褐煤中天然产甲烷菌富集培养与生物气产出模拟   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用厌氧培养方法,在云南省昭通褐煤样品中成功地培养富集了活性厌氧细菌,并进一步开展了为期60天的生物气生成模拟实验,分析了生物气的生成规律、物质组成和成因机制。结果揭示:3件褐煤样品中均有活性厌氧细菌存在,以纤维素分解菌为主,活性硫酸盐还原菌极其微少,说明昭通盆地褐煤层具有较强还原性的生化环境,有利于产甲烷菌的繁盛;生物气的生成经历了生气量缓慢增长、显著增高、趋于减缓三个阶段,表明产甲烷菌在经历了第一阶段缓慢繁殖后,其数量和活性在第二阶段达到较高水平;3件煤样生气量和生气历程存在一定差别的原因,可能在于原煤中活性产甲烷菌数量以及显微组分组成方面存在差异,褐煤生物气生成过程至少存在两个以上的生气高峰阶段。模拟实验中产生的生物气几乎全部由CH4和CO2组成,且CH4占主要部分,几乎没有检测到重烃气。甲烷气体δ13C1和δD的平均值均处于生物甲烷碳、氢同位素组成的正常分布范围。  相似文献

本文通过对广西百色盆地煤系地层油砂及下层褐煤中饱和烃、芳烃生物标志物鉴定及进行对比分析,发现两者生物标志物分布特征极为相似。结合有机岩石学研究成果,作者认为油砂中的烃类大部分就是源于这种褐煤。本文通过对百色盆地煤系地层油砂生物标志物进行研究,以对本地区煤系地层油气勘探提供更可靠的科学依据。  相似文献

从显微煤岩组成特征、不同显微组分中有机硫的含量、伴生元素组成、硫同位素的分布特征等方面对内蒙古乌达矿区潮控下三角洲平原形成的高硫煤 9煤层和河控下三角洲平原形成的低硫煤 13煤层进行了研究。结果表明 ,潮控下三角洲平原形成的煤层较之河控下三角洲平原形成的煤层具有较高的镜质组含量 ;伴生元素中 Na、K、V、Mg等含量偏高 ,而稀土元素含量较低 ,稀土元素的含量与煤中的粘土矿物含量成正比 ;黄铁矿和有机硫同位素都比较轻 ,表明高硫煤中硫的来源主要是海水中细菌还原的硫酸盐。  相似文献

总结了当前国内外关于生物成因煤层气生成机理及其影响因素、煤层中厌氧菌及其与煤层生物甲烷生成的关系和生物成因煤层气生成模拟实验研究方面的最新进展。细菌计数和分子生态学研究是考察煤层厌氧菌数量和生理特征的主要方法。煤抽提物的有机地球化学分析验证了煤层可作为生气基质产气,而生物模拟实验研究了煤层生物甲烷生成过程中各种影响因素的影响特征。国内对煤层厌氧菌的研究主要集中在细菌计数和富集培养上,而国外研究则更多关注煤中本源产甲烷菌的分子生态学特征和菌种的改良研究。   相似文献

注浆改造是华北型煤田下组煤开采的有效防治水技术之一。但是目前该项技术只能解决浅部上组煤问题,随着采深的增大,注浆改造煤层底板薄层灰岩含水层已不能满足安全开采条件。以东庞矿下组9号煤开采为例,分析了奥陶纪峰峰组岩溶含水层富水特征,研究了对奥陶系顶部进行注浆改造的可行性和相关技术问题,得出,对东庞矿奥灰上部进行注浆改造在技术上是可行的,合理的注浆改造厚度为40 m。试验性注浆结果表明,钻孔涌水平均堵水率达到74%,注浆效果良好,并提出了下一步防治水工作建议。   相似文献

