An evolutionary approach is applied to solve the nonlinear well logging inverse problem. In the framework of the proposed interval inversion method, nuclear, sonic, and laterolog resistivity data measured at an arbitrary depth interval are jointly inverted, where the depth variation of porosity, water saturation, and shale volume is expanded into series using Legendre polynomials as basis functions. In the interval inversion procedure, the series expansion coefficients are estimated by using an adaptive float-encoded genetic algorithm. Since the solution of the inverse problem using traditional linear optimization tools highly depends on the selection of the initial model, a heuristic search is necessary to reduce the initial model dependence of the interval inversion procedure. The genetic inversion strategy used in interval inversion seeks the global extreme of the objective function and provides an estimate of the vertical distribution of petrophysical parameters, even starting the inversion procedure from extremely high distances from the optimum. For a faster computational process, after a couple of thousand generations, the genetic algorithm is replaced by some linear optimization steps. The added advantage of using the Marquardt algorithm is the possibility to characterize the accuracy of the series expansion coefficients and derived petrophysical properties. A Hungarian oil field example demonstrates the feasibility and stability of the improved interval inversion method. As a significance, the genetic inversion method does not require prior knowledge or strong restrictions on the values of petrophysical properties and gives highly reliable estimation results practically independent of the initial model and core information.

An evolutionary inversion approach is suggested for the interpretation of nuclear and resistivity logs measured by direct-push tools in shallow unsaturated sediments. The efficiency of formation evaluation is improved by estimating simultaneously (1) the petrophysical properties that vary rapidly along a drill hole with depth and (2) the zone parameters that can be treated as constant, in one inversion procedure. In the workflow, the fractional volumes of water, air, matrix and clay are estimated in adjacent depths by linearized inversion, whereas the clay and matrix properties are updated using a float-encoded genetic meta-algorithm. The proposed inversion method provides an objective estimate of the zone parameters that appear in the tool response equations applied to solve the forward problem, which can significantly increase the reliability of the petrophysical model as opposed to setting these parameters arbitrarily. The global optimization meta-algorithm not only assures the best fit between the measured and calculated data but also gives a reliable solution, practically independent of the initial model, as laboratory data are unnecessary in the inversion procedure. The feasibility test uses engineering geophysical sounding logs observed in an unsaturated loessy-sandy formation in Hungary. The multi-borehole extension of the inversion technique is developed to determine the petrophysical properties and their estimation errors along a profile of drill holes. The genetic meta-algorithmic inversion method is recommended for hydrogeophysical logging applications of various kinds to automatically extract the volumetric ratios of rock and fluid constituents as well as the most important zone parameters in a reliable inversion procedure.  相似文献

确定边坡最危险滑动面并计算与之相对应的安全系数是边坡支护的重要任务。本文结合简化Bishop法,用一种新的智能优化算法混沌优化算法来搜索全局最优解。该方法利用混沌运动本身具有遍历性、随机性、规律性等内在特点,能在一定范围内按其自身规律不重复地遍历所有状态,易于跳出局部最优解,具有很强的全局搜索能力。通过坡高为12.3m的某电厂三层土质边坡的典型算例分析,并和遗传算法、枚举法计算结果对比可知,计算结果超于一致,其差值接近于0,因此混沌优化算法能在很高精度下搜索到全局最优解,能很好地解决边坡稳定性分析中的优化问题。  相似文献

岩土工程优化反分析是一个典型的复杂非线性函数优化问题,采用全局优化算法是解决这个问题的理想途径。针对常规反演方法应用于岩土工程参数反演时搜索效率低的缺点,结合粒子群算法和遗传算法的特点,充分考虑二者的互补性,提出一种效率较高的全局优化算法,以测点的实测值与计算值建立一种新的评价函数,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,用混合罚函数法将约束问题变为无约束问题,构建了一种新的目标函数,将有限元程序ABAQUS作为一个模块嵌入到优化算法程序中,编制了有限元优化反演分析程序。并给出了应用实例验证了该法的有效性和实用性,是一种可行的参数反演方法,可应用于实际工程中复杂岩土介质初始应力场反演、渗流场以及位移反分析  相似文献

基于投影寻踪技术的基本原理和求解过程,建立了水质评价模型。大样本数据应用到模型中,使模型的精度大大提高。该模型既能根据样本本身寻求出各因子的重要程度,即客观权重.又能根据决策者对某个(些)影响因子的偏好,对样本进行分类。将遗传算法和传统优化方法相结合,以解决遗传算法求解带约束问题能力差的问题,并将其用于本文建立的模型的目标函数优化中.解决了高维数据全局寻优的难题。实例分析表明,该模型能够很好地对水质进行评价。能有效地解决多因素带来的高维复杂性,是一种处理多因素复杂评价问题的有效途径。  相似文献

