广东省沿海经济带区域差异探析

广东省沿海经济带的发展对整个广东省的经济有极大的影响。目前，其整体水平高于国内其他省份的沿海经济带，但是其内部区域差异较大。主要表现在经济总量、经济发展水平、产业结构等单要素方面。采用聚类分析法划分了广东省沿海经济带的结构层次，并分析不同层次的特点。进而揭示了广东省沿海经济带巨大的区域差异给整个区域发展所带来的问题。最后，在分析区域差异及其负面影响的基础上，提出广东沿海经济带协调发展的几点对策。     

甘肃省人口规模及地区分布变化

人口发展的区域差异是甘肃省社会经济发展不平衡的重要表现之一，也是其不平衡的重要原因之一。对甘肃省1990年第四次人口普查和2000年第五次人口普查数据进行实证分析和统计分布检验的结果表明，从第四次人口普查到2000年第五次人口普查，甘肃省人口在规模扩大的同时，人口的地区分布差异反而有所减小，主要原因之一是各市人口增长差异有所缩小。实现甘肃社会经济的可持续发展，必须在有效控制人口总量增长的同时，高度重视对人口发展区域差异的合理调控。     

云南省的人口规模及地区分布变化

云南省人口发展的区域差异是云南社会经济发展不平衡的重要表现之一，也是云南社会经济发展不平衡的重要原因之一。对云南省1990年第四次人口普查和2000年第五次人口普查数据进行实证分析和统计分布检验的结果表明，从第四次人口普查到第五次人口普查的l0年间，云南省人口在规模扩大的同时，人口的地区分布差异也进一步扩大。云南人口地区差异扩大的主要原因之一是各地区人口增长差异较大。实现云南社会经济的可持续发展，必须在有效控制人口总量增长的同时，高度重视对人口发展区域差异的合理调控。     

广东经济增长与区域经济差异关系研究

改革开放至今,广东备受区域经济发展差异的困扰,珠江三角洲与粤东、粤西、粤北山区的经济发展水平存在巨大的差异。该文利用泰尔指数分析广东区域经济发展差异,并将其分解为珠江三角洲内部经济差异、粤东内部经济差异、粤西内部经济差异、粤北山区内部经济差异以及四区域间经济差异;在此基础上建立回归模型分析广东省经济增长与区域内、区域间差异的关系,结果表明,珠三角内部及广东省四区域间的经济差异扩大对广东省经济增长有正向推动作用。     

改革开放以来广东省区域差异的发展变化

本文主要研究改革开放以来广东省区域差异发展变化的趋势及特点。在确定了研究的方法,采用的指标后,文章从三个方面,及全省区域差异的总体状况;省内各区之间的差异;省内各区内部的差异,分析了广东省1980—1990年区域差异的发展变化。研究表明自改革开放以来广东省的区域差异迅速扩大,且主要体现在珠江三角洲与全省其余各地差异的扩大;虽然在改革开放的初期三角洲内部的差异就比较明显,但1980年以来三角洲呈现出很强的均衡发展的特点;区域差异发展的特点与广东改革开放以来实行的一系列政策有明显的因果关系。最后,文章探讨了缩小广东省区域差异的措施。     

广东省乡村类型划分及乡村性评价的时空变化

为认识广东省乡村类型及乡村发展程度,依据产业的 GDP 比重划分广东省乡村发展类型,构建广东省乡村性评价的指标体系,测算了广东省内 67 个县级区域在 2001、2005、2009 及 2013 年的乡村性指数并划分乡村性强度,分析得出了近 10 a 广东省乡村发展的时空变化特点。结果表明：1）广东省乡村类型可划分为农业主导型、工业主导型、商旅服务型及均衡发展型,均衡发展型乡村面积在各年份中所占比例均最大,农业主导型乡村面积在逐年减少,工业主导型乡村呈波动变化状态,商旅服务型乡村则发展较平稳;2）广东省各县域的乡村性指数均值都在下降,从 2001 年的 0.60 下降至 2013 年的 0.34,均值最低的为工业主导型乡村,最高的为农业主导型乡村,变化最大的是均衡发展型乡村;3）广东省乡村性强度可划分为弱、较弱、中等、较强、强 5 个等级,近 10 a 中,弱与较弱等级乡村面积在大幅增加,中等强度的乡村呈先增加后减少趋势,较强等级乡村则大幅减少,而强等级的乡村则逐渐消失;4）各类型乡村的乡村性强度变化有所差异,农业主导型与工业主导型的强度变化均为稳步下降,商旅服务型的强度则经历了稳定阶段后再下降,均衡发展型的强度下降变化较大。     

