差会产生过大的渗透力,导致开挖面失稳。为了研究渗流条件下开挖面失稳问题,开发了一套隧道离心模型试验装置,主要包括刚性模型箱、模型盾构、开挖面伺服加载系统、水位控制系统、储水箱。针对饱和砂质粉土地层,开展了一系列不同水位高度的稳态渗流开挖面失稳模型试验。结果显示,开挖面失稳过程中随着开挖面位移的增加,有效支护压力迅速下降;在达到最小值 之后缓慢回升并趋于稳定;极限有效支护压力 与水头压力 呈线性关系。  相似文献

在膨胀土地基中进行隧道对群桩影响的三维离心模型试验研究,目标地层损失比为2%,着重研究引起的地基沉降槽、桩的附加沉降、附加弯矩、轴力的变化规律。试验得出:隧道开挖沉降槽空间效应明显;隧道开挖从-0.75D至1.25D时,桩附加沉降呈线性增长,隧道开挖至1.25D以后,桩依然沉降明显。前桩与后桩沉降值不同,桩帽会出现倾斜;前桩上部出现负附加弯矩而下部出现正附加弯矩,而后桩仅在下部出现正附加弯矩;前桩附加弯矩最大值出现在隧道轴线附近,且比后桩附加弯矩大得多;前桩附加轴力随着隧道的开挖而增加,且每步最大值在隧道轴线附近。后桩的轴力也随隧道的开挖而增加,但每步最大值出现在桩顶附近。  相似文献

A numerical model of a centrifuge experiment on tunnel located in sand is being presented. The experiment was carried out under seismic loading using a dynamic actuator. The responses of the tunnel and of the sand were measured. The numerical model is based on a hypoplastic constitutive model with intergranular strains implemented in the FE-code TOCHNOG. The calculated accelerations in the sand match the measured results, while the surface settlement and the bending moments in the tunnel lining are only qualitatively reproduced by the numerical model.  相似文献

软弱围岩隧道施工中,常采用超前支护确保隧道施工的安全。为了评价超前支护下隧道稳定性,建立了超前支护作用下截锥体、对数螺旋线共同破坏模型,基于极限分析上限法和综合强度折减法并考虑初期支护未支护段的影响,推导出了隧道稳定安全系数的目标函数,并利用Matlab编制程序求解该函数以此判断隧道稳定性。与模型试验结果和已有理论研究成果对比分析,验证了计算方法的合理性,同时分析了影响隧道稳定安全系数的各个因素。研究结果表明:围岩黏聚力、内摩擦角的增加,掌子面锚杆、拱部超前支护的施作对提高围岩稳定性有显著的作用,而初期支护未支护段长度、开挖高度的增加不利于围岩的稳定;在围岩内摩擦角较小时,分台阶开挖降低开挖高度提高隧道稳定性的效果更好;在围岩内摩擦角较大时,掌子面锚杆加固强度的增加对隧道稳定性提高的作用更显著。最后给出了超前支护的施工设计建议图,可为工程中初步确定超前支护参数和施工方法提供参考。  相似文献

相对于盾构隧道施工的大量需求与快速发展的状况,国内在盾构工法特别是大型深埋盾构隧道施工技术和理论研究方面还存在不足,特别是水压条件下深埋盾构隧道开挖面稳定问题。基于极限分析上限法和水土压力统一参数,对考虑水压影响的均质土深埋隧道开挖面稳定性计算方法进行研究,建立了考虑水压影响的深埋盾构隧道开挖面三维对数螺旋破坏模式模型,并推导了其极限支护压力计算公式。然后利用土层厚度加权平均法,可将上述方法应用于多层土深埋盾构隧道开挖面稳定性的评价中。最后,以上海长江盾构隧道实际工程为例,采用本文推导的极限分析上限三维对数螺旋破坏模式方法计算并分析其极限支护压力,并将计算结果与前人研究和规范方法计算的结果进行对比分析。通过该研究可改进与完善水压条件下深埋盾构隧道极限支护压力确定方法,从而为考虑水压条件下盾构隧道施工支护压力的合理确定提供理论依据。  相似文献

