灰色系统在耕地预测中的应用——以芜湖市为例   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
提高耕地动态变化预测精度是土地规划工作中的一项重要内容。文章利用灰色系统理论的建模思想。根据芜湖市耕地统计资料历史变化特点,分时段建立灰色系统模型来对比分析和筛选。并结合残差辩识来提高预测模型的精度。同时,与一元线性回归模型相比较,验证GM(1,1)模型在耕地变化预测中的精确性与可靠性,并提出运用对比分析与综合分析选择模型的思想来优化GM(1,1)模型,为科学精确地进行耕地预测提供了理论基础。  相似文献

以潮白河为研究区域,探讨了与模型参数及模型模拟性能有关的多参数灵敏度及不确定性分析方法(Multi-Parameter Sensitivity and Uncertainty Analysis, MPSUA)。基于Monte Carlo模拟的多参数灵敏度分析,可以评价模型中多个参数的相对重要性。GLUE不确定性分析则能对模型性能进行量化评估。实例研究表明,通过MPSUA方法,可以减少优化参数的个数。而且,在没有对模型进行参数优化之前,基于MPSUA就可以确定模型的模拟精度。例如同样的模型在潮河可以获得比在白河更高的模拟精度。这种同一模型在不同流域所体现的差异性,一方面是源于模型结构本身的不完善,另一方面则与用于建模的数据误差有关。SCE-UA参数优化结果与MPSUA结果几乎一致,说明本文的参数灵敏度与模型总体性能评估方法比较合理。  相似文献

鉴于传统各向异性二维半变异函数各向同性化方法未充分考虑或无力精确描述其内部结构信息的缺陷,本研究通过引入线性广义尺度不变(GSI)模型,以DEM数据作为验证对象,对二维半变异函数各向异性结构信息进行多尺度建模,并采用旋转椭圆法、两步搜索作图法等方法对系统参数进行估计,最后以球状模型为例对理论半变异函数的估计精度,及其在空间数据插值中的应用效果进行对比研究。结果表明:各向异性普遍存在于地形数据的空间变异中,有证据表明,这种各向异性结构中处处显现出不同的变形特征,但是也存在着某种规则性的成分,如各向同性圆形或近圆形等值线,因此,在对坐标进行各向同性化处理时不适合采用“一刀切”的方式去处理;GSI系统参数皆能得到较高精度的估计,如决定系数R2普遍达到了0.99以上,间接证明了GSI模型对地形数据各向异性结构处理的有效性和适用性;通过理论模型估计和插值结果对比,线性GSI坐标转换法比传统坐标转换法有了明显的精度提升,并且展现出了较高的边缘信息恢复能力,但也表现出了一定的局限性和不稳定性。  相似文献

植被物候作为全球植被和陆面过程模型的重要参数,对其状态的准确描述在很大程度上决定着模型的模拟精度。温带森林作为北半球中高纬度地区主要植被类型及全球重要碳源,研究其物候期的变化将提高对区域碳通量的估算精度。本文以长白山阔叶红松林为研究对象,探讨了数字相机图像在物种尺度物候模拟及群落尺度物候模型改进方面的作用,结果如下:(1)物种尺度上,利用数字相机能获取两种植被(红松,蒙古栎)较为准确的物候期(与人工观测数据比较,绝对误差〈3d);(2)群落尺度上,基于数字相机图像获取的冠层状态数据提高了基于气象数据的物候模型(GSI:growingseasonindex)的模拟精度(R2=0.9),尤其是秋季物候模拟,为进一步分析群落物候的环境控制因子提供了有力手段。研究表明:数字相机不仅能够提供精确地基于物种尺度的物候数据,还可为遥感物候数据的校正提供参考,同时为生态模型中物候模块的改进及降低区域尺度碳通量模拟不确定性提供了新的思路。  相似文献

