新疆西天山超高压变质榴辉岩   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
在新疆西天山3类榴辉岩中均发现了超高压变质矿物:在第Ⅰ类与蓝片岩互层的榴辉岩中发现了柯石英假像;在第Ⅱ类枕状榴辉岩的绿辉石中发现了石英出溶叶片;在第Ⅲ类产于大理岩中呈透镜状的方解石/白云石榴辉岩中发现了变质成因的菱镁矿。详细的岩石矿物学研究表明,第Ⅰ类榴辉岩3个阶段的变质演化温压条件为:UHP前变质阶段(356-433℃,0.8-1.0GPa)、峰期UHP榴辉岩相阶段(496-598℃,2.572-2.666GPa)和退变绿帘蓝片岩相阶段(500-530℃,1.0-1.2GPa),并建立了在NCMASCH(Na2O-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-CO2-H2O)体系中出现蓝闪石、石榴石、绿辉石、菱镁矿、白云石、黝帘石、柯石英、CO2和H2O的相平衡关系。经变质反应分析和相平衡理论计算西天山含菱镁矿的蓝闪石榴辉岩的变质峰期温压条件为:2.7-2.8GPa和525-607℃,XCO2低于0.006。超高压变质矿物的发展表明西天山榴辉岩经历了超高压变质作用,所谓的南天山造山带可能是世界上规模最大的由洋壳俯冲形成的超高压变质带。  相似文献

对西南天山哈布腾苏河一带出露的典型榴辉岩和蓝片岩进行了详细的岩相学、矿物化学和温压条件综合研究。榴辉岩可分为蓝闪石榴辉岩、钠云母榴辉岩、绿帘石榴辉岩和蓝闪石榴角闪岩(退变榴辉岩)4类,蓝片岩可分为含蓝闪石石榴白云母钠长片岩、石榴白云母蓝闪片岩和石榴白云母蓝闪石英片岩3类。新鲜榴辉岩主要矿物组合为石榴石+绿辉石+钠云母+绿帘石,退变榴辉岩则为石榴石+蓝闪石+角闪石;蓝片岩主要矿物组合为石榴石+蓝闪石+多硅白云母+钠云母+钠长石+石英。榴辉岩和蓝片岩中石榴石变斑晶均保存进变质生长环带,从核部到边部XMn和XFe降低,XMg和XCa升高,指示了升温进变质的演化过程。根据榴辉岩矿物共生组合、石榴石内部包体组合分布特征及传统地质温压计估算结果,确定榴辉岩经历了4阶段的变质演化:早期硬柱石蓝片岩相进变质阶段、峰期榴辉岩相变质阶段(t=543~579℃,p=1.5~1.6 GPa)、峰后绿帘蓝片岩相退变质阶段(t=~450℃,p1.0GPa)和晚期蓝闪绿片岩相退变质阶段(t400℃,p0.5 GPa)。利用p-T视剖面图计算的榴辉岩、蓝片岩峰期变质温压条件与传统地质温压计估算结果十分相近,其中榴辉岩的峰期变质条件t=520~550℃,p=1.7~1.9 GPa;蓝片岩峰期变质条件t=520~620℃,p=1.7~2.3 GPa。本文估算的榴辉岩峰期变质压力条件与前人根据柯石英的发现而认为研究区部分榴辉岩及其围岩曾经历超高压变质作用的认识明显相悖,原因可能如下:①后期退变质作用引起研究区榴辉岩全岩成分、矿物化学成分的调整,在采用Grt-Cpx-Phe温压计和以全岩成分为基础的相平衡模拟方法估算峰期温压条件时受到影响,从而使估算峰期压力条件普遍偏低;②西南天山的榴辉岩可能并非全都经历了超高压变质作用,高压、超高压榴辉岩可能分别代表了不同变基性岩块在不同俯冲深度变质的产物。  相似文献