在利用图像分析技术进行煤岩自动化检测过程中,发现煤岩显微图像中各种成分的边界表现为"镶边"状的灰度过渡区,过渡区像素点灰度不能反映其两侧显微成分的真实灰度。为了分析这种假边界对煤岩显微组分组识别检测的影响,通过对全国大量煤岩样品所采集显微图像分析的基础上,对各种相邻成分间假边界的特征、成因进行了分析。假边界一般多呈环状、条带状"镶边"形态,呈现出与相邻成分灰度相衔接的灰度斜坡特征,假边界灰度斜坡宽度与煤岩显微图像中各种成分的组合类型相关。假边界的形成是由于煤中各种成分的硬度及韧性差异引起突起高低不同,成像时在不同成分的边界呈现灰度斜坡。选取10个不同变质阶段代表性煤样,利用Prewitt算子对样本假边界进行边缘检测提取,提取的假边界过渡区像素占比整体煤颗粒图像的10%~27%;并将测定结果与国内资深煤岩专家人工鉴定的标准结果进行比对,结果表明,剔除假边界后测定的镜质组、惰质组、壳质组的极差远低于未剔除假边界的极差,更为接近人工鉴定结果。   相似文献

Based on the results of conventional geochemistry analysis including thin sections and SEM observations, different shapes of bacterial fossils, with size ranging from dozens of nanometers to several microns, were discovered in the low-mature marine source rocks and coal seams in South China, of which the Permian source rocks were dominated by the bacterial fossils derived from symbiotic sulphur bacteria with gypsum, and the Chengkou section in the Cambrian strata were occupied by abundant nanoscale bacterial fossils with rod and bar shapes. In contrast, a large quantity of possible bacterial fossils found in the high-mature Permian, Silurian, and Cambrian source rocks using SEM need to be further explored. Despite this, this study has indicated that bacterial fossils were prevalent in the source rocks, such as mudstone, siliceous rock and gypsum-bearing coal seams in South China, which has been ignored before. It also suggests that the bacterial fossils may play an important role in the formation and accumulation of shale gas in the geological history.  相似文献

The removal of hexavalent chromium from wastewater streams has received an considerable attention in recent years, since it can cause harmful effects on the environment. Several approaches, including adsorption, are recognized to tackle this problem, but unfortunately most of these processes are impressed with practical conditions of the experiments. The main objective of this study was to recognize applicable conditions for Cr(VI) removal from an industrial drainage using nature-derived adsorbents (brown coal and modified zeolite) and to make the process more adaptive by using adsorbents conjointly. Batch experiments were carried out by agitating Cr(VI) stock solution with adsorbents at room temperature. The influence of main operating parameters was explored, and the best proportion of the adsorbents was determined. Maximum sorption of Cr(VI) onto brown coal was observed at pH = 4 by adding 60 g L?1 adsorbent to contaminated solution. In case of using zeolite, the modification process was required, and the pH indicated a weak influence in a wide range (2–8). Optimum dosage of modified zeolite for Cr(VI) removal was 10 g L?1. The hybrid application of adsorbents with the mass ratio of brown coal/modified zeolite at (3:1) was capable of removing more than 99% of Cr(VI) from contaminated wastewater in the natural pH range of the wastewater. The adsorption of Cr(VI) by brown coal and modified zeolite followed Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models, respectively. Sorption of Cr(VI) onto both brown coal and modified zeolite fitted well to pseudo-second-order rate reaction.  相似文献

The Wuyun deposit of brown coal is situated on the right bank of the Amur River in the People’s Republic of China, 35–60 km away from the Arkhara-Boguchan brown coal deposit. The Belaya Gora stratotype of the latter and the southwestern flanks of the Raichikhinsk brown coal field (Russia) have been studied previously when the author analyzed in detail the Danian and Selandian-Thanetian palynoassemblages from the Upper Tsagayan Subformation. A section of the Wuyun Formation was studied at the eponymous deposit in 2002 and 2004. Based on new palynological results and analysis of data from earlier publications, two palynoassemblages distinguished there in the Paleocene coal-bearing succession enable correlation between sections of relevant deposits on the right and left banks of the Amur River. Data on the taxonomic composition of palynoassemblages are considered, and their basic and characteristic taxa are figured in paleontological plates.  相似文献

