近百年湖北省湖泊演变特征研究

利用20世纪初以来的地图、历史文献资料和1986～2005年期间7年不同时相的TM影像数据,采用遥感和地理信息系统技术和方法,分析近百年湖北省湖泊的时空演变特征。研究结果表明:①近100多年来,湖北省湖泊演化可以分为4个阶段,并且具有明显的地域差异性。②20世纪初期,湖北省湖泊面积约为26000km2,到2005年为3025.6km2,仅为百年前的11.64%;近百年来绝大部分湖泊面积都在缩小,部分湖泊因围垦或其他原因已完全消失或变为它用,部分湖泊形态发生了较大变化;人类活动是湖北省湖泊百年变迁的主导因素。③20世纪下半叶湖北省湖泊变化迅速,湖北省湖泊面积由50年代的约8503.7km2波动减小至80年代的约2977.3km2,发生在60～80年代的围垦是造成湖泊萎缩的主要原因;从90年代开始,因重视湖泊保护和退田还湖,使湖泊萎缩的态势得到遏制,局部湖泊面积有所恢复。

X1422006010083洪湖历史时期人类活动的湖泊沉积环境响应=Human i m-pact recordedin the sedi ment of Honghu Lake/姚书春,薛滨…∥长江流域资源与环境.—2005,14(4).—475~480对沉积物的总有机磷、总氮、磷以及元素和磁化率等指标分析表明:1840年前洪湖地区人类活动较弱,在湖泊沉积物中基本没有早期人类活动信号纪录;1840年以后由于人口大量增加,人类活动增强,湖泊的营养水平有所增加,尤其是1950年以来沉积物中营养元素急剧增加;近50年来的湖泊营养程度的加重主要与流域内大量营养物质进入湖泊,以及大面积的围垦造成湖泊面积减小,自我…     

可可西里地区湖泊演化

通过层序地层学和同位素年代学的研究表明，自３２０００ａＢ．Ｐ．以来可可西里地区湖泊盆地至少经历了七次湖泊大水期。利用水体离子域聚类分析和综合分析，确定了湖泊演化过程中的阶段性和方向性，阐明了区骨湖泊在其耗散结构中的时空位置，并指出离子域和物质流的发展趋向，用地球场效应关系建立了可可西里地区湖泊的演化模型。     

湖泊碳酸盐在过去环境变化研究中的应用

国内外的研究成果表明,湖泊沉积碳酸盐矿物及其微量元素、同位素分布特征记录了全球或区域古气候环境演变历史,可以从中提取大量定量化的古气候参数。因此,可以根据湖泊碳酸盐矿物的含量和碳、氧同位素变化等信息推知其形成时期的气候环境,重建古环境,揭示气候环境演变的规律。湖泊碳酸盐是一种研究古环境演化重要的代用指标,在过去气候环境变化研究中有广阔的应用前景。     

岱海湖泊沉积物频率磁化率对历史时期环境变化的反映*

在探讨封闭湖泊沉积物频率磁化率的环境意义的基础上,根据岱海DH₃₂孔湖泊沉积物磁化率的测量结果,结合粒度、孢粉、历史资料和硅藻分析结果,对岱海历史时期的环境变化进行了探讨。研究认为:历史时期内陆封闭湖泊沉积物频率磁化率高值段指示气候偏湿阶段;低值段指示气候干旱阶段;DH₃₂孔湖泊沉积物频率磁化率反映的近300年来岱海气候变化可划分七个阶段,并与粒度、孢粉、硅藻和历史资料的分析结果基本一致。湖泊沉积物频率磁化率是恢复历史时期环境变化的重要环境指标之一。     

20世纪50-70年代的围湖垦殖与江汉平原湖泊湿地演化

利用相关资料并借助RS/GIS方法对20世纪50-70年代的大规模围垦情况进行了初步分析。结果表明:20世纪50年代、60年代、70年代、80年代0.1km2以上的湖泊总量分别是1309个、611个、612个、838个,湖泊总面积分别是8503.7km2、5467.5km2、2934.3km2、2977.3km2。湖泊数量和面积减少与围湖垦殖关系密切,江汉湖区平均面积变化率为65.0%,围垦具有明显的区域差异特征。围湖垦殖与江汉平原湿地演化关系密切,围湖垦殖降低了江汉平原湿地演化的可持续性。     

松嫩平原湖泊水质演化研究

以松嫩平原湖泊为研究对象,2008年6～8月对27个湖泊水体总氮、总磷、高锰酸盐指数等指标进行了测试和分析。结果显示,松嫩平原湖泊水体高锰酸盐指数、总磷含量和总氮含量普遍较高。湖泊营养状态综合评价结果表明,27个湖泊中只有牛心套宝泡水体处于中营养状态,其营养状态指数为53.69,目前其他湖泊营养状态指数均高于54,都已呈富营养化状态。不同时期月亮泡、查干湖水质指标的对比显示,这两个湖泊水体的总磷含量和总氮含量都有所上升,富营养化程度加剧。     

