在邻苯二甲酸氢钾和醋酸混合底液(pH5.0)中,钍与茜素氨羧络合剂(ALC)形成电活性络合物,在单扫描极谱仪上于-0.60V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的络合吸附波,其二阶导数峰高与钍的浓度在3.0×10-8~3.0×10-6mol/L呈线性关系,检出限为1.5×10-8mol/L。用等摩尔连续变化法测得该络合物的摩尔比为nTh(Ⅳ)∶nALC=1∶1,并探讨了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理。方法用于矿石和粘土中痕量钍的测定,RSD(n=5)<4%,加标回收试验,回收率为101.5%~103.2%。  相似文献

在0.2mol/L的H_2SO_4介质中,cu(Ⅱ)与苦胺PT显色剂生成1:1络合物。λImax=550nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.10×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),乙醇的存在对显色体系有明显的增敏作用。线性范围在0-45μgCu/25ml。除较大量的Fe(Ⅲ)、Ti(Ⅳ)、V(V)、Nb(V)、Zr(Ⅳ)和Ga(Ⅲ)外,其它共存元素不干扰本法测定。方法可用于矿石中0.01-xx%的Cu的测定,结果稳定可靠。  相似文献

本文研究Ti(Ⅳ)-氨三乙酸(NTA)-对氯苯基荧光酮(p-ClPF)-CTMAB四元配合物的显色条件。结果表明,在pH5.8—6.6形成了摩尔比为Ti(Ⅳ):NTA:p-ClPF:CTMAB=1:1:3:3的四元配合物,借此反应测定钛,灵敏度高,其ε_(573nm)=2.1×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。Ti(Ⅳ)浓度在0—1.4μg/10ml范围服从比耳定律。已用本法直接测定了岩矿和铝合金中的Ti,结果满意。  相似文献

合成了新的杂环偶氮变色酸类试剂--2-[2'-(6-甲氧基-苯并噻唑)-偶氮]-1,8-二羟基萘-3,6-二磺酸,并系统探讨了在pH 4.5的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-NaOH介质中显色试剂与钛的显色反应特性.结果表明,在溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下,试剂与Ti(Ⅳ)形成2:1的络合物,显色反应15 min完全并至少稳定4 h,最大吸收波长为670 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.67×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,钛的质量浓度在0~400 μg/L时符合比尔定律.用拟定的方法测定了硅砖等标准物质中的Ti(Ⅳ),所得结果与标准值的相对误差均小于4%,RSD(n=5)小于3.5%.  相似文献

研究了在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,2(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(3,5-二Br-PADAP)与银的显色反应。实验结果表明,显色的适宜酸度为pH3-8,络合物的最大吸收波长为570nm,在此波长下测得其表观摩尔系数为7.7×10~4,银量在0-25μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律。络合物组成比为Ag:R=1:2,本法以EDTA作掩蔽剂可以不经分离,直接测定简单样品中的银。  相似文献

在HAc-NaAc(pH为6.2)存在下,Ti(Ⅳ)—PAR—KBrO_3体系形成一灵敏的催化波,峰电位为-1.08V(vs.SCE),Ti(Ⅳ)浓度在1.0×10~(-8)~8.0×10~(-7)mol/L范围与峰电流成线性关系,络合物的络合比为Ti(Ⅳ):PAR=1:1,实验证明该波为络合吸附催化波。可用于痕量Ti(Ⅳ)的测定。  相似文献

研究了在3.2mol/L HCl介质中乙醇或乳化剂OP存在下,DBCCPA与Th(Ⅳ)的显色反应。有色络合物最大吸收峰为644nm,组成比为Th(Ⅳ):DBCCPA=1:2。乙醇存在时ε_(644)=1.13×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),0-13μgTh/25ml范围符合比尔定律;OP存在时,ε_(644)=1.17×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)n,0—12μgTh/25ml范围符合比尔定律。拟定了独居石中Th的测定方法,样品测定结果令人满意。  相似文献

本文研究了钴(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADNm络合物的光度性质。在pH5.0缓冲溶液中,有TritonX-100存在时,Co~(2 )与5-Br-PADNm形成1:2红色络合物,λ_(max)为547nm,ε为1.35×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。所提出的方法用于矿石及茶叶中Co的测定,得到满意结果。  相似文献

金试剂(4.4′—双(二乙氨基)二苯基甲硫酮)是金的灵敏显色剂。本文研究了在曲通X—100存在下金试剂与金的显色反应的性质和显色条件。研究表明,金一金试剂一曲通X—100体系显色的最佳酸度为3.5~5.2,络合物的组成,金:金试剂=1:4,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为1.65×10~5升/克分子·厘米(560纳米处),络合物的不稳定常数为4.79×10~(-22)。在25毫升体积中,金量在0—20微克范围内符合比尔定律。  相似文献

合成了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(3,5-二溴吡啶)三氮烯(NPDBPDT),并研究了NPD-BPDT与镍的显色反应。在pH 10.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液介质中,表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,镍与试剂生成摩尔比为1∶4的络合物在470 nm处有最大正吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.02×105L.mol-1.cm-1;在540 nm处有最大负吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.15×105L.mol-1.cm-1;以540 nm为参比波长、470 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.17×105L.mol-1.cm-1。镍含量在0~480μg/L内符合比尔定律。方法用于合金样品中镍的测定,结果与原子吸收法相符,加标回收率为98.0%~102.0%;精密度小于5%(RSD,n=6)。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
