Focusing on the two natural gas exploration geological problems with abundant source of oil cracking gas in the late stage and the sealing condition of the oil cracking gas reservoir, the kinetics of oil cracking gas and the evaluation parameters of gas cap rock are adopted to the study on the natural gas accumulation conditions in the Tadong area. Both the study on the kinetics of oil cracking gas and the statistical results of reservoir bitumen reveal that the geological formation of oil cracking gas in the Tadong area is located in the top of Cambrian. Two kinds of oil cracking gas geological models at least, namely well Mandong-1’s early rapid generation model (Middle Ordovician-end Silurian) and peak cracking model (with the natural gas conversion rate >90%), namely well Yingnan-2’s two-stage generation model of oil cracking gas, have been set up. The oil cracking gas of Yingnan-2 in the late stage is very significant in the evaluation of natural gas exploration in the Tadong area. The evaluation results of the cap rock show that the microscopic parameters of cap rock from the lower assemblage of Cambrian-Ordovician are better than those from the upper assemblage. The former has strong capillary sealing ability and higher cap rock breakthrough pressure than the upper assemblage, with strong sealing ability, so that natural gas dissipates mainly by diffusion. According to the above investigations, the lower assemblage Cambrian-Ordovician natural gas of Kongquehe slope, Tadong low uplift and Yingjisu depression in the Tadong area prospects well. 相似文献

According to stastistic of present geotemperatures at the depths of 1000,2000,3000 and 4000 m,respectively in the Xujiaweizi fault-depression of the north Songliao Basin,the result indicates that Xujiaweizi fault-depression falls in the high geotemperature area,with the higher geothermal gradient in the depression layer than that in the fault-depression layer.The geothermal gradient decreases with the increasing of the depth.The thermal conductivity of rock greatly controls the geothermal gradient.The main factors constraining the current geotemperature include thermal configuration of the earth's crust, deep faults,distribution and abundance of radioelements.The high geotemperature is in favour of generation of deep gas. 相似文献

On the basis of measuring the pressure distribution and analyzing its origin in the Carboniferous and Permian of Shenmu-Yulin area, the evolution history of ancient pressure is restored mainly by means of the basin numerical simulation technique, in which the paleo-pressure has been constrained by the compaction restoration and the examination of fluid inclusion temperature and pressure. Then the development and evolution history of abnormal pressure and its effect on gas migration and accumulation are investigated. Studies show that the pressure in southeastern and northwestern parts of studied area is near to hydrostatic pressure, whereas in the remainder vast area the pressure is lower than the hydrostatic pressure, which is caused by difficulty to measure pressure accurately in tight reservoir bed, the calculating error caused by in-coordinate between topography relief and surface of water potential, pressure lessening due to formation arising and erosion. There are geological factors beneficial to forming abnormal high pressure in the Upper Palaeozoic. On the distraction of measured pressure, paleo-pressure data from compaction restoration and fluid inclusion temperature and pressure exa- mining, the evolution history of ancient pressure is restored by the basin numerical simulation technique. It is pointed out that there are at least two high peaks of overpressure in which the highest value of excess pressure could be 5 to 25 MPa. Major gas accumulated in main producing bed of Shanxi Fm (P1s) and lower Shihezi Fm (P2x), because of two-fold control from capillary barrier and overpressure seal in upper Shihezi Fm (P2s). In the middle and southern districts, the two periods of Later Jurassic to the middle of Early Cretaceous, and middle of Later Cretaceous to Palaeocene are main periods of gas migration and accumulation, while they belong to readjustment period of gas reservoirs after middle of Neocene. 相似文献

The Quaternary biogenetic gas reservoirs in the east of Qaidam Basin have many characteristics such as late forming time, shallow burial depth, low diagenetic grade, high porosity and high permeability and so on. It cannot be considered as caprock according to the traditional evaluation criterion. However, the large scale and high efficient biogenetic gas reservoirs of the Qaidam Basin are really formed under these kinds of caprocks, so it does have some specialty in its sealing mechanism. Aiming at the special sealing mechanism, some simulating experiments have been done. The research results show that the sealing ability of biogenetic gas caprock is related with water saturation, the caprock that is saturated with salt water can effectively block seepage and diffusion. Furthermore, the multiple reservoir-caprock groups have accumulated sealing effect, causing the formation of big gas fields. The evaluation method with traditional caprock parameters cannot be adopted in evaluating the study area. 相似文献

