Analysis of the exchange of groundwater and river water by using Radon-222 in the middle Heihe Basin of northwestern China 总被引:8,自引:1,他引:8
In arid regions of western China, water resources come from mountain watersheds and disappear in the desert plain. The exchange of surface water and groundwater takes place two or three times in a basin. It is essential to analyze the interaction of groundwater with surface water to use water resources effectively and predict the change in the water environment. The conventional method of analysis, however, measures only the flow of a stream and cannot determine groundwater seepage accurately. As the concentration of Radon-222 (222Rn) in groundwater is much higher than in surface water, the use of 222Rn was examined as an indicator for the analysis of the interaction between surface water and groundwater. Measurement of the 222Rn concentration in surface water was conducted to detect groundwater seepage into a stream in the middle Heihe Basin of northwestern China. Furthermore, the simultaneous groundwater flow into and out of a stream from the aquifers was quantified by solving the 222Rn mass balance equation, in which the losses of gas exchange and radioactive decay of 222Rn are considered. Meanwhile, river runoff was gauged to determine the exchange rates between surface water and groundwater. The result shows that 222Rn isotope can be used as a good environmental tracer with high sensitivity for the interaction between surface water and groundwater, especially in the fractured aquifer system, karst aquifer system and discharge basins. 相似文献

The ground waters circulating in the Apulian mesozoic carbonate aquifer, of coastal type, show high concentrations of 222Rn everywhere. Considering their variation during the different phases of a hydrological year, such high concentration values can reach activity of 20 Bq/L, in the more internal zones of the aquifer. Moreover, it is often observed that, in correspondence of wells and springs nearest the coast, the concentrations of radioactive gas reach values greater than 400 Bq/L and vary considerably during the course of a day and with withdrawals. The research carried out over the last few years, has confirmed that 226Ra and 222Rn concentrations in the karst groundwater of Apulia, are mainly related to the occurrence of Terra Rossa inside the aquifer and the capacity of these paleosols to fix the salts of 226Ra coming from the dissolution of the calcareous and calcareous-dolomitic rocks. This paper shows the results of the analysis performed to define 222Rn increase in the brackish waters that come in contact with carbonate rocks and terra rossa. It also indicates the results of surveys performed in a coastal zone with well-known hydrogeological features. The controls performed during one hydrological year, have confirmed the relationships between the salt content of the ground waters and the enrichment of 222Rn and have highlighted that the manner of increase of this radioisotope is related to cases of ionic exchange and adsorption regulated by the dynamics of marine intrusion. 相似文献

近2~3年来,陕西省考古研究院科研人员再次对蓝田县的新街遗址进行了抢救性发掘,经过清理整理,发现于新街遗址灰坑、探沟和探方中的全新世鸟类骨骼共70件.鸟类化石均为分散保存骨骼,但此次发现的鸟类骨骼保存不仅数量多,而且形态也较完好,是国内全新世鸟类化石发现记录所罕见的.本文记述了对这批鸟类化石开展形态解剖学的鉴定,并系统完成分类学研究的成果,新街遗址中总计鸟类所属8目、8科、8属,共9种,其中以水生鸟类居多.此外,根据鸟类的生存习性及鸟类骨骼上残存的人工痕迹,还针对新街遗址全新世时期的环境和古人类的生活行为进行了全方位多角度的分析和推理,为新街遗址在传统考古学研究的基础上提供了全新的科学信息和有益的补充. 相似文献

铁钼华产于陕西金堆城斑岩钼矿床的氧化带内,该矿物以往被认为是钼华。笔者对该矿物进行了物理光学性质、化学成分、X射线衍射、穆斯堡尔谱、红外光谱以及失重和差热分析的研究,定名为铁钼华,其分子式为Fe_2(MoO_4)_3·6.8H_2O。同时,将其与国外天然和人工合成的铁钼华作了对比,确定其是在酸性氧化环境中形成的次生矿物。它是原生钼矿床的直接找矿标志。 相似文献

河北承德一带基性-超基性岩中的超贫铁矿石(全铁TFe含量<20%)资源在河北的铁精矿产量中占有重要地位,其中以铁马哈叭沁超贫铁矿床贡献最大。本研究以铁马哈叭沁岩体中的超贫铁矿石即钒钛磁铁矿化的角闪石岩中的角闪石为研究对象,通过电子探针分析和40Ar/39Ar测年,结合野外地质特征,探讨了超贫铁矿床的成矿时代及矿床成因。野外和岩相学特征表明,铁马哈叭沁超贫铁矿床为岩浆晚期分异型铁矿床。电子探针分析表明,角闪石岩中角闪石主量元素变化范围较小,具有富Ca、富Mg、富Na、贫K的特征,属于韭闪石和镁绿钙闪石。角闪石成因矿物学研究表明,角闪石岩主要为幔源成因,并受到了地壳物质的混染。角闪石岩中角闪石单矿物的40Ar/39Ar年龄为379~401 Ma,表明成岩成矿时代为泥盆纪,形成于白乃庙岛弧与华北克拉通北缘发生弧-陆碰撞后的伸展阶段。 相似文献