着重讨论一种基于灰色GM(1,1)模型及国民收入决定函数模型而建立的新组合模型。该模型建模方法简单,组合性强,并且在各模型的拟合精度提高。该模型汲取了灰色GM(1,1)模型模拟国民收入变化趋势的优点和国民收入决定函数模型模拟国民收入波动的优点,使组合模型不但在趋势上符合国民收入的发展,而且也给出了在波动方面的比较一致的模拟。  相似文献

空间交互模型被广泛应用于地理要素关系强度的模拟,然而目前大量研究或建立在模型参数标定理想化、模式化的假设条件下,或是在暗箱中完成,由此导致模拟结果与实际的偏差却被严重低估。基于2015年中国春运期间人口省际流动的城市间O-D数据,在逐日、分市的研究精度下,实证推算人口流动重力模型变量的回归系数,探究模型代理变量影响效应的空间异质性,并评估重力模型在人口流动模拟上的误差。结果显示:① 重力模型参数标定的复杂性体现在交互对象代理变量影响程度的非对称性,和变量回归系数的空间异质性随研究精度加深显著加剧两个方面,因此模型参数标定的模式化将导致估算结果空间差异的趋势收敛;② 2015年春运期间中国人口省际流动距离衰减系数为1.970,在地级行政单元视角下,人口流出地距离衰减系数值域为0.712(驻马店)~7.699(乌鲁木齐),人口流入地系数值域为0.792(三亚)~8.223(乌鲁木齐);③ 应用重力模型模拟人口流动结果与实测流(百度迁徙数据)存在显著误差。就加权绝对平均误差而言,拟合总误差为85.54%,其中空间相互作用效应造成了86.09%的实测流与模拟流的最大误差,相对流出力、相对吸引力分别造成57.73%、49.34%的模型误差。因此,空间交互效应仍然是当前最难以模式化的因素。  相似文献

为利用钻孔数据快速构建三维地质模型并进一步提高模型合理性和数据质量,提出了基于钻孔的三维地质模型快速构建及更新方法.利用基于层位标定的钻孔数据快速解译方法完成原始钻孔中地层分界点的编号之后,实现了三维模型的自动构建;通过在约束条件下调整层面虚拟控制点,完成了模型的交互式调整,并能根据调整结果自动更新三维模型.该方法在建模实际案例中的成功应用,证明其能够很好地处理工程实践中的复杂问题,提高了建模效率及模型质量.  相似文献

提出了一种基于神经网络的单元自动机(CA)。CA已被越来越多地应用在城市及其它地理现象的模拟中。CA模拟所碰到的最大问题是如何确定模型的结构和参数。模拟真实的城市涉及到使用许多空间变量和参数。当模型较复杂时,很难确定模型的参数值。本模型的结构较简单,模型的参数能通过对神经网络的训练来自动获取。分析表明,所提出的方法能获得更高的模拟精度,并能大大缩短寻找参数所需要的时间。通过筛选训练数据,本模型还可以进行优化的城市模拟,为城市规划提供参考依据。  相似文献

参考作物蒸散量(ET0)是计算作物需水量的关键因子,目前计算ET0最准确的方法主要是FAO Penman-Monteith模型,但该模型需要大量的参数而在有些地区难以应用。为了寻求利用有限参数确定ET0的适用方法,将模拟蒸散仪(Simulated ETgage Atmometer)实测ET0值与FAO Penman-Monteith等7种常用的、参数需求不同的模型计算的ET0值进行了比较研究。结果表明:①模拟蒸散仪实测ET0值与FAO Penman-Monteith模型计算结果非常接近,说明绿洲灌区ET0可以用模拟蒸散仪直接测定,若参数齐全也可用FAO Penman-Monteith模型直接计算;②如果有效参数仅可满足Hargreaves模型计算需求,也可用该模型计算ET0,但在精确的灌溉设计和农田水量平衡测算中该模型计算的5—8月值需要降低5.2%;③建立了Jensen-Haise、FAO-17 Penman、FAO-24 Radiation等模型的修正模型,若有效参数仅能满足这些模型的计算需求,就可用这些修正模型准确计算试区ET0;④Makkink模型和Priestley-Taylor模型不能用于试区ET0的准确计算。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