宿松杂岩的变质作用可分为3个阶段:早期、主期和晚期阶段。主期阶段的矿物组合在云母片岩中为石榴石+多硅白云母+石英+磁铁矿±钠云母±绿帘石/黝帘石;在白云母钠长(二长)片岩和片麻岩中为石榴石+多硅白云母+钠长石+石英+绿帘石/黝帘石±冻蓝闪石;在石榴石钠长角闪岩中为石榴石+冻蓝闪石+钠长石+黝帘石+石英±钠云母±金红石/磁铁矿。根据多种地质温压计和变质反应可以推测主期变质条件为:T=520℃~580℃,P=1.2~1.4GPa,地热梯度为12℃/km,相当于高压过渡型。晚期阶段变质条件为:T=460℃~480℃,P=0.6~0.7GPa,为中压绿帘角闪岩相。宿松杂岩的变质条件介于其南部的蓝闪绿片岩相和北部的榴辉岩相之间,三者是扬子板块向华北板块之下俯冲到不同深度的产物。  相似文献

勐库地区新近发现的退变质榴辉岩中晚期退变质作用形成的闪石类矿物十分丰富,其携带了大量晚期退变质过程中的岩石成因信息。本文通过系统的矿物学研究,鉴定出了3期10种闪石类矿物,其中以镁钙闪石、镁角闪石、铁镁钙闪石、铁韭闪石、透闪石、阳起石等钙质闪石类为主,有少量冻蓝闪石、蓝透闪石等钠-钙闪石类。研究发现,随着退变质过程中时间的推移,角闪石的形成环境逐渐由还原环境向弱氧化环境、氧化环境演变。根据角闪石电子探针成分测试结果计算了相应的温度、压力条件。结合岩相学的资料,将退变质过程分为3期:(1)第1期早阶段为近等温降压过程(p=0.56~0.75 GPa,t=642~709℃),主要形成铁韭闪石、铁镁钙闪石、镁钙闪石;晚阶段为等温降压过程(p=0.39~0.56 GPa,t=619~642℃),主要形成镁钙闪石及少量镁绿钙闪石、铁韭闪石;(2)第2期为降温降压过程(p=0.23~0.42 GPa,t=460~610℃),主要形成镁角闪石、冻蓝闪石及铁角闪石;(3)第3期为近等温降压过程(p=0.09~0.31 GPa,t=350~420℃),主要形成透闪石、阳起石、蓝透闪石等。闪石类的成分变化反映了退变质榴辉岩从地壳底部的角闪石榴辉岩-高压麻粒岩相温压环境向中上地壳角闪岩相、绿片岩相温压环境的渐次退变质作用过程。这与昌宁-孟连构造带上印支期的碰撞造山作用、燕山期的区域性地壳伸展、喜马拉雅期的陆内造山运动具有较好的对应关系。  相似文献

华中高压-超高压变质富铝岩石为陆壳岩石经变质而成,其典型的岩石类型为蓝晶石黄玉石英岩。矿物温压计估算其p-T条件为T=700℃,p=1.2GPa;高温高压实验结果表明,蓝晶石+黄玉组合在T=1000~1200℃,P=3.1~3.77GPa范围内可以稳定存在,是高压-超高压变质作用产物。在蓝晶石石英岩中发现柯石英及柯石英假象,区域上其它岩石组合也有高压-超高压变质作用的证据。变质富铝岩石为榴辉岩相变质作用产物,从而证明陆壳岩石可以经历>2.0GPa的变质压力条件。  相似文献

羌塘中部榴辉岩位于龙木错-双湖缝合带中段,改则县古姆乡片石山地区。榴辉岩的主要矿物成分为石榴子石、绿辉石、多硅白云母、金红石、角闪石等,围岩为石榴白云母片岩和蓝片岩,石榴白云母片岩主要由石榴子石、多硅白云母和石英构成,蓝片岩由石榴子石、角闪石(含蓝闪石)、多硅白云母等构成。岩石学和矿物学研究显示,榴辉岩主要经历了3期变质作用:①峰期榴辉岩相变质作用阶段,以石榴子石、绿辉石和多硅白云母为特征,变质温度和压力分别为500℃和2.3GPa;②绿帘角闪岩相变质作用阶段,以后期形成的冻蓝闪石、镁红闪石、绿帘石、钠长石等交代早期矿物为特征;③绿片岩相变质作用阶段,以毛发状阳起石等为特征。榴辉岩的变质演化过程代表了青藏高原北部古特提斯洋俯冲消减和冈瓦纳与劳亚大陆碰撞造山的过程。  相似文献