Two springs (Cuihua Spring, Shuiqiuchi Spring) in Cuihua Mountain of the Qinling Mountains were observed and sampled monthly
during 2004 and 2005 to trace their physical properties and chemical compositions with seasons. Although both pH values and
cation (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, and Na+) contents of Cuihua Spring are higher than those of Shuiqiuchi Spring, seasonal variations in both springs are obvious. The
pH values of both spring waters are between 5.69 and 6.98, lower than that of rainwater during summer and autumn. From January
to November, the pH values of both springs similarly vary from high to low and then to high again. Variations in electric
conductivities of two spring waters are contrary, although their electric conductivities are positively correlative with the
cation content respectively. This can be attributed to different water sources of the two springs or different acidic rocks
they passed. The contents of HCO3
−, Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, and Na+ are low, indicating a low silicate weathering that the strata in this district are mainly composed of granite and schist
of quartz and mica. Differing from change in spring water in karst regions of South China where abundant precipitation and
dilution of rainwater cause low pH and electric conductivity in summer and autumn, the seasonal variations in the pH values
and the electric conductivities of two springs in Qinling Mountains are attributed to seasonal changes in CO2 produced by microorganisms’ activity in soil within respective year, rather than rainfall. The microorganisms’ activity in
soil produces more CO2 during summer and autumn. Therefore, the water nature of springs in silicate regions chiefly reflects the seasonal changes

近期,通过对陕西靖边龙洲地区的丹霞地貌进行详细调查,查明了该地区丹霞地貌类型为丹霞正-负地貌的过渡类型——波浪式丹霞地貌。为了科学评价其价值和意义,本文主要从成景地层岩石特征、地质构造特征以及外动力因素等方面来初步探讨龙洲波浪式丹霞地貌的成因机理。研究表明:首先,研究区洛河组砂岩平行层理、大型风成交错层理对波浪式丹霞景观的形成具有很好的塑造作用;成景地层洛河组紫红色砂岩,为一套风成沙漠相沉积,岩石胶结程度较差,硬度低易碎,是波浪式丹霞地貌形成的物质基础;晚白垩世以来,鄂尔多斯盆地掀斜,区内地壳普遍隆起,表现为靖边龙洲地区发育多级古夷平面和河流阶地,对波浪式丹霞地貌的形成起基础性控制作用;该区洛河组砂岩中发育多组节理、裂隙构造,将洛河组砂岩切割成块状,其对波浪式丹霞地貌的形成和改造起着关键性控制作用;外动力因素上,靖边为半干旱内陆性季风气候,受西北风改造作用非常明显,是波浪式丹霞微地貌形成的主导外动力因素,此外,夏秋季的暴雨强烈冲刷侵蚀地表岩层,春秋季的寒潮霜冻,岩石发生冻融和崩落,对龙洲波浪式丹霞地貌的形成也有重要改造作用;靖边龙洲波浪式丹霞地貌除了受到地质构造和流水侵蚀的约束外,风力吹蚀对微地貌的改造非常明显,这是该地区丹霞地貌形成的主导外动力因素和特色所在;该地区波浪式丹霞地貌的发育阶段可分为两期。 相似文献

陕西略阳铧厂沟金矿床金的赋存状态研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
陕西略阳县铧厂沟金矿床为一正在开采的小型金矿床。利用野外观察、显微镜观察、电子探针扫描等综合分析技术对金矿石中金的赋存状态进行了研究。结果表明,金主要以独立矿物相存在,金的载体矿物主要为黄铁矿,其次为石英、白云石、黄铜矿、砷黝铜矿。金矿物均为自然金(成色为945~982),未发现含银自然金及银金矿等矿物。金的嵌布类型有包裹金、裂隙金、粒间金和连生金4种。矿石中自然金的粒度主要以显微微粒金(0.010~0.005 mm)为主(约占44%),其次是显微细粒金(0.020~0.010 mm)(约占22%)和显微极微粒金(0.005~0.001 mm)(约占19%)。显微中粒金—巨粒金数量较少(约占14%),但其面积含量较高(约占57%),对于矿石品位和储量来说非常重要。还讨论了铧厂沟金矿床自然金嵌布特征的地质意义以及金成色较高的成因。 相似文献