针对传统的优化算法难以在具有变量多、约束条件复杂、局部极值点多的边坡临界滑动面搜索中取得较好效果的问题,提出双重变异遗传算法(DMGA)。一方面,该算法通过探测变异操作提升算法的局部寻优能力,通过直接变异操作提升算法的全局寻优能力,两者的结合使算法能够在搜索的广度与深度上达到较好的平衡;另一方面,算法采用考虑个体适应度值与进化代数的自适应交叉概率及自适应变异概率,使算法在进化的早期能够增加种群的多样性,在进化的后期能够保护较优的个体不受破坏。将该算法与简化Bishop法相结合,对澳大利亚计算机应用协会(ACADS)提供的考核题及一个海堤边坡工程实例进行分析,计算结果表明:(1)对于均质边坡和非均质边坡,该方法均能准确搜索到边坡的临界滑动面及相应的安全系数;(2)与仅进行直接变异或探测变异的遗传算法相比,双重变异遗传算法具有更强的全局搜索能力及更好的鲁棒性,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

变异粒子群优化算法(MPSO)是一种基于群体智能的改进全局优化技术,其优势在于减小陷入局部极值的机率,增加全局搜索能力。将变异粒子群算法与径向基函数(RBF)神经网络结构进行结合,建立了变异粒子群神经网络(MPSO-RBF)耦合算法,充分发挥了MPSO算法的全局寻优能力和RBF算法的局部搜索优势。数值计算结果表明,所建立的方法能够对桩基动测进行多参数的识别和非线性优化问题的求解,具有良好全局收敛能力,是一种行之有效的智能算法。  相似文献

Well logs provide additional information from the borehole that cannot be derived from other subsurface investigations. Their analysis may bring supplementary features about the earth’s heterogeneities. In previous researches, the logs were modeled using fractional Brownian motions indexed by Hurst (or Hölder) exponents quantifying their global regularity degrees. Indeed, these monofractal models, characterized by the same Hurst exponent, do not allow to study the depth-evolution of the local Hurst parameter. In order to overcome this problem, we propose to model the logs using multifractional Brownian motions and suggest an algorithm, developed previously for financial time series, to estimate the local Hurst exponent function. First, the potential of this algorithm is assessed through its application on synthetic sonic log data simulated by the successive random additions method. We note that the estimated Hurst functions (or regularity profiles) are very close to the theoretical Hurst functions. Second, this analysis is extended to sonic logs data from the KTB pilot borehole (Germany). Using the resulted regularity profiles, we carry out a lithological segmentation and fault identification on the geological layers crossed by the well. We derived also a correlation between the Hurst value variation and the lithological changes.  相似文献

针对阵列侧向测井反演受给定初值影响的问题,将阵列侧向测井反演问题转化为无约束的非线性全局优化问题,提出了一种基于改进差分进化反演的新方法。在30次随机计算中改进差分进化算法与差分进化算法相比,其寻优成功率可以达到93.3%,平均进化代数为差分进化代数的1/8,其最优适应度也仅为差分进化最优适应度的一半。通过对阵列侧向模型进行反演计算,表明该算法满足电测井反演的需求。改进差分进化方法可有效地解决传统优化方法反演结果对初值的依赖性问题。  相似文献

针对地震勘探资料依赖线性优化方法进行波阻抗反演不易得到全局极值的问题,提出一种改进的粒子群优化算法-自适应粒子群优化算法进行波阻抗反演。自适应粒子群优化算法是以群智能优化理论为基础,通过3种可能移动方向的带权值组合进行全局寻优。该方法搜索速度较快,且具有较强的全局寻优能力。通过函数测试和波阻抗反演的应用,结果表明,自适应粒子群优化算法是一种适应能力较强的全局优化算法,用该方法进行波阻抗反演是可行有效的。   相似文献

The calculation of groundwater reserves in shaly sand aquifers requires a reliable estimation of effective porosity and permeability; the amount of shaliness as a related quantity can be determined from well log analysis. The conventionally used linear model, connecting the natural gamma-ray index to shale content, often gives only a rough estimate of shale volume. A non-linear model is suggested, which is derived from the factor analysis of well-logging data. An earlier study of hydrocarbon wells revealed an empirical relationship between the factor scores and shale volume, independent of the well site. Borehole logs from three groundwater wells drilled in the northeastern Great Hungarian Plain are analyzed to derive depth logs of factor variables, which are then correlated with shale volumes given from the method of Larionov. Shale volume logs derived by the statistical procedure are in close agreement with those derived from Larionov’s formula, which confirms the validity of the non-linear approximation. The statistical results are in good accordance with laboratory measurements made on core samples. Whereas conventional methods normally use a single well log as input, factor analysis processes all available logs to provide groundwater exploration with reliable estimations of shale volume.  相似文献

