本文以中国退耕还林生态工程重点区域陕北地区作为研究区,对比其前后两个10年的耕地资源空间分布格局,并进一步分析耕地变化对农田生产力的影响。论文基于中高分辨率卫星遥感数据,经人机交互目视解译并结合实地验证,生成陕北地区1990、2000和2010年耕地现状以及前后两个10年耕地变化时空监测数据集。进而运用光能利用率遥感模型,结合中分辨率、长时间序列卫星遥感数据估算陕北地区农田净初级生产力,分析耕地变化对农田生产力的影响。结果表明,陕北地区耕地面积及其生产力在研究期前10年小幅增长,后10年明显减少。耕地增加的主要原因是为满足当地人口的粮食需求以及弥补城市建设对耕地的占用,大面积草地和未利用地被开垦。耕地减少的最主要原因是生态退耕,城市化也是耕地减少的原因之一。总体而言,20年来陕北地区耕地资源总面积净减少42.56%;受耕地面积变化的影响,同期农田净初级生产力下降了41.90%。研究对于评估陕北地区耕地安全和粮食安全,指导区域土地利用科学规划具有重要意义。 相似文献

This paper investigates the direct and cascading land system consequences of a Chinese company's land acquisition for rubber cultivation in northern Laos. Transnational land acquisitions are increasingly acknowledged as an important driver of direct land use conversion with implications for local land‐based livelihoods. The paper presents an empirical case study of the village of Na Nhang Neua in Nambak District, Luang Prabang Province, using a mixed methods approach to investigate the positive and negative implications for household agricultural strategies, income generation and food security. Combining the conceptual lenses of land systems and livelihood approaches, this paper demonstrates how the land use system has changed substantially because of the establishment of the rubber plantation by the company, notably in the linkages between livestock rearing, upland shifting cultivation and lowland paddy rice cultivation. The changes go beyond the immediate competition for land caused by the rubber plantation: a penalty scheme introduced by the rubber company for damage to rubber trees caused by browsing animals has led the villagers to abandon livestock rearing, causing a cascade of negative effects on the entire land use system, especially on soil fertility, rice yields and food production. 相似文献

A spatially distributed water balance model was used to assess the influence of regional land use and land cover change in a poorly gauged basin for the years 1975 and 2000. To carry out this study in the Cuitzeo Lake basin in Michoacan, Mexico, remote sensing and geographic information system tools were integrated in the water balance model. In addition, a transition matrix analysis was used to determine the dynamic change of categories of related hydrologic processes. The analysis of the water balance components, based on landforms and transition matrix, indicated a tendency of improvement in the regional hydrologic conditions in the basin. As a consequence of urban land use growth, however, plains and footslopes of the basin showed an increase of runoff values. In addition, in both years, the topographic lower sections of the basin exhibited a high demand for water from the increased urban land use, along with degradation of Cuitzeo Lake, particularly by pollution and reduction of water supply. The approach used here is suitable for understanding the change in quantity and spatial distribution of water available in poorly gauged basins. 相似文献

Sudden and gradual land use changes can result in different socio-ecological systems, sometimes referred to as regime shifts. The Lao PDR (Laos) has been reported to show early signs of such regime shifts in land systems with potentially major socio-ecological implications. However, given the complex mosaic of different land systems, including shifting cultivation, such changes are not easily assessed using traditional land cover data. Moreover, regime shifts in land systems are difficult to simulate with traditional land cover modelling approaches. A novel simulation approach was employed that focused on simulating changes in land systems rather than focusing on land cover. With the CLUmondo model we simulated three scenarios of potential developments between the years 2010 and 2030 assuming different degrees of international market integration and sustainable growth objectives. Although all scenarios show a decline of shifting cultivation systems, the respective orientation of markets and land governance resulted in strongly different land change trajectories. The land system changes are strongly location dependent and different trajectories are found in different parts of the country. Some scenarios show clear elements of land sparing with intensification of land management in the valleys and re-growth of forest on sloping land. Other scenarios show elements of enhanced multi-functionality. The approach addressed methodological challenges in simulating land system regime shifts and complex mosaic landscapes while accounting for societal demands for different types of goods and services from land systems. The land systems approach allows a nuanced representation of different types of forests and agricultural systems such as shifting cultivation and commercial agricultural plantations. Simulation results contribute to a debate about desired future land use on the national scale including its environmental and socio-economic implications. 相似文献

Measuring land‐cover change is an essential part of sustainable conservation planning. This project uses Landsat MSS and ETM+ data to document forest cover change in the Toledo District, Belize, from 1975 to 1999 and provides an initial assessment of why these changes took place. Supervised and subpixel classification methods were employed. The results showed an aggregate forest loss of almost 10 percent, which is approximately 36,000 ha. Deforestation expanded significantly in the most populous Mayan areas of central Toledo District and along the Guatemalan border. Subpixel classification results showed that in 1999 the most densely forested areas were in northern Toledo District in the Maya Mountains. 相似文献