The influence of volcanism on paleoclimate in the northeast of China: Insights from Jinchuan peat, Jilin Province, China 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Just like contemporary sediments, peat itself is a good repository of information about climate change, the effects of volcanic
activity on climate change have been truly recorded in peat, since it is a major archive of volcanic eruption incidents. A
section of sand was identified as tephra from the Jinchuan peat, Jilin Province, China, for the grains look like slag with
surface bubbles and pits, characterized by high porosity, and loose structure with irregular edges and corners. According
to the peat characteristics of uniform deposition, the tephra was dated at 2002–1976 a B.P. by way of linear interpolation,
so the time of volcanic eruption was 15 B.C.–26 A.D. (the calibrated age). While the geochemical characteristics of tephra
in this study are quite the same as those of tephra from the Jinlongdingzi volcano at Longgang and from alkaline basaltic
magma, with the contents of SiO2<55%, and the similar contents to Al2O3 and Fe, but the contents of Na2O>K2O. We speculated that the tephra in this study came from the Longgang volcano group. Compared with 11 recorded volcanic eruption
events as shown on the carbon and oxygen isotope curves of the Jinchuan peat cellulose, it is obviously seen that adjacent
or large-scale volcanic eruptions are precisely corresponding to the minimum temperature and humidity. It seems that these
volcanic eruptions indeed affected the local climate, leading to the drop of regional temperature and humidity. As a result,
there was prevailing a cold and dry climate there, and all these changes can be well recorded in peat. So the comparison of
volcanic eruption events with information about climate change developed from peat, can provide strong evidence for the impact

The spatial and temporal distribution of near-shore fresh submarine groundwater discharge (SGD) was characterised from the coastal aquifers of the Willunga Basin, South Australia, an extensive aquifer system that supports an important viticultural region. Measurements of electrical conductivity (EC) and 222Rn (radon) activity were collected at 19 sites along the coastline during the Southern Hemisphere spring (2011) and summer (2013). At each site, samples were collected from the surf zone as well asporewater from beach sediment in the intertidal zone. Surf-zone radon activity ranged from <5 to 70mBq L–1, and intertidal porewater radon ranged over two orders of magnitude (220–36 940 mBq L–1) along the Willunga Basin coastline during both surveys. Overall, surf-zone and porewater EC was lower in the spring 2011 survey than in the summer 2013 survey. Porewater EC was similar to that of coastal water at most sites along the coastline, except at three sites where porewater EC was found to be lower than coastal water during both surveys, and three sites where evaporated seawater was observed in the summer survey. Based on the patterns in radon and EC along the coastline, two sites of localised fresh SGD were identified, in addition to a groundwater spring that is known to discharge to the coast. The results indicate that near-shore fresh SGD occurs as localised seeps rather than diffuse seepage along the entire coastline. The apparent absence of groundwater discharge at most locations is also consistent with current evidence suggesting that extensive groundwater pumping within the basin has resulted in seawater intrusion across much of the coastline. These observations also suggest that previous studies are likely to have over-estimated SGD rates from the Willunga Basin because they assumed that SGD occurred along the entire coastline. 相似文献

将旅游生态足迹引入区域旅游可持续发展评价,阐述旅游生态足迹的概念,构建旅游生态足迹模型,用于衡量旅游可持续发展能力。以陕西省作为研究对象,对旅游生态足迹模型在大尺度区域旅游业可持续发展定量测度中的运用进行实证研究,计算其1991年至2008年的旅游生态足迹。结果表明:陕西省出现了不同程度的旅游生态赤字和生态压力,平均存在0.033 1 hm2/人的旅游生态赤字,其旅游业处于不可持续发展状态。提出未来实现旅游业可持续发展应做到加强旅游文化内涵挖掘、大力发展生态旅游及特色旅游、充分发挥政府职能、完善法律法规等。 相似文献

陕西省铧厂沟金矿是一个主要赋存于海底基性火山喷流细碧岩中的金矿床.文中系统研究了该矿床主矿带黄铁矿的热电性特征.主矿带成矿温度主要集中在130~330℃,属中—低温矿床;黄铁矿导电类型从早期到晚期由N型向P型转变;P型黄铁矿出现频率从浅部到深部呈减小趋势;金品位高值区与P型黄铁矿的高值区及热电系数离散度的低值区相对应;主矿带黄铁矿热电导型及热电性参数特征反映出主矿带开采区位于矿体中部偏下,向深处仍有一定规模的延伸.综合分析认为,0至2勘探线深部以及22~26勘探线深部发现新的富矿段的可能性较大. 相似文献

