生态城市空间结构优化组合模式及应用——以襄樊市为例

在回顾中外生态城市研究进展的基础上 ,提出以人为本 ,自然协调 ;因地制宜 ,规模适度 ;完善高效 ,园林绿化 ;整体协同 ,良性循环等生态城市空间结构优化组合的原则和“绿心组团网络式”城市空间结构模式。并以襄樊市为例进行实证分析。最后结论为生态城市是城市发展的必然趋势 ;构建城市发展引导机制 ,使城市建设逐步转向更加适宜人们居住的生态城市 ;“绿心组团网络式”城市空间结构是比较理想的生态城市空间结构模式之一。     

生态位理论与方法在城市研究中的应用

引入生态学重要基础理论生态位理论,认为其在城市研究中有重要作用。表现在:生态位态势变化及生态位大小能够反映城市一般发展规律和城市特征,生态位适宜度可为城市经济发展方式的选择提供依据,生态势理论有助于城市发展动力机制的解释,生态位扩充则是城市空间结构发展和演化的生态学解释,而生态位重叠和分离理论对城市产业布局及其调整有很好的指导作用。     

城市空间结构的历史演变

在评述国内外相关研究的基础上,从生态角度对城市空间结构演变进行阶段性分析,按建城 过程的生态思想分析生态自发阶段（前工业社会）、生态失落阶段（工业社会）和生态觉醒 阶段（后工业社会）的城市空间结构演变过程.认为在人与自然经历“依赖-对抗-调节” 的过程中,城市的人工空间与自然空间也由相融、脱离到再次协调;城市空间结构模式由弱单中心结构转变为同心圆模式,再发展为主副多中心模式.     

中国城市内部空间结构研究进展与展望

在介绍中国城市内部空间结构概念与研究过程的基础上,从人口与城市内部空间结构、城市内部的经济空间结构、城市内部的社会空间结构以及郊区化研究4个方面,回顾了中国城市内部空间结构研究的最新进展。文章最后分析了城市内部空间结构研究的中西差距,并指出:第五次人口普查为新时期中国城市内部空间结构的研究提供了新的机遇;伴随着中国经济成功转型,城市内部空间结构的研究重点正在转变;中国城市郊区化理论与城市内部空间重构理论等需要进一步发展。     

中国城市空间结构研究评述

中国正处于城市化快速发展时期, 城市空间结构面临关键转型, 相关研究日益受到重视, 研究数量不断增多, 深度不断加强。因此, 有必要对中国城市空间结构相关研究进行系统总结, 从中找出存在的问题, 以及与国际相关研究的差距。基于对20 世纪80 年代以来中国城市空间结构相关研究成果的数量统计, 将其划分为3 个主要的研究时期:① 20 世纪80-90 年代中期, 为西方城市空间结构理论引入期及国内实证研究的起步期;② 20 世纪90年代中期-21 世纪初, 为中国城市空间结构的研究积累期;③ 21 世纪初至今, 为中国城市空间结构模式的总结及新城市空间现象研究的多元化时期。在对各个时期主要相关研究成果进行梳理和总结的基础上, 对比当前国际研究的最新成果, 提出未来中国城市空间结构的重点研究领域应当集中于:转型期城市空间结构理论模式的探讨, 新城市空间现象的深入探讨, 节约型城市空间增长的研究, 城市空间结构深层机制的分析, 中、微观尺度研究领域的开拓, 新研究方法的应用等6个方面。     

西方城市社会空间结构研究回顾及进展

从城市因子生态分析的视角对近60年的西方城市社会空间结构研究进行回顾,尝试理清其发展的整个脉络和阶段特征,以期为处于发展期的中国城市地理研究提供有价值的经验借鉴.基于因子生态方法的西方城市社会空间结构研究发展过程可以划分为四个阶段:①20世纪50-60年代城市"社会区"概念提出,研究范式发展完善阶段:②60-70年代末期,城市社会空间结构实证案例积累阶段;③80年代初-90年代末,城市社会空间结构实证研究比较总结阶段:④1990年代末至今,城市社会空间结构研究多元化发展阶段.对中国城市社会空间结构研究的借鉴意义有:①基于因子生态的城市社会空间结构研究具有较强的可比性,有助于中国城市社会空间结构特征归纳:⑦今后中国城市社会区空间结构的实证研究应重视空间过程的演化分析;③将城市因子生态分析的定量结果作为实证分析的基础,从定性的角度深入探讨其形成机制、比较归纳中国城市社会区空间结构的特征及与西方城市社会区空间结构的共性与差异.     

重庆市城市空间结构研究

本文第一部分对城市空间结构研究在现实生活中的意义进行了分析,第二部分探讨了城市空间结构理论、模式、特征的发展演变。指出现代城市空间结构研究存在着对综合分区认识不足和对山地城市空间结构认识不足。第三部分在详细地分析了重庆市地域扩展的历史过程、规律、特征之后,对重庆市城市空间结构进行了探讨,并根据现状特征,提出重庆市城市空间结构模式。定量分析了交通网络结构,运用定量比较方法评价了重庆市城市空间结构,并对山地城市空间结构进行了一定的探索。最后从城市用地总体规模、用地结构、空间结构三个方面探讨城市地域的发展,并提出具体的实施措施。     

珠江三角洲地区多中心空间结构的特征及演变

多中心城市区域空间结构的研究和判断是制定适宜区域空间政策、推动其健康发展的前提和基础。珠三角地区作为我国快速发展的经济核心区和城镇密集区,其空间结构正在发生着显著的变化。以珠三角县级行政单位为基本空间单元,采用主成分分析和聚类分析法,对珠三角地区2000,2005,2010年多中心空间结构特征及演变进行研究。珠三角地区经历了从"核心—边缘"特征明显的单中心模式到"多中心"结构特征显著的发展历程,其演变模式总体上符合弗里德曼的区域空间结构演化理论。但在城市区域的空间尺度,钱皮恩的"离心模式、组合模式和融合模式"对其空间结构演变具有更好的解释力。现阶段,珠三角地区基本实现了经济中心和人口中心的空间耦合,但各中心在职能上仍然有所差别。     

西方城市空间结构研究的理论进展

文章综述了西方国家城市空间结构研究的理论进展，概括了城市空间结构各时期研究的主要内容和理论观点，展望了城市空间结构未来研究的趋势和方向。工业化以前西方城市空间结构研究主要侧重于城市表面形态的揭示，把城市空间结构同发展过程分离开来论述其特性。工业化以后的城市空间结构研究进展十分迅速，在研究中十分重视引入新思想、新理论、新技术和新方法。在不同时期出现了不同的学术派别，并总结出诸多城市空间结构的理论模型。     

北京市生态用地空间演变与布局优化研究

以北京市为例,在全面探讨生态用地内涵的基础上,综合运用GIS技术和景观格局理论,分析生态用地空间的演变规律,通过对生态用地的生态服务功能、景观空间结构和生态敏感性的全面分析,构建生态用地空间重要性的评价模型,并以重要生态用地空间为刚性框架,分别按照保留城市面积40％,50％,60％作为重点生态用地的情景,提出北京市城市生态用地空间的布局模式.结果表明:基于保护重点生态用地的城镇发展格局,既能够不以牺牲土地利用的经济价值为代价,又能够保障城市基本生态系统服务及其安全格局,是实现“效率”与“安全”双赢的良性空间布局.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