Using Landsat remote sensing images, we analyzed changes in each land use type and transitions among different land use types during land use and land cover change (LUCC) in Ningwu County, located in the eastern Loess Plateau of China, from 1990 to 2010. We found that grassland, woodland, and farmland were the main land use types in the study area, and the area of each type changed slightly from 1990 to 2010, whereas the area of water, construction land, and unused land increased greatly. For the whole area, the net change and total change were insignificant due to weak human activity intensity in most of the study area, and the LUCC was dominated by quasi-balanced two-way transitions from 1990 to 2010. The insignificant overall amount of LUCC appears to have resulted from offsetting of rapid increases in population, economic growth, and the implementation of a program to return farmland to woodland and grassland in 2000. This program converted more farmland into woodland and grassland from 2000 to 2010 than from 1990 to 2000, but reclamation of woodland and grassland for use as farmland continued from 2000 to 2010, and is a cause for concern to the local government. 相似文献

深入开展乡村地域土地利用变化和聚落发展规律的研究对于探究乡村地域系统优化、推进城乡融合与乡村可持续发展具有重要意义。论文以延安市碾庄流域为例,基于ENVI和GIS等软件技术,结合Landsat卫星影像、马尔科夫链模型和实地调查,从土地利用转移与交换变化、建筑用地空间转移、社会响应等角度探讨了黄土丘陵沟壑区典型村域土地利用变化特征以及对区域乡村发展转型的影响。研究表明:① 在一系列生态工程措施作用下,碾庄流域生态覆被发生明显改观,主要表现为大量的坡耕地及稀疏生态用地转化为林地,其中,林地面积占比由32.34%(2009年)增加至50.88%(2018年);② 在社会经济发展和延安新城“边缘效应”的影响下,碾庄建设用地呈现向流域的东南和西南方向拓展的趋势,10 a间建设用地面积增加了近75%;③ 在人类活动的主导作用下,黄土丘陵沟壑区的乡村正在朝着生态化和集约化的方向转型发展。研究结果有望为深入理解黄土丘陵沟壑区乡村地域系统结构和优化提供新参考。 相似文献

南京是长江三角洲地区核心城市之一,近20年来城市用地在现行管理框架下快速扩张.基于两个样区近20年城市扩展过程的用地数据.以城市规划的有效性代表用地布局的合理性,以地块闲置概率指征开发质量,定量评估城市增长管理效能.①选取南京城市沿交通轴扩展的两个样带,利用四期遥感影像跟踪分析近20年来城市用地增长的过程与管理机制;②采用增长调控效力指数、累积调控效率指数、土地闲置率等指标,定量分析城市规划及用地管理机制的有效性,指出规划对用地增长的5年累积调控效率达到70%左右:③基于样区478个土地利用斑块的离散数据进行逻辑斯蒂回归分析,表明城市规划对降低开发的盲目性、降低用地闲置率具有非常显著的作用(P<0.001),用地制度与政策等管理因素也显著影响用地闲置率,用地审批权和规划管理权下放对用地闲置具有正效应.加强区域统筹,适当扩大城市规划的覆盖范围,加强行业管理,适当上收用地审批权限和规划实施管理权限,将有利于用地集约化,提高土地利用效率.本研究结论对中国城市土地管理、集约节约利用城市土地具有积极意义. 相似文献

基于越南遥感时间序列数据的湄公河三角洲土地利用及河岸变化检测研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
通过采用先进的遥感技术,基于光学和雷达时间序列卫星影像(陆地卫星,SPOT和雷达卫星),本文对金瓯半岛(位于湄公河三角洲南部)土地覆被变化及湄公河河岸侵蚀情况进行了检测研究。鉴于金瓯半岛典型的土地覆被类型为红树林,通过对1973-2008年红树林遥感影像分析发现,近年来红树林林地面积急剧下降,超过一半的红树林已经转变为虾养殖场。与此同时,检测发现湄公河河岸已经被严重侵蚀,且侵蚀趋势正加速恶化。具体而言,田河和口河的左右两岸被认为是遭受严重侵蚀的热点区域。本文以1966-1968年地形图作为基准线数据,与1989-2009年卫星影像数据进行比照分析,此外采用数字海岸线分析系统(DSAS)模型对未来变化趋势进行了预测。 相似文献

