广西湿地立法保护的思考与建议

广西湿地资源丰富,但随着经济的快速发展,广西湿地生态系统受到严重的威胁。通过总结广西湿地的实际情况,结合国内的湿地立法进展,分析广西湿地保护的法律现状及存在的问题,提出了广西湿地保护立法的架构和一些建议,为广西湿地立法提供借鉴,以更好地保护广西湿地生态系统。     

广西湿地生态系统健康评价研究

基于湿地生态健康理论,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法,以广西第二次湿地资源调查中75处重点湿地为研究对象,构建了广西重点湿地生态系统健康状况综合评价指标体系,确定了评价指标、权重、评价方法和评价等级。结果表明:广西湿地生态系统健康状况为"好"的湿地占37.3%,湿地生态系统健康状况为"中"的湿地占57.4%,湿地生态系统健康状况为"差"的占5.3%。广西湿地生态系统健康状况总体一般,一些具有重要意义的湿地仍受到不同程度的威胁,主要表现在水质污染、不合理利用等方面,应受到保护管理部门的重视。     

广东海丰自然保护区湿地现状及保护对策

广东海丰湿地是中国华南亚热带滨海湿地的典型代表,也是南中国海生态系统的重要组成部分,为多种珍稀、濒危鸟类和候鸟提供重要栖息地和迁徙中转站,具有重要的保护价值。在野外湿地资源调查的基础上,阐述了海丰自然保护区湿地类型与特点、湿地动植物资源、湿地利用现状等生态特征,分析了湿地面临的主要威胁,提出湿地生态系统保护与管理的主要对策和措施。     

广西湿地资源现状与保护对策

本文分析了近年来广西湿地生境、类型、野生动植物资源、水资源保护与可持续利用等方面的现状,并指出了存在的问题及今后的保护对策。     

惠安县湿地生态系统保护与合理开发利用

通过对惠安县湿地功能和湿地资源的介绍,针对湿地资源保护与开发利用现状,从湿地保护与合理利用的宣传教育、湿地管理体制、开发利用管理与污染以及湿地保护区建设等方面,揭示了湿地保护与管理存在的主要问题,提出了开展湿地保护的宣传教育、增强依法管理湿地资源能力、加强研究湿地重建技术、恢复退化的生态系统、建立湿地保护和合理利用示范点等几点建议,从而进一步保护和维护湿地的生态平衡,促进湿地资源的可持续利用。     

内蒙古乌拉特后旗查干高勒湿地公园保护与恢复

内蒙古乌拉特后旗查干高勒湿地为典型沼泽湿地生态系统。通过对乌拉特后旗湿地资源现状、所面临的问题进行调查和分析,探索乌拉特后旗湿地保护与恢复模式,缓解因水资源匮乏和过度放牧导致湿地生态系统脆弱的问题,使之成为内蒙古自治区湿地生态系统保护与恢复的重要示范基地。     

向海国家级自然保护区湿地资源保护与可持续利用探析

为了湿地资源的保护与可持续利用作为国际重要湿地之一的吉林向海国家级自然保护区的类型应予重新科学界定,明确其保护目标的合理划定功能分区;积极开展湿地生态系统的常规监测、基础与专题性科学研究;认真进行湿地资源开发的环境影响评价,科学选取评价指标体系,注重长期与代际影响的评价和生态保护、补偿与恢复措施的论证;尽快制制定保护区旅游开发规划,提介生态旅游模式并强化环境管理体制,以实现旅游业的可持续发展。     

洞庭湖区湿地生物资源特征及生态系统评价

洞庭湖湿地是我国最大的淡水湖泊湿地生态景观系统,生态资源十分丰富,其中植物资源1428种,鸟类资源216种,鱼类资源119种,哺乳类22种,两栖爬行类27种及其它大量的野生生物资源。根据生物资源的分布状对湖区湿地生态系统进行了分类,即环湖丘岗生态系统,湖州草滩生态系统,湖岸带生态系统,浅水层生态系统、深水层生态系统。在此基础上,对湖区湿地生态系统的功能效益进行了综合评价。按直接利用价值和间接利用价值进行了分类,最后对湿地生物资源保护和开发中存在的问题,并就今后本区湿地生物资源的保护和利用提出了一些设想和建议。     

杭州西溪湿地资源现状与保护对策

杭州西溪湿地是平原水网地区自然—人工复合湿地生态系统的典型代表。在对西溪湿地野外调查的基础上,阐述湿地类型与分布、动植物资源、旅游资源、水资源等特征,分析西溪湿地面临的主要问题,提出湿地资源保护和修复对策。结果表明:西溪湿地面积546.45 hm~2,植物696种、植物群落87个;脊椎动物257种,其中鸟类181种、兽类6种、爬行类7种、两栖类7种、鱼类56种;无脊椎动物172种,其中原生动物28种、原腔动物55种、环节动物32种、水生软体动物25种、陆生软体动物29种、节肢动物3种;代表性旅游资源和景点127个。湿地主要面临水质污染、外来物种入侵以及高强度人为干扰的威胁,亟需采取污染源控制、破碎化生境修复、生态状况动态监测等措施保护和修复湿地生态系统。     

广东湿地保护与可持续发展

湿地是人类最重要的生存环境之一,为全球的三大生态系统之一,良好的湿地是构筑生态安全、建设和谐社会的重要保证。本文介绍了广东湿地资源及其保护状况,分析了目前广东湿地资源保护和发展面临的困难。以可持续发展、人与自然和谐相处的理念为指导,探讨了广东湿地保护与可持续发展的设想。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