长江经济带人口流动对区域经济差异的影响

依据中国第四次、第五次、第六次人口普查的户籍人口和常住人口数据,借助泰尔指数、空间分析、回归建模等方法,分析长江经济带经济差异和人口流动的时空格局,探究人口流动对区域经济差异的影响。结果表明：① 基于户籍人口计算的经济总差异和分解差异均大于基于常住人口计算的差异,户籍口径差异随时间扩大,常住口径差异则随时间缩小;② 长江经济带县域经济差异格局在东、中、西地带呈现不同的中心—外围结构,东部以空间聚合的长三角经济发达县为面状核心区,具有都市连绵带特征,中部和西部则形成多个以中心城市为点状核心区的中心—外围结构;③ 人口流动对流入地和流出地经济增长的影响不同,2000年和2010年流动人口比率的提高均显著促进流入地的经济增长,但在2000年会相对减缓流出地的增长,2010年则相对缓慢地促进流出地的增长,县域经济差异不断扩大;④ 省域和地带因素会干扰人口流动对县域经济差异的解释,在控制了二者的影响之后,人口流动对县域经济差异的扩大程度明显减弱;⑤ 人口流动对区域经济差异的影响最为突出,其次是以工业化水平所体现的经济结构,人力资本、财政分权和区域战略的影响较小;对流出地而言,重视劳动力回流、推进人口家庭化迁移、加快工业化进程,是防止乃至缩小区域经济差异的政策关键。     

广州市居民医疗服务需求空间分布的分析

医疗服务资源的优化配置讲求效率兼顾公平的原则,利用广州市第五次人口普查及广东省第三次国家卫生服务调查资料数据,提取社会人口、健康状况、医疗利用三大指标计测广州市居民医疗服务的存在需求和就诊需求,用Lorenz曲线和Gini系数衡量分布其均衡性。结果显示：广州市居民医疗服务总需求区域差异大,呈旧城中心区集中分布,渐向新城区扩散,边缘区分散分布的空间格局。农业人口及外来人口的医疗服务需求相对分散,老年人口的医疗服务需求呈旧城中心集中分布。     

新区转型期的人口挑战与应对——以天津滨海新区核心区为例

天津滨海新区核心区正处于产业结构、城区职能、"港一城"关系的转型阶段与人口快速集聚时期.利用第四、第五次人口普查资料和2005年抽样资料,结合社会经济统计数据,详细分析了天津滨海新区核心区转型期的人口特征及趋势.结果表明,该区存在着人口吸纳能力不足、社会养老负担明显加重、行业和职业呈现低端化、资源环境的承栽能力较弱等问题,虽与区域的发展阶段、产业基础、自然本底相吻合,但严重制约了该地域的社会经济转型.为推动该区转型,亟需转变人口发展模式,通过借鉴浦东新区的经验教训,从就业与社会极化、"银发经济"、教育与创新、集约环保等方面提出应对措施.     

中国人口死亡率空间差异特征

运用直接标准化方法分析国家统计局公布的第五次、第六次人口普查数据,探讨了2000―2010年中国人口死亡率空间差异。首先,分别选取2000、2010年人口普查时的全国人口年龄结构作为2次普查时的区域标准人口年龄结构,比较这2次人口普查时死亡率的空间差异。结果发现:标准化死亡率与粗死亡率的区域差异存在明显的不同,经过标准化以后,有的区域甚至发生了相反的变化;其次,选用2次人口普查时点全国人口年龄结构的平均年龄结构作为标准人口年龄结构,以计算各地区在2000―2010年的死亡率变化情况,并通过人口平均预期寿命指标的变化进行对比证实,结果发现:2000―2010年全国所有地区的标准化死亡率均在下降,平均预期寿命都在提高。但若仅从粗死亡率的变化情况来分析,可能会错误地判断部分地区的人口死亡率出现了上升的趋势。在比较不同区域或不同时点的人口死亡率水平需要经过标准化,否则很可能得出错误的结论。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