西大别造山带红安高压榴辉岩主要矿物为石榴石、绿辉石、冻蓝闪石、石英和绿帘石,有时可见蓝闪石、多硅白云母和钠云母.石榴石具有生长环带且边缘成分变化大,可分为代表峰期的Ⅰ型边(XMg高、Grs低)和受退变质改造的Ⅱ型边(XMg低、Grs高).石榴石内蓝闪石包体发育冻蓝闪石退变边,说明包体不能完全反映进变质条件.基质绿辉石比包体绿辉石Jd含量低,在一个晶体内成分有明显变化和沿解理缝发育冻蓝闪石,显示峰后绿辉石有成分变化和退变质改造.基质中冻蓝闪石晶体较大,核部见有蓝闪石残留,说明二者有成因联系.冻蓝闪石和绿辉石都发育后成合晶结构,石榴石有韭闪石的反应冠状体.在THERMOCALC程序计算的P-T视剖面图中,石榴石Ⅰ型边反映的峰期P-T条件为2.4~2.6GPa、570~585℃,和基质中多硅白云母Si含量等值线限定范围一致,对应硬柱石蓝闪石榴辉岩组合.石榴石Ⅱ型边P-T范围为1.9~2.4GPa、530~570℃,低于峰期条件.在可能的峰后降压过程中,岩石先后主要经历了硬柱石脱水生成绿帘石和蓝闪石、绿辉石退变为冻蓝闪石的反应阶段.绿辉石、冻蓝闪石发育的后成合晶说明晚期退变过程缺乏流体,石榴石的韭闪石冠状体也可能在该阶段产生,都受局部成分域控制.红安高压榴辉岩中各矿物与成分代表不同变质阶段,称其为冻蓝闪石榴辉岩只是对现有主要组成矿物的描述,不是基于共生关系的严格岩石学命名.  相似文献

位于拉萨地块中部松多榴辉岩带西端的新达多地区出露两种类型榴辉岩:含蓝闪石榴辉岩和双矿物榴辉岩。含蓝闪石榴辉岩主要矿物组合为石榴石、绿辉石、蓝闪石、多硅白云母及少量的绿帘石、角闪石、石英、金红石。石榴石不具有成分环带结构,蓝闪石存在于基质中,边部大多退变为冻蓝闪石并普遍发育有角闪石和石英的后成合晶。双矿物榴辉岩的主要矿物组合为石榴石、绿辉石、石英及少量的绿帘石、角闪石、金红石、钛铁矿、榍石。石榴石具有典型的进变质环带特征,从核部到边部镁铝榴石和钙铝榴石组分先升高后降低,铁铝榴石组分变化与之耦合,石榴石边部发育角闪石和钠长石的冠状体,推断石榴石记录了进变质的生长过程后又受到了退变质改造。结合传统温压计和变质相平衡模拟两种温压计算方法对榴辉岩的峰期变质条件进行限定,得到含蓝闪石榴辉岩的峰期温压条件为:615±5℃,33±0.5kbar;双矿物榴辉岩的峰期变质温度为630±10℃,压力不超过27kbar。变质相平衡模拟计算结果显示:(1)含蓝闪石榴辉岩经历了退变初期近等温减压过程,这一过程以硬柱石和少量滑石的脱水反应生成蓝闪石和绿帘石为主要特征;中晚期退变质阶段以大范围硬柱石消失后局部富余流体的消耗在蓝闪石边部形成冻蓝闪石以及蓝闪石边部发育后成合晶为特征,部分石榴石边部的韭闪石冠状体大致也发生在这一过程;(2)双矿物榴辉岩则记录了从进变质生长阶段到峰期变质阶段,最后再到退变质演化阶段的完整变质过程。结合前人对松多榴辉岩的工作,对新达多地区新近发现的两类榴辉岩的岩石学研究表明:拉萨地块内部的榴辉岩为典型的大洋俯冲带产物,代表了古特提斯洋盆的存在。俯冲折返过程中复杂的构造机制使得不同类型榴辉岩在同一地区出露共生。  相似文献