Cyclic terpenoids present in the solvent extractable material of fossil woods, ambers and brown coals have been analyzed. The sample series chosen consisted of wood remains preserved in Holocene to Jurassic sediments and a set of of ambers from the Philippines (copalite), Israel, Canada and Dominican Republic. The brown coals selected were from the Fortuna Garsdorf Mine and Miocene formations on Fiji.The fossil wood extracts contained dominant diterpenoid or sesquiterpenoid skeletons, and aromatized species were present at high concentrations, with a major amount of two-ring aromatic compounds. Tricyclic diterpenoids were the predominant compounds in the ambers. Aromatized derivatives were the major components, consisting of one or two aromatic ring species with the abietane and occasionally pimarane skeletons. The saturated structures were comprised primarily of the abietane and pimarane skeletons having from three to five carbon (C1, C2, etc.) substituents. Kaurane and phyllocladane isomers were present in only minor amounts. Bicyclic sesquiterpenoids as saturated and partial or fully aromatized forms were also common in these samples, but only traces of sesterterpenoids and triterpenoid derivatives were found.The brown coal extracts were composed of major amounts of one- and two-ring aromatized terpenoids, with a greater proportion of triterpenoid derivatives than in the case of the woods and ambers. This was especially noticeable for the German coal, where the triterpenoids were predominant. Open C-ring aromatized structures were also present in this coal. Steroid compounds were not detectable, but some hopanes were found as minor components in the German brown coal.An overview of the skeletal structure classes identified in each sample, as well as the general mass spectrometric characteristics of the unknown compounds are included in the present paper. It can be concluded from these structural distributions that aromatization is the main process for the transformation of terrestrial cyclic terpenoids during diagenesis, constituting a general pathway for all terpenoids.  相似文献

通过对煤层气储层描述及储层评价,煤储层分布,预测及选区评价,煤储层研究方法及实验技术等方面的系统评述后认为,我国目前已基本掌握了煤储层地质特征研究和地质评价选区技术,煤层气储层工程技术和储层模拟软件系统,并在煤层气储层研究方面有所突破,但我国煤储层的构造复杂,煤层多强烈变形,煤层结构常呈碎粒状及糜棱状等,煤储层多为贫煤和无烟煤,呈“三低一高”(煤层压力较低,煤层渗透率低,在水压裂等强化措施下形成的常规破裂裂缝所占比较低;煤层普遍具有较高的吸附力)的物性特征,且变质程度偏高,高煤级煤(贫煤一无烟煤)占49%,独具“中国特色”,进而讨论了当前我国煤层气储层研究急待解决的8个方面的科技问题和难点,指出了在21世纪初中我国煤层气储层研究的7个发展趋势。  相似文献

Batch experiments were conducted to comparatively evaluate the inhibition effects and mechanisms of a low-concentration (1%) proline solution cover on the release of pollutants from high-sulfur coal gangue. High-sulfur coal gangue was continuously immersed in a proline solution and in deionized water (as a control treatment) for 540 days. The results showed that the coal gangue in the control treatment was oxidized and generated leachate with poor water qualities, i.e., the leachate exhibited lower pH values, higher redox potential values, higher pollutant concentrations (SO42?, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn), and high levels of acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. However, compared to the control treatment, the addition of the proline solution (1%) significantly improved the water quality of the leachate by significantly reducing the Eh values, the pollutant concentrations (SO42?, Fe2+, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn), and the activity of acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria and by significantly increasing the pH value to neutral. The proline treatment significantly inhibited the oxidation of coal gangue and the release of pollutants, mainly by inhibiting the activity of acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria and by altering the heavy metal fractions and the mineralogical characteristics. Therefore, in engineering practice, workers should consider using an environmental friendly aqueous proline solution cover to achieve the in-situ control of pollutant releases from coal gangue dumps.  相似文献

