AbstractParallel coordinates, re-orderable matrices, and dendrograms, widely used methods for visual exploration of multivariate data, are systematically integrated in a complementary manner for supporting multi-resolution visual data analysis with an enhanced overview + detail exploratory strategy. There are three main topics: (1) dynamic control across resolutions at which data are explored; (2) coordination and color mapping among the views; and (3) enhanced features of each view designed for the overview + detail exploratory tasks. A case study analysis is used to demonstrate the potential for boosting productivity for exploration tasks by coordinating the views through user-controlled resolutions within a highly interactive analysis environment. The case study is focused on a complex, geographically referenced dataset including public health, demographic and environmental components. 相似文献

图像融合是获取高质量图像的重要步骤之一,本文首先在频域中进行公式推导,根据高采样率奈奎斯特频率、低采样率奈奎斯特频率和信号频率三者之间的关系给出了图像融合前后信号频率的变化规律,然后以此为依据对融合图像的频率进行定量分析并确定图像空间分辨率,研究认为高分辨率图像中频率位于高采样率奈奎斯特频率和低采样率奈奎斯特频率之间的频率信息为高频信息。最后结合常用的融合方法和遥感图像对本文提出的观点进行验证,试验结果表明本文得到的结论与试验中的结果是符合的。 相似文献

High spatial resolution hyperspectral images not only contain abundant radiant and spectral information, but also display rich spatial information. In this paper, we propose a multi-feature high spatial resolution hyperspectral image classification approach based on the combination of spectral information and spatial information. Three features are derived from the original high spatial resolution hyperspectral image: the spectral features that are acquired from the auto subspace partition technique and the band index technique; the texture features that are obtained from GLCM analysis of the first principal component after principal component analysis is performed on the original image; and the spatial autocorrelation features that contain spatial band X and spatial band Y, with the grey level of spatial band X changing along columns and the grey level of spatial band Y changing along rows. The three features are subsequently combined together in Support Vector Machine to classify the high spatial resolution hyperspectral image. The experiments with a high spatial resolution hyperspectral image prove that the proposed multi-feature classification approach significantly increases classification accuracies. 相似文献

The Spatial Data Transfer Standard (SDTS), after nine years of development, was approved on July 29, 1992, as FIPS Publication 173. The SDTS consists of three distinct parts. Part 1 is concerned with logical specifications required for spatial data transfer and has three major components: a conceptual model of spatial data, data quality report specifications, and detailed logical transfer format specifications for SDTS data sets. Part 2 provides a model for the definition of real-world spatial features, attributes, and attribute values and includes a standard but working and expandable list with definitions. Part 3 specifies the byte-level format implementation of the logical specifications in SDTS Part 1 using ISO/ANSI 8211 (FIPS 123), a general data exchange standard. 相似文献

This study analyzed the relationship between the spatial resolution and the hard classification effect based on pixel-based image classification, and then discussed how to determine appropriate spatial resolution. Thematic maps of winter wheat derived from 250 m MODIS image, 19.5 m China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite (CBERS) image, and 2.44 m QuickBird image were used to examine the classification effect as a case study. It indicated that the “Pareto Boundaries” and the “within-class variability” could be used to determine the coarsest and the highest resolution for hard classification, respectively. The methods proposed in this study should be useful to guide how to select appropriate spatial resolution for land cover mapping. 相似文献

高空间分辨率遥感影像正被广泛应用,而传统分类算法在高分遥感影像上的精度和效率较差,深度学习语义分割算法在实际分类中泛化性较差。为了适应大范围高分遥感影像的特点,提出了一种基于U-Net网络的模拟退火超参数优化与深度可分离卷积语义分割模型。首先在U-Net网络基础上使用了深度可分离卷积模块来进行特征提取,在保持高效性的同时减少模型的参数量和计算量,然后利用基于模拟退火的智能优化学习模型搜索网络超参数的全局最优解,自动优化网络训练初始点,最后在ISPRS2D和GID(Gaofen image dataset)数据集上进行实验。对比实验结果表明,在ISPRS2D数据集的分类结果中,建筑物、低植被和汽车及总体分类精度均有提高,在GID数据集的分类结果中,水域、草地、森林及总体分类精度均有大幅提高。实验结果验证了所提模型的高效性、高精度性与鲁棒性。 相似文献

We propose to fuse the high spatial content of two 250-m spectral bands of the moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) into its five 500-m bands using wavelet-based multiresolution analysis. Our objective was to test the effectiveness of this technique to increase the accuracy of snow mapping in mountainous environments. To assess the performance of this approach, we took advantage of the simultaneity between the advanced spaceborne thermal emission and reflection radiometer (ASTER) and MODIS sensors. With a 15-m spatial resolution, the ASTER sensor provided reference snow maps, which were then compared to MODIS-derived snow maps. The benefit of the method was assessed through the investigation of various metrics, which showed an improvement from 3% to 20%. Therefore, the enhanced snow map is of great benefit for environmental and hydrological applications in steep terrain. 相似文献

地表覆盖分类是我国地理国情普查的重要内容.地理国情普查要求的地物类别非常细致,对影像分类技术提出了很大的挑战.本文总结了山西省地理国情普查试点中的实践经验,结合面向对象分类技术、人工实地采集分类样本及分层次分类的思想,并加入适当的人工干预过程,提出了一个利用高分辨率遥感影像进行国情监测影像分类的方案.试验表明本文方案能够兼顾作业效率和分类精度,为我国国情普查的工程化作业提供了一条可行的备选技术路径. 相似文献