Here I collected natural gas samples from 41 industrial gas wells in the Tarim Basin,and studied the mercury distribution in the area.My data show that there is certain regularity in the distribution of mercury in the Tarim Basin.Generally,the mercury concentration is high at the edge of the basin and low in the central basin.The highest mercury concentration occurs in the Southwest Depression,ranging from 15428.5 to 296763.0ng/m3 with an average of 156095.7ng/m3,followed by the Kuqa Depression ranging from 15.0 to 56964.3ng/m3 with an average of 11793.7ng/m3,and the Hade oil and gas field in the North Depression has the lowest mercury concentration ranging from 17.7 to 3339.5ng/m3 with an average of 1678.6ng/m3.The mercury concentrations in the natural gases of different structural units are various,with the highest mercury concentration in the zone of strong structural activity of Southwest Depression.It is profitable of Hg accumulation in the self sourced and self accumulated gas reservoirs or volcanic existence;in contrast,the low Hg concentration exists in the secondary gas reservoir.The mercury concentration in the natural gas generated under continental depositional environment is higher than that in marine gas.Therefore,the mercury concentration in the natural gases is constrained by gas genesis,depositional environment of source rocks,tectonic activity,and volcanic activity,and the tectonic activity is the main factor for the mercury concentration in the natural gas,followed by volcanic activity and depositional environments. 相似文献

Based on an analysis of the present geo-temperature field and the thermal conductivity (K) of 62 samples from the central-south area of the Huaibei coalfield in eastern China, we calculated the heat flow and plotted its distribution map. The results show that the average heat flow in the research area is about 60 mW/m2. Bleaching of sandstone has significant applications to tracing hydrocarbon pathways and evaluating the scale of natural gas seepage. Bleaching of sandstones in the northeast of Ordos Basin is mainly distributed in the Mesozoic Yan’an Formation. Studying on petrology, major elements, REEs and trace elements of bleached sandstones and comparing with adjacent sandstones, combining with geologic-geochemical evidences of gas seepage in the northeast of the basin, the bleached sandstones are formed in the acid environment and reducing fluids. Characteristics of petrology show that the contents of kaolinite are high and the color of margin of ferric oxide minerals is lighter than that of the center. Major elements of sandstone samples show high contents of Al 2O 3 and low ratio of Fe 3+/Fe 2+. The TFe 2O 3 content of the bleached sandstone is lower than that of red rock. REE data show that bleached sandstones have low ΣREE contents and Eu-depleted and slightly Ce-enriched. Trace elements show that the bleached sandstones enrich in Co, deplete in Sr, and slightly enrich in Zr and Hf which are close to the values for the green alteration sandstones, and slightly lower than ore-bearing sandstones. Geochemical characteristics of oil-bearing sandstone in the northern basin suggest that the oil-shows are formed by matured Carboniferous-Permian coal bed methane escaping to the surface, and natural gas in field could migrate to the north margin of the basin. The δ 13C (PDB) and δ 18O(PDB) values of calcite cement in the study area range from ?11.729‰ to ?10.210‰ and ?14.104‰ to ?12.481‰, respectively. The δ 13C (PDB) values less than ?10‰ imply the carbon sources part from organic carbon. Comprehensive study suggests that the gas leakage has occurred in the northeastern basin, which is responsible for bleaching of the sandstone on top of the Yan’an Formation. 相似文献

Gravity observations made over the Groningen gasfield from 1978 onwards are available. The existing gravity data were reanalysed and a new survey was carried out. The observed gravity changes obtained during four surveys, spanning an 18-year period, were compared with the gravity effect due to natural gas extraction computed from the reservoir model and the production data. The random error in the gravity values is small enough to detect the effect of gas extraction after a few years (up to 2 μgal/year). The trends obtained from observed and calculated gravity changes agree well within their expected error margins after statistical data snooping. Due to the inadequate measurement set-up of the previous surveys, systematic errors present in the gravity data hampered the use of this data for refinement of the reservoir and the production models. However, with improved gravity monitoring, in particular a very systematic network set-up and well-calibrated instruments, this should now be feasible. By using the network analysis from the 1996 measurements for the planning of a network in space and time, most of the current problems can be avoided. 相似文献

地震属性包含了大量的地质特征,对天然气水合物矿体识别起着重要作用.在对天然气水合物进行识别时,如何选取适用于工区的地震属性和分类方法是解决问题的关键.本文对神狐地区地震数据进行了优化处理,提取了15种地震属性.通过自组织神经网络分析技术对地震属性数据所反映的地质特征进行自动识别和分类,与实际测井数据进行反复对比,获得了工区水合物的识别图和雕刻图.研究结果与已知的钻井区域进行反复对比和综合分析,发现自组织神经网络在水舍物识别研究中起了良好的作用. 相似文献

Summary The natural gas field of Hajduszoboszló in the Hungarian plain offered several virgin rock temperature measurements, further rock samples for measurement of conductivity. The Paleozoic bottom rock is covered by Mezozoic and Tertiary sediments inclusively flysch. One big and three small gas caps are found at a depth of about 1000 to 1200 in anticlyne structures. The average temperature gradient is 60° C/km. The heat flow is between 2.2 and 2.7 cal/cm 2 sec, which is consistent to other heat flow values measured in the Hungarian basin. 相似文献