山东沂水麻粒岩相岩石出露于断裂带中,它是断裂带中最古老的岩石。主要岩石类型有孔兹岩(石榴石-石英-条纹长石-夕线石片麻岩)、紫苏辉石麻粒岩(紫苏辉石-斜长石-厂长央片麻岩)以及紫苏花岗岩等。根据矿物共生组合、变质反应,温压条件得出本区麻粒岩相岩石经历了五个阶段的变质作用,前阶段为角闪岩相变质作用,温度条件为T=575℃ ̄600℃,P=0.59GPa;峰期他阶段经历了五个阶段的变质作用,峰前阶段为角  相似文献

Rocks within the Zermatt-Saas ophiolite of the western Alps have undergone eclogite facies metamorphism during subduction prior to the Alpine collision. The metamorphic history of these rocks is well defined, with eclogitic assemblages being followed by the limited growth of blueschist assemblages of glaucophane and paragonite. Subsequent greenschist alteration occurs adjacent to faults, veins and metasediments. Away from such sources of water, retrogression is very limited. Sm-Nd isotopic analyses of an essentially unretrogressed eclogitic metabasalt suggest that eclogite facies metamorphism occurred at 52 ± 18 Ma. The large uncertainty is due to the presence of very small amounts of Nd-rich epidote present as inclusions within garnet. As the closure temperature of garnet to Sm & Nd is thought to be >600C, resetting due to post-high-pressure diffusion is thought to be insignificant. Given the fine-grained protolith to the sample analysed, and its extensive deformation under eclogite facies conditions, incomplete homogenization of pre-metamorphic isotopic variations is also considered unlikely to be responsible for the young age. A Tertiary age of eclogitization means that models of early Alpine evolution based on the cessation of high-pressure metamorphism in the Cretaceous need to be revised.  相似文献

通过对大别山太湖地区榴辉岩的岩石学、矿物成分和峰期变质P-T条件的研究表明,南大别榴辉岩可分为:①高压榴辉岩;②高压/超高压过渡榴辉岩;③超高压榴辉岩。它们的峰期变质P-T条件分别为:T=570℃~680℃,P=2.00 GPa~2.40 GPa;T=650℃~810℃,P=2.70 GPa~3.20 GPa;T=760℃~980℃,P=3.50 GPa~4.00 GPa,表明三类榴辉岩形成于不同的变质环境中。其中高压/超高压过渡榴辉岩是本次研究新近确定的,该类榴辉岩无论是在变质环境,还是在岩石结构、成分特征方面,均显示了高压-超高压过渡变质的特征。这种榴辉岩的存在解释了南大别变质块体俯冲时的连续性和折返后的断块特征。  相似文献

Abstract Blueschists and retrogressed eclogites are located along the Pinchi Fault Zone (near 54°30'N and 124°W) in central British Columbia. The Pinchi Fault separates rocks of contrasting geological histories, and the blueschists and eclogites occur with ultramafic rocks as fault-bounded blocks. The retrogressed eclogites occur as tectonic blocks, now in glacial debris, a few metres across; blueschists occur in coherent kilometre-sized tracts. Eclogites contain garnet–omphacite–rutile–quartz, with glaucophane, lawsonite and titanite. Some of the lawsonite appears to be stable with omphacite and garnet. Tectonic blocks of eclogite from two different localities have recorded different P–T histories. In one tectonic block, P–T estimates for garnet inclusions in clinopyroxene and lawsonite ( c . 565° C, >13.1 kbar) suggest that garnet and omphacite initially equilibrated outside the stability field of lawsonite. A decrease in temperature, as recorded in garnet rims and matrix clinopyroxene, resulted in crystallization of lawsonite and other retrogressive minerals. Later crystallization of stilpnomelane (locally pseudomorphing garnet), howieite, winchite and actinolite was triggered by an influx of fluid under P–T conditions outside the stability field of garnet. Lawsonite appears to have been stable, suggesting a minimum pressure of about 3 kbar. In the second tectonic block, clinopyroxene inclusions in garnet suggest temperatures near 350° C ( P > 10 kbar) and garnet rims equilibrated with matrix clinopyroxene suggest temperatures near 450° C at pressures above c . 12 kbar.  相似文献