The working face of tunnel constructions has to be kept stable during tunneling to prevent large soil deformations or fatal failure. In layered soils with lower cohesion, failures happen more often and more abrupt than in cohesive soils. Therefore, the maintenance of a proper support pressure at the tunnel working face is of high importance. In this paper, an upper bound analysis is introduced to investigate the minimum support pressure for the face stability in layered soils. A three-dimensional kinematically admissible mechanism for the upper bound analysis is improved to model potential failure within different soil layers. An analytical solution for the support pressure assessment is achieved. The influence of the crossing and cover soil on the face stability is analyzed, respectively. This solution provides an analytical estimation of the minimum support pressure for the face stability. It may be used as a reference for projects under similar conditions.  相似文献

土压平衡式盾构隧道施工过程中,掘削面的支护压力严重影响着掘削面前方土体稳定性和变形。从理论上分析了掘削面前方土体的应力状态,并将其分为5类,根据支护压力的大小判定前方土体的稳定性。建立了三维有限差分模型,采用数值模拟的方法研究了掘削面支护压力与变形的关系。研究表明,在卸载情况下掘削面的支护压力与变形关系曲线具有抛物线特征,在加载情况下掘削面的支护压力与变形关系曲线具有双曲线特征,曲线的具体形态则与地层条件等因素有关。研究结果可为土压平衡盾构施工过程中支护压力的确定提供参考。  相似文献

围岩-支护作用机制是正确认识支护结构对围岩进行有效支护作用的基础理论问题。根据开挖面的空间效应及Hoek拟合方程计算了某工程实例的巷道顶板径向位移沿巷道纵向剖面方向分布的曲线,建立了围岩-支护耦合作用的力学模型,进而建立了描述巷道顶板径向位移与力学模型中的虚拟支护力的关系的数学模型。通过对数学、力学模型的解析与分析,研究了围岩-支护在其相互作用的全过程中的相互作用路径。在此基础上,对弹塑性变形阶段围岩-支护的相互作用原理给出了最新的认识。应用该研究成果,对某工程实例进行了支护作用效果的计算与分析研究。本文的研究成果实现了对围岩-支护耦合作用的全过程解耦,可以对围岩-支护的相互作用进行实时地预测或再现。  相似文献

防止盾构隧道开挖面失稳的关键是合理设置不同盾构支护平衡模式下的支护压应力。在改进的筒仓楔形体模型计算方法得出的开挖面松动土体对刀盘压力呈近似呈抛物线分布的基础上,研究了气压支护模式、泥水支护模式和土压支护模式下,盾构隧道开挖面分别在地下水位以上和地下水位以下时开挖面的稳定性,研究结果表明:有效支护应力均匀分布时,除粘土开挖面下部失稳外,其余土体均为开挖面中下部失稳;有效支护压应力呈上小下大的梯形分布时,除软粘土开挖面下部失稳外,其余土体均为开挖面上部失稳;有效支护应力呈上大下小的梯形分布时,所有土体开挖面均为下部失稳;在气压、泥水和土压平衡支护模式下,开挖面在未到达筒仓楔形体模型所假设的开挖面整体失稳前,开挖面已经发生了局部失稳,采用筒仓楔形体模型确定的极限稳定支护力是不安全的。最后给出了开挖面松动土体对刀盘压应力公式中计算参数的无量纲化图,以方便实际工程运用。   相似文献

This paper develops the 2D and 3D kinematically admissible mechanisms for analyzing the passive face stability during shield tunneling using upper-bound analysis. The mechanisms consider trapezoidal distribution of support pressure along tunnel face and partial failure originated at tunnel face above invert. For cohesionless soils, the support pressure is a function of soil effective frictional angle φ′ which determines the inclination of failure block and the normalized soil cover depth C/D (soil cover depth/tunnel diameter) which affects the origination of the passive failure. For cohesive soils, the support pressure is a function of φ′, C/D, and the effective cohesion c′. The cohesion c′ has a relatively smaller impact on the support pressure than φ′ and C/D have. The mechanisms are verified by comparing the current solutions with a previous upper-bound solution. The comparison shows that the current solutions are a general solution which is capable of predicting the passive face failure originated at any depth along tunnel face and the previous solution is a particular solution with the assumption that the face failure originated at tunnel invert. The mechanisms are validated through application to a practical project of shallowly buried, large diameter underwater tunnel. The validation shows that the mechanisms are capable of assessing the tunnel face passive instability rationally.