The geological characteristics of the productive coaliferous sequence and the overlying strata (the Nezhino Sequence) at the Nezhinsky brown coal field are provided with detailed geological and paleobotanical data on the Nezhino Sequence (operating quarry), which is proposed as its type section. Based on the analysis of the macro- and microfloral assemblages, the transitional Late Oligocene-early Miocene age is inferred for these sediments. The floras from both the sequences demonstrate no principal differences, being moderately thermophilic in composition, although the Nezhino flora is more thermophilic. The coaliferous and Nezhino sequences are assumed to be separated by a stratigraphic hiatus. It is shown that they are similar to the Oligocene-Miocene boundary sections in the adjacent regions. The Nezhino Sequence (lower Miocene) most likely corresponds to the upper Aquitanian-Burdigalian interval in the Standard stratigraphic scale. The Paleogene-Neogene boundary in the Primorye region is proposed to be placed at the top of the Pavlovka Horizon. In the Nezhino brown coal field, it coincides with the upper boundary of the coaliferous sequence.  相似文献

Specimens of fossil wood preserved lignified in Pliocene brown coal and identified as Pinus armandii Francher come from an opencust coalmine at Longling in western Yunnan Province,China. Phytochemical investigation of the fossil wood isolated using liquid column chromatography seven compounds(1-7)including a new fluorene derivative named 11,11-dimethyl-11H-benzo[b]fluorene.A further 28 volatiles were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Spectroscopic investigation methods,including MS and 1D and 2D-NMR techniques elucidated the structure of the seven compounds.Two types of natural products,isopimara and stilbene commonly occuring in extant and Plincene fossil P.armandii indicate phytochemical fidelity during burial under certain circumstances in sediments.Discovery of stilbenes that can inhibit the activities of wood-destroying fungi in the Pliocene P.armandii prompts the assumption that the chemical preservation of this Pliocene fossil wood of P.armandii in brown coal might contribute to the presence of inner natural inhibitors against wood-destroying fungi.  相似文献

This paper presents reviews of studies on properties of coal pertinent to carbon dioxide (CO2) sequestration in coal with specific reference to Victorian brown coals. The coal basins in Victoria, Australia have been identified as one of the largest brown coal resources in the world and so far few studies have been conducted on CO2 sequestration in this particular type of coals. The feasibility of CO2 sequestration depends on three main factors: (1) coal mass properties (chemical, physical and microscopic properties), (2) seam permeability, and (3) gas sorption properties of the coal. Firstly, the coal mass properties of Victorian brown coal are presented, and then the general variations of the coal mass properties with rank, for all types of coal, are discussed. Subsequently, coal gas permeability and gas sorption are considered, and the physical factors which affect them are examined. In addition, existing models for coal gas permeability and gas sorption in coal are reviewed and the possibilities of further development of these models are discussed. According to the previous studies, coal mass properties and permeability and gas sorption characteristics of coals are different for different ranks: lignite to medium volatile bituminous coals and medium volatile bituminous to anthracite coals. This is important for the development of mathematical models for gas permeability and sorption behavior. Furthermore, the models have to take into account volume effect which can be significant under high pressure and temperature conditions. Also, the viscosity and density of supercritical CO2 close to the critical point can undergo large and rapid changes. To date, few studies have been conducted on CO2 sequestration in Victorian brown coal, and for all types of coal, very few studies have been conducted on CO2 sequestration under high pressure and temperature conditions.  相似文献