This paper reports isotopic and geochemical studies of eclogites from the western ultrahigh pressure (UHP) and eastern high-pressure (HP) blocks of the Kokchetav subduction-collision zone. These HP and UHP eclogites exhumed in two stages: (1) The rocks of the western block metamorphosed within the field of diamond stability (e.g., Kumdy-Kol and Barchy); (2) In contrast, the metamorphic evolution of the eastern block reached the pressure peak within the stability field of coesite (e.g., Kulet, Chaglinka, Sulu-Tyube, Daulet, and Borovoe). The eclogites vary widely in the ratios of incompatible elements and in the isotope ratios of Nd (143Nd/144Nd = 0.51137-0.513180) and Sr (87Sr/86Sr = 0.703930.78447). The Sulu-Tyube eclogites display isotope-geochemical features close to N-MORB, while those from the other sites are compositionally similar to E-type MORB or island arc basalts (IAB). The model ages TNd(DM) of eclogites vary between 1.95 and 0.67 Ga. The Sulu-Tyube eclogite yields the youngest age; it has the values of εNd(T) (7.2) and 87Sr/86Sr (0.70393) close to the depleted mantle values. The crustal input to the protolith of the Kokchetav eclogites is evident on the εNd(T)-86Sr/87Sr and εNd(T)-T plots. The eclogites make up a trend from DM to country rocks. Some eclogites from the Kulet, Kumdy-Kol, and Barchy localities display signs of partial melting, such as high Sm/Nd (0.65-0.51) and low (La/Sm)N (0.34-0.58) values. The equilibrium temperatures of these eclogites are higher than 850 °C. The geochemical features of eclogites testify to the possibility of the eclogite protolith formation in the tectonic setting of passive continental rift margin subducted to depths over 120 km.  相似文献

The 3He/4He ratios of most eclogites from the Dabie-Sulu terrane range from 0.056 to 0.67 Ra; the data points fall into the mixing part of the crust and the mantle in the 3He-4He diagram. The 3He/4He ratios of eclogites are obviously correlated with the types of their surrounding rocks. The helium isotope composition of the eclogites from the Bixiling complex possesses characters of mantle-derived rocks with the 3He/4He ratio being 5.6 Ra. The 4He concentration of the eclogites exhibits visible inverse correlation with the δ18O value of the quartz in the eclogites from the Sulu area. The δ18O values of the eclogites change synchronously with those of the country rocks. Those results suggest that protoliths of the eclogites were basic-ultrabasic rock bodies or veins intruding into the continental crust in the early stage; strong exchange and hybridization between the basic-ultrabasic rocks and continental rocks and the atmospheric water during the intrusion led to abrupt increase of the 3He/4He ratios,  相似文献

在大别山石马地区榴辉岩石榴石中包裹有与柯石英同期的绿辉石,据此,将这里的榴辉岩相变质作用划分为早期的柯石英榴辉岩阶段和晚期重结晶榴辉岩阶段。它们的P-T-t轨迹表明:产于片麻岩中的榴辉岩至少经历了两阶段的抬升过程:(1)在221Ma(印支期)时,由于陆壳俯冲所产生的大规模逆冲构造使其快速抬升;(2)在134Ma(燕山期)陆壳俯冲后的拉张抬升环境下,榴辉岩随山体一起缓慢上升。  相似文献

