面向问题的GIS实施方案——系统的裁剪与集成

一、目前我国ＧＩＳ的应用水平地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ—ＧｅｏｇｒａｐｈｉｃａｌＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｙｓｔｅｍ）从８０年代中期引进至今,在我国已有１０余年的发展历程了。此间从完全购买国外软件到完全自主开发软件,应该说我国ＧＩＳ技术的发展速度是相当快的。但与此相比,ＧＩＳ技术向生产力的转化则要慢得多。ＧＩＳ的应用应该达到面向传统管理方式的改造、面各各专业部门的实际需要,利用各行业的专门知识,结合地理信息的运用,建立现代高技术支持下的日常业务系统这一目标。而国内的应用现状与这一目标还是相差较远。桌面地…     

云南省GIS事业的回顾与云南省地理研究所3S中心的发展

计算机技术的飞速发展与信息的社会化带动和推动了地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）的发展。ＧＩＳ的广泛应用表明了ＧＩＳ在社会中需求地位和价值。云南的ＧＩＳ同全国一样走过了起步、建设到发展的过程。云南地理研究所的３Ｓ（ＧＩＳ、ＲＳ、ＧＰＳ）中心在云南ＧＩＳ的事业中占有主要的地位,３Ｓ中心的发展方向会不同程度地影响云南省ＧＩＳ事业的发展方向和进程。在回顾云南ＧＩＳ发展的历程后提出今后３Ｓ中心的发展方向与工作奋斗目标     

基于组件对象模型构建WebGIS技术的研究

在近年来的软件发展中,组件化和网络的进步是其重要的特征之一。软件工业的主要突破点便是软件之间的结合和组件化。本文在研究国内外有关成果的基础上,介绍了组件技术和万维网地理信息系统的结合,针对ＧＩＳ的特殊性,指出了用组件技术构建ＷｅｂＧＩＳ系统可行性、一般步骤和主要任务,着重剖析了在ＷｅｂＧＩＳ系统中组件模型的运行机制。将组件对象模型这一新的技术引入 ＷｅｂＧＩＳ领域,提高 ＷｅｂＧＩＳ技术水平和工作效率,充分发挥ＷｅｂＧＩＳ的效能。     

GIS信息分类编码技术的基本方法

ＧＩＳ信息分类编码技术是较好地管理和利用地理信息，避免工作上不必要的重复和保证各子系统之间相互兼容，信息共享的重要技术手段。本广西较系统地，全面地介绍了ＧＩＳ信息分类编码的基本要求、原则、步骤和方法。     

西北干旱区的可持续发展及信息调控

我国西北干旱区是国家下世纪开发的重点区域。本文对西北干旱区可持续发展的问题与特点进行了分析,认为许多问题具有明显的空间分异特征;同时,论述了信息调控的必要性和ＧＩＳ和ＳＤＳＳ方法在区域可持续发展信息调控中的作用。     

地理信息系统用于城市管理信息系统的方法研究

以厦门市鼓浪屿一街区的实用化城市管理信息作为内容，进行ＧＩＳ用于城市管理的技术路线、内容和方法进行研究，为城市信息化管理服务。     

应用遥感与GIS技术进行热带林保护区乡村混农林业规划

详细阐述了遥感与地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）技术在热带林乡村混农林业规划项目中的应用。通过利用遥感和ＧＩＳ技术建立乡村ＧＩＳ专题数据库,结合生物生态学理论、模糊数学及多元统计分析方法建立混农林业规划模型,利用ＧＩＳ软件平台二次开发技术,进行了热带林乡村混农林业规划研究。结果表明,遥感ＧＩＳ技术能有效提高乡村混农林业规划的自动化水平,使规划结果更加科学化、合理化。     

地理信息系统用于城市管理信息系统的方法研究

以厦门市鼓浪屿一街区的实用化城市管理信息作为内容，进行ＧＩＳ用于城市管理的技术路线、内容和方法进行研究、为城市信息化管理服务。     

土地退化评介与监测技术路线的研究

在对９０年代后期国内外土地退化评价与监测主要进展分析基础上,归纳出了绝对、相对和差异三种退化的评介思想;直接运用图象处理软件,通过监督非监督分类选择几个基于ＲＳ、ＧＩＳ的指标,给定不同的权重综合地确定土地退化类型和程度的两种技术监测路线。最后,结合中国的实际情况,以沙质荒漠化为例提出了在绝对退化思想指导下,通过确定土地退化生态基准的时空尺度,建立监测区内典型土地退化类型与程度的标准信息资源库,ＧＩ     

中国国家自然地图集Internet版的设计和研制

本文系统阐述了国家自然地图集Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ版的设计和研制过程中的若干问题,包括系统的概念设计、系统开发中的ＷｅｂＧＩＳ技术和策略,系统的主要功能和特色,以及系统维护和更新方案等。本系统从概念设计来看分为服务器端软件模块、浏览器端软件模块、国家自然地图集数据库支持等几个部分。系统开发中采取的ＷｅｂＧＩＳ技术和策略有:兼顾服务器端和客户端的综合型ＷｅｂＧＩＳ策略,基于Ｊａｖａ Ａｐｐｌｅｔ的 ＷｅｂＧＩＳ浏览器开发技术,基于Ｍａｐ Ｏｂｊｅｃｔ(ＭＯ)的ＷｅｂＧＩＳ服务器开发技术等３个方面。在系统的主要功能特色方面,本文从以下５个方面进行了论述:科学有序的内容结构、清晰精练并带导航的界面、富有特色的信息查询功能、多重表达的地图可视化效果、一定的空间信息分析和制图功能。在系统维护和更新方案上,本文从网络技术、数据更新、功能开发３个方面介绍了计划,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