边坡非圆弧临界滑动面搜索是边坡稳定性计算中的一个关键问题,其实质是找到一条安全系数最小的滑动路径。采用新的全局最优化算法--径向移动优化算法搜索路径相对其他算法具有快速、存储空间小、计算简单等优势,但却存在搜索结果不稳定的现象,为克服这个问题,对其数据结构进行调整,提出了改进的径向移动算法,使路径搜索趋于稳定。搜索到的滑动面路径对应的安全系数采用不平衡推力法进行计算,在可行性分析的基础上,采用二分法对安全系数快速、精确地求解。通过一个水库岸坡的算例计算,验证了改进的径向移动算法用于非圆弧临界滑动面搜索的有效性。又通过分析对比改进的径向移动优化算法和粒子群算法的搜索结果,展示了改进的径向移动算法快速收敛,稳定性高的显著优势。  相似文献

利用地温探测堤坝工程中的多重集中渗漏通道位置是一种反问题,为取得全局最优解及突破现有方法的局限性,采用不同优化算法相互配合的温度全局最优化方法,以达到有效准确探测显著集中渗漏通道的位置。结合各算法优势及目标函数不连续性等特点,选用全局搜索(GS)、多初始点(MS)及遗传算法(GA)3种方法联合补充优化。首先利用GS搜索局部最优点; 然后结合目标函数不连续点及上述局部最优点,人工增加MS优化起始点进行多初始点优化; 最后依据上述局部解,利用GA混合算法优化,从而有效提高全局最优化的概率。根据堤坝工程集中渗漏通道低温补给的特点,对优化目标函数进行了具有特定物理意义的修正; 为减少每次迭代的优化参数,基于温度测试精度提出分步优化方法,根据温度或修正目标函数残差吸引盆特征确定某步优化的集中渗漏数量; 由修正残差与温度测量精度相对大小确定优化是否终止,对应修正残差最小的优化结果为集中渗漏通道位置的真实解。结合工程实例,计算了某水库左坝肩的多重集中渗漏通道位置,分步优化了两个主要的集中渗漏位置,直接法优化3个集中渗漏位置。文献及工程实践证明了该法的正确性及有效性,为了堤坝等水利工程岩土体的集中渗漏整治提供了科学依据。  相似文献

针对动态规划在供水库群优化调度中存在"维数灾",且难以获得真正最优解这一缺点,将改进的加速遗传算法应用到供水库群的水资源优化配置之中。在加速遗传算法中,嵌入局部搜索,以加强算法的全局寻优能力。以库群间的水利联系为线索,设计了相应的算法框架,并提出了供水策略区间的概念。为了体现该算法的优越性,以二个串联供水水库的水资源优化配置为例,选用该方法与基于动态规划的轮库迭代法进行比较研究。结果表明该方法合理可行、收敛速度快,有一定的实用性。  相似文献

基于自然进化原理的遗传算法是一种解决岩土工程复杂非线性问题十分有前景的方法。对遗传算法中一些具有代表性的算法作了简要分析和评论。软土地基沉降受众多因素的影响,在时序上表现出复杂的非线性特征。针对一个加固纠偏工程的沉降预测问题,运用MATLAB编写遗传算法程序进行了预测分析。计算结果与实测资料基本一致,它在全局优化、非线性优化、多参数优化等方面表现出了传统算法无法比拟的优势。  相似文献

In the slope stability analysis, the interslice force calculated by the method of slices is the internal force of the slope in the limit equilibrium state, which is vital to the design of reinforcement. However, none of the existing methods can guarantee a priori the interslice force is reasonable. Starting from the global analysis procedure, an optimization problem for maximizing the factor of safety is posed under the constraints that the system of forces in the sliding body is physically admissible. In the problem, both the factor of safety and the normal stress along the slip surface are taken as the independent variables. With weak nonlinearity and no numerical problems inherent in the methods of slices, the optimization problem can be solved by those conventional optimization techniques. No assumption is made regarding the interslice forces, but the system of forces from the optimization problem is physically admissible. To bracket the factor of safety, meanwhile, the minimum of the factor of safety is calculated through a minimization process under the same constraints as the maximization process. It is illustrated that for smooth slip surfaces, the solutions to the maximum and the minimum almost coincide, and for non-smooth slip surfaces, the interval of the solution is very narrow.  相似文献

对于高度非线性、非凸的地下水管理模型,传统优化方法难以找到全局最优解。本文采用模拟退火遗传算法求解地下水管理模型,并从三个方面对算法进行改进:引入小生境技术,采用自适应交叉和变异概率,在选择过程中采用最优保存策略,从而提高算法的全局寻优能力和收敛速度。采用惩罚函数法处理约束条件。用Fortran 90语言编制了计算程序,并通过Schaffer测试函数验证了该算法不仅具有强大的全局寻优能力和局部搜索能力,而且具有较快的收敛速度和较高的优化精度。将该算法应用到某研究区地下水管理中,取得了较好的效果。  相似文献