生物在湖泊中的繁衍是湖泊消亡主要原因的讨论——与丁登山先生商榷

本文针对生物在湖泊中的繁衍是湖泊消亡的主要原因这一观点，用现代地理学和历史地理学的理论和事实，否定了这一论点，指出湖泊消亡主要原因在不同时空等条件下的复杂性。对认识湖泊消亡规律有一定意义。     

清末以来洞庭湖区通江湖泊的时空演变

本文利用清光绪22年以来17个时段的多种历史地图和航天航空遥感数据,采用遥感解译、数据统计分析与历史对比方法,分析清末以来洞庭湖区通江湖泊面积的时序变化,探究空间演变特征。结合水利部门发布的典型年份监测数据,检验了遥感获取的湖泊面积精度,误差仅为0.62%。结果显示：洞庭湖通江湖泊面积从1896年的5216.37 km²减少到2019年的2702.74 km²,萎缩率为48.19%。1949年前的53年为明显萎缩期,年均萎缩15.66 km²;20世纪50年代为陡崖式萎缩期,年均萎缩139.05 km²;20世纪60—70年代为快速萎缩期,年均萎缩21.66 km²;1980年以来为基本稳定期,年均萎缩0.13 km²,面积仅减少了5.10 km²。就具体湖泊而言,东洞庭湖是各通江湖泊中面积萎缩最大的湖泊,减幅为922.60 km²;其次是目平湖,减幅为588.05 km²;再次是南洞庭湖,减幅为448.37 km²;七里湖的面积变化很小,但经历了先扩张后萎缩的过程。1998—2002年实施“退田还湖”工程,洞庭湖面积增加了10.50 km²。总体而言,清末以来洞庭湖区通江湖泊的演变主要表现为大通湖的封闭析出、整修南洞庭湖的湖垸置换与南迁、围垦西洞庭湖的局部残存、东洞庭湖的三面合围以及1998年特大洪灾后有限的“退田还湖”。本文为长江流域生态修复和环境保护战略提供了客观资料和技术支撑。     

新疆博斯腾湖水质水量及其演化特征分析

于2008年8月对博斯腾湖进行了系统的水质和水量监测,并结合近50 a来气候水文资料,进行了博斯腾湖演化过程和阶段特征分析。结果表明,目前湖泊最大水深为13.9 m,湖泊面积928 km2,蓄水量52.65×108m3,湖水体矿化度平均1.48 g/L。近50 a来,博斯腾湖水质水量经历了3个明显的不同时期。1966年以前,湖泊处于1 048 m以上的高水位,矿化度低,湖泊受人类活动影响弱。第二个时期为1966~1996年,湖泊水位低,矿化度高,其中1987年湖泊水位处于历史低值而矿化度为最高。随后,湖泊水位明显上升、矿化度下降,湖泊扩展水体淡化。第三个时期为1996~2005年,湖泊水位处于历史高值段,矿化度有所下降但不明显。期间,人类活动对湖泊的影响显著,除流域农业用水影响外,城市和工业用水的影响也明显增加。最近几年,湖泊水位快速下降,并于2007年出现历史的低水位,湖泊矿化度也呈现升高趋势,鱼类种群和产量受人类强烈干预。另外,流域社会经济发展带来的城市化和工业化,也导致湖泊污染和富营养化,引起水质进一步恶化,湖泊面临新的生态环境压力。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

THE MOST PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AN ALIEN ECOLOGY EVER CONSTRUCTED

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.     

Metals and models: Diagenic modelling in freshwater lacustrine sediments

This review aims to distill and synthesize the existing information on the use of models to describe and predict the distribution and movement of metals in lacustrine sediments. As such it examines the causes of metal diagenesis, the origin and form of the equations that govern these phenomena, and the predictability or measurability of the parameters that appear in the models. The paper concludes by highlighting some seminal results from modelling studies, including the determination of the factors controlling the formation of surficial Mn-Fe-enriched zone or layers, the substantial contribution possible from metal reduction to organic matter regeneration, the calculation of mixing-corrected metal input histories to lakes, and the prediction of growth rates and morphologies for both deep-sea and lacustrine ferromanganese nodules.

正1.Aims and scope Sciences in Cold and Arid Regions(SCAR)is a bimonthly journal that publishes in English the latest research achievements in processes and the patterns of the Earth surface system in cold and arid regions.Researches in cold regions emphasize particularly on the cold-region-characterized physical,chemical and biological processes and their interactions,and on the response of cryosphere to global change and human activities as well as their effects on environment and the acclimatizable strategies;focus on the objects of glacier,snow,river,lake,sea ice,permafrost and seasonal frozen ground,and periglacial geomorphology,etc.;and think much of cold regions