A new ootype collected from the Upper Cretaceous Lijiacun Formation in the Shangdan Basin, Shaanxi Province is described in this paper. Based on general external shape, size, eggshell thickness and honeycomb‐like eggshell microstructure, eggs are referable to the oofamily Faveoloolithidae. Compared with other members of Faveoloolithidae, specimens described in this paper show special characteristics: adjacent pores are usually separated by two eggshell units between which often develop interspaces; columnar eggshell units are relatively closely arranged in radial view. According to these characteristics, we erect a new oogenus and a new oospecies: Duovallumoolithus shangdanensis oogen. et oosp. nov. The new discovery expands the diversity of Faveoloolithidae. 相似文献

The Raobazhai ultramafic massif of the ultrahigh pressure Sulu–Dabie orogenic belt, central China, is thought to be a segment of subcontinental lithospheric mantle that was subducted and exhumed during the Triassic collision of the North China and Yangtze cratons. We performed a Re–Os isotopic study of peridotites from the massif, associated with major and trace element analysis and textural examination. Os (1.02 to 6.28 ppb) and Re (0.004 to 0.376 ppb) concentrations are typical of orogenic lherzolite values, and 187Os/188Os ratios (0.1157 to 0.1283) are all similar to or lower than the proposed primitive upper mantle value. 187Os/188Os is roughly correlated with 187Re/188Os, and strongly correlated with Al2O3. These correlations can be explained by radiogenic ingrowth of 187Os since an ancient partial melting event. TMA model ages (1.7 to 2.0 Ga) of refractory peridotites from the lower massif are consistent with the model age (1.8 Ga) obtained from the 187Os/188Os vs. Al2O3 correlation at ~1% Al2O3. This age cannot distinguish the cratonic provenance of the Raobazhai massif, since similar Re–Os model ages have been obtained from both the North China and the Yangtze cratons. The poor quality of the 187Os/188Os vs. 187Re/188Os correlation indicates that the Re/Os ratios were disturbed, perhaps during Triassic subduction. The mainly lherzolitic samples of the upper massif, which were most strongly affected by this process, have porphyroclastic textures with fine-grained olivine, pyroxene and amphibole neoblasts, suggesting Re mobility during recrystallization in the presence of fluids.Previous studies of ultramafic xenoliths from arc volcanics demonstrate that slab-derived melts or fluids can both scavenge mantle Os and add substantial amounts of radiogenic Os to the suprasubduction mantle. In Raobazhai, both trace element patterns and the abundance of hydrous phases provide evidence for extensive interaction with fluids during subduction and/or exhumation. Nevertheless, the strong correlation between 187Os/188Os and Al2O3, and the high Os concentrations of these rocks indicate that Os isotopic ratios, and probably even Os concentrations, were essentially unaffected by this process. Assuming that the arguments favoring a suprasubduction setting for the Raobazhai massif are valid, these data provide evidence that Os systematics are sometimes surprisingly robust, even above subduction zones. 相似文献

江西省冷水坑矿区火成岩-构造演化一直缺少系统的年代学制约.作者运用LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb和40Ar/39Ar测年技术,对冷水坑矿区两套火山岩地层(打鼓顶组和鹅湖岭组)、含矿花岗斑岩和主推覆断层F2进行了年代学测试,结果表明,打鼓顶组流纹质含角砾熔结凝灰岩形成于160.8±1.9Ma,鹅湖岭组合角砾熔结凝灰岩则具有间歇性和多期喷发特点,其最初活动时间为159Ma,而主体形成于146.6±2.2Ma;矿区含矿花岗斑岩与打鼓顶组、鹅湖岭组几乎同期形成,年龄介于163.6 ±2.1Ma~154.3±3.0Ma之间;研究区构造活动起始时间不晚于加里东期,推覆断层F2中保留有40Ar/39Ar年龄为398.5±2.6Ma的构造活动痕迹,中生代重新复活,导致震旦系叠覆于鹅湖岭组之上,年龄晚于146.6Ma,可能对含矿斑岩体起破坏作用. 相似文献

柴蚂金矿床位于陕西省凤太矿集区西北部八卦庙超大型金矿床的西侧约0.5km处,二者在成矿地质背景和控矿条件等方面均相似。该矿床共划分出5个含矿带,其产出位置受地层和构造联合控制。本次工作对柴蚂金矿床中发育的脉状闪锌矿进行了Rb-Sr同位素测年研究,获得了等时线年龄为(210.8±2.4)Ma,即晚三叠世;闪锌矿的87Sr/86Sri值为0.710 55±0.000 11,指示铅锌矿化的成矿物质可能主要来源于大陆壳。结合前人的研究成果分析认为,凤太矿集区内的铅锌矿化和金矿化是在秦岭造山带印支期碰撞-后碰撞过程中同一时代同一成矿作用的产物。 相似文献