大别山地区榴辉岩全岩的3He/4 He值分布在0 .0 13×10 - 6 ~0 .76 0×10 - 6 之间,平均0 .2 0 0×10 - 6 ,榴辉岩中石榴子石单矿物的3He/4 He值与其全岩的3He/4 He值基本一致。在3He—4 He分布图上榴辉岩的氦同位素数据点远离地幔氦的分布范围,而位于大气氦与地壳氦的过渡部位。采用真空压碎方法对榴辉岩中石榴子石和绿辉石的氦同位素组成进行了分析,也未找到地幔氦的明显踪迹。结合大别—苏鲁地区榴辉岩中极低的δ1 8O值、εNd(0 )值等地球化学特征,提出大别—苏鲁地区超高压变质榴辉岩可能是在地壳中形成的,并未曾俯冲至10 0多千米的地幔深度。榴辉岩的3He/4 He值与围岩类型密切相关,榴辉岩的δ1 8O值与围岩的δ1 8O值同步变化,以及含柯石英大理岩、片麻岩和硬玉石英岩等非基性超高压变质岩和脉状榴辉岩的发现,均证明榴辉岩与其围岩一起经历了超高压变质过程,榴辉岩及其围岩在变质过程中未发生明显的位移,即榴辉岩是原地成因的。  相似文献

利用阴极发光和LA-ICP-MS原位分析方法,对柴北缘鱼卡河超高压榴辉岩的直接围岩——石榴石白云母角闪钠长片麻岩和含蓝晶石的石榴石云母片岩进行了详细的锆石微量元素和U-Th-Pb同位素分析。结果表明,石榴石白云母角闪钠长片麻岩中的锆石主体呈浑圆状形态,内部结构以扇状和冷杉树状为主,稀土总量和重稀土含量均较低,重稀土富集程度低,具明显正Eu异常,Th/U比值均小于0.1,指示其形成在与石榴石平衡共生而不含斜长石的变质条件下。而含蓝晶石的石榴石云母片岩中的锆石显示明显的核-边结构,核部显示碎屑锆石特征,边部为与石榴石共生的变质新生锆石。LA-ICP-MS原位定年获得两种围岩的峰期变质年龄分别为(431±3)Ma和(432±19)Ma。这两组年龄在误差范围内一致,而且与已获得的紧邻的两类超高压榴辉岩的变质年龄((436±3)Ma和(431±4)Ma)以及带内指示大陆深俯冲作用时代的都兰含柯石英副片麻岩锆石的柯石英微区年龄(424~432Ma)完全一致。参考这两类岩石与超高压榴辉岩的野外产状关系、含蓝晶石的石榴石云母片岩的原岩特征以及榴辉岩中超过变质年龄达300Ma的原岩残核的存在,共同表明,柴北缘鱼卡河超高压变质地体是典型的大陆深俯冲碰撞作用的产物,本区大陆深俯冲发生的时代为430~435Ma的早古生代。  相似文献

An eclogite sample from the Grossgockner region of the Hohe Tauern, Austria contains garnet with a pronounced compositional discontinuity between a Mn‐rich core and an Fe‐rich rim. This jump in composition was caused by a garnet‐consuming reaction followed by growth of the garnet rim + omphacite and marks the prograde transition from epidote–amphibolite to eclogite facies metamorphism. Garnet growth ended at peak metamorphic conditions of 570 °C, 17 kbar, but intracrystalline diffusion continued until about 450 °C, 4 kbar on the retrograde path. This garnet overgrowth texture represents a natural diffusion couple and a time span of 1 Myr was calculated from the diffusion profile developing out of the original sharp compositional step. For typical crustal densities, this time corresponds to a minimum average velocity in the range 4.6–7.4 cm yr?1 (for vertical movement), which is one of the fastest exhumation rates reported. The diffusion of all divalent cations of four profiles was modelled, both analytically and numerically. Both approaches gave comparable results, but the times computed for each element were always discrepant up to a factor of 2. Variations of diffusion coefficients within 2 in analytical calculations remedied this and gave consistent upper time limits. Numerical modelling does not require the simplifications introduced in the analytical approach. On the other hand, error propagation was computationally unfeasible with this method.  相似文献