One of the largest brown coal producing districts in the world is the Miocene of Niederlausitz Lignite area in the southeastern part of Germany. Production is in a range of 320 million t/yr. The resources of the first (shallowest) Miocene seam have nearly been exhausted and it is now mainly the second seam which is being mined. A fourth is being explored. The third Miocene and the Oligocene seam, Calau, are unminable. All brown coal is mined in open pits. The rank of brown coal of the second Miocene seam ranges from fuel coal to coking coal. Its heat value (dry) from 22.2 to 23.5 MJ, its ash content (dry) from 6% to 13%, its moisture from 57% to 59%, and its seam thickness from 10 to 12 m. Due to the close relationship between swamp facies and the main coal quality parameters, the coal quality can be directly determined from the drill log.The Oligocene and Miocene brown coal formation was synchronous with the alpine orogenesis and the seafloor spreading of the North Atlantic Ocean, which both caused north and east oriented migrations of the labile basement of central Europe. Periods of compression alternated with longer periods of isostatic subsidence and sedimentation. Additionally, the trends of thickness and facies of sediments were controlled by a block system in the basement of the brown coal district of Niederlausitz, uplifting, subsiding, collapsing, rotating or spreading.The second Lower Miocene seam is situated at sea level in the north of the Niederlausitz area and rises to the south to +150 to +180 m above sea level, due to considerable widespread subsidence and uplifting since the Lower Miocene. Horizontal tectonic movements were caused by the collapse of asymmetric grabens with slight tendency to rotation. Regional shear movements led to block faulting followed by volcanism. Counter-clockwise rotation of the basement blocks is assumed, a hypothesis supported by recent tension measurements and seismic observations. Ice cover in the Pleistocene caused wide destruction zones, narrow and deep channels and intensively folded or imbricated seam structures. Some gravity-induced plastic structures were also formed.  相似文献

A preliminary study of newly discovered sphagnum brown coal from the Jingsuo Basin, Yunnan Province, China, which is quite rich in montan wax, indicates the predominance of highern-alkane homologues and aromatized triterpenoid components. Aromatic hydrocarbons are composed mainly of pentacyclic and tetracyclic di-, tri- and tetra-aromatic components, which are obviously diagenetically related to higher plant-derived triterpenoids naturally occurring in the biosphere. Because the sphagnum brown coal still remains in the highly immature stage, it seems that the progressive diagenetic aromatization of the higher plant-derived triterpenoids may start at a very early stage.  相似文献

中国东北地区赋煤构造是在太平洋地球动力学体系影响下形成的一系列NE—NNE向断陷盆地,目前对本区赋煤构造单元划分尚未形成统一认识。根据东北地区含煤岩系赋存特征,将东北赋煤构造单元划分为三级体系,即:东北赋煤构造区—3个赋煤构造亚区—11个赋煤构造带。以地球动力学理论为基础,以构造控煤特征为研究主线,探讨了三级赋煤构造单元的基本控煤特征。该项研究对煤炭资源评价和勘查具有重要意义。   相似文献

以湖北黄石高铁砂岩质煤矸石为主要原料,进行了制备瓷质砖的实验研究,并对不同配方、不同烧成温度瓷坯的吸水率、断裂模数等进行了测试分析。各项性能指标的综合分析表明,产品的吸水率低于0.3%,断裂模数高于35MPa,符合国家有关质量标准,颜色呈浅红-暗红-紫砂系列,其中煤矸石最高配比可达80%。  相似文献

To understand the relationship between the frequency of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) emitted from loaded coal rock and the micro-crack structures inside it, and assess the stress state and the stability of coal rock by analyzing frequency changes in characteristics of its emitted EMR, we first experimentally studied the changes in time sequence and the frequency spectrum characteristics of EMR during uniaxial compression, then theoretically derived the relationship between the principal frequency of EMR signals and the mechanical parameters of coal crack and analyzed the major factors causing the changes in the principal frequency, and lastly verified the results at Nuodong Coal Mine, Guizhou Province, China. The experimental results showed that (1) EMR intensity increased with the applied stress on loaded coal rock during its deformation and failure and could qualitatively reflect the coal’s stress status; (2) with the applied stress increasing, the principal frequency gradually increased from near zero to about 60 kHz and then dropped to less than 20 kHz. During this period, coal rock first stepped into the linearly and elastically deformed stage and then ruptured around the peak load. Theoretical analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the principle frequency and the size of internal cracks. Field detection showed that a lower principle frequency was generated from coal rock applied by a greater load, while a higher principal frequency was generated from coal rocks suffering a weaker load.  相似文献