Understanding the driving forces and mechanism of land use change is a key issue in land change science, and has received much attention over the past 30 years. While many driving forces have been identified, the mechanism of land use change is still unclear, mainly because of limited knowledge of the underlying motivation for land use change. Traditionally, the underlying motivation for land use change was ascribed to people's pursuit of satisfying their own demands or that of profit maximization. However, those theoretical hypotheses combine all productive factors without highlighting certain predominant factor, in this paper, a case study was conducted on the variation of land productivity, capital productivity and labor productivity in agricultural land use in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. The case study revealed that only labor productivity presented a long-term increasing trend in regional cotton and grain production. This result implies that people's pursuit of increasing labor pro- ductivity is probably the underlying motivation for land use change. Additional details identi- fied in agricultural and non-agricultural land use in China support the above implication. As labor productivity is a determinant of people's living standards, increasing labor productivity means improving people's living standards. Therefore, it is concluded that land use change results from people's pursuit of increasing labor productivity in a changing environment. 相似文献

土地利用/土地覆被变化(LUCC)是人类活动与自然环境相互作用最直接的表现形式,本文采用相同空间分辨率的卫星遥感信息源和相同的技术方法,对中国1980 年代末到2010 年土地利用变化数据进行定期更新。在此基础上,提出并发展土地利用动态区划的方法,研究土地利用变化的空间格局与时空特征。我们发现:1990-2010 年的20 年间,中国土地利用变化表现出明显的时空差异。“南减北增,总量基本持衡,新增耕地的重心逐步由东北向西北移动”是耕地变化的基本特征;“扩展提速,东部为重心,向中西部蔓延”是城乡建设用地变化的基本特征;“林地前减后增,荒漠前增后减,草地持续减少”是非人工土地利用类型变化的主要特征。20 世纪末与21 世纪初两个10 年相比,中国土地利用变化空间格局出现了一些新特征,原有的13 个土地利用变化区划单元演变为15 个单元,且部分区划单元边界发生变化。主要变化格局特征为黄淮海地区、东南部沿海地区、长江中游地区和四川盆地城镇工矿用地呈现明显的加速扩张态势;北方地区耕地开垦重心由东北地区和内蒙古东部转向西北绿洲农业区;东北地区旱作耕地持续转变为水田;内蒙古农牧交错带南部、黄土高原和西南山地退耕还林还草效果初显。近20 年间,尽管气候变化对北方地区的耕地变化有一定的影响,但政策调控和经济驱动仍然是导致我国土地利用变化及其时空差异的主要原因。2000 年后的第一个10 年,土地利用格局变化的人为驱动因素已由单向国土开发为主,转变为开发与保护并重。在空间格局变化的分析方法方面,应用“动态区划法”开展世纪之交两个10 年中国LUCC空间格局变化的分析,有效揭示了20 年来中国LUCC“格局的变化过程”,即动态区划边界的推移、区划单元内部特征的变化与单元的消长等;以及“变化过程的格局”,即土地利用变化过程与特征的分阶段区域差异,清晰刻画了LUCC动态区划中区划单元的消长,单元边界的变动,以及前后10 年的变化强度特征,揭示了土地利用“格局”与“过程”之间的交替转化规律,以及不同类型和区域的变化原因,证明了该分析方法的有效性。 相似文献

随着LUCC到GLP研究的不断深入,我国空心村土地整治实践的相继推进,以及高分辨率遥感数据的陆续产生,深入开展村域尺度的土地利用调查与评价研究具有迫切现实需求,而构建村域尺度土地利用现状分类体系则是支撑村庄土地利用用地调查与评价的重要前提与关键。参考《土地利用现状分类》国家标准(GB/T21010-2007),构建了基于0.25m分辨率中科高清遥感影像的村域尺度土地利用现状分类体系,并在山东省禹城市牌子村进行了实际应用。构建的基于高分辨率遥感影像的土地利用现状分类体系,不仅准确反映了牌子村的土地利用结构及其用地特征,而且还测算出该村所具备的土地资源整治潜力,取得了良好的实际应用效果。基于0.25m高分辨率遥感数据所构建的村域土地利用现状分类体系有据可依,简单易行,成果明确。研究成果可直接为我国村庄特别是空心村土地综合整治潜力的调查与评价提供技术方法的有益参考和有力支持。 相似文献

水土流失、人口激增和水资源短缺是制约中国西部固原市农村地区可持续发展的关键因素。为此,中国政府从1999年底开始实行退耕还林工程并于2003年完成第一阶段的计划任务。该工程以生态恢复为首要任务,同时兼顾减轻农村贫困及加快经济发展的目标。本研究旨在评估3种森林管理政策情景对当地可持续发展的潜在贡献和弊端,研究首先应用参与式影响评估框架(FoPIA)设定了3种森林管理政策情景,然后针对各个情景下土地利用的变化,进行了土地利用变化的影响评估。3种情景分别为"生态林"、"经济林(以种植水果为主的复合农林业)"和"生物能源林"。通过与当地利益相关者座谈,界定了与固原市可持续发展相关的9项重要森林功能,包括3项社会功能,即提供就业机会、生活质量、森林可达性;3项经济功能,即木材收入、非木材林产品收入、林业相关产业和服务收入;3项生态功能,即提供生物性资源、提供非生物性资源、生态过程维持。研究进一步通过多学科专家讨论和专家知识,评估了不同情景对森林功能的影响,探索了当地不同可持续发展目标间的权衡关系。结果显示:生态林可以达到生态恢复的首要目标,但是社会功能和经济功能较低;水果经济林对社会经济贡献大但对环境改善作用较小;生物能源林可以同时兼顾社会、经济和环境功能,但是在当地缺乏实践经验。基于专家观点,讨论了各情景的优势、劣势、机会和风险。研究发现,生态林树种选择需要重新考虑,并优先采用本土树种;水果经济林在经营得当情况下能促进社会经济发展;生物能源林在农户或村落尺度上提供清洁能源方面潜力巨大。 相似文献

Tropical forests have been recognized as having global conservation importance. However,they are being rapidly destroyed in many regions of the world. Regular monitoring of forests is necessary for an adaptive management approach and the successful implementation of ecosystem management. The present study analyses the temporal changes in forest ecosystem structure in tribal dominated Malkangiri district of Orissa,India,during 1973-2004 period based on digitized forest cover maps using geographic information system (GIS) and interpretation of satellite data. Three satellite images Landsat MSS (1973),Landsat TM (1990) and IRS P6 LISS III (2004) were used to determine changes. Six land cover types were delineated which includes dense forest,open forest,scrub land,agriculture,barren land and water body. Different forest types were also demarcated within forest class for better understanding the degradation pattern in each forest types. The results showed that there was a net decrease of 475.7 km2 forest cover (rate of deforestation = 2.34) from 1973 to 1990 and 402.3 km2 (rate of deforestation = 2.27) from 1990 to 2004. Forest cover has changed over time depending on a few factors such as large-scale deforestation,shifting cultivation,dam and road construction,unregulated management actions,and social pressure. A significant increase of 1222.8 km2 agriculture area (1973-2004) clearly indicated the conversion of forest cover to agricultural land. These alterations had resulted in significant environmental consequences,including decline in forest cover,soil erosion,and loss of biodiversity. There is an urgent need for rational management of the remaining forest for it to be able to survive beyond next decades. 大都市郊区农户生计多样化及对土地利用的影响——以北京市大兴区为例 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
以北京市大兴区为例,采用农户调查数据,设计不同资源群体农户分类评价指标体系,利用非系统聚类方法将农户划分为5类(①中等资源禀赋,中等非农收入;②高等资源禀赋,中等非农收入;③中等资源禀赋,低等非农收入;④纯农户;⑤非农户),进而分析了不同资源群体农户的生计多样化特点及对土地利用的影响。研究表明:(1)在大都市郊区,农户类型1~3、纯农户和非农户分别采取了农业和非农兼顾、留在农业和脱离农业的生计策略。(2)农户类型1~3和纯农户中,70%农户生计多样化指数分布在2~3之间,且依然呈现粮食作物播种面积较大,选择比例最高,其次是经济作物。(3)农户类型1~3和非农户中,以就地转移方式非农就业是农户家庭劳动力安排的主要选择,且非农就业劳动力年龄最轻和教育水平最高。(4)大都市郊区土地非农化的转型特点促使农户从类型1~4被动地向类型5转化,土地利用效益低下也持续推动了农户生计多样化,同时,农户生计多样化会引发粮食生产能力停滞不前、土地流转和产权调整大规模顺势而生、土壤养分富集等土地利用现象。 相似文献

山区耕地细碎化对土地利用集约度影响——以贵州省亚鱼村为例 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为探索耕地细碎化与土地利用集约度之间的关系,论文以贵州省亚鱼村为例,利用无人机高分辨率影像和农户调查数据,在对比不同通勤距离情景耕地细碎化测度模型准确性的基础上,计算农户耕地细碎化指数,并定量分析不同农户耕地细碎化水平对土地利用集约度的影响。结果表明:对比分析6种通勤距离情景耕地细碎化测度结果,发现农户耕作地块到其宅基地的道路网络距离情景下测度耕地细碎化水平准确度更高;这一情景下亚鱼村平均农户耕地细碎化指数是187.98,该村农户耕作通勤时间成本高;随着农户耕地细碎化程度加剧,农业经营中劳动力投入、资本投入和作物产值呈不同程度的下降趋势,其中资本投入中,耕地细碎化对省工性投入的影响最为显著;山区农业人口乡城迁移背景下农村细碎的耕地资源促使农户加快退出农业生产,导致耕地低效利用,甚至撂荒。 相似文献
